I had only had this vacuum cleaner for a few days when on it’s third or forth use it started making a high pitched sound every time I pulled the machine backwards. It is a very annoying sound and as I already suffer from tinnitus, I really don’t need another annoying sound. However, I thought I can’t send it back just for this, so I now wear ear plugs every time I use the machine. As we have a fair amount of floor space I thought I would buy another one, albeit a different model. I thought I must have just been unlucky with the first one. How wrong I was! I now have two machines which make a terribly annoying high pitched sound. I won’t ever buy this make of vacuum cleaner again.

I was having problems carrying my Dyson around so the house was beginning to look very messy so I did my research. I can now vacuum in minutes every day without needing a lie down afterwards. It’s a pain to keep emptying it constantly but it works well & sucks up dog hair. Great for stairs and the hand held part is great for removing spiders! We empty it outside afterwards. The battery life is great and my dog isn’t so scared of it as it’s fairly quiet. The roller needs cleaning each time but it’s not a problem, I use scissors and just pull the hair off. I haven’t used my Dyson since-I’m not saying that it’s better than a proper vacuum but it does the job.

its a great little cleaner for the elderly or those who live alone in a flat. Not sure if it would b e suitable for families with children or pets but for me its fine. Love the little booklet with diagrams showing how everything works a big help. Also has a card with serial number and other useful numbers this is a nice little touch. Easy to register. Would recommend to other people like myself

Following an accident I need a lightweight vacuum cleaner. I’m over the moon with this one. Arrived less than 48 hours after ordering. So easy to set up and came fully charged. Just given it a short test and suction seems great. 2 attachments for the hand held which I wasn’t expecting. And a fraction of the cost of my really heavy Shark. So very pleased.

Our Shark cordless died after 7 years it had had enough poor thing. Thought about replacing it with same again but hesitated, do we really need another box of tools for the same vacuum cleaner? Hardly use them & a waste of money. So looked at the reviews for similar products & ordered the Hisense, a good brand. Not disappointed, it’s lighter, quieter, light is brighter, hair does not get caught around the brush & no extra tools that we never use. Perfect. The handy handheld hoover makes cleaning a easier. Would recommend.

This hoover arrived on time and I am so very pleased with this one. I probably have been through 17 hoovers in my life time..haha and this one is brilliant, run time is 60 minutes, not too heavy but most important its not flimsy, handle is sturdy and its 2 in 1. Lets hope that this is my last hoover purchase..

This is a fantastic vacuum cleaner . Have cleaned my armchairs and my car with the hand cleaner. Very light and easy to manage for an older person or someone who finds a normal vacuum too heavy. Would definitely recommend.

Have had this hoover for a few weeks and it so handy. I didn’t want to always get out the main hoover and wanted something easy to do a quick run over. It’s got good power is easy to change from main to hand held and empty. Quite impressed for the money

Great little vacuum, sturdy for the price, very happy. Picks up quite good, not so much bigger grit but enough for a quick pick up in-between full vacuum all areas, easy to charge and handheld can be charged without the full casing.

We have recently moved from a flat to a three story town house, so a corded vacuum cleaner has become a chore on the stairs, also the taking it up and down all the flights….. So we needed something that could be used more frequently, but keep our old corded vacuum cleaner for deep cleans… We have no pets or kids, we are pretty tidy, so Hisense cordless vacuum has really worked out well for us, based on price and it’s overall performance and that the main vac detaches into a handheld, making it ideal for cleaning the car too…. Overall extremely impressed!

I brought this vacuum for our caravan
it folds up really well and cleans the carpet ok sucks up sand really well ideal for quick everyday cleaning
filter easy to clean easy to empty the waste
the battery can be charged separately or on the vacuum
for a very small lightweight vacuum, it does everything that most handheld vacuums can do

I never write reviews, but I’m really impressed with this. I bought 4 other light weigh hoovers as I have issues with my back and hands and I needed something for my daily hoover as we have dogs. Husband does a deep clean hoover of full house once or twice a week with our shark. All other hoovers were sent back as either rubbish or too heavy.

This is a perfect balance. I do wonder how much better the next power up is as this one is really good. I probably would of bought that if I had bought it on Amazon prime

If your looking for something lightweight and quite for a daily clean this has got to be the hoover I’d choose, it surprised me how much dog hair this got off my deep pipe carpets. Was amazing on our laminate too. If you want something for a bit deeper of a clean probably go for the next power up.
