I bought this to use with my CTECHI 320 power station, I bought both to use together. Works great and charges my power station with the DC cable – although I did need to buy a 5525 female to 5521 male adaptor https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004HTFCYY to be able to use the cable supplied. The panel is very well constructed and easy to use being portable when folded up. Overall I’m very happy with this panel.
I finally got round to getting these solar panels to go with my 120W power station. I know it is a bit late in the year I know but at least I will be fully prepared for next year. However, the panels do work well even in the autumn sun. I would recommend buying the power station and solar panels separately as I think you will save one to two hundred pounds doing it that way rather than buying a combined setup. The panels connects to the power station with no issues. I opted for 60W but I could upgrade in the future if required. At present it should provide more than enough power for 2 of us in our campervan or camping. With the price of electricity nowadays, living off the grid feels amazing.
Awesome solar panels, easy to set up ( great for a complete novice like me !) , portable purchased with Golabs R150 – wish I had purchased these ages ago..
I like how fast/easy it is to set it up. 5mins for me and that’s grabbing the cable out of the bag and finding good placement. I like it’s slow charge no setting to tamper with too.
I bought this with the matching charging bank / unit. I had to send the bank back but that’s another review.
The panel however is super useful. Yes you do need a fair bit of sunshine to get the best out of it. Get yourself a 3m iPhone lead sit back and relax. It’ll charge the phone more than you will drain.
Very pleased with i
Excellent product, well constructed and well designed. They are fairly bulky, this is not a product he would hike with. Excellent for home use or car camping.
Had initial problems connecting to Go Labs power station so did what an insert on the box suggested which was to e mail Go Labs direct. They were extremely prompt and helpful in explaining what I needed to do, and sending me a very clear diagram and everything is now working brilliantly.
Just brilliant solar panels.
I have been using them for a month.
They do need sun no clouds but are so good at charging when the sun is out.
You can charge direct from them but there is no battery. You need something else to hold the charge.
Works really well in full Sun, I’ve got it charging a lead battery at 15v while charging a phone on the side. This was 100 when I bought it, wouldn’t pay the 200 it now sits a
This solar is constantly pumping out raw 17 to 18v current. If you use it to charge a portable power station then it should be fine assuming that the power bank has a built in regulator. This was not told in the ads so if you connect it directly to the 12v battery you would damage it .This is because max charge voltage for typical AGM bat is 13.6 or 14.7 for lithium. Seller should somehow indicate this in their ads so the buyer can avoid killing their 12v battery by adding a solar regulator/controller.I learnt it the hard way. Luckily i had a battery monitor connected else i would have fried my 12v battery.
Product is great for portability with the sturdy material and handles. Came with lots of attachments. Charged my power bank as it should. Only reason not 5 stars is the zipper pouch isn’t big enough to store all the cables and attachments. Be great if they had a pouch for the electronics and a separate pouch for all accessories.
It is useful for outdoor battery charge, especially in backcountry camping. Not very heavy and the foldable design makes it easy to carry. But some times not stable to continue charge my power station even the sunlight strong enough. Need to find the reason to get rid of it. Generally it is good enough and helpful when electrical power not available in backcountry.
Being new to solar and panels, I’ve been doing quite a bit of research to find the best way to power a 12v fridge and maybe more during a outdoor bbq events, or shopping to keep my food fresh while I shop at multiple stores. I’ve landed on one thing, get LiFePo4 cells to ensure safety and longevity. Which led me to purchase a EB3A.
Secondly I’ve been on the hunt for some panels to ensure I can keep my fridge running if I were to lug it to a bbq. I found these panels on sale and picked them up. After playing with them for two days, I’ve got a max of around 40 watts on sunny summer days.
I wouldn’t pay over $100 for these panels for the low output. Build quality is good, but pulling in 40 watts is pretty slow. It’ll probably keep my battery topped off since fridges generally don’t run continuously. But, if I were to transport ice cream it probably would run almost 100% of the time being in the trunk on a warm day.
I can’t give this more than 3 stars because of that.
