I brought this product 12 months ago and now it won’t pick anything up I have cleaned the filter checked for any blockages there are none this product just doesn’t work don’t waste your money
Not the best I ever had
I’d give this a solid 3 star. The battery life is really not great and it takes ages to charge again. I have a 70 m2 flat and I can’t vacuum the place twice before it runs out of battery.
Also the suction power isn’t great either(not terrible but I had a Henry before and that was great)
That said it’s really lightweight and easy to pick up and clean little bits and pieces. I like all the attachments that come with it too which makes it a great tool to remove cobwebs from outside of the windows. I feel that this is more of a tool for small jobs, it’s not great for actual vacuuming.

This little vacuum is really quite good , picks up short pet hair, fluff and dust no problem , struggles with my longer hair as it winds around the bar so quickly and stops, better on hard surfaces and short pile carpet. Good run time on battery. Really handy for doing stairs and to be honest for the price it can’t be beaten , when you look at the prices being charged for the Dyson range !!
Better than I was expecting for a cordless vacuum.
Just remember this is a battery operated vacuum so is never going to have the suction of a plug in vacuum.
This vacuum cleaner works well with hard floors, it seems ok on carpet but it doesn’t like my rugs that are at different heights.
The battery lasts longer when the sweeper is not used but even using the sweeper I seem to get around 15 to 20 minutes.
I find it useful to clean the cars with and convenient to use in the house to keep on top of the cleaning.
It’s not very heavy and makes cleaning the stairs easy, it seems to handle cat fur ok and I have a long haired cat.
I use my plug in vacuum to clean the filter every so often to keep the suction at its best also Remember to empty regular or you will end up losing suction.

I have had this product for three years now and it’s still going strong. I can vacume the whole house which is two floors with one charge. It picks up our hair in the bathroom and the dog’s hair on the carpet just as easily. Would recommend it.

Quality product - well pleased!
My mother and I bought this stick cordless vacuum as a cheaper alternative to my ‘purple one’. It was only intended for occasional use and we weren’t expecting very much. However we were very pleasantly surprised!
The Hoover has a solid quality feel with good quality plastics.
We like the business like sound of the motor. Loads of attachments are supplied.
Bin emptying is simple and easy.
We like the ease of filter cleaning and the continuous power on function that is really useful if you have hand strength issues.
In summary, Hoover have done an amazing job to produce what is an excellent vacuum at this price. I like some of the features better than those of my much more expensive vacuum. Buy with confidence.

It was a bit heavier than I expected but cleaning wise it was brilliant.
I suffer from a bad back and my upright vacuum cleaner and my Henry cylinder made the back pain worse especially on thick carpet and stairs.
This one was everything I wanted it to be, it did the stairs effortlessly and efficiently as well as the carpets. I finished in 10 minutes with no back pain. I have had two Dyson’s previously and although the suction doesn’t seem as good it still does the job and i have two dogs.
I am hoping it last longer than my dysons what seem to have issues after a year.
Great for the price
It’s surprising how much more often I whizz round with these sorts of hoovers compared to the big clunky wired ones. We bought a Vax after this for about 50 more. The Vax has a high suction mode and, overall, is probably a bit better but it’s also heavier and more expensive.
It’s one of those things I’d probably pay more for something better but this Hoover one is definitely good value. If you’re looking for something just to do your stairs and/or car, you won’t need anything better. As a main vacuum for a family house, you may get frustrated with the size of the drum.

