I work in a high volume dealership and this is a great gun. Ignore the reviews of people who have a little compressor the impact gun will only be as good as the compressor you have

I use this tool professionally every day. This was the 3rd one I’ve purchased. The 2 prior lasted 10 years each. Used professionally daily all day with 115psi of pressure. Quiet strong and light. What more could you ask for!
This gun is pretty quiet for an air gun. Also has a lot of torque.
Best impact you can buy . I put this up against Snap On’s top gun and blow it out of the water. Great tool and very durable .
Have a Ryobi 18v but it couldn’t do most jobs I needed it to do. With this I can easily remove my mower blades and tire nuts. My neighbor uses it to rotate his tires, too. Works first time, every time. I have a rare neuromuscular disease but love to piddle around and do “projects”. Always looking for tools to make my life easier.

First few uses took a while to judge just how powerfull this gun is , the lack of noise compaired to my CP7748 makes you feel the gun is under performing but no it has plenty of kick and feels nice in the hand , i purchased the 2135 to replace my new style CP7748 as i just dont rate it to my original CP7748 i feel CP should have left well alone

Works good, but would be nice to know what is needed to grease the gears. Could not find anything on line.

I’m a full-time working tech of 20+ years. As you can see in the photo, I’m not new to IR tools; I also have the slightly larger 2235Ti 1/2″ and a 2115Ti 3/8″ (which I love). My 2135Ti needs a new anvil and rebuild, so I bought this QXPA to replace it as it’s the direct descendant.
Obviously, it’s waaay quieter than my old non-Q gun. It took a over week of use to break-in and free up, working fine, but clearly not free-spinning internally. The quality of the handle’s molding is unimpressive; I shaved it with a razor blade to make it flush and comfortable. It’s also a couple hundred dollars less expensive than my Titanium was, so there’s that. Weight-wise, they’re very similar.
I was concerned after reading some negative reviews that this tool would be gutless. It is not. Note the above break-in period I experienced. If you’re going by the torque ratings, prepare to be disappointed – they’re about as accurate as automotive fuel economy ratings with any brand’s impacts (yes, I’ve owned Snap-on, Mac, and AirCat guns…). The claimed outputs are laughable for all of them. Will it tighten lug nuts well beyond spec for anything 1 ton and under? Easily, but like any air tool, it needs both sufficient pressure AND volume. Available CFM is critical.
Having only had it for a few weeks I’ve yet to challenge this new 2135QXPA, but before the anvil wore out, if my old 2135Ti wouldn’t undo it, you could be assured that at minimum a big Johnson bar would be required to move it manually. Keeping in mind that that the “Quiet Tool” muffling lessens total power slightly, I expect this tool to perform comparably. So far, so good.
working in the auto industry for 35 years this impact gun is so nice to use, its nice and quiet, light weight and has no problem handling the big jobs other more expensive and louder impact guns can do. great value great impac
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my Son who is a mechanic, he used it at work this week for the first time, he absolutely loves it and is very happy with it. It’s a good purchase.
Unit is very well price, noise level is super low (very surprising). Torque is amazing. Great for guys like me that does weekend projects.

I’m a professional technician and put this gun through hell everyday. It is extremely quiet and durable. I have even gotten a compliment on it from an old timer at the shop. Keep tool oil to lubricate every week or so.

I wk on police and city ambulances everyday,so air tools are a must.IR makes great tools that stand up to heavy duty use every day. I’ve used snap on and others but they die off after awhile and then the cost to have them rebuilt,its just not worth it.Oil it every morning and your all set.

I absolutely love this impact gun. It’s great to use, plenty of strength to break lug nuts loose on Lexus/ Toyota vehicles. So far I’ve been using it for over 3 years. I’ve been maintaining it properly and I’ve had no problems. It’s better to buy it on here than buying it from a tool truck dealer.

good product, works well on stubborn bolts. i have a 500 f/lb unit as well, but his one is much more powerful