Seriously powerful panels, this kit is so energy efficient that it managing to charge my phone when the panels are indoors with cloudy sky, this is really, really good. Well designed to fold down with nice handles to carry it about. Waterproof when positioned at angle to protect the energy hub. It is perfect for campings, boats or generally on the go. Well build as well, I have nothing to complain about, great produc
I bought this to go with my GOLABS power station, bought back in March, for when we are at our holiday caravan and reduce our electricity bill. However, I’m also using it at home to trickle-charge my car battery (which is being a little temperamental). This comes with an array of leads and attachments, so you can charge pretty much anything you can think of, and it has a lead with positive/negative clamps to attach to a battery. The design of these panels is really clever and they’re simple to use. Just fold them out – using the supports behind each panel – and fold back in again once done. The power output is kept within a sealed bag (which is waterproof) and has multiple output ports including DC power – which I use for the car battery lead – and two USB-A ports (1 normal, 1 fast-charge). Really impressed with these panels!
Ok, I have one of the little 110V AC power banks to charge up my laptop or run small appliances while out in the wild without running a generator/car or hoofing it back into town to charge stuff up. This folding solar panel set is ideal for what I want, it’ll recharge my power bank in about 3-4hrs and then I’m good to go again for a couple of days. The folding kickstands work really well to angle the panels without needing to prop them up against a rock or tree and I like the variety of outputs this thing has. I can plug into a variety of standard solar and DC plugs and it even has a USB port to directly charge smaller electronics.
If you have a portable battery like myself that you use in beach days or when camping then you really should have a solar panel to match it.
We have a 600W battery with this connected to it which trickles through enough power to keep it topped up even when using it all day as long as its not too cloudy.
Surprisingly a little bit of cloud doesn’t do too much and you can still get 10-20kwh from it even on a bad day, although 50+ is normal in Nice blue skies.
Using it simple, unfold it and plug it in, as it comes with loads of connector ends its easy to make sure you have the one you need too.
I bought these for my portable power station of the same brand. Being that summer is here I have shifted my focus towards solar power for charging my power station and over tech. Impressed with this one overall. Firstly, the solar panels are very big. I actually hang it out my window and it will catch sunlight from about 7am up until about 1pm, which is a decent amount.
It has DC output, 2x USB and a USB-C which is perfect for our use cases. It also has a number of connectors as well as additional cables. All of which can be kept inside the zip pouch. There is also a kick stand on it. Overall, I am very impressed and I recommend it.
Chuffed to bits with this. Had a long think about spending 200+ on a portable solar setup and did a lot of research. We needed something that worked straight out of the box and wasn’t complicated! It had to be well made as it will be used a lot and moved / carried / packed up etc. This looked really smart with sturdy carry handles and 100w was ideal for our needs. When I looked into the spec I liked the multiple cables that were included in the price as well as 4 output ports so we can charge multiple items at the same time. This simply explained works immediatelysoon as it’s in sunlight it’s producing power. As I have shown even at 7.45ish PM is still charges my iPad! It can be used to charge multiple talents and 12v appliances / batteries. I will be charging my powerbanks using this so I can have 24/7 power. We do a LOT of camping and may be starting a summer job on a campsite and this will easily power a 12v fan, charge my mobile, iPad and when needed my laptop. It’s 5.2 kgs which seemed heavy but it’s actually not that bad. It’s robust which was more important I know it will be thrown around the car when we travel or in our caravan so a delicate panels not going to last. It’s waterproof which with British weather will be useful because if I’m working I can leave it up outside the caravan and not worry. Really happy we took the plunge. Solar is the way forward and this is FREE energy so worth every penny as an investment. Will def consider buying one of the portable power stations that can be used with this and if our needs change we can also buy more panels and simply plug them into this one to create a bigger string. If you look at the start of my video I did a close up of the panel and the handles/finish. It’s really well made. Attention to detail etc. Love it. Brill. EDIT : postage said it would be 2 wks but it arrived in 3 days.
Produit robuste facile transporter.
J’ai obtenu environ 45 watt de charge. Le service la clientle m’a expliqu que ceci est du aux pertes dans l’lectronique et le contrle de charge.
