pretty CAD picture in the listing is not what you get. The aluminum extrusions have the profile shown (even with one “rounded” mounting hole in view). They did figure out that the profile can’t be round where mounting screws go, so the channel is flat, but it is only 10mm wide and extra large holes are drilled for the 5mm screws to mount. They give you socket head 5mm screws to use directly to the frame (if you have pre-tapped holes) and shorter socket head screws and t-nuts for attachment to the rails below. There are two problems – the first is that they do not include washers for the screws. If the holes they had drilled were smaller then a washer would not be needed, but they didn’t (5mmx10mm flat washers will work). An alternate solution is to use button head 5mmx15mm screws instead of the screw they supplied (I ended up doing this because I had the button head screws. The second problem – watch you fingers on the bottom ends of the extrusions – they did not necessarily deburr them properly (one was worse than the other three). Hit the edges with a sanding block or your favorite deburring tool before installation.
Factoid about the extrusions – you will need 30mm extrusion T-nuts for mounting parts on this product properly. You can get T-nuts that will let you use M3, M4, M5, M6, or M8mm bolts. Different sizes for different strengths in holding whatever you are cutting.
