I love the sound and quality of these and yes fact that it comes with a case but the ear pieces are just a bit smaller than I though
Bought these from another retailer recently as needed a Bluetooth headset with a mic for gaming. Didn’t expect the world, but they’ve exceeded my expectations so far. Was a bit concerned by the mic as when testing it on the PC control panel it barely detected any sound. However, when using it for voice chat over discord everyone hears me just fine. I’ve even started using it for Teams calls at work and it also performs well.
I didn’t buy them for music, but have given them a try and again better than expected. The bass is a little thin and there’s a touch of tinniness up high, but on the whole the sound is clear and bright, and well-suited to modern pop music.
Bad points are few. My ears get a bit too warm after a while and like other users, I’ve found it will only charge with the included blue cable. I also haven’t been able to get it to work with the included 3.5mm jack.
They are comfortable and sound quality is ok but mac volume is governed somehow. I like a bit more volume. They seem small like for a small child but the fit. I prefer a boom mic this one retracts seems like that could break easily. I would biy again but for maybe 21.99. Definitely not a TurtleBeach or Logitech quality

Very comfy to the ears, but disappointed that the mic wont work on the PC.
These headphones have good sound , but sit on your ears not over them . In a short time you need to give your ears a break. Maybe ok for a child , but too small for an adult. Make sure you know this before you buy.
Son loves these.. opened them Christmas Day and still hasn’t put them on charge yet..
Not a single complaint about these the charge lasts long and the sound and vice quality are amazing.
I’ve been using these with my Xbox mostly, PC and my iPhone. Good sound (I’m not an audiophile), battery life, size, on ear controls, line in adaptor control, folds down into it’s case well, case is kinda hard shell so decent protection, comfortable to wear for several hours with glasses, and good connection strength with bluetooth. Haven’t used the microphone, so no comment there. About the only thing that would make these perfect is USB C. Really can’t beat’em for the price.
I got this headset so when I laying in bed at night watching twitch I do not annoy my wife trying to sleep.. I also use them for chatting on Discord with friends.
I will say this, after using for over a month I am impressed by how long the battery lasts. One full charge will get you a lot of time in use For just normal conversation it is good but I do recommend them for gaming or extended uses over 2 hours.
IMO they get uncomfortable after a few hours so for long gaming sessions I would look elsewhere. These match what I needed them for to perfection. The sound quality is decent and for the time I use them they stay pretty comfortable. Usually about 1 hour to 1.5 hours They connect with my ipad and iphone quickly and easily. For what I use them for I can’t complain at all They are great!!

Everything is great about them! If you have them on too long they will hurt your ears but other than that they work good for gaming and just listening to music. They hold charge very well too!
So far works great for my child’s gaming on Nintendo switch and phone.

The microphone doesn’t work at all! We have 2 other headsets in our household, and they all work, but this has nothing. Very disappointing for my daughter’s birthday present.

This is a Christmas gift for my grandson so I can not rate the headphone until after December 25th.
I like them when I game but it doesn’t work via Bluetooth with the game, and it says it supports it like that. But good headphones

Great headphones, they get uncomfortable after a while (but even so, they still feel better than most cheap gaming headphones). I would suggest these to friends who need affordable and decent headphones.
Absolutely love this headset. JLab has always been a quality brand with nothing but the highest standards and this headset is no exception. With Bluetooth or Aux cord options I can seamlessly switch between my phone, my computer, and my PS4. The battery life is the best I’ve ever seen as well. I charged it the day I got it and haven’t had to charge it since we’re going on almost a week of continuous use! I enjoy this product so much I will be purchasing two additional headsets so I have a dedicated headset for every device in my home.
COVID-19 has me working from home and one Zoom and Skpye all day. I use this head set so I can move around while listening to conversation. That they are light is a bonus.

I love these headphones so much it made my gaming experience that much easier to play any game on my PS4. You can also use them as a part of your Bluetooth if you live in a big city and need your music to take over.
May be the best bargain for a bluetooth headset. I wear them at the gym (the headset piece retracts back into the headset so I don’t look like a turbo-nerd while lifting) and for gaming. My friends told me the mic is super quite, that is the only downside I can say about these. They are awesome!

If the mic were a bit longer I’d give it a five. Super quiet with no hiss or background noise. Would have given it a 5 if the mic could be louder. FANTASTIC for the money.
Bought these for husband, he drives for a living so hands free is a must. Sounds is clear with noise reductio
I use this exclusively for telephone calls it and works great. I wish it didn’t have the button that switches off the mic as sometimes it gets pushed and causes confusion.

Nice that the headset comes with a console cable which turns this wireless headset into a wired one. I like the flexibility for having both modes–wired for zero latency and zero battery usage, and wireless when I want to roam around enjoying my music. I couldn’t find another one like it. Sound quality is ok (could be better) but the dual mode feature is great and all for a pretty good price.
Love the headset like that you can hide the mic
The audio quality is quite good, the boom mic is very good in picking up my voice, it has both BT and wired connection in case the battery runs out which is awesome!.
Only draw back is the pop-out boom mic mechanism is little flimsy, it’s too flexible and sometimes we’ll have to straighten it out before talking. Not a big problem though!
There are some companion apps which I’ve not tried out yet.
