Very easy to use and does a great job cleaning the floors. Would also buy pack of 3 spare mop cloths.

It does a good job but. It’s unstable, so you need to always hold it or it falls over (beware damaging furniture, walls nearby). It did a good job on the kitchen floor (slate tiles) and refreshed the carpet. Haven’t tried it handheld yet – that will be the next test.
Becsuse of the different speeds the efficiency increases on carpet. The light on the vacuum allows you to see the dog hairs on the carpet so that you can’t miss it. I highly recommend it.
Very impressed with the hand held part for cleaning grout on floor tiles did an amazing job.
This product is easy to assemble and use. Not heavy I haven’t worked all the extra pieces but hope to use for a lot more than the floor and carpet. Didn’t quite do what I wanted but good enough

Does exactly what it says on the booklet. Ideal for cleaning all floor surfaces. The other accessories are also very helpful and easy to use.
Just arrived and have already used to clean tiles in bathroom and shower screen, good results so far.
Amazon delivered the steam mop as expected- I steam moped the house top to bottom – the bathroom felt completely sanitised.
The mop works well in the oven and was able to remove grit and grime.
The house smelt completely fresh and Oder free – I saged the entire house in the process – I even cleaned the large external bins- I realised that only hot water steam can kill germs

Fit it up with water and press go!!! The steam mops makes all our hard floors shine. We ordered Extra mop heads and can clean them easily in the washing machine. This is the second one of these we have bought as we gave one to family members. For the price this is a no brainier.
Easy to manoeuvre , excellent steam power , great tool for floors and cleaning ovens. A great tool for bathrooms.

I love this product, I just wish that the micro fibre mop cloth was black. Perhaps it would be something to consider for the future.
Very pleased with this product. Have used various other steamers in the past but find this one to be one of the better ones due to ease and weight.
The only criticism I have is there is only one floor pad-two would have been better so that as one is washed the other can be used. I have large areas to steam so would be much better for me
I like the fact I can use this is light bit fiddly at first but once used excellent.
I’ve had steam mops in the past but have never been that impressed. This one seems to work great. I usually spend 2-3 hours cleaning the kitchen cupboards using pink stuff and a rough sponge. Using the steam mop literally took me half hour with no ‘put your back into it’ scrubbing, brought the cupboard doors up beautifully and any little stains lifted with ease. The windows clean up nicely with no smear marks. Carpet doesn’t look any different after use but the proof is in the pad at the base and even if certain things being cleaned don’t look any different you’re safe in the knowledge that the steam has killed any germs/bacteria without having to use any chemicals. When using it with the floor mop it is no issue but using it by hand when using the attachments for doors/windows/shower etc it is relatively heavy. Enough to ache your arms after just a short while.
Pleased I got this. Cleans well. Folds away small so neat when not in use the only thing I worry about is how long the head will last on the joint at the head as when I put it together it was such a small screw but so far so good.
Loving this at the moment, although I have not been able to use all the accessories yet.

Great product. Simple to use. Only downside is that it leaves the floor quite wet, which can take a while to dry if you can’t open doors to let some air in!

I love it. This is the 3rd one I have owned.
The design has been updated since my others. It does a brilliant job. The only down side is the weight when using it for windows/steaming clothes etc.
Could do with a shoulder strap.

This is my second H20! First one broke as the steam didn’t come through – did all the trouble shooting tips and they did not work! Brought my second one in November 2019 and after 2 months the handle broke and recently the steam will not come through! Don’t all that I should have without success! HELP – Really need a floor steam cleaner that lasts longer than 2 years!
The only problem I have is buying extra accessories. Can you help me with this?

This is an excellent product. Easy to use. Heats up rapidly and does a very good job.
Lovely steam cleaner came with lots of attachments works really with just water. I bought some extra pads too. I use a spray bottle with zoflora on the floor and steam clean over it for nice smell. It’s a lot cheaper than the recommended ones.
I borrowed this item from my friend to try and ended up buying one for myself. It is easy to set up and lightweight.
Steamer worked well. Did not like the way the head was assembled. The old design had a quick push on pull off system, but this one had a tiny screw to attach the head. We have to dismantle the mop after use as space at a minimum, so fiddling with a screw each time will be a nightmare! Why change the design?
Omg it came yesterday so iwhippeditout to steam clean my greasy dirty range cooker in black which sows up the dirt Evan more .It was so easy to use and clean it I felt it cleaned itself really very impressive.
A great steam mop that Cleans the floors really well. The upholstery cleaner is good too.

