Only four stars as it is working well. Good results, it’s working but I have yet to put it in it’s permanent settings, and I plan to reroute the wiring via the cavity of my porch. Something that I will be able to do once my leg injury is sorted. The set up was very easy. Will update once it is fixed in it’s rightful place.

Great service from support service I had this camera for 11 months and it stopped rotating. So I got it touch with support services, who told me to reboot the camera and try again. I rebooted the camera and it made no difference so I contacted support services again and they promised to replace the camera within 3 day. Well it took 2 days and I had a brand new camera. It is working far better than my old one and I just wanted to say a big thank you to the support services for the way they delt with my complaint and the speed at which it was resolved. IeGeek cameras are simply the bes I have 4 ieGeek battery cameras, 3 with Solar Panels provided by ieGeek still going strong after 3 years and I’ve just purchase and installed ieGeek mains powered cameras elsewhere in my property. All cameras are excellent. The picture quality is fabulous, the sharpness, colour and night modes are unbelievable. The pan, tilt and follow me features on the new mains cameras are first class. Having these features lets you install the cameras almost in any position. The picture quality and humanoid detection is superb considering the cost of these cameras. I purchased SD cards that store everything I will need. I would definitely recommend ieGeek Battery and Mains cameras. Great quality, features, Customer’s Care/support, good looking design, and excellent value for money .
Great Camera, Easy Setup. Only gets 4 stars because after it was setup and working the tilt up feature stopped working. It would move on every other axis. I had to get the ladders out again and do a reset. It has worked fine since then. One bit of advice, if you are installing it up a height, like I did, pair the camera to your phone before you install it, as you have to point the phone screen at the camera.
Amazing for the price I am STUNNED by the quality and performance of this camera. Full of really great features like motion tracking, recording, night vision, two way audio etc etc. My neighbours have a system that cost nearly 900 and this one does the same job for thirty quid!!! Next day delivery, set up the app in minutes and installed very easily. Works a treat! Now while we are out, we can see when the Amazon delivery driver arrives, and tell him where to leave the packages!
Going to get another for the back of the house.
Update – I had a couple of little queries regarding the app, so I contacted iEGeek customer services and they responded immediately and sorted things out for me. Really impressed!
Note: the problem I got was that I had the app running and logged on with both my iPhone and iPad. This is perfectly possible BUT can result in you getting a “session expired – please log on” message very frequently. The answer is NOT to log on with two devices at the same time.
Great camera & worth the money Good quality product, shame i was sent the wrong camera and not the one i ordered. I recieved the one without an ethernet connection so was unable to use it as an ip camera. Only realised as I installed it so had already cut the usb cable to run it to the power supply in the loft so was unable to return it. Lesson learnt, check you receive what you ordered.
Good for the price Very good for the price, does all it promises and yes, it actually does connect to Alexa via a skill – woohoo. Just two disappointments – the way Amazon shows products shows user comments for all items in the range, not specific to the camera being looked at (in this case model ZS-GQ2 ) and so from the Q&A, it appeared to have ethernet connectivity, which it doesn’t – frustrating as I had wished to use that rather than wifi. It also does not communicate with general cam apps like CamHi and Genbolt (other ipGeek products have done so in the past), so a touch annoying that it can’t be viewed or managed in the same app as my other cameras – you have to use the specific ipGeek app. It does say that in the instructions but not in the spec shown by Amazon.
Works super easy and reliable notifications For the money, this is an excellent piece of kit. I bought 2 – one for the front and one for the back of the house. I get notifications on my phone any time motion is detected. Seems pretty reliable in that respect. Picture quality is good. I used the cloud service not the SD card. Set up was quick and easy and doesn’t need any technical skills, just a smartphone and wifi. Peace of mind at a bargain price.
Now impressed. For the money, it’s a good purchase, easy to set up, although I will offer a word of caution, the software used with the iGeek is exactly the same as another another PTZ camera I purchased. Therefore removing the need to use two different apps for the two camera’s. The offer of cloud storage was unwelcome and the need to register was annoying, although I realise it was possibly for the warranty, iGeek offering 2 years, that will be interesting to see if it is honoured.
The image quality appeared excellent during the day, but its been up for a week and lens issues have become apparent, the range of the WiFi impressive, my garage is detached from the house and several metres away. Signal strength has been impressive. I like to the look of the new camera’s control is easy, movement of the camera via the software is smooth, I’ve used a Samsung 128Gb card into the unit, high speed, which provides some decent feedback during review mode.
I was thinking of purchasing another one, but the lens quality has let it down.
Has now been in operation for a few days. The night capability is okay, not as bright as expected. I also noticed a slight blurring on the right side of the image, not as sharp (Yes, the lens has been cleaned, and yes, the cover has been removed). So initial impressions have been dented by the lack of clarity in part of the image and the night ability lacking compared to a cheaper model I also purchased. Have now moved the camera to replace another unit (different manufacturer) and changed the software interface. Its now been several weeks in operation and i can say OK, I’m impressed again.
Very nice camera with lots to offer for reasonable price The camera looks nice, appears discrete and moves in a way that can detters intruders.
The setup was very easy and you can use your phone to receive notifications and control the camera.
The image is very clear and you can get detailed photos and videos.
The only thing that I had an issue with is that you need to make a hole big enough to pass the usb cable through. It would be nicer if you could have an way to remove the usb and get way with a very small hole.
Brilliant camera So happy with this camera, easy to set up, picture quality is good, loads up very fast on the app, lots of different settings for motion only, 24/7 recording, lights, alarm, audio picks up very well! Motion settings don’t go off for cars passing like previous cameras i have did but sets off for movement of people. Not got anything bad to say about it and i will definitely be buying more.
Night vision is also best i’ve had, once it spots motion it switches to colour night vision.
Added points for connecting to my alexa devices too!
Versatile camera - quick and easy set up Great quality camera and very easy and quick to install – so good I’ve bought 3 of them.
The tracking facility is especially useful – along with the built in lights that enable good colour rendition in darkness.
I bought these cameras to replace my previous Victure cams as they were failing one by one.

