Bought this for a paint job in a commercial kitchen with very high ceilings, this pole eliminated the need for a ladder, extended comfortably within range whilst standing, also, crucially, kept the roller firmly in place.
Highly recommended.
his has been the best ceiling pole ever,really solid doesnt bend even when on its highest length,it 3mts because our ceilings are very high and as ime only 5ft its perfect also if you buy the matchinr roller it fits onto the pole really securely no chance of it comin off while your painting,highly recommend,bit more money but as the saying goes you get what you pay fo
I was very pleased with this, it extends really well, got a nice bit of weight to it (not too heavy) and feels high quality build. Would recommend as I have had a few over the years and this is the best one by far!!
It’s easy to fit the roller (there’s 2 types of fitting) and holds it firmly in place, its light (I thought I might get tired with the extra weight) but this was not the case, and it was a massive time saver not having to move a ladder and keep climbing up and down all the time

Well made quality pole that is easy to use as it is light but not too narrow to hold. Extends well and makes reaching high areas to paint an easy job. Good value too.
Very impressed with this product. The pole is very sturdy and lightweight. Made paining much easier as I didn’t have to rely on the ladder as much. Less effort required with your arms, so you’re not aching as much the next day.

Lightweight, well priced and above all, means I didn’t have to climb a ladder with paint and brushes to paint my house. I used a 6 inch roller for the tricky bits and it worked a treat. Great results.
Well made and sturdy product but only used for home fence painting so not been exactly hammered…. Fits the Harris roller purchased at the same time well and no problems during use….
Cant believe I’m writing a review for a metal pole but after years of using broom handles etc to hold my roller this is a revelation. Lightweight, easy to control, and holds the roller firmly. Saved me having to put up scaffolding over an awkward stairwell
Feeling like a fool having just decorated three rooms without one of these. What a game changer! Easy to use and I’ve fitted 3 different makes of rollers on the end without issue. Easy to loosen and tighten back up and reaches the high ceilings too. Great value
No more vertigo on ladders, painted a two Storey house, about 18foot high in 4 hours. I used a Stanley roller that screws on the end, it was a difficult job made easy with this sturdy tool, highly useful bit of kit.
This has saved us a small fortune. Was able to reach the top of our dormer bungalow no problem. Only criticism is that when extending the pole the mechanism sticks so can be difficult to collapse it again. Would definitely recommend. Very cost effective.
This harris extension Pole i brought (3metre) is brilliant,i am in a wheel chair (amputee) and i could use it no trouble.It is very strong and has a excellent reach on it,even when extended and me in my chair i can use it easily,the push on or screw connection is very good to,i used push on rollers (harris 9″) and it is very solid.Excellent pole and roller,best i ever brought.
I’ve never used an extension pole
before for decorating but due to aches and pains and the volume of rooms we had to do after a renovation I figured it was probably a good idea to purchase one. I have bought all my decorating supplies in the Harris brand and they’ve been a godsend .literally never using another brand again! This pole stays in position, adjusts as you need it too and stays in place as you work. Well worth the investment.

This extension pole has been great. I put faded originally for my Harris rollers but I then purchased the Harris painting pads and it also fits those. With the help of this pole I managed to paint my entire lobby, high bits also, without the use of a ladder in one hour. The cutting in had already been done but the walls are very high. Extremely happy with my purchase and I would most certainly recommend this pole to anyone and everyone.
I am very pleased with this Quality Extension Pole from Harris… it has been very well manufactured and very easy to use.
It will accept attachments either using the screw fitment which is hidden beneath the black plastic tapered spline… or push fit ones that just slot over the taper spline.
The only problem i had was trying to remove the terrible cling film that covered the pole from end to end.
It was wrapped around the pole extremely tight and in some places was about 20 layers thick. It took me 25 minutes to remove every little bit of it. I had to use a sharp pointed knife as that was the only way to attack the damn stuff. Amazing how i never had an accident doing it… thought i was going to cut my fingers.
So 5 Stars for the Pole… Minus 500 Stars for the ‘REALLY STUPID WAY’ it was packaged.
Ceiling and stairs this item is used for as you don’t have to try and use ladders to get to the high areas.
I can’t hold a heavy roller so use a small roller on the top of this which takes ages to paint but so glad to get the hallway high ceiling and walls done at very long last. Wouldn’t be able to have done the job without this.

Except the stair ceiling is ludicrously high and completely inaccessible.
I was looking at paying someone with appropriate ladders loads of money until I found this.
Brilliant! Sturdy. Easy to use,(get the small rollers for a fiver to do the edges)

As a decorator got to say I love this extension pole, it’s a bit old school compared to the Wooster and purdy jobs, but I’m old school so it suits me down to the ground.

Very useful painting extension, been great for painting my outside rendering, good feel about it sturdy and doesn’t bend when extended, overall very pleased
I purchased this by mistake as it came up on the page for washing line prop. However I’m going to keep it as it is such good quality. I will put a fluffy roller in it and wash the greenhouse.
This product saved me 500 for Scaffolding at the side of my house right to the top of the Apex brilliant piece of equipment.