Only worth the money because we got on a lightning deal.
Don’t get me wrong, this is a pretty decent vacuum cleaner, however bearing in mind its designed for pets it just gets jammed every day with hair from my wife and two girls, so you will be clearing out the roller on an extremely regular basis.
Also be very careful that you don’t accidentally stand on the roller attachment part of the cleaner too. I tripped over it (my fault i know) but I was horrified with how easily broken the small flimsy c clip that holds the roller attachment to the main tube was. Luckily I have a 3D printer, so I modeled one in a CAD program and replaced it, otherwise a whole new roller head would have cost more than the vacuum cost to begin with.
Smart, easy, good value but not that powerful
Smart design, love it’s cordless for easy manoeuvrability but also mounts well to a wall in the cupboard for storage/charging. Looks good and nice range of attachments. Easy to empty too without bags. However, suction isn’t great, struggles to pick up hair etc on carpets so I wish I had paid more for a dyson.
Amazing power and ease for a family home
I love this vaccum the power is crazy good particularly with my cat fur. My stairs and rugs felt like new after first time using it and since.
Easy to fit each appliance onto the nozzle and empty straight into the black bin.
I was a little unsure about battery power compared to socket and lead but once fully charged lasts for me to clean the entire house.
Its quieter then my last vaccum and being cordless means I can grab it from the stand go and clean up most messes, with a almost two year old son that has saved me so much time!
Bought as cosmetically damaged not defective! Get your act together Amazon :-(

All around great! What can I say exactly what it does in the tin. LOVE AND LIVE for the constant hoover switch giving me more off a better cleaning stance then I don’t have to constantly be on the trigger BETTER THEN MY CORDLESS DYSON!! I saw the Bad reviews about people’s hoovers getting broken And things but too the chance and I’m GLAD it’s such a nippy little hoover!!

We’ve had one of these for over a year now, this one was bought for my mum. Excellent product. Ours is still found very strong after a year and we love it. Great suction for a cordless, lightweight and easy to use, easy to empty and clean, simple automatic charging.

Absolutely love this Hoover. My first impressions were that I thought it was too light. Then I used it and it made me happy – as I had been using an old Dyson for quite some time and it made me realise how bad the Dyson was. Great that you can remove the head and clear out all the hair with ease (there are 4 dogs and five females living at home).

Well I was shocked at how powerful the suction is and how sturdy it felt when using it..
we have wooden floors Down stairs where is absolute great for them.. after reading some of the reviews about it not been too great on carpet I tried on our big rug and bedrooms and to me it’s still as powerful and doesn’t seem to be much difference apart from you do have to push it a bit harder than you would with a wooden floor but I think you do will all hoovers
Good product, not so good battery
The product is handy and does its job. Battery lasting just 20 minutes but takes hours to charge fully is a bit disappointing.
Better than I thought .
I ordered this product from Amazon market place at half the price of a new one .The item arrived promptly in all its original packaging with no faults and unused.I have used it twice since delivery and I have been impressed by it’s overall performance – on both hard flooring and my rugs .Charging takes about 3 hours and the hoovered for 15 minutes without needing to be recharged .

Awesome little hover for everyday use
It’s my 4th Hoover of this type in the last 18 months. They all work and 3 have been given away as gifts. This little hoover is just amazing, powerful enough for everyday use and with enough charge for a quick one over for a 3 bedroom flat, easy to clean and to store away (the blue version doesn’t have a wall mount, I’m storing it in pieces). Is what it is, still great.
Its not as quiet as a Dyson, it doesn’t look as good. but as a hoover (sorry vacuum cleaner) it light really easy to use and has pretty good suction. Unlike the Dyson you are not meant to keep it on charge all the time, you let the battery go completely and then charge so every now and again you start to clean and it stops. No worry though.
I have a one bedroom flat with wooden floors and some carpet and it has no problem with anything, as its so easy to use you end up cleaning up after you self as you go, so from habit nothing is ever left too dirty. If you have a pet with loads of hair you might have an issue but I don’t so can’t really comment. I ended up buy 2, one for my office and one for the flat. Love it. went down to 80 quid over Christmas so keep you eye out. werd!

Look at some peoples reviews and think oh maybe I’ve made the wrong mistake but it’s decent obviously isn’t going to replace my big plug in vax wet and dry but it does almost anything like the suction isn’t the best but it’s got powered blades so the blades spin on a motor instead of the suction and it flicks up the dust and hair and the little suction it’s got just pulls it up like it really doesn’t need that much powe

Not often I gush about something but this is worth gushing about.
Over the years I have used a variety of hoovers both domestically and professionally as a contract cleaner ranging from Henry, Shark, Dyson Hitachi,Electrolux and Goblin amongst others
without a doubt this is the BEST HOOVER I have ever used.
Can do my whole ( quite sizeable) I.5 bed flat on a full charge with juice to spare.