This is a great product for summer, and it’s the best product for me. I am very like outing, but there is a trouble outing, is some electrical power problems can not be solved. This solar panel solves that problem perfectly. As long as the sun is shining, its power keeps flowing. At home, it can also be used in the grocery room, because there is no power supply. It has been used for more than ten days and is very satisfied with it. All in all, it’s a very good product.
This solar panel is easy to use but the output it not super-high. The array of outputs on the back (USB etc.) is handy but the panels only work well in direct sunlight — and output is only about 80W.
The GOLABS SF60 Portable Solar Panel 60W is good. It is well made, has a lot of embedded different connection types, it came with helpful accessories and adapters, is lightweight and easy to carry around.
I removed one star because the maximum power the solar panel was able to produce using the 18V DC output was 45W (75%) in a very sunny day of May 29th, see the attached picture. Just for comparison, I tested another 100W solar panel that I own in the same day, same condition and at the same time and it was able to produce 90W (90%).
What I liked most about this solar panel is its portability, but the power output could be better.
It is good quality and easy to use. The lightweight, simply foldable and handle that easy to carry out. The waterproof design is good that does not worry about rain and use at the seaside. The multiple output ports can be used in different ways, It helps save energy on a sunny day.
The unit is sturdy, charges devices quickly and worth the sale price but the zipper on the pouch that protects/stores cables and PMS does not seal. Too bad the poorly designed zipper spoils a perfect score.
Used this with my R150 power station, I can get upto 50watts of output in good sun, normal around 30watts on average sunny day, Plenty of cables and adapters included. Very pleased with the solar panel.
I do have a few other fold-up solar panels, but they are much smaller and have less wattage. I do have one other fold-up solar panel that has two panels, but this one has three. The price for this one is quite reasonable, given the fact that the capability is higher than the smaller ones. When I opened up the box and checked out the panels, I was seriously impressed. It’s a foldup model with a water-resistant cover and handles, which makes it really portable.
The panels can be daisy chained, but only with the same brand. A couple of them can be used together, but for me I only need the single one for now. This is the type of panel that’s perfect for camping, car camping, in an RV, or for emergency use in one’s home. Solar is usually considered to be a backup method, however, I have a friend who has used it as a primary method of power. I wouldn’t (hopefully) have to use this as a primary, but backup is perfect.
Unless it’s really sunny out, these panels would take a very long time to charge. When I put panels like these outside to charge, I try to place them a 45 angle to maximize coverage, although this company recommends a 90 angle. It’s actually quite easy to position these and, if need be, secure them with the included tent pegs. I’m enamored with anything solar, but have to be realistic as to how much power I can draw from it in my location. Before folding them up, make sure you dust the panels off with a microfiber cloth because they can be scratched.
I do love this type of solar panel, but I’m biased in a good way. As mentioned, the price is excellent at around $159 but make sure to check out the specs and be realistic about the capabilities of this type of solar. There are a lot of extras in the box, something I don’t always see with some panels. I do love it and will use it, but won’t be fully charging it for a while.

It’s a great product, use it all the time to recharge everything really. It’s a good investment & the fact you can take it anywhere with you is brilliant.
It’s a small and compact but enough power to meet the essential requirements. I love the fact that it has got generous amount of port and connection to charge a lot devices. The stand appear to be weak for a windy day but sure there is a solution for that. Over all a great proy
UpdatedBought this and the power pack. Supposed to charge the power pack in 5 hours no, got 10% a day (and that’s sunny days in may!) . Emailed for support, great to start but then no response. Returned this! Got back to me and amazing customer service as replaced for free. New one seems to work alot better so far!
After lots of research I came to the conclusion that there panels are the most feature proof of all, this panel will connect to most solar power generators or charge controllers.
The MC4 cables are nice and long making it easy to connect them in series, I’ve also just used the panel to charge iPad and iPhones off the ports off the back with no issues.
I did have a shipping issue and seller was prompt with good communication and sorted it straight away.
The panels are very compact and very sturdy resulting in a heavier weight, you wouldn’t want to be carrying them around for periods of time.
These are great for family camping trips in a car or camper.
