1. Do not use essential oils, perfume, which will cause the cotton swab to clog and the humidifier to be unusable.
2. Ensure clean water, use tap water or mineral water for humidifiers. Do not use distilled water and pure water. Otherwise the sprayed mist is relatively weak and not high, and the water will fall on the humidifier housing.
3. Please do not use any disinfectant to clean it. Avoid the corrosives of the atomizing plate.
4. If the humidifier can not spray when you use it at first time, please add full water then put it upside down in 5 seconds to let it faster absorb enough water or soak the cotton.
5. When you change the cotton swab, please avoid losing the spring at the bottom of the cotton swab.
6. Changing the cotton swab once every 2-4 weeks to maintain the product life.
7. Gently wiping the water-scale of the mist nozzle with alcohol, white vinegar after a period of normal use.
8. It will be water-less auto-off when water level lower the probe. Please note if the probe is loose, otherwise it will not work.
9. Place it steadily or in a low place to avoid falling which may cause the spray plate to break-down, the probe to fall up and false solder.
10. Make sure the environment is of high quality and the humidifier itself is clean. Please clean the container regularly, and we recommend that you clean it once after every use.
11. Air humidity in the confined space is easy to breed mold, a single use of humidifier time should not be too long, please use every 2 hours to open the window ventilation and placed in the open space.
12. Children under the age of 6 should be accompanied by adults to use the item.

Great small humidifie
A lovely little gadget and it’s very quiet. Small and discreet but does the job. You can set it to continuous or burst sprays. It helps to humidify the dry air when the heating has been on. Plus it’s a value for money.

Easy to use, fits perfectly on my bedside table, quick to refill nightly. Literally plug in & go, couldn’t be easier. Have used every night for the past week and I’m glad to say I’m feeling way better! Highly recommended.
Awesome for a bedroom.
It is easy to use. Make sure you don’t lose the spring under the filter. If you do just put a pen spring to make sure the filter is against the top plate. I use mine all day every day and it runs continuously for over 24 hours. Read some bad reviews but these must have been written by silly people. If you want fancy with timers and bells and whistles, buy an expensive unit. Well worth the money.

I purchased this product yesterday for my daughter bedroom who is an asthma sufferer and dry winter air is the worse for her! Delivery and packaging was all good not issues there. Originally I thought oh great I’ve got a dud..there was a slight high pitch noise and no mist…I was fuming and googling why it wasn’t working and couldn’t find an answer anywhere as all anyone said was to fill, plug in, and press the button once!….nothing happened BUT I then realized the lifting spring inside of the filter chamber should be at the BOTTOM of the tube NOT THE TOP which I kept placing inn the wrong area and Bob’s your uncle it worked PERFECTLY!
MAKE SURE THE SPRING IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FILTER CHAMBER

A very good buy
After reading some of the critical reviews on here saying it leaked or didn’t work, I was skeptical about getting this but have been really pleasantly surprised. I got it for my rhinitis and catarrh that left me with blocked itchy throat every morning and cough but since I have had this, it is so much better!! And I have had it nearly a month now, using it almost every night, had no leaking, working perfectly and not even had to change filter yet. Thoroughly recommend.