Excellent Value for money
Whilst the suction power may not be as great as a Dyson equivalent, it is perfectly adequate for normal household tasks. Considering the price differential I would rate this vacuum cleaner as outstanding value for money. We still have a Dyson for the main weekly clean of the carpets, but for all other smaller tasks the hoover is more than adequate. It is lightweight, handy and very easy to use, ideal for stairs kitchen floors etc. With a powered brush head it really does collect all the crumbs and bits of fluff from the carpets. As we do not have a pet I have not rated the for cleaning up hair category, but I can see no reason why it would not be other than satisfactory.
Really handy for a quick clean-up!
I love this Hoover for the handiness, you literally just pick up, clean and put it back down. It works best on the carpets because of the motorised head. It doesn’t work as well on the tiles as the motorised head tends to flick hard bits away but for the price and the ease of use, I’d strongly recommend it.

Lovely, lightweight and easy to use. I have a dog that sheds hair constantly so it has changed the way I clean completely, I can hoover his hairs off the wooden floors quick and easy so can do most days now without hassle of plug in or brushing them up. Works well and short carpets, my living room is longer, fluffier texture and I’m not sure the suction is enough for this but it does a half decent job so I’m happy it’s bringing majority of hairs up on this carpet. I can now clean the whole house (3 bed semi) in about 10 mins so charge is perfect.

Right firstly bought this for rugs stairs and hard floors and I’ve had this product 1 week at it works perfectly across the house. The attachments it comes with are perfect for quick cleaning across any surfaces. It comes with a holder for the unit and it’s accessories that can be screwed into a wall. For the negative reviews this product has received I cannot understand them? They must live in a really dirty house. So far I cannot fault this machine get it and try it out.

Don't need to buy expensive to get great results
Amazed how good this product is. First time I’ve ever used one of these. Great for getting dog hairs off floor. And general carpet cleaning. Does a good clean on one charge. Although the dust pan does fill up pretty quick. But easy to empty and start again.
One thing is if anything get wet (my dogs water bowl) it quickly blocks up with wet hair. Regular maintenance and cleaning will keep this hover working perfec

Since we have purchased one of these, our lives have gotten much easier. You can attach it to the wall, so shenever you need it, you can grab it and use it. We use it everyday, mainly because of our hairy dog. It is stylish, light and very user friendly. We have got the vaccuumcleaner for about 2 years now.
After moving from France to the UK to live closer to the family, the word has spread quickly. Now my partners mum, nan, cousin 1, cousin 2, sister and neighbour have got one. All Hoovers like these, but everyone has picked their own colour so it matches their house. (to be honest? I still really like the blue one). We should get commission from Hoover.

great little cleaner and very light which was what I wanted. After 20 months of light use, the dust box has cracked where the spout connects to the cleaning tube. Not impressed with that, so gave it 4 stars otherwise it would have got full marks. I rang Hoover and ordered a new dust box for 22. I’m happy to carry on with the cleaner as its a good little tool.
suction , ease of use and price
I’ve only had this a couple of weeks but am very happy so far .. my house doesn’t get very dirty as I live on my own . It’s more than adequate for my needs as so easy to carry around and use .. sometimes the suction is so good it tends to suck carpet and won’t glide , u hav to really push it .. It has a yrs guarantee so that’s good .. .I can’t comment on pet hairs as not got any pets , (it picks my hair up ) , that’s why I’ve only given cleaning up hair 3 stars .. I never give anything full star rating until I’ve had for a long time ! So far I would def buy agai
Efficient and lightweigh
This is by far the best hoover I ever had. It’s perfect for my small flat. I manage to clean my entire flat a few times before it runs out of battery and even when it does it charges in an hour or two. I used to never look forward to cleaning, especially hoovering because the cable is never long enough, but since I’ve purchased this one my life has been much easier. Highly recommend it!