I am happy with the quality and ease of use on this steam mop. It’s fairly light weight and easy to fill up / change the attachments. I haven’t used mine a great deal so far but up to now I am happy with the results.
There is everything to like about this (except the scents you can buy. I couldn’t smell them)

Great steam mop with loads of handy attachments. Quick and easy to use as well as fold away after use. Bought to replace my previous steam mop which had broken and this is definitely a much better steam mop.
Hunted around for a steam mop, came back to this one which was the latest model of the one I had previously. I figured that all the previous accessories would fit, couple of updates from previous model too….very satisfied
Item arrive within 2 days of order, i was excited to get to use it. Was easy to put together and use. The only thing is im not sure if the triangle bottom clips into the handle or just stays loose. If the latter is the case then you will need to be strong to click it in, if the handle stays loose then its hard to manoeuvre as you cant lift it because the handle slips out and its too hot to put back on with the steam. Will try and get handle to click in as im sure it must do.
This is my first steamer so can’t compare to others. I am very happy with the many jobs I can use the steamer for. Have used it to clean floors, walls, oven, pet bed, suite. The hand held unit is quite heavy but would recommend.
Looks pretty, folding in half is v useful for storage. The lead isn’t as long as my Vax and the floors are wetter afterwards. But continuous steam of steam is great n cleans floors well
This works well for us. We have wooden and tiled floors downstairs which are a constant effort to keep looking clean as we have dogs. This gadget has basically solved the problem as cleaning is now easy and quick. It heats up quickly and the detachable hand tool is good for grouting and around taps. The only criticism is that in full tall handle mop mode it doesn’t lock upright well and keeps falling over and it worries me that I will break it.
Oh I’m so pleased I got this! Effortless cleaning, cleaned my rug up beautifully! I also bought a detergent for steam cleaners which smelt lovely too, cleaned my laminated floor up great!
I love it, so easy to use it, hand held for the tricky and hard to reach corners or a full upright for doing the floors, not to mention additions for steaming clothes, cleaning windows, so many ways to use it, it’s light, has a nice long lead, the handle folds down for easy storage. Great value.
The mop is fabulous on our laminate and tiled floors. The three steam settings mean that the laminate floors are not too wet after steam cleaning. The mop is also very quick at reaching the operating temperature. It is easy to manoeuvre around furniture. Still yet to use the many accessories that come with it.
Bit fiddly to put together but not rocket science- not good instructions – took bit of figuring out attaching it.
The upgrade handle is stronger than the other one I had before – which lasted five years.
Removing the water container part bit different from the last one, it says speeded and pull away – but it doesn’t has to get nails or other to push it up. Then did come off ok.
Easy to use came with many attachments & took other customers advice purchased extra cloths at the same time. Very happy with it so far if lasts another five years then yes I’ll be very happy.