If in doubt check out USA reviews for this panel.
Pluses lot’s of connectors and ports, well built and compact.
Con’s slightly heavy.
I got these to use for camping and home emergencies.
These were very easy to set up. They came already assembled and all we had to do was pop the stand out to the use position.
There were NO DIRECTIONS, We really did not need any, but a novice to solar panels would want some so I am taking off one star for that.
All the cables and connections were included to hook it to my battery.
They charged it fully in about 4 hours.
They are lightweight, and have a built in handle to make them easy to transport. They also fold together easily.
This is a really nice set so I would buy these again.
I bring this for our camping trips, can easily charge all my electronic device, this panel is very nicely portable much nicer for transportation, it also come with many different interchangeable plugs into whatever equipment you might have.i would definitely recommend this solar panel.
Wow! What a complete setup! Whether you want to daisy-chain panel sets, charge a battery, tablet, power station, etc. This GOLABS SF60 Portable Solar Panel kit is the bomb. I definitely needed one of the included tips, as this would not have worked with my power stations tiny DC-in.
PROS
Worked under a coating of dust, due to a minor dust storm
Came with various tips to adapt to just about any sized / styled plug
You can charge tablets, phones, etc., directly
Has loops for hanging, stakes for steadying, etc.
Has handles for ease in carrying
Folds up very neatly
Included wires for multiple setup options
Has kickstands, which provides shade for devices being charged
Has a zippered bag that protects the input/output panel
CONS
Did not clean my house or wash my car
I was absolutely floored at how complete this kit is, not to mention that this charged my power station even after blowing dust coated it pretty thoroughly. While the dust wasn’t deep, it was a very complete fine coating when I went to bring the solar panels in. I think it slowed charging a bit, but it didn’t stop it. I can’t wait to see how this GOLABS SF60 Portable Solar Panel charges when it quits blowing dirt around here.

These are absolutely handy for camping or power outages but cannot be left outside for long periods of time or get very wet.
Pros:
Fold up nicely.
Come with handles. Easy to store and carry.
Great for charging up backup batteries for power outages.
Comes with a WHOLE bunch of different power plug tips for many devices.
Has multiple outputs as well. You can use this directly with say a USB C powered device.
You can store the extra stuff in the attached pouch, that is a nice feature.
Cons:
You really cannot let these get really wet. They are only IPx4 rated which means “Protected against water splashed from all directions, limited ingress permitted.” So that means you cannot leave them outside where there might be decent rain. Since the back is fabric that would be an issue as well. The x means they did not get it rated for dust/solids.
I could not get 60W in New Mexico at 7200 ft altitude and no clouds in the middle of the day, pointed directly at the sun no matter how I positioned them. I got between 40 and 50 watts consistently. I am not sure what more ideal conditions there could be than here, so it seems that 60W is aspirational.
This is a good solar charger that can charge at a decent speed. It does take up a lot of room, but that can’t be helped. I plan on taking it on road trips or camping where there are no power supply around.
Very pleased with the panel. Got an impressive 56-58 watts as long as the clouds didn’t screw things up, that’s mother nature for you. Light clouds still got me a wavering 38-41 watts, not bad at all. I’m using it to charge a Golabs i200 power station among other things and the combination of the two seems to be a perfect match.
Purchased the 60w solar panel to compliment the R300. This is my first solar panel and portable power station, so I don’t have anything to compare with it but it looks and feels a quality product. Instructions are not clear as to how to hook it up to your portable power station but a quick look on Google and all is fine. Once I knew which cables to connect, it was quick to set up and started pulling in 30-36w at 9am on a bright spring morning. Managed to increase the battery by 20% in 90mims before the clouds came.over and the input dropped to 6-8w. Bought this for camping and using at home to charge family’s phones, tablets etc. Brilliant products and very happy with it so far.
Very easy to set up really easy to charge my solar battery lots of plug-ins for lots of options to charging all kinds of different things can’t wait to try other Golab products
Super easy to setup and fairly compact. On a super sunny day I was able to see up to 40w of charging but haven’t seen any higher. I am pretty happy with my purchase!
