Ordered yesterday and arrived today. Tough and unbending. Nice handles too. My professional gardener hubby is very impressed, must hide before they disappear!
I do know I found the “transplanter” very handy when re-potting a new rose bush. It helped me dig the right depth before planting. The hand trowel is good but I feel perhaps a little more depth to it would have been helpful. It still does the trick so that is just an observation.
Every item in this set is great quality and has a decent weight to it so doesn’t feel cheap at all. They are also really comfortable to hold and work with which is a big bonus for me.
Very happy and would definitely recommend this set. I think it would be perfect for those that have perhaps just got their first house with a garden and need a starter kit.
Weeding, planting, edging and general attention to issues is easy now – even raking out gravel that has travelled from the path is easy and accurate.
I love this set and will be purchasing others for family and friends.

A nice colourful set of tools!
Given a choice of material, I prefer stainless steel for durability and strength (although even these can bend); these are said to be an aluminium alloy, and only time and heavy duty use will tell how strong they are by comparison. But they certainly give a fveel of confidence.
Seemingly identical sets (like these, (containing everything you need for gardening on your hands and knbees) are available under different brand names, a common feature of Chinese products, and shopping around may produce a slightly better price; but at an average of just over 4 per tool, these are cheaper than other examples.
If I have a complaint, it is that the trowel, at 14cm, is slightly smaller than I have favoured in the past; but, of course, the greater its area, the more pressure it has to take in very stiff ground, and thus the greater the risk of bending from the joint with the handle.
I don’t thinkl anyone will be disappointed with this set.
There’s a full kit for all I will need and all look well put together and sturdy. They are light and easy to hold but still have a pleasing heft about them too which gives you confidence in using them and that they won’t fall apart as soon as you make use of them.
All in all a great set that’s perfect for the home garden.
The handles are very tactile and fit the hand well, and have hanging holes in the ends. The tools are strong but light and a very good size.
I’m impressed and would recommend them.