ieGeek security camera After selecting where to place it, it took about 20 minutes to drill and secure the camera, feed the cable through then set it up.
Brilliant camera, able to select alerts to my phone and also alter whether I have audible siren or just the warning light to come on.
I look at it this way that the camera is more of a deterrent and that is why I chose it.
Outdoor wired camera Great little camera does exactly as described. Easy to set up and picture quality good. Had a problem with picture lagging but this was quickly sorted after an email to Igeek. My only criticism is that the Amazon website photo showed a black camera but on arrival it was white. I would have preferred black. I liked this camera so much that I’ve since bought a second one (also came in white not black)
So easy to setup, great price This was fairly easy to set up, ive actually installed these in my campervan as they are powered via USB. Im surprised at its quality and features.
The quality of the recording is really good, it tracks so well and the auto light is really bright at night.
I’ve now bought another and run them from a router with a sim card in it. It picks up the signal well from this.
The only thing I could fault is with the software, choosing the correct camera, its not the one I would of thought which looks like it in the picture, (wireless with power plug). Instead you choose the ‘smart camera 2.4g wifi’

My location for the camera required an additional power extension cable (10m) and waterproof ip66 connection box
The camera comes with default settings and these work well for me, as I haven’t had to change anything This is a simple plug and play camera and I would highly recommend for the price and peace of mind

"The Camera never lies!" I recently purchased this rather attractive looking ieGeek 360 Security Camera for my back garden. And as well as it arriving in double-quick time, it does exactly what it says on the packet. The installation was not as bigger challenge as i anticipated and in all aspects it performs really well, which gives me much satisfaction and reassurance. I would definately recommend this item to any potential buyer.

Great night vision recordings Bought this product originally to track wildlife in the garden and then to protect our motorhome that is stored at home. The video that it produced in infrared were superb and so clear, we could make out all the animals in our garden.
So easy to install and if I had any questions, the support team responded to emails very promptly.

Have had the product for a while now and have contacted the support team a couple of times, always with a question about the camera / software never with a problem with it. They have always been very prompt ( usually within 12 hours) and have always been really helpful and friendly. Well done guys great camera and great support, what more can you ask for. Good for the price This is a really great product, but it just needs a bit of time to work out how to set up and use.
I bought one over a year ago and it’s still working fine, so bought this one as extra cover for the house.
Unfortunately the instructions are a little confusing with the translation from Chinese to English. But basically you need to set it up to your WiFi network with the Ethernet cable before fixing to the wall.
As I already had one I had the app and it was easy to add a new camera. Don’t forget to insert the tf sd card (max 128gb) (128gb over rights after about 3 weeks of recording).
Remember this unit needs a standard 3pin socket and the unit only comes with 3 meters of power cable, so if you’re power source is not going to be under cover you will have to install a ip66 waterproof box to mount a 3pin socket.
It will take a little while working out how best to set the options for your own expectations, so just keep trying and it will work out fine.

