Good budget treadmill for beginners. I use it for walking while I’m working at a raised desk to get my extra steps in. Oiling isn’t easy but just about managed. The control doesn’t work too well but there is an app you can download. Only issue with the app is that to increase the speed you have to press multiple times rather than holding so as you can imagine it takes a looooong time to increase speed. Also no option to pause your workout. In order to stop you have to stop workout tracking completely and start again. Would be better if the LED screen at the bottom told you the exact speed but it’s doesnt. Just highlights 2 if you’re around that and then 4 once you reach that speed but no indication of what speed you’re at in between. If you’re wanting something to try out if a treadmill is for you then great, but if you want extra features then spend that little bit more.
