The whole package is a joy. Everything neatly packed and organised. The unit feels sturdy and good quality. All the accessories are wonderfully packaged (threaded plastic caps to avoid anything getting in the shower heads and hose!) and the instructions are great too.
They even included two small rolls of PTFE tape. Not a big fan of tape, I prefer the Loctite floss, but still a nice touch.
I have fitted this to elderly customers who couldn’t deal with the slick hard to grip thermostatic mixers (difficult to find a thermostatic mixer in a reasonable price range that has good grip controls!). Great alternative.
Bought this as our hot and cold are the wrong way so thermostatic showers wont work.
Easy to install and looks great ( we did get a different hose for the hand shower as it didn’t look as nice) but apart from that its great. ( only fitted today though)

We had to buy this manual shower mixer to our brand new bathroom as our plumber installed the hot and cold pipes other-way round so we had not much choice really as the thermostatic shower mixer would never work…
We wanted a modern looking shower without the hefty price tag and this is absolutely brilliant.