Perfect discreet home cctv Works perfectly and pictures up movement brilliantly; my only criticism would be that, when viewing images they don’t load automatically, you have to actually click on each individual box to see the capture.
Good value for money in terms of features Used the camera to cover the back of the house and driveway. Motion detection works well and will follow humans, but will not trigger when dogs are running around when Human AI is set to 100%.
night vision range Security at the back of the house. Even though motion detection sensor is set to 1 it still alerts for no discernible movement. Auto night vision gives a clear colour video and tracking works well.
Value for money Delivery as usual with Prime.
For the cost I was quite surprised at how much this cctv camera can do, and it does it pretty well, it’s a bit sticky with the intelligent tracking but this feature can be turned off, all in all so far from fitting (5/7/23) to using it has surpassed my expectations, time will tell on the longevity of this product but fingers crossed it will last.
Excellent Quality So we’ve been looking for a CCTV camera for our back garden, and after looking at reviews on Google, this camera came up, it’s bigger than we expected, but that’s fine, the quality of the picture is amazing for the price, we also like the way the 360 degree works, it sends notifications to my phone and iPad every time there is someone in the back garden, we have removed the notification sound as it can be a little irritating when one of us is out there, the good thing is I can see if anyone enters when we are away, playback with my internet speed is not great, so you just download and it plays fine. All I can say is that we are very happy with our purchase and will be ordering another for the front of the house.
The pictures attached show how we fitted our camera, there are no wires outside and I think it looks pretty neat inside, we drilled a 28mm hole through the wall and inserted a 25mm piece of conduit and foamed round the space, we then attached a draw wire to the wires on the camera (fiddly so make sure large wire goes in first, followed by smaller wire) and pulled them through
Good Produc I’ve used these cameras before but normally go for their POE or wired cameras. Image quality is good and auto tracking is superb. Although they claim they are waterproof they just don’t like our windy wet weather here in the Isle of Man other that just make sure to give some protection to top of camera if you have similar weather issues. Good specs and value for money.
Great quality camera Camera arrived ontime and exactly as described, nicely packaged in a sturdy box and polystyrene type inner cushioning around the camera.
I also purchased a 128gb micro SD card, which fitted perfectly, (make sure it’s a minimum class 10 card, I got a SanDisk card).
I also purchased a small weatherproof box for the excess cables (see my photo), just to keep things neat and protected.
Camera fairly simple to set up and connect to my WiFi network, then after a bit of trial and error, I figured out the specific parameters I required. Camera works perfectly and the image quality day and night is far greater than I was expecting. Nice and clear Image, even when zooming in. Pan and tilt feature is great, although I only need it looking in the same spot most of the time.
I extended the warranty straight away and received a very quick response and a thankyou from the customer support team.
Very impressed with this camera and would highly recommend it.
Fantastic camera for our needs Bought this camera to keep an eye on our garage at night. Because we are in a first floor flat, some of the smaller cameras night vision did not see very clear to our garage which is approx 55ft away and 20ft down.
At first when we unboxed it we were surprised at how big it was, but once up it’s not too conspicuous, we got the black one though.
Installed easily, added to the app easily and works well. The night vision with just standard black and white is fantastic, exactly what we needed.
Detection distance during the day is fantastic as well and the image is clear, although not clear enough really to read a number plate at 45ft, but that could be down to the setting in the app, which we are still tweaking. I love the fact it records 24/7 and can also have motion detection alarms sent to my phone.
All in all though a great camera.
A hidden gem I usually donot review products much, but this one felt like I should as its a hidden gem of a product. I purchased a ring stick up cam and it turned out to be a faulty device and had to return it and looked for an alternative. I then purchased this IPcam and felt I should have gone for this in first place so that I could have avoided all the hassle in returning the ring camera. In my opinion if it helps someone else to take a decision, the below features was apt for my needs
1. Easy to install to a outdoor uk socket, just that anchoring to the wall was a bit awkward as I did not have a long screwdriver.
2. Very good picture quality, the HD image is crisp both during day & night.
3. The camhipro app is also good on a IOS device and it works as expected. There are too many options one can play around with and configure whats best.
4. I have installed it in my garden and it perfectly does what I was looking for. I donot regret my decision in purchasing this cam over the ring product.
5. I have a 128gb SD card installed and it records continuosly and as well when there is a motion detected.
6. Once can configure time periods and enable the detection as required.
7. Motion detection was too aggressive as I had it changed from default 50 to 75%. It woke me up in the night, but I then put back to 50 seems all ok.
A good camera in its class I went for an ieGeek camera as I have had a couple up and running around the house for some years and have been very happy. I chose this camera as I wanted to be able to scan a wider area than possible with a static camera. Setting it up was much easier than previously, using CamHiPro and the AP Hotspot was really simple and quick. Settings are easy to understand and pictures are clear both day and night.
It took a little effort to get sensitivity sorted and I’m still working on getting spiders to stay away and for the sensor to ignore the arrival of a small flock of pigeons!
A problem with most cameras of this type is the tail line, in particular the RJ45 connector. If not wired, the connector is redundant. It would be nice if it was possible to just chop it off? Or it wasn’t there? Getting it through a hole in a standard waterproof box requires a deal of cutting and slicing of seal and box.
The power port and Reset button fit nicely.
It is also much easier to fit everything into a small weatherproof box by replacing the bulky plug with an inline 12v transformer. There are suitable transformers for less than 10.
Overall, I am very happy with the camera and won’t hesitate to recommend it and the instant customer support response I had to a question.

