Es una buena eleccin enrelacin calidad precio.
Me gustara una opcin con un dimetro mayor de manguera. Recoge bien, la boquilla poda tener una opcin ms amplia de formas de riego.
Parece perfecto,enrolla y desenrrolla la manguera sin problemas. Facil de instalar y cumple con lo que necesito.Es pronto para decir si sera bueno o malo pero por ahora cumple l

Hose dosent seem the best quality however no issues it’s been piled about by the kids and used all summer with no issues

There’s a slight knack to getting it to stop retracting and to get it to retract after locking but for the money it’s brilliant and way better than the usual kinked faff

Very easy to install, nice smooth action on extending, good lock on the hose and a quick retraction system with an autolayer so the hose does not jam up
Was tripping over hoses in my polytunnel prior to installing this. So far so good. Sorry I didn’t get one years ago
The hardest bit was drilling the holes and fastening the bracket to the wall. Once completed it was really easy to connect to the water supply. Using it couldn’t have been easier, I am very pleased with this item and the amazing price.
Quality unit , wall fixings would support the Forth road bridge, recoil works well once you get the hang of it ,there’s a red painted line on hose so as to not overextend the recoil, Hozelock fittings all fit perfectly no leaks,good quality plastic drum , happy with product.

when you finish with it leave the hose full of water,
let it wind itself in then release the water via trigger on the spray gun this will prevent it from kinking inside the housing.
i have bolted the mounting bracket (supplied) on the wall and fit it as and when i need it securing it with the long black pin supplied.

Only problem was drilling the “B “cobbled wall for the bracket !
Easy to use hosepipe that rewinds itself, the rewind mechanism works really really well, I am very please with it, however a little disappointed with the quality of the hosepipe itself, it not reinforced and is of a cheap quality, for the price I expected a better hose, but it works well overall

So you buy it just to prove that it must be OK (knowing you can easily send it back in any case, this being Amazon).
Why four stars, not three or five?
A big plus is the relatively dinky size of this unit. We’ve seen a friend’s German-made Gardena wall-mounted hose reel. It’s more than twice the size, for the same length of hose (give or take 5m). ENORMOUS. This one is neat, not overbearing, and still functional.
An odd feature (no stars involved) is the colour of this hose reel. If you were French you would identify it as the PTT (post office) colour. A French person passing this reel might easily post their letters in the slot where the hose comes out. Really.
A four star rating comes from the price. It feels about right for the quality of the unit but the unit isn’t perfect… please read on.
The downside comes in the detail. All hose reels need positive action to unreel and then get them to wind in again. This reel ‘grabs’ (locks) only once you ‘get’ that you need to really be pulling it quite positively to give it the signal to grab on and stop the hose being reeled back in. It easily gets the message to wind back in, though.
Also in the detail is the twisty controller on the end. It’s definitely not up to Hozelock (and certainly not Gardena) standards. Sure, it stops the water when screwed right in, it gives a spray, and then a jet. But when turned on you can’t get back from a jet to a spray or off, which other makes manage with relative ease.
Also within a few days we needed to remake the joint onto the tap connector as it was starting to leak. The end of the hose had been cut wonkily.
So, in summary, hose reels these days are generally amazingly functional for the price you pay and the complexity of the bits and bobs involved. This hose reel is a great contender, good for the price, and sits neatly and compact on the wall.
Like any hose reel you will of course need a masonry drill and (in the case of this reel) a 10mm masonry bit, if you want to attach it to a wall.