If you are travelling into the countryside in a 4×4 then these are ideal..combine with a good oowerpack and you have your own portable ‘power station’ ..portable but only if your a travelling by vehicle..comes with pegs and multiple charging connectors so can be used alone to charge a variety of electronics..seems to work well in UK spring sun with charging with an avergag of 65w over a few hours so can charge most powerpacks..best used if you can lean up against something solid IE fence/vehical etc..
As it is getting warmer and sunnier outside I have many photo shootings in the open space and this solar panels are helping me to charge my batteries. Before, I used to carry 7-8 batteries to ensure that my cameras will work properly and now I have no worries at all. I am using the solar panels to charge my phone, my power bank and my 6 batteries for my camera and for my outdoor lights.
So far I had no problems at all, the panels are very handy and easy to use, they come in a small, lightweight and easy folding design that allows to set up in just under 1 minute.
I have tested it in different type of weather and it is definitely waterproof which gives me the confidence that during my photo shootings I will have enough power to charge my batteries (mind to protect the pouch though because is not waterproof)
Functionality wise is very convenient, it has MC4 cable and controller included with 10 different attachments which is convenient for different types of devices.
Overall, a very good experience so far, recommend it.
easy to use and out put about 30w to 50w,
only problem is the charging cable is not suitable for their Brand power station, power station use the 55*1.7 jet but cable is 55*25 need conve
This solar set is so sleek and light with the carrying handle in just the right place! It also has an adjustable pull out stand behind each panel to change the angle of the panels to get maximum sun exposure depending on the time of day! I also got the powerbank to go with it! They have amazing customer service if you happen to have and issues or questions. Very happy! I highly recommend!
GOLABS 60W Portable Solar Panel is not a good solution during winter.
Even in direct sun, the panels were not able to reach the promised 60W.
So far we’ve been able to charge at 23W.
Besides, the charging efficiency is significantly affected by the slightest shadow, so the input wattage drops considerably.
As we see it, the best is is on the full sun summer day, when the sky is clean and heat is blazing.
Very easy to use and set up. You can connect to your power unit in seconds. My own was charging at almost 80 watts at one point. When finished you can simply disconnect, pack the lead in the pouch provided and store away. I keep mine in the box it arrived in for protection when stored in the motorhome. Excellent product, strong recommendations
I like to travel with my family in car during holidays. so I bought this solar station specially for outdoor use. After receiving it, I found that the package is very good. I like the handle design which is more convenient to use. I tried it out and was very satisfied.thanks so much!
I have another panel just like this one, but this one is far better in quality. It does pump out what it says it can. It is a very solid build that will stand up to the test of time. It folds up nicely with great carry handles which is a bonus seeing as it is a fair weight.
This does do Q3 charging as well as regular charging. It also does direct 12 volt power supply. Lastly, it does charge up power stations. Power stations normally take 15 volts and unlike my other expensive 60 watt solar panel, this one does charge up my power station nicely. You get a variety of cables that allow you to connect to just about any device. You also get an adapter system for all those round pin-style female holes in devices. The adapter kit has all the standard sizes of male ends to fit.
Sadly, this solar panel needs to be in full direct sunlight for charging the higher powered items like power stations and direct 12 volt supply. If part of the panel is blocked or the day is very dim you will not be able to do that. The other thing I do not like is the way they put the connections in the back of the panel. The connections are facing in toward the middle of the middle panel. You have to get on your knees behind it and really bend over with your head to the ground to see if the light is on showing it is a good connection and is charging.
Other than that nuisance this is a great solar charger that will take care of all your needs when you are camping, et. I do recommend it.
I’ve always been curious about solar power, so I was interested in trying something like this to see how it works and how useful it would be for me. As it turns out, solar panels like this one are really great in specific situations, and pretty much useless the rest of the time unless you have a LOT of them. Thankfully, the useful cases would be anytime you are going to be outdoors for a long period of time, for example while camping away from a power source for days at a time.