After continuing difficulty getting motion detection to stop giving me false alarms, support offered to replace the camera. The replacement camera has behaved perfectly, further reinforcing my opinion about the camera and ieGeek support.
Great for a budge great camera for a budget camera has preset positions also the camera is onvif! when i first got the camera there was a little bit of moisture in the lens but i easily opened the camera and cleaned it out!
App Control Upon arrival the packaging is very professional & the build quality of the camera is very good. Picture and sound for the price you pay is reasonable. However I’d say the one thing that let’s it down is the app control. I believe it’s 3rd party. Alot could be done with the app in regards to navigation, looks and making it more user friendly. However excluding that for the price its a great camera.
Amazing camera for the price + outstanding after sales This is a great ptz camera for the price, the camera easily connects using WiFi however I decided to have the camera hardwired using a cat6 cable. The first camera I purchased had an issue where it wasn’t connecting to the internet. Only way to make it work was to reset the camera from the mains. I got in touch with igeek and after some communication they agreed to send me a replacement. So far the replacement camera is working as it should, I cannot complain for the price. It does what I wanted it to do and more.
Excellent video quality, decent motion tracking I have had two of these camera’s installed last week. First impressions are fantastic. I will review different part of the camera below,
Camera – looks good and feels well built when held in the hand. With the white coloured exterior it is easily visible helping with both deterrence as well as privacy.
Picture quality – The picture quality of this camera is excellent. Very sharp and in-focus videos. Great quality in night mode as well. The intelligent mode enables lights when motion is detected and switches to full colour mode recording.
Pan and Tilt – The PTZ is as advertised, 355deg horizontal, over 90deg vertical. This offers a massive field of view should you need it. Also allows the camera to be installed in the most awkward spots and still be adjusted to get the best view into target area. My only gripe is the PTZ motor could be a little more smooth and responsive to the motion detection feature. Also a useful future developement would be enabling the camera to pan and tilt across a defined path by default unless motion is detected.
Motion detection – The motion detection is very good and you can adjust its sentivity. The humanoid detction is good but could use some further development to improve accuracy. But for the price point, its very good.
Storage – This is one of the best parts, as there is no subscription fee to pay to access the videos. Just pop in a micro SD card and you have your own collection of historical recordings should you ever need it. The camera also automatically deletes oldest files so I dont need to manage it manually. I played with event recording and continous recording, but with the rate of storage used, I will keep it on continous recording as I expect the storage to last well over a month.
App – The app is easy to use and has the most important features. There are some suggestions I have made which have been already acknowledged.
In summary initial thoughts about the camera is that its a great peice of kit for the price its advertised at. Will definitely recommend purely based on the quality of the video feed alone.

Camera worked perfect until I chcnaged wifi route How on Earth do you connect this camera to wifi ??? I have camera on the wall already and now changed to router. Must be a way to connect it to wifi without ethernet cable.
Value for money Bought two of these cameras. They were easy to install and the quality of the picture is fantastic. I would recommend these to anyone with little IT knowledge.
Easy to set up This was so easy to set up. I love the fact that it has an attachment to cover the internet port. Thought that was a nice touch. So far so good. I’m pleased with the security camera.
Great IP Cameras I would like to say how fantastic Igeek Customer Service is and how quickly they resolved the problem as my camera developed a fault over time of being up. The communication was excellent, they were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent out with apologies. The problem was then resolved. The new camera is up and working perfectly fine. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Customer Services they were 5 Star.
This is an excellent camera for the cost. Full HD quality and wireless it pans and tilts which is a great advantage. The picture quality is excellent both night and day. Recordings can be saved to SD card with excellent playback. Controlling all the functions from your phone app works really well and incorporates many features that are useful to use. The motion detection and auto tracking are a great feature, you can set up in the app to receive push notifications when movement is detected which is a bonus feature. Very pleased with the overall camera and functions it includes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to purchase an Igeek Camera.
This is the 5th camera I have purchased from Igeek and all the cameras are fantastic I would not buy any other make. With all the features they have they are perfect for what we need.
Better than the last model Sharp picture. Great intelligence. The old version use to jump around at every little movement, this model has the sense to first workout if the movement is just something or someone passing by then if the subject stays in the area of the camera, it will lift and follow accordingly.
Very good camera At first it was a bit of trial and error to get the set up right as a previous reviewer added about it turning to the wall a lot but after setting some presets it seemed to improve. I found the accessibility of the app when you weren’t home brilliant and I fitted a 128gb micro card to ensure I enough storage for the recordings. I had an issue recently which I contacted igeek for support and they were very helpful and prompt, that I would definitely buy from them again.
Great system. So good I bought another! I bought this camera for my mothers house. It was easy to set up. Easy to put on both our phones. The picture quality is great. Nothing too complicated. Great service from ieGeek. So good that I have bought a second one for the back of the house.
Good camera This camera seems to be working really well. It was easier to set up than expected and is picking up any movement outside of my house. Easy to check on the app and see what is happening, which makes me feel safer when I am not at home. Seems great so far.
Excelle For the price I can’t fault this camera. Motion notification is rather too sensitive even at lower settings, so it will react to rain for example. But that’s relatively minor. Setup to Wi-Fi is initially a bit counterintuitive. You have to log into its own network before logging into your own home Wi-Fi. But once done it’s easy. Picture quality is great and control from the app is excellent. Night vision, especially colour is very good.
All in all very pleased with this camera.

