Placed in a corner is where it seems to shine. The reflection off the walls creates has a nice warm feel to it. A little pricy but a nice product overall. Have not yet used the smart features but as a simple corner lamp it’s nice. Only complaint would be building it the silicone light seems too long for the actual metal housing. I had to really push it in and once together seems to work fine.

Hi, I needed some accent lights for a media room and these are perfect, works well with Alexa to come on and off when I like.
Great smart lamp, very easy to assemble didnt take no linger than 5 minutes, the smart features on Google home is pretty simple, assign the anp to the Google home app and then you can assign voice commands.
It’s very bright somthing that suprised me as most smart lamp have a dim maximum brightness especially if there led.
Overall a cracking lamp, very smart design as it dosent take up much room either.
This adds a really cosy feel to your living room or bedroom, fantastic for setting the mood when watching a film with
family in a way that makes the environment similar to being at the cinema.
There’s minimal wiring which fits in great with a clean and tidy finish that belongs in any living room, keeping long
tangled wires out of the way of being a danger to pets and kids.
I love that this connects to Alexa too as I can control this hands free when I’m busy with the kids whenever I need
to and there’s no need for one of those tiny controllers which are always getting lost.

The LED floor lamp needs to be assembled. Please follow the video instructions before you start to install the lights which definitely helped me assemble this light quickly and correctly. The silicone LED strip is good quality.
The smart LED floor lamp has a decent height. This is a circular small rod design half of which is black metal rod and remaining white silicone LED strip. It is light in weight and is easy to move. The base has some weight to provide this lamp a stability. Powered by mains connection, the LED lamp has good length wire.
Mobile App:
The LED lamp has a single button. If you want unlimited colors and patterns then you will need to download the app which is available on Android as well as iOs. It is very easy to pair this light from the app. The app is a masterpiece which not only gives you way to change the light colors and brightness but also gives you loads of different templates you can switch to. These templates have its own brightness, color combinations, flashing patterns. You can also create your own patterns.
You can also configure this smart light with Google Home and Alexa. I tried pairing this smart LED light with Google Home and it works smooth.
Overall, this is a great lamp to decorate your living room or workstation if you like to change the ambiance more often.
This is a good RGB lamp however it is quite expensive at 99 when writing and I have had a different model for a few months now which was around half the price at 45 and honestly, this one isn’t twice as good in my opinion.
Firstly, assembling the pole on this was quite fiddly as all the pieces had to be screwed together and the screws were inside the channel which made them a bit difficult to hold. The other lamp just slid together however this one is much sturdier and the other one just leans forward quite a bit whereas this one slightly leans back but mostly stays up right.
The LEDs in this lamp are also better, they come already in a diffused rubber tube which you just press into the black metal pole, this was quite straightforward and it does a great job at diffusing the light. The LEDs themselves are good quality as you would expect from a brand such as Govee, they are bright and vibrant and also have white LEDs which allow you to have either a cool or warm light which is perfect for using it actually as a lamp.
The one thing I would say is that the app isn’t very good, there are limited preset options, most of which aren’t very good and all the colours seem to be named after random foods for some reason. You can get what you want in the DIY section however it is quite fiddly and difficult to work with.
If you are looking for a high quality lamp, this is a good option however it is quite expensive for what it is.
This is a smart floor lamp which is easy to assemble. I like the compact shape as it’s easy to place in the room and likewise easy to move around. The light is reasonably bright enough to make an impact however it is not really bright for a large room.
The main feature is the smart connection through the Govee Home app. You need to first set up a profile which takes a couple of minutes and then connect the app with the lamp using a 2.4 gh wifi connection. Once all connected new features of the lamp are accessible through the mobile app. One of the best features is set to firework mode which looks great.
Overall this is a great lamp however the price is on the higher side and believe 30% discount may make this lamp more attractive to the masses.
Good quality and easy to set up. Thought they’d be a bit brighter on full but work very well.
Set up was really easy, no need even to find a screwdriver as one is provided with the product. The directions were really easy to follow and the only slightly fiddly part was connecting the LED strip to the base as the connector is very small and the wires didn’t want to go into the base after connection.
It was also pretty straightforward to connect to Alexa once I found the right part of the Govee app to link accounts.
My only complaint at this time is in the product description – I wanted to know how high the lamp is and 20 something centimetres is obviously incorrect. The product dimensions describe the box it comes in, not the product itself. The light is approximately 142cm tall and the base is approximately 20cm in diameter.
I will update if I run into any issues down the line. So far, so good!
Easy to install took me five minutes to put whole thing together, and it has variety of color functions just use the controller. My favorite setting is the light changes base on the tempo of your music.
If you love neon lights and multi-functional lights you should try this out, it upgrades your ambience and vibe in the house real quick… ideal for cool dorm, studio space.

