Seat and Footrest

Made on my own even though the piece are quite heavy. Came with instruction but I have added pic of them as ppl have complained about no instructions. Ppl have also complained about step 5 which is putting the back of the chair onto the base. The bolts are correct size you just need to hold the chair with one hand and then push your head against the back of the chair to get the backrest into the correct angle to take the bolts. I made it in less than 10 mins and I am an idiot at this sort of thing, so you will have no problems.
The chair looks very professional and comfortable. I had to spent some time to assemble it but it looks great once I finish assembling it. It’s an expensive chair but it’s really worth it.

This is a very comfortable chair for office and gaming alike, good size not narrow at all on the seating area. Suitable for the bigger bum for sure. Easy to put together and looks like at chair that would cost twice the price. The delivery time quooted was approximately a week but it arrived in two days which was great.

Assembly instructions just small diagrams. Would have been nice to have clear written instructions. I don’t think it will last as long as my last chair (over 20 years), but that was mostly real leather.
I bought this chair for our home office, and working at home.
It’s sturdy, supportive pretty comfortable. The faux leather is nicely finished and it was easy to put together.
The arm rests move with the back when adjusting and all in all it feels pretty solid.
The headrest bit is only attached with an elastic strap and is a bit floppy, although it does help with head/neck support.
The leg rest seems a bit pointless really and it actually keeps moving out from under the chair, as there’s no friction to hold it in. It will probably end up being removed (take off the two o-rings and slide it out).
This one arrived with a couple of small scratches in the material, as it wasn’t particularly well packed.
Overall though a good and comfortable chair.
It worth it for the price, but the arms are a bit wobbly even tighten.
Great chair. My son works from home, and sits in most of the day. Very comfortable for work and can recline, put feet up an relax when needed!

This product came later than posted delivery date. Understandable given present restrictions. Company was very apologetic and refunded delivery charge. The chair arrived within new schedule without issue. Easy to assemble and I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness. Very comfortable chair, reclines and extends easily, and I have found no reduction in comfort after many hours of use. Really much better quality than I expected at the price point. Works well for me.
Items 4/5 on the assemble should be reversed for easier assemble

Franchement au top, a fait 2mois que je l’utilise et je me vois mal avec une autre chaise.
Le coussin pour la tte est peut-tre un peut trop gros, mais il va se tasser avec le temps donc a ne drange pas.

The chair is comfortable but locking the back of the chair seem pointless, because locking it never really works.
like many of us I have been working from home and been looking for an office chair that is comfortable and doesn’t break the bank. This one just does that. I tried several one before and spend too much time searching and this one is the best. The back recline almost flat and provide an excellent support. You also have the extra of a removing pillow that just does the trick when you want to be extra comfortable. As mentioned on one of the review one of the bolt where you screw the armrest wasn’t straight but managed to pry it back where it should be with no difficulties.
Would like to have a fabric option as with cats in the house it’s getting picked and a fabric option would last

It is too tall for me do anyone who is 5′ 4″ or shorter it doesn’t go down low enough I have found this a problem in all office chairs and this makes them impossible to sit in safely

Excellent service when there was a slight delay with shipping.. I was refunded shipping costs and was prepared to wait for item. It arrived well packaged and is a great chair for my 17 yr old to game from. Instructions are pretty basic but easy to make out and chair was easy to assemble. All in all an excellent purchase and service.
It was an easy assemble which took me about 20 mins, its comfortable and everything works as it should. This chair looks and feels well made.

This chair is one of the most comfortable office chairs I have ever tried. It’s ergonomic design fits me so well. The padding is firm but provides great support exactly where I need it. I can use this office chair for extended periods without feeling fatigued. Highly recommended.

Great chair (once I had assembled it properly!). I made a mistake on assembly and the seller came straight back to me and helped me realise where I had gone wrong. Chair back goes inside the plate before screwing through, and does not affix from the outside. Perfect customer service!! Thanks.
Le confort de ce fauteuil est correct dans l’ensemble. Cependant l’assise est rigide et l’appui-tte ne reste pas en place. Autre chose le mcanisme de descente fonctionne difficilement.

J’ai pass ma commande le 7 juillet 2020 et je l’ai reu le 13. Soit un peu moins d’une semaine, alors que la date de livraison estime tait le 16 juillet. Niveau dlai de livraison impeccable.
En ce qui concerne la notice de montage, c’est trs simple, tous les outils de montage sont mis disposition, il n’y a qu’ suivre les diffrentes tapes. Pas de difficult particulire.
Une fois mont le fauteuil vraiment de l’allure. Belles finitions, trs confortable que ce soit en position assise ou incline.
A voir son utilisation sur la dure. Mais pour le moment je suis trs satisfait.