Good Home Detection Camera This is a good detection camera, the footage and vision is clear, especially the night vision.
Coverage is wide and captures objects quickly.

All cameras are excellent. The picture quality is fabulous, the sharpness, colour and night modes are unbelievable. The pan, tilt and follow me features on the new mains cameras are first class. Having these features lets you install the cameras almost in any position. The picture quality and humanoid detection is superb considering the cost of these cameras. I purchased SD cards that store everything I will need. I would definitely recommend ieGeek Battery and Mains cameras. Great quality, features, Customer’s Care/support, good looking design, and excellent value for money .
Only gets 4 stars because after it was setup and working the tilt up feature stopped working. It would move on every other axis. I had to get the ladders out again and do a reset. It has worked fine since then. One bit of advice, if you are installing it up a height, like I did, pair the camera to your phone before you install it, as you have to point the phone screen at the camera.
Amazing for the price
I am STUNNED by the quality and performance of this camera. Full of really great features like motion tracking, recording, night vision, two way audio etc etc. My neighbours have a system that cost nearly 900 and this one does the same job for thirty quid!!! Next day delivery, set up the app in minutes and installed very easily. Works a treat! Now while we are out, we can see when the Amazon delivery driver arrives, and tell him where to leave the packages!
Going to get another for the back of the house.
Update – I had a couple of little queries regarding the app, so I contacted iEGeek customer services and they responded immediately and sorted things out for me. Really impressed!
Note: the problem I got was that I had the app running and logged on with both my iPhone and iPad. This is perfectly possible BUT can result in you getting a “session expired – please log on” message very frequently. The answer is NOT to log on with two devices at the same time.
Great camera & worth the money
Good quality product, shame i was sent the wrong camera and not the one i ordered. I recieved the one without an ethernet connection so was unable to use it as an ip camera. Only realised as I installed it so had already cut the usb cable to run it to the power supply in the loft so was unable to return it. Lesson learnt, check you receive what you ordered.
Good for the price
Very good for the price, does all it promises and yes, it actually does connect to Alexa via a skill – woohoo. Just two disappointments – the way Amazon shows products shows user comments for all items in the range, not specific to the camera being looked at (in this case model ZS-GQ2 ) and so from the Q&A, it appeared to have ethernet connectivity, which it doesn’t – frustrating as I had wished to use that rather than wifi. It also does not communicate with general cam apps like CamHi and Genbolt (other ipGeek products have done so in the past), so a touch annoying that it can’t be viewed or managed in the same app as my other cameras – you have to use the specific ipGeek app. It does say that in the instructions but not in the spec shown by Amazon.
For the money, this is an excellent piece of kit. I bought 2 – one for the front and one for the back of the house. I get notifications on my phone any time motion is detected. Seems pretty reliable in that respect. Picture quality is good. I used the cloud service not the SD card. Set up was quick and easy and doesn’t need any technical skills, just a smartphone and wifi. Peace of mind at a bargain price.

For the money, it’s a good purchase, easy to set up, although I will offer a word of caution, the software used with the iGeek is exactly the same as another another PTZ camera I purchased. Therefore removing the need to use two different apps for the two camera’s. The offer of cloud storage was unwelcome and the need to register was annoying, although I realise it was possibly for the warranty, iGeek offering 2 years, that will be interesting to see if it is honoured.
The image quality appeared excellent during the day, but its been up for a week and lens issues have become apparent, the range of the WiFi impressive, my garage is detached from the house and several metres away. Signal strength has been impressive. I like to the look of the new camera’s control is easy, movement of the camera via the software is smooth, I’ve used a Samsung 128Gb card into the unit, high speed, which provides some decent feedback during review mode.
I was thinking of purchasing another one, but the lens quality has let it down.
Has now been in operation for a few days. The night capability is okay, not as bright as expected. I also noticed a slight blurring on the right side of the image, not as sharp (Yes, the lens has been cleaned, and yes, the cover has been removed). So initial impressions have been dented by the lack of clarity in part of the image and the night ability lacking compared to a cheaper model I also purchased. Have now moved the camera to replace another unit (different manufacturer) and changed the software interface. Its now been several weeks in operation and i can say OK, I’m impressed again.
The camera looks nice, appears discrete and moves in a way that can detters intruders.
The setup was very easy and you can use your phone to receive notifications and control the camera.
The image is very clear and you can get detailed photos and videos.
The only thing that I had an issue with is that you need to make a hole big enough to pass the usb cable through. It would be nicer if you could have an way to remove the usb and get way with a very small hole.
Brilliant camera
So happy with this camera, easy to set up, picture quality is good, loads up very fast on the app, lots of different settings for motion only, 24/7 recording, lights, alarm, audio picks up very well! Motion settings don’t go off for cars passing like previous cameras i have did but sets off for movement of people. Not got anything bad to say about it and i will definitely be buying more.
Night vision is also best i’ve had, once it spots motion it switches to colour night vision.
Added points for connecting to my alexa devices too!
Great quality camera and very easy and quick to install – so good I’ve bought 3 of them.
The tracking facility is especially useful – along with the built in lights that enable good colour rendition in darkness.
I bought these cameras to replace my previous Victure cams as they were failing one by one.