I have always been sceptical regarding 5 star reviews.However, this hoover is fantastic! I have a spaniel and I am a very busy lady. Hoovering has never been so pleasant. I can use in the kitchen ,bedrooms and hallway as it is so light and easy .At the same time it picks up hair and everything else. You have to clean the container more often than a bigger hoover but this comes for the price of light small size efficient appliance! The battery lasts long enough to clean a 4-bedroom house. Absolutely enjoy it!

This is a nice product. Never had a dyson so cant compare but this does the job for me. Lightweight, reasonable suction and decent battery life. All good.
I was DESPERATE for a Dyson but after a hard telling off by the other half reminding me how ridiculously over-priced they are, I decided to go bargain hunting and came across this beauty!
PROS: Suction is very good considering the price of this vacuum. The inserts are extremely easy to interchange and the filters etc are VERY easy to clean! Battery life is pretty good, it’s never gone completely flat on me and I have a 2 bed house.
CONS: The only con is that the main source is quite heavy, so whenever you’re hoovering you might get a bit ache-y, I just like to think of it as a bit of muscle gain lol!
Overall – if you’re looking for an affordable, but brilliant vacuum, get this!!!

Lightweight and compact, with good cleaning power.
Bought this to use in our motorhome, as it is small compact and lightweight. It didn’t disappoint. With the motorised brush it made light work of the carpets, and the crevice tool worked well in hard to get at places. We also wanted something that would suck air out of space bags, as we store all our bedding in them. And with a little improvisation ( we found that one the new expandable pipes we had purchased for emptying the grey waste tank fitted in the end of the hoover, and the rubber end on the space bag valve ) it made really light work of sucking the air out. Takes a little while to charge up , and a full charge is supposed to last 25 minutes, so not sure if it would last to do a large house in one go. But for what we use it for it’s perfect, and at great price too. Would highly recommend.
Good as long as you use it as a secondary cleaner for localised cleanup
This vacuum is fine if like me you need to clean a tiled or laminate floor area. The brush picks up all dust dirt and hair from these surfaces without problem. This is not a substitute for a corded vacuum though. For carpets it is fine but due to excess drag with thick pile carpets you really need to support the suction pole with your other hand as you push back and forth over a carpet. I can see why some users have experienced the cracking of the plastic at the top of the unit due to this.

Light and easy to empty. Great for keeping down dust on hard floors. Fully charged does whole house in one, although small cottage includes 2bedrooms sitting room hall and kitchen.

Not bad at all
Got this to hoover to clean all the hair my 3 cats leave on a daily basis. Works pretty well, it makes a lot easier to keep the house tidy on daily basis. As for carpets I prefer my corded vacuum cleane

It seems like it’s 20 too expensive given the build quality. It vacuums reasonably well but the battery seems to come loose quite easily. The lock on feature doesn’t work well at all, it just cuts out after a few seconds. It’s definitely a halfway house to getting a Dyson cordless stick vacuum and for the price it will do given how expensive the Dyson’s are.
Easy to use
Lightweight Hoover. Nice to have switch to leave in on position so you don’t have to keep pressed on all the time in use. Don’t have any stairs so can’t comment. Good on hard floors, although not so good around edges. I have yet to find any attachments which fit this model. The ones recommend I had to send back because did not fit! Easy to empty and runs for a good 20 mins at least.
I have given 4 stars because can’t find any attachments to fit…. would be nice for attachments to come with product.
Great when you have a pet and kids
We used for many years Dyson Animal and it was good, but then it was a time to get something new.
I guess the suction power get better with overall weight of the motor… so wireless ones are not best ones.
But
…suction is not everything. You can just quickly grab and vacuum stairs, kitchen and dog’s bed without lots of cables and lifting kilograms – I’m OK with doing that more often and emptying the dust container after every use.
and most important thing – I can see now kids just grabbing it and cleaning stuff and there is no more (difficult) fights to vacuum house.