This steamer is excellent. It is easy to use and comes with lots of useful attachments.
I have used this on my tiled bathroom walls, laminate flooring, and to clean carpets, and it does a great job of all of these. The option to use it as a handheld steamer is useful for cleaning around the bath. The carpet attachment makes steaming the carpet easy, and I found this to be very effective on removing make up stains and giving the carpet a new lease of life.
Very much worth the money.
Brilliant item, produces a massive amount of steam and cleans the floor much better than any previous steam mop I have owned. My only issue with this is that it doesn’t stand up by itself properly without eventually falling over. It falls over quite regularly due to the catch not being very robust. The manufacturers really need to rectify this issue, once they do it will be much more easier to use. Having said that it is the best mop I have ever used.
This is my 2nd H2O HD , I love it, easy to use and does the job as stated. The water tank on my old steamer had cracked so I thought it more cost effective to buy a new one
Still new to using this, but so far so good. A little heavier than expected, but house is sparkling having cleaned all the windows so far. A handy little tool!
Really easy to use and does the job I got it for. My kitchen floor was really dirty when we moved in two years ago and even though I was mopping it every day it never looked clean. It does now look a lot cleaner and is coming up cleaner every time I use the steamer.
It was easy to assemble and and use .I think it would of been good to have a nother microfiber cloth in the accessories ,and mabe a strap you could put on your shoulder when using it in the hand held mode also to be able to use the extension hose with the jet nozzle, as this did not fit on the extension hose .but at the end if the day I was very pleased with the performance and thought it was good value.
Only used the floor mop! Yet to use the other accessories to it?! Love the collapsible handle to store away in short cupboards or small spaces hidden behind a curtain!!!
Arrived quickly and good value for money. Did come with a couple of items missing but overall good product.
Our first steam mop, so nothing to compare with but the cleaning action and manoeuvrability seemed very good. However, the power cord is too thick and stiff, the handle cable clip holds for about 2 seconds and there is no clip to attach the plug end to the looped cable like most irons and vacuum cleaners. Any movement of the mop causes the plug end to fall off with the potential to cause damage.
The water tank filling hole is too small. Filling from a tap or filter jug can result in considerable spillage and trying to pour in the fragrance additive is a joke. 20% stays in the cap to run out when reattaching to the bottle and 50% dribbles back when pouring and lands on the floor!
This is worth every penny! It cleans tiles, wood, widows, any glass/mirror, shower screens carpets cookers to name but a few. The accessories provided are everything you would ever need. Excellent product!
Had a cheaper steam cleaner before. This is SO much better. Very easy to use, buckets of steam & for once, a long power cord so you don’t have to use an extension lead. Been using it to sterilise everything – bathroom, floors, door handles. One gripe – it could’ve come with some of the optional attachments that have to be purchased.
I bought this when it was good Friday sale. I must say one of the best amazon purchases I made. I like the fact it is multi use so you can practically use is on anything, the only con I would say is, it isn’t as light weight as I thought it would be. Nonetheless, not really complaining for the money I spent.
There is nothing to dislike about this steamer it is exactly as shown on television.I have used it the steam clean my hall which is wooden flooring and it did a brilliant job.I also used it on my kitchen floor and again brilliant job.All you need is water nothing else it really is the best steamer I have ever had.It has a very long flex so you can do large areas without having the worry that you haven’t enough flex.I give the H20 Hd 5 Stars but it really should be 10.
So happy with my h20 arrived earlier than expected which I was delighted about was good to get my floors steam cleaned again looks sleek and stylish only one drawback used it to clean my windows and mirrors and left them all smeared.
Had the previous thane steam mop and this one is a definite improvement! Easier to use, more powerful steam action…just wish the water tank was easier to open and close!
Very easy to set up and unlike the X5 the handle folds down which I thought was an added bonus when not in use and storing.
Comes with various attachments for windows, carpets, floor, taps/bathroom/bathroom/tiles and clothes making it very multifunctional.
Starts steaming in seconds, and on the lowest setting lasts long enough for me to clean my modest sized living room, bathroom, kitchen and hallway floors using only one tank of water. Refilling is extremely easy and takes seconds to do.
Comes with some cloths to get you started however I did buy extra floor cloths. The floor cloth that came with the actual product doesn’t seem to be as good quality and is remarkably thinner than those you can buy as extra.
Comparing the floor cleaning attachment to the X5, this newer models is bigger cutting down the amount of cleaning time, however it’s very rounded at the end section (whereas the X5 was pointier at the end) which makes getting into the corners of rooms near impossible. Hence only 4 stars, however I would absolutely recommend this product.
The window part is a bit annoying aswell as the pipe that connects from the window part to the steamer itself is not long enough so the way you have to hold the steamer while steaming windows is frustrating, ( my mom has arthritis in her hands and she struggle to hold it up), i also feel that considering the price it could have come with a few more *floor* pads, as soon as you have steamed one floor your having to wash the only floor pad before re using it.
One more little issue, the plug wire is not long enough for me to do my whole kitchen without having to unplug and move it, the wire is a giod length but for anyone with a big kitchen it will be a little issue.
Overall not a bad product but i could have saved money on a cheaper version if i had been aware of the few problems.