Ce fauteuil de patron doit forcment tre accompagn d’un bureau digne de ce nom ; pour ma part, mon fauteuil est install derrire une table de bureau en verre, accompagn d’un tiroir de rangement en verre galement. L’ensemble donne cette impression de se trouver dans le bureau d’un directeur ou d’un chef d’entreprise… C’est tout moi, a !
Seul dfaut. Faut resserrer les poignets de temps en temps ou mettre une pte sur le filletage. Sinon, tout le monde veut me le prendre. Je dois me battre pour le rcuprer…

The new chair arrived a week earlier than the forecast delivery date which was fantastic, it was relatively easy to assemble, given that I have some minor disabilities, about 40 minutes to assemble single handed, it was very acceptable! I liked the fact that all the fittings were securely packed in what I can only describe as a blister pack, with all the components in a separate part of the pack, and with the part numbers written down, so there could be no confusion over what went where as the instructions referred to each part number. Packing the components like that is so easy and helpful, you wonder why more manufacturers don’t adopt the same packaging?
It’s a very solid chair, it weighs in at 21.3kgs, but the wheels are good so it moves around my study easily, even on the carpet.
One minor gripe, the leg rest doesn’t feel very substantial and, it keeps sliding out from under the chair and catching the back of my legs… this is starting to annoy me, even after just 3 days use! I may have to see if I can either remove it, or find a way of keeping it in place.
Aside from that, I’d have no hesitation in recommending the chair, it’s firm at the moment, but then it’s only 3 day’s old, I’m sure it’ll get use to me in time.

Montaggio semplice e veloce. Bastano 20 minuti se non si riscontrano problemi. Per lo schienale, meglio essere in due.
Qualit sembra accettabile anche se il prezzo probabilmente un po’ eccessivo (150 con le spese di spedizione).
Al momento ho potuto montare un solo bracciolo in quanto uno dei filetti risulta troppo piccolo. Non dovessi trovare la vite che si possa adattare, sar costretto a restituire il prodotto.
Ne consiglio l’acquisto ma a un prezzo pi vantaggioso.

THE POSITIVES:
1. Comfort = 11 out of 10 (By far the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in! After sitting on it for work in my home office I recline on it and watch YouTube videos. Even fell asleep in it twice. Not sure if it’s just me or not but it fits my body perfectly. So SUPER comfy!)
2. Design = 11 out of 10 I’ve also had mixed feelings about this type of chair in the past (both for the day job and home use). There was always something not right about them (too tough, too flimsy, or issues with relining, high adjustment etc). But not so with the IntimaTe WM Heart High-Back Executive Office Chair. The word ergonomic is grossly misused in lots of products these days that in reality are anything but ergonomic. But this chair’s designers truly did their research well and created a fantastic ergonomically designed exec office chair.
3. Quality = 11 out of 10 so far and given the price. I deliberately waited for a month to go by before reviewing to check for any signs of it falling apart. But it handles my 14 stone (approx. 89kg) no problem. And while I need abuse or treat it with kid’s gloves; what else I can say, its till looks and feels brand new after a month!
4. Value for money = 20 out of 10. I have no idea how they could sell such a well made quality chair so cheaply and still make a profit. Message t manufacturer: Please don’t use my last comment to put up your price, but rather you can with my permission use it for any of your marketing purposes to so more people buy and so boost your market share this way. I invested a lot of time research the different office chairs. This was mostly to try to find top one for around the 60 but when I say this one its features and the pull-out leg rest, I decided to pay the extra 30 and am so glad I did!
5. Instructions = 30 of 10 (at last instructions that you don’t need a PhD to follow!)! Whoever designed the layout and words of how to assemble this search is deserving of the highest praise!! The clarity to which s/he/they brought made it not only easy but was sheer pleasure to assemble. Anyone struggling with these instructions would surely have a medical problem; it is so easy!) Indeed, I would go one step further and say to any flat-pack manufacturer out there who needs instructions written try to higher this, woman/man/team who are responsible for the assembly-instructions for this chair. WELL DONE!

MINOR TIP
1. Not sure if anything can be done about this or not and it’s not a criticism but it might just me. I tend to set more forward in the seat when typing at my desk and sometimes notice that if I were a forward a wee bit more then chair wants to start to tip forward. Maybe this might be something to do the legs (I have a pretty rubbish chair at work and sit the same way but it doesn’t want to tip forward). It might just be me and certainly, it’s NOT any problem at all if I sit an inch two further back in the seat.

Pour mon mari qui est assez costaud, il est parfait.
Trs Bon produit livraison vraiment rapide, petit coussin agrable bonne ide, support pour les pieds galement bonne idee, seul dfaut le socle pour les roulettes avait un bout cass, pas gnant pour l utilisation mais dommage pour un produit neuf.
First, its quite heavy, and is pretty solid. Its steel reinforced plastic in some parts. Build quality is generally good, and have not found any dodgy stitching on the PU covering (they call it pu leather?). The instructions are on a A4 sheet, and only pictorial, no text. All the parts were there ok, but there is a misprint on the size of some bolts in the blister pack (wrong length).
DON`T follow the instructions as printed, or you will do your back in! I did the base/wheels/column first as instructed, easy enough. When you assemble the chair, screw the base/control lever unit to the the bottom, but DO NOT fit the back, its too heavy! (I`m 79 and a retired engineer). Slot the base part of the chair on to the column firmly and make sure it freely turns. You now have to lift the back and slot it in place, then have fun trying to fit the 3 locking bolts! You need to tilt the chair securely to do this. Lastly I fitted the arms, though these required a little more brute force, (make sure you get them the right way round, they are marked).
Hope this helps someone else thinking of buying this chair. I`ve got a dodgy back and the lumbar/back/neck support is excellent. I`m writing this sitting in it!
