Built for Aggressive Work

JELLAS – Designed Tools Seed New Stories. While there are many types of sanders out there, using the wrong one will make your sanding job a nightmare. Sanding is an important aspect to great wood floors since the electric sander can help repair, restore or refinish hardwood floors.

In a nutshell, Jellas 750W 75×533mm Electric belt sander is on the powerful side, able to strip down a piece of wood in a short amount of time. Smoothing and shaping wood best on large, flat surfaces, and can strip off not just wood but coating materials like paint and metal(Should use corresponding sheets for metal sanding). If you’re looking to strip down and finish entire planks, the Jellas wood sander is a good choice because it will offer pretty uniform results across the breadth of its sanding surface. And it is easy to control.

When installing the sanding belt, please keep the arrow on the belt in the same direction of the arrow on the machine, which enables the belt a longer service life, avoiding leaving scratches on the board.

Carbon brushes are a very important part of the 750W sander machine. Jellas high-quality carbon brushes make the electric sanders have a longer service life.

The dust bag has higher dust collection efficiency than the dust box, and the dust bag has air permeability to prevent dust from entering the motor again, so that the service life of the belt sander is longer.

The 75×533mm electrical sander comes with 10pcs Belt Sander Sanding Belts (2pcs 40 grits, 2pcs 60 grits, 2pcs 80 grits, 2pcs 120 grits and 2pcs 180 grits aluminum oxide sanding belts), they satisfy more needs of the change of the bands.

The belt sander includes a 2 in 1( 32mm and 35mm) vacuum adapter to connect to a vacuum cleaner.which can increase the dust collection effect and facilitate cleaning.

Warmly Tips

√Always ensure that the machine is switched off and plug is removed from the power point before making any adjustment.

√Run the sander for a minute or to ensure correct alignment before using the sander on a workpiece.

√For longer periods of use or on large pieces of work, it is advisable to use a suitable vacuum cleaner. (32mm and 35mm vacuum cleaner ports both fit Jellas Belt Sander)

Steps to attach a sanding belt:

Step 1, Select the required grade of sanding belt.

Step 2, Pull the belt tension lever

Step 3, When attaching a sander paper, please slip a sanding belt by the direction of arrow shows on the sander.

Step 4, Fold down the lever

Step 5, While the belt is running slowly, adjust the tracking adjustment knob to align the belt to the centre of the roller.

Do not continue to use the sander with a sanding belt that is overworn or damaged. Do not use the same sanding belt for wood and metal. Metal particles become embedded in the belt and will scour a wooden surface.

This is a decent belt sander. The length and shape make it easy to hold and control while sanding. It has plenty of power to take on heavy sanding of rough material. A 5 year old could change the sanding belt. Very happy with it. See before and after pics.

    Well designed and powerful

I bought this to replace a misplaced makita sander and am very pleased with it, feels solid and has the belt adjustment know that the makita does not. Only one criticism, the plastic insulated lead is difficult to keep out of the way and got pulled into the mechanism twice – the second time requiring a repair. I’ve replaced it with a rubber lead and no longer have this problem.

Love this sander adjustable speed. Good solid body and being able to turn upside down on its own stand for precise sanding. Well worth buying.

Good value belt sander. Produces good results. Very pleased with it. However, adapter for vacuum cleaner dust extraction doesn’t fit very well – vacuum hose tends to become detached during use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersReally pleased with this product. Bought specifically to shift an unknown (not lead, before anyone asks!) but likely oil-based paint from interior walls, and it does the job.
It stands up to several hours of continuous use, doesn’t overheat and is relatively easy to handle.
Great for moderate to pretty heavy DIY use, may even be suitable for some professional use.
Handles are comfortable to hold, and don’t leave blisters, belt-change mechanism is really easy to use and doesn’t require an additional tool, and it does take a standard size sanding belt – I recommend buying quite a few extras as you do go through them quite quickly!
The only real downsides are that the design of the sander means you can only get to within an inch or two of left-hand corners – the belt adjustment knob sticks out on the left side – it is very definitely designed for right-handed use, and the dust bag, well, sucks.
The dustbag fastens with a metal spring clip seamed into the fabric, as such there’s a gap in the closure to allow the spring clip to expand, and this gap lets dust out. The bag itself is fabric, and can only really get about a third to half full before it starts to really spit out dust. Far better if you can attatch it to a shop vac, but you’d probably have to hunt down the correct size connector.