Only negative point is the flex. It is thick and heavy and doessnot fit properly into the holder on the handle, it drops out, This can be hazerdous when operating the cleaner as it can get tangled around feet/legs.
I love this steam cleaner its lightweight and easy to use especially as I am a wheelchair user and the extra long lead means I don’t have to worry about changing the plug sockets to each room. My floors and windows look lovely and it’s easy to change the attachments for different jobs. would advise buying an extra pack of the pads though we used 3 doing all of my wooden floors and stairs and the hall carpet upstairs. Definitely one of my best purchases recently!
Only thing I disliked was trying to put the water in you have to get a small lid off . It has two nodules on the side u need to try and get them lined up and pull the lid off which I found difficul
I find it really easy to use. I bought this to replace a previous H20 steamer for which had just bought new pads but as the head of this is much larger they don’t fit which is a shame. Would recommend..
Well built and sturdy product with lots of accessories and the water tank is very easy to remove, re-fill and replace (unlike other brands).
So whilst I like the quality I bought it solely as a carpet freshener.
Sadly for me it is not fit for this purpose – the glider is not fixed so when you lift up the steamer it comes off the glider and it’s unwieldy to get it back on. Also even on setting 3 the steam ejection was a bit hit and miss. I gave up halfway through a room and am returning it.
Don’t let this put you off though if you don’t need the carpet steam cleaning function!
It comes with a pretty good variety of attachments for all your steam-cleaning needs. It’s great at shifting grease and stains, cleaning chopping boards, shower screens, tiles (+grouting) taps, ceramics and just about anything you care to give a good clean. I feel like this will be even more useful to someone with a young family. Sanitising everywhere your baby/child goes. It heats up very quickly and is ready for use in less than a couple of minutes.
Criticisms would be that the tank is very small. It doesn’t last long. That said, once you’ve done it a few times you can change the tank in less than a minute.
I’ve used a couple of other brands, and this is much better than them (Morphy Richards etc) in my opinion. Versatile and easy to use. Once you’ve started, you may well end up steam cleaning everything you own! It is very addictive once you see the dirt you can remove vs normal cleaning. All of that without the need for chemicals. Good stuff.
Its a good steamer, works well on all surfaces. Attachments are useful for cleaning difficult to access areas.
In terms of design it feels cheap plastic with poor quality mains cable ( not flexible as other moveable appliances such vacuum cleaners)
Cannot comment on reliability.
Just watch when ordering replacement mop heads, there don’t seem to be any for the HD only the X5 which are far too small. The X5 pads come up on screen as a product you may want to also buy when purchasing the actual mop but they are not compatible.
But this one is like the Rolls-Royce of steam mops ….. my brother inlaw who has severe autism on different levles hadn’t cleaned his kitchen for 28yrs . So you can imagine the state of the kitchen
. When I seen the state it was in i thought oh noooo it’s going to kill me trying to get all the grease and dirt off the units . As I have a muscle condition that causes chronic weakness .
So I started to use this steam mop that detaches into a hand held steamer with a jet nozzle and a small soft bristled screw on brush …. using this cut through it like a hot knife through butter can’t praise this machine enough .
It does generate a lot of steam so I would suggest putting a cloth on the floor when doing the kitchen units just to soak up the water . “Not much ” but just to make sure you don’t soak the flooring etc
I always read reviews before I buy anything now , as I have wasted so much money on gadgits etc so honest reviews are important .
The mop has 3 different steam levles it takes 30 seconds to start when you switch it on .
The head isn’t flimsy like most other mops it’s tough but light .
All the tools are easy to put together for doing windows steaming your fabrics steaming your mattress etc
I cleaned his bath and wow it was amazing ! I scrubbed this bath before the mop was delivered and I thought it was clean . No it wasn’t, the steam mop with the soft screw on brush got it spotless !!
I have even cleaned all the white double glazed window frames which come up like they where new !!
28 yrs of not being cleaned his home is now so clean you could eat yout dinner off it lol
The pads are Velcro which are amazing too , they stay in place !!
The other older steam mops, you had to put the whole thing on and pull the cord to Sucure it .
The Micro fiber pad is thick and holds a lot of water off the steam . So you don’t get smears everywhere,
the older steam mops would be soaked and never able to glide across the floors without scrunching up and and tightening and needing to replace it after every room . This one just sticks on and just glides across the room no problems .

The only thing I can say bad about this steam mop is …. you only get ONE Micro fibre pad . And I am finding it hard to find the replacement soft bristled screw on brush
You have to buy a jet nozzle and hard wired bristle brush To be able to get the soft bristle brush . They ware out quickly
And if you want more pads it’s quite expensive for a pack of 3
But would be worth your while because these wash up amazing !
The Velcro still works after a lot of use so it stays in place .
One pad isn’t enough for the price you pay for the actual steam mop as you need to use a separate one for your bathroom and kitchen . …my review is 10 out of 10 and worth every penny .
My other advice would be don’t buy any compatible replacement brushes or pads as I made a mistake thinking these would be ok . They aren’t they don’t fit .i have asked questions on here and people just say yes I don’t no why they do that but Just buy the ones for that model . Or you’ll be wasting more money . So in the long run it’s worth paying extra for the pads That are for that model . Only

Cleans the shower screens and windows really well and anything which is glass;
Used on the hob which is glass and that was quite good;
Used on the stainless steel oven doors and stainless steel microwave which was also quite good;
I don’t think it works at all on carpets/rugs, at least on mine which were no different after cleaning the bedroom carpet and a fireside rug twice.
I do find that it doesn’t steam that well all the time either but maybe I expect too much, but at the (high) price it should be brilliant all the time.