Works great, easy to use, looks great, I’ve been using them for a long time now no problems. I live in Scotland and the weather her is very relentless. Get very windy, wet and a wee bit frozen most of the year. The camera survived all Scotland her self hurled at them. Brilliant.

ieGeek security camera
After selecting where to place it, it took about 20 minutes to drill and secure the camera, feed the cable through then set it up.
Brilliant camera, able to select alerts to my phone and also alter whether I have audible siren or just the warning light to come on.
I look at it this way that the camera is more of a deterrent and that is why I chose it.
Outdoor wired camera
Great little camera does exactly as described. Easy to set up and picture quality good. Had a problem with picture lagging but this was quickly sorted after an email to Igeek. My only criticism is that the Amazon website photo showed a black camera but on arrival it was white. I would have preferred black. I liked this camera so much that I’ve since bought a second one (also came in white not black)
This was fairly easy to set up, ive actually installed these in my campervan as they are powered via USB. Im surprised at its quality and features.
The quality of the recording is really good, it tracks so well and the auto light is really bright at night.
I’ve now bought another and run them from a router with a sim card in it. It picks up the signal well from this.
The only thing I could fault is with the software, choosing the correct camera, its not the one I would of thought which looks like it in the picture, (wireless with power plug). Instead you choose the ‘smart camera 2.4g wifi’

The new camera is slightly larger but still very well made and was simple to fix
The camera came with the all the necessary leads for a quick installation
My location for the camera required an additional power extension cable (10m) and waterproof ip66 connection box
The camera comes with default settings and these work well for me, as I haven’t had to change anything This is a simple plug and play camera and I would highly recommend for the price and peace of mind
Also, I particularly like the additional security feature of built in led spotlights!

I recently purchased this rather attractive looking ieGeek 360 Security Camera for my back garden. And as well as it arriving in double-quick time, it does exactly what it says on the packet. The installation was not as bigger challenge as i anticipated and in all aspects it performs really well, which gives me much satisfaction and reassurance. I would definately recommend this item to any potential buyer.

Great night vision recordings
Bought this product originally to track wildlife in the garden and then to protect our motorhome that is stored at home. The video that it produced in infrared were superb and so clear, we could make out all the animals in our garden.
So easy to install and if I had any questions, the support team responded to emails very promptly.

Have had the product for a while now and have contacted the support team a couple of times, always with a question about the camera / software never with a problem with it. They have always been very prompt ( usually within 12 hours) and have always been really helpful and friendly. Well done guys great camera and great support, what more can you ask for. Definitely a 5 star review from me.
This is a really great product, but it just needs a bit of time to work out how to set up and use.
I bought one over a year ago and it’s still working fine, so bought this one as extra cover for the house.
Unfortunately the instructions are a little confusing with the translation from Chinese to English. But basically you need to set it up to your WiFi network with the Ethernet cable before fixing to the wall.
As I already had one I had the app and it was easy to add a new camera. Don’t forget to insert the tf sd card (max 128gb) (128gb over rights after about 3 weeks of recording).
Remember this unit needs a standard 3pin socket and the unit only comes with 3 meters of power cable, so if you’re power source is not going to be under cover you will have to install a ip66 waterproof box to mount a 3pin socket.
It will take a little while working out how best to set the options for your own expectations, so just keep trying and it will work out fine.
Very pleased..good reliable camera
I have a few of these now around my property and I have to say for the money they are good quality, reliable and easy set up.. definitely recommend them .
Works perfectly and pictures up movement brilliantly; my only criticism would be that, when viewing images they don’t load automatically, you have to actually click on each individual box to see the capture.
Used the camera to cover the back of the house and driveway. Motion detection works well and will follow humans, but will not trigger when dogs are running around when Human AI is set to 100%.
Security at the back of the house. Even though motion detection sensor is set to 1 it still alerts for no discernible movement. Auto night vision gives a clear colour video and tracking works well.