This was easy to put together; but initially I made a mistake (YOU MUST READ THE INSTRUTIONS).
Firstly please note this lamp is designed to be facing sway from you such as towards the wall so you get a light “effect” or subtle lighting. It creates a very nice ambient chic effect.
After I turned it on, & you only get a WARM WHITE. Then you have to download the app to set it up (which is also the remote control; you can only have a warm whote light without the app).
The app was initially very complicated & confusing to set up the lamp (i.e. connecting the lamp to the app) in order to change the colours & light modes. But after I eventually figured it out, it’s fairly straightforward to use. You can change the colours, light modes (flashing, strobe), brightness, & create different colours etc.
You can create music sync (it plays with your music); there’s an in-built (in the app) music sync or you can create your own.
The quality of the lamp is quite nice & it’d look very nice especially in hotels & parties & places where you want a touch of class & fun lighting.
But in my opinion, you get a nicer effect with 2 of them.
As for price, I think it’s a little overpriced in my opinion. It’s a great idea & unique.
I initially set this up just with the default, warm white colour in the corner of our conservatory. It looks good, giving off a nicely ambient light and taking up minimal room, very contemporary and minimalist. But hey, it’s summer snd I may be old but I’m not so dull that everything has to be bland, so I installed the app and started playing. As a result, this now sits in the living room where I can set it off most nights, and I love the different mood settings I can get. We’ve tried it in different corners and with different effects, and I’ve now established I like the pinky purple colours best so that’s what we have. Until my husband grabs my phone and sets it to respond to music, then it all gets very funky.if that’s still a word. I suppose 100 is quite a lot to pay for a lamp, and I suspect the novelty will wear off and come winter, we may go back to just having the warm white again but for now it’s fun, it’s well made and it’s nice to have something different.
The RGBIC is not new but this floor lamp has use it pretty well.
It is a light strip holding upward by metal pole with a weighted stand.
The Goove Home app will bring this light to live.
You can have whatever combinations you like on the strip at the same time.
And it syncs to music/sound. Plenty outer mode to choose from.
Great as a mood light, or just bright enough as a reading light.
With the Google Home and Alexa integration, controlling it is effordless.
The Goove Home app also have tap to run and automation/triggering function.
Price is reasonable just under 100, for a realiable product, and quality throughout.
This seems to be the new ‘Thing’ in home lighting, a RGB LED lamp stand, on a stable round base, with an inline switch box for basic on/off and fading, suited for a corner of a lounge, gaming room or child’s bedroom.
The lights basic functions are a warm white light, if you want the singing and dancing coloured version, you will have to download an app and register. I decided as we just wanted a corner lamp giving off a white light, I decided not to register the app, maybe when the grandchildren see it, they will want it for their gaming room, then I’ll register. I did start the process of installing the app, and all seemed simple enough finding the lamp on the app, but I stopped when they asked for registration details.
Everything you needed came with the box, including a magnetic tipped screwdriver, screws, cables and power supply, LEDS etc.
The light arrived broken down in its various components, but was very easy to put together, and only needed the supplied Screwdriver and screws to do this, everything else was slotted in. The light strip itself is embedded in silicone rubber, making it very bendy and easy to fit.
The instructions were very clear, taking you through every stage of the construction with pictures. Read the warning label on the light strip, as this has to be inserted a certain way and a certain order, to prevent damage.
Fitting the LED strip at the bottom was a little tricky, as the thin wires and connector were difficult to push down, but with a bit of perseverance and some wiggling the connector went down. Then it’s a matter of push fitting the bottom and top of the LED strip into place first, then press fit the centre section, until it’s all snuggly fitted.
The basic white lamp can be operated via the on/off switch, or if you want the colours and ‘scenes’, by installing the app on your phone and controlling it from there. It can be set on various modes, including plain colours, also dimmed and brightened and sound/smart activated.
The lamp is 7ft high and has a base of 8in.
Great for a kids room, or a mood light in your living room or bedroom, it would also be great for parties with its sound and smart activated modes.
The base weighs about 4lbs, so it sits quite stable on the floor.
We have a couple of these lights now, as they take up less room than a standard standard lamp, and give off a controlled amount of light, making them useful for certain rooms in the house, so all in all I’m happy to recommend.
