Good Suction power and very good Customer service as well, i coun’t find the carbon fiters and they sent the Carbon Fiters to me.
Purchased this unit to replace older ‘curved glass’ model. Relatively easy diy installation, although instructions do not mention this particular design. Attractive looking; more than adequate extract rate on mid-range speed setting (used to discharge outside rather than re-circulate); noise level acceptable; easy to use. Good value for money.
I haven’t used the hood much yet, however it is very modern and looks classy. The lid to install the filters does not open very much which is a little awkward. I did contact Topstrong about the filters and I have to say that they respond very quickly and professionally and I am very please with their service.

It sucks better than my previous one and it has significantly improved the air quality in my kitchen.

But you know what they say, “if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen!” And secondly, cleaning the tempered glass can be a bit of a pain in the you-know-what. But let’s be real, what kitchen appliance isn’t a pain to clean?
In conclusion, if you’re looking for a kitchen appliance that not only performs like a pro but also makes you feel like a star, then this bad boy is the one for you. Just be prepared to have a cheering section every time you use it!
Bought this Cooker hood couple month ago. It’s amazing, very good looking and very powerful!!! Some reviews said this product was a bit noisy. But what I understand is, powerful cooker hood definitely will a bit noisy.
And I would like to give a big thanks to the service team. They are super helpful, quick response and being very patient, cause I been asked them lots of questions. They reply all my questions within 24 hours. Well done!

So far, so good. A bit fiddly to fit, but then most things seem to be. It looks very slick and smart, seems to work well and has a nice light shining down on the hob. Doesn’t seem too noisy to me, certainly quieter than the last cooker hood we had.
The hood is quite good, but it must be hung quite high and the outlet pipe can not be developed too much because it reduces the efficiency of the scavenge

I was really pleased with this cooker hood ,looks really nice only one negative when you open it to use it it doesn’t have a clip to make it stay open just hangs loose but still good value .but still not received my free carbon filter???

Very good quality and looks good and expensive, works a treat and better than my old one has ever been, down lights are very good. Easy to install if you have some knowledge, it comes with a plug and a lot of houses don’t have plug sockets up there and have the wires traced through the wall, I cut the plug joined the new wire to old and pulled it through the conduit I then attached the wires to the Wall switch which houses the fuse. The main fan basically hangs on a clip so 2 holes and up