For the cost I was quite surprised at how much this cctv camera can do, and it does it pretty well, it’s a bit sticky with the intelligent tracking but this feature can be turned off, all in all so far from fitting (5/7/23) to using it has surpassed my expectations, time will tell on the longevity of this product but fingers crossed it will last.
So we’ve been looking for a CCTV camera for our back garden, and after looking at reviews on Google, this camera came up, it’s bigger than we expected, but that’s fine, the quality of the picture is amazing for the price, we also like the way the 360 degree works, it sends notifications to my phone and iPad every time there is someone in the back garden, we have removed the notification sound as it can be a little irritating when one of us is out there, the good thing is I can see if anyone enters when we are away, playback with my internet speed is not great, so you just download and it plays fine. All I can say is that we are very happy with our purchase and will be ordering another for the front of the house.
The pictures attached show how we fitted our camera, there are no wires outside and I think it looks pretty neat inside, we drilled a 28mm hole through the wall and inserted a 25mm piece of conduit and foamed round the space, we then attached a draw wire to the wires on the camera (fiddly so make sure large wire goes in first, followed by smaller wire) and pulled them through
I’ve used these cameras before but normally go for their POE or wired cameras. Image quality is good and auto tracking is superb. Although they claim they are waterproof they just don’t like our windy wet weather here in the Isle of Man other that just make sure to give some protection to top of camera if you have similar weather issues. Good specs and value for money.
Camera arrived ontime and exactly as described, nicely packaged in a sturdy box and polystyrene type inner cushioning around the camera.
I also purchased a 128gb micro SD card, which fitted perfectly, (make sure it’s a minimum class 10 card, I got a SanDisk card).
I also purchased a small weatherproof box for the excess cables (see my photo), just to keep things neat and protected.
Camera fairly simple to set up and connect to my WiFi network, then after a bit of trial and error, I figured out the specific parameters I required. Camera works perfectly and the image quality day and night is far greater than I was expecting. Nice and clear Image, even when zooming in. Pan and tilt feature is great, although I only need it looking in the same spot most of the time.
I extended the warranty straight away and received a very quick response and a thankyou from the customer support team.
Very impressed with this camera and would highly recommend it.
Fantastic camera for our needs
Bought this camera to keep an eye on our garage at night. Because we are in a first floor flat, some of the smaller cameras night vision did not see very clear to our garage which is approx 55ft away and 20ft down.
At first when we unboxed it we were surprised at how big it was, but once up it’s not too conspicuous, we got the black one though.
Installed easily, added to the app easily and works well. The night vision with just standard black and white is fantastic, exactly what we needed.
Detection distance during the day is fantastic as well and the image is clear, although not clear enough really to read a number plate at 45ft, but that could be down to the setting in the app, which we are still tweaking. I love the fact it records 24/7 and can also have motion detection alarms sent to my phone.
All in all though a great camera.
I usually donot review products much, but this one felt like I should as its a hidden gem of a product. I purchased a ring stick up cam and it turned out to be a faulty device and had to return it and looked for an alternative. I then purchased this IPcam and felt I should have gone for this in first place so that I could have avoided all the hassle in returning the ring camera. In my opinion if it helps someone else to take a decision, the below features was apt for my needs
1. Easy to install to a outdoor uk socket, just that anchoring to the wall was a bit awkward as I did not have a long screwdriver.
2. Very good picture quality, the HD image is crisp both during day & night.
3. The camhipro app is also good on a IOS device and it works as expected. There are too many options one can play around with and configure whats best.
4. I have installed it in my garden and it perfectly does what I was looking for. I donot regret my decision in purchasing this cam over the ring product.
5. I have a 128gb SD card installed and it records continuosly and as well when there is a motion detected.
6. Once can configure time periods and enable the detection as required.
7. Motion detection was too aggressive as I had it changed from default 50 to 75%. It woke me up in the night, but I then put back to 50 seems all ok.

I went for an ieGeek camera as I have had a couple up and running around the house for some years and have been very happy. I chose this camera as I wanted to be able to scan a wider area than possible with a static camera. Setting it up was much easier than previously, using CamHiPro and the AP Hotspot was really simple and quick. Settings are easy to understand and pictures are clear both day and night.
It took a little effort to get sensitivity sorted and I’m still working on getting spiders to stay away and for the sensor to ignore the arrival of a small flock of pigeons!
A problem with most cameras of this type is the tail line, in particular the RJ45 connector. If not wired, the connector is redundant. It would be nice if it was possible to just chop it off? Or it wasn’t there? Getting it through a hole in a standard waterproof box requires a deal of cutting and slicing of seal and box.
The power port and Reset button fit nicely.
It is also much easier to fit everything into a small weatherproof box by replacing the bulky plug with an inline 12v transformer. There are suitable transformers for less than 10.
Overall, I am very happy with the camera and won’t hesitate to recommend it and the instant customer support response I had to a question.