Here’s how it works: the solar panel folds up to be about the size of a small briefcase, and it has a sturdy and comfortable handle that makes it super simple to carry. When you’re ready to use it, just unfold the panels and flip out the kickstand to angle it about 45 degrees to the sun. There’s a box on the back of the panel which has connections for multiple cables including USB, USB-C, and DC chargers. You can charge multiple things at once, including phones and tablets, laptops and portable batteries. If you’re out in the woods camping, especially on a sunny day, this can be a huge help and can definitely get you recharged over the course of a few hours.
That’s the best-case usage. The only problem is that charging via solar power is very very slow. If you have no other options, it’s fine! But if you’re near any other source of power, you’re going to want to use normal means to recharge rather than waiting 6 hours to bring your phone up to 50% battery power. It can also be useful for charging up non-important items when you live off-grid, like in a camper or country cottage, where power is at a premium. You can charge items for later use (if they don’t discharge, which depends on the item).
Other than the charging speed being limited, this is a great solar charger. It folds up for easy storage, it’s not hard to carry, it’s light and it works well. The kickstand is good and the panel is mostly covered in fabric, so you don’t need to worry about sharp corners or smacking something with a hard metal solar panel. I would definitely recommend it if you’re going to be roughing it in the wild. It delivers on what it promises and is very high quality!
First time I plugged it in to my explorer 240 it did not charge and the usb c didn’t seem to charge either . I then got an mc4 to 8mm cable . I tested today i heavy overcast and all the usb c and usb a ports worked and charged devices and the adepter cable charged the explorer 240 even with no sun only 2w but on a sunny day iv seen these output 61watts so seems everything works great now .
This was a great investment for camping off grid or on crown land. Kept all my devices powered up, lights going, and small heater/fan. Hope for sunshine!
I bought this 60W solar panel together with a 200 kwh Golabs power station, and the two coupled well. The connection cable is easy to link the two devices together. Normally it takes only half a day (in summer) to get the small battery to fully charged.
I’m new to solar power, generators, etc. My first impression is quite good although I didn’t manage to get 60 watts out of the panel in full sunshine, even at noon and with perfect orientation… but I’ll try again when my GoLabs power pack gets really low in remaining energy as I believe that it might help obtaining a better energy flow as the resistance of the batteries might be lower. Nonetheless, the panel is quite light, looks very well constructed, has many outputs alomg with lots of wires and adapters. I tried charging a full size iPad directly from the panel without trouble (as long as it’s 90% sunny). The panel will not produce more then 1-2 watts if used inside an atrium, even with very big windows well oriented. They probably absorb or reflect too much of the Sun’s energy. I certainly wouldn’t leave the panel unattended if there’s a chance of rain. I did manage to get about 20 watts on an overcast day. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

Really great quality, has all the ports and cables you need, however i never get more than 40W at best case
Does everything they claim. Charges things fast when at the correct angle and made very durable too. Definitely recommend
Bought this along with the small Golabs power station. Very pleased and at half the price of the bigger brands

Reviewing solar panels is kind of like trying to review TV antennas; your mileage will vary on many circumstances, weather/location/positioning, etc.
There are other solar panels that may claim 100 watts but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll achieve those maximum ratings.
This solar panel weighs about 8 lbs. I do appreciate that it has built-in MC4 connector
The PD port provides 18W of power.
Das Panel funktioniert einwandfrei, alle meine Gerte (Handys, Tablet, Powerbanks, etc.) lassen sich problemlos aufladen.

Nice product, I have both the 60w and 100w versions and 2 battery packs. Pretty fairly priced stuff and works well.
Das Solarpanel funktioniert prima. Ich konnte eine groe Powerbank laden. Durch das zusammen falten lsst es sich gut verstauen.
Keine Probleme an der CTECHI 240Wh PowerStation beim anschlieen und aufladen.
Too heavy for the power rating. Worried they might crack.
Going to use it in the Summer when I go fishing and it look very good build.
I like to travel with my family in car during holidays. so I bought this solar station specially for outdoor use. After receiving it, I found that the package is very good. I like the handle design which is more convenient to use. I tried it out and was very satisfied.thanks so much!
bon complment pour le GOLABS Station de recharge. Acheter pour camping sans service pour l’t prochain.