After continuing difficulty getting motion detection to stop giving me false alarms, support offered to replace the camera. The replacement camera has behaved perfectly, further reinforcing my opinion about the camera and ieGeek support.
Great for a budge
great camera for a budget camera has preset positions also the camera is onvif! when i first got the camera there was a little bit of moisture in the lens but i easily opened the camera and cleaned it out!
Upon arrival the packaging is very professional & the build quality of the camera is very good. Picture and sound for the price you pay is reasonable. However I’d say the one thing that let’s it down is the app control. I believe it’s 3rd party. Alot could be done with the app in regards to navigation, looks and making it more user friendly. However excluding that for the price its a great camera.
This is a great ptz camera for the price, the camera easily connects using WiFi however I decided to have the camera hardwired using a cat6 cable. The first camera I purchased had an issue where it wasn’t connecting to the internet. Only way to make it work was to reset the camera from the mains. I got in touch with igeek and after some communication they agreed to send me a replacement. So far the replacement camera is working as it should, I cannot complain for the price. It does what I wanted it to do and more.
I have had two of these camera’s installed last week. First impressions are fantastic. I will review different part of the camera below,
Camera – looks good and feels well built when held in the hand. With the white coloured exterior it is easily visible helping with both deterrence as well as privacy.
Picture quality – The picture quality of this camera is excellent. Very sharp and in-focus videos. Great quality in night mode as well. The intelligent mode enables lights when motion is detected and switches to full colour mode recording.
Pan and Tilt – The PTZ is as advertised, 355deg horizontal, over 90deg vertical. This offers a massive field of view should you need it. Also allows the camera to be installed in the most awkward spots and still be adjusted to get the best view into target area. My only gripe is the PTZ motor could be a little more smooth and responsive to the motion detection feature. Also a useful future developement would be enabling the camera to pan and tilt across a defined path by default unless motion is detected.
Motion detection – The motion detection is very good and you can adjust its sentivity. The humanoid detction is good but could use some further development to improve accuracy. But for the price point, its very good.
Storage – This is one of the best parts, as there is no subscription fee to pay to access the videos. Just pop in a micro SD card and you have your own collection of historical recordings should you ever need it. The camera also automatically deletes oldest files so I dont need to manage it manually. I played with event recording and continous recording, but with the rate of storage used, I will keep it on continous recording as I expect the storage to last well over a month.
App – The app is easy to use and has the most important features. There are some suggestions I have made which have been already acknowledged.
In summary initial thoughts about the camera is that its a great peice of kit for the price its advertised at. Will definitely recommend purely based on the quality of the video feed alone.

How on Earth do you connect this camera to wifi ??? I have camera on the wall already and now changed to router. Must be a way to connect it to wifi without ethernet cable.

I would like to say how fantastic Igeek Customer Service is and how quickly they resolved the problem as my camera developed a fault over time of being up. The communication was excellent, they were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent out with apologies. The problem was then resolved. The new camera is up and working perfectly fine. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Customer Services they were 5 Star.
This is an excellent camera for the cost. Full HD quality and wireless it pans and tilts which is a great advantage. The picture quality is excellent both night and day. Recordings can be saved to SD card with excellent playback. Controlling all the functions from your phone app works really well and incorporates many features that are useful to use. The motion detection and auto tracking are a great feature, you can set up in the app to receive push notifications when movement is detected which is a bonus feature. Very pleased with the overall camera and functions it includes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to purchase an Igeek Camera.
This is the 5th camera I have purchased from Igeek and all the cameras are fantastic I would not buy any other make. With all the features they have they are perfect for what we need.
Better than the last model
Sharp picture. Great intelligence. The old version use to jump around at every little movement, this model has the sense to first workout if the movement is just something or someone passing by then if the subject stays in the area of the camera, it will lift and follow accordingly.
Very good camera
At first it was a bit of trial and error to get the set up right as a previous reviewer added about it turning to the wall a lot but after setting some presets it seemed to improve. I found the accessibility of the app when you weren’t home brilliant and I fitted a 128gb micro card to ensure I enough storage for the recordings. I had an issue recently which I contacted igeek for support and they were very helpful and prompt, that I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought this camera for my mothers house. It was easy to set up. Easy to put on both our phones. The picture quality is great. Nothing too complicated. Great service from ieGeek. So good that I have bought a second one for the back of the house.
Good camera
This camera seems to be working really well. It was easier to set up than expected and is picking up any movement outside of my house. Easy to check on the app and see what is happening, which makes me feel safer when I am not at home. Seems great so far.

For the price I can’t fault this camera. Motion notification is rather too sensitive even at lower settings, so it will react to rain for example. But that’s relatively minor. Setup to Wi-Fi is initially a bit counterintuitive. You have to log into its own network before logging into your own home Wi-Fi. But once done it’s easy. Picture quality is great and control from the app is excellent. Night vision, especially colour is very good.
All in all very pleased with this camera.

The camera is sturdy. The set up and installation was very straight forward. Sometimes the lens fogs over at night, however, on checking around most cameras do so when the weather and temperatures are adverse. They do the job I wanted and I am pleased.
The supplier was helpful and delivery was quick. Only just installed the cameras and got used to setting etc, however would recommend this camera.
