In love with this joy-con!
Bought this to have an extra pair of controllers to play with friends and I’m in love with them. They feel smoother than the original ones and the colours are perfect.
Great product, the pink is a nice colour and accurate to the picture, the yellow one however looks more fluorescent in person and less pastel coloured like the picture depicts.
They feel sturdier than the original controllers my switch came with years ago.
Came with controller drift but are still good
They came with controller drift which is quite annoying when you’re playing video games but it’s easy enough to get used to. Good condition boxes, come with controller straps and very appealing colours.

hey arrived today and i’m so happy with them! they look just as good as i hoped they would. my only complaint is that they aren’t the cheapest, but if you’re needing another pair of joycons i’d highly recommend them.
So aesthetic and high quality!
They look excellent on the switch. The buttons have that snappy sound while pressing, and the sticks feel soft to touch and not stiff at all, a problem with most third party controllers. Excellent product as always.
Expensive
As every switch user my original joycons ended up with the dreaded drift. So I decided to treat myself to a new pair and its a complete gamer changer I love them. The colour is a bonus as well

These are the genuine ones, as i had to replace the original ones, which started drifting on one pad, while i realise i could have bought a sensor replacement kit, which is almost as much as a new pair of joycons.
Decided to just buy some one ones. Maybe sometime i will get a sensor kit for the old ones, when the price is more reasonable.

Original joycon had stuck drift so bought this as a replacement and does the job perfectly. No issues, just a shame to pay such a steep price for such a small controlle
Genuine Switch Controllers
These aren’t cheap – you can pick up other non-Nintendo Switch controllers for much less, but being Nintendo you know they will work with your Switch. Quality appears very good and they are colourful enough to reduce the chance of them getting lost!

So the red controller just stopped working, don’t know if this is a marketing ploy by Nintendo so people have to splash out on replacements, as we’ve only had it since Christmas, but after trying everything to make it work, reluctantly ordered a new one yesterday. Delighted to say not only did it arrive extremely fast, it works perfectly.
Fingers crossed it lasts longer than 6 months this time!!
Perfect Joycon Replaceme
My left joycon stopped working so I purchased this to replace it, worked straight away thankfully. I got this official Nintendo one as there were mixed reviews for the knock-offs but I’d rather pay the extra to know the product will last.

Joy-cons better than originals
Bought for use while my original left Joy-Con was sent in for its analogue stick to be repaired and the rail to be replaced, as wasn’t sure how long it would take, and as I normally play in handheld mode I thought I’d get another pair to tide me over.
Comparing these to my 2017 Switch original Joy-Cons I think Nintendo have reduced the amount of flex in the rails when holding they seem to be a lot tighter on the console.
Hasn’t disconnected once from my console in handheld mode.
The colours seem to be slightly different from their opposite side same colour that came bundled with the console, though this may slightly be due to age of my originals.
Seem to be more robust.
Can’t go wrong with genuine Joy-Cons plus can send them into Nintendo for repairs.

Great replacement when old one started to drif
Great replacement worked straight out of box no syncing needed works perfect. Hopefully no more drifting now they seem to have solved the issues with manufacturing.
Genuine remote.
These remotes are high quality originals. Only problem is they all seem to get stick drift after a bit of use. Annoying for the price they cost.
I bought these initially as a replacement for my current ones which were suffering from Drifting. Whilst they were being sent out for repair (for free via Nintendo’s helpful services, they’re now officially offering this free service), I spotted these on the marketplace and snagged them for a competitive price and I am so pleased with them.
The colours are beautiful, and when latched onto my very old Switch, it just freshens everything up. My old controllers feel so smooth compared to the new-ness of this type of plastic, it has a rough untouched feeling towards it.
Anyway these controllers have been working perfectly. It’s unique colours makes it easy to recognise when I bring them to my friends.
TIP: I use to stick a few tiny stickers just to tell them apart otherwise! If you find this tip helpful, I’d be appreciative if you could feel free to express it!

These are well worth the extra money slotted them straight into my switch with no problem my switch did everything and even showed me the colours of them couldn’t be easie
Got a great deal on these a while back. They are quite expensive to buy in shops. Price seems to go up and down. When sons switch controllers broke we needed a replacement while they were getting fixed. They are genuine Nintendo. Colour bit more illumines than the photo.
The joy of joycons
This is from my son, who used these joycons. He reported that so far they great, and he has indeed been given the real deal, as there are so many fake one on the market.
These restore our much loved switch to pristine condition.
Our boys love playing games on the Nintendo Switch but at times their enthusiasm leads to some damage. These two items restore the handset to its original condition and saves the tears.
beautiful colors, perfect to add players
Bought these to be able to play 3+ players games and they’re working perfectly.
Were a bit fiddly to connect at first but once done, it’s flawless, if you are angled right from the console.
Boyfriend likes them better than the original joycons (cause of the colours), so he’s already “switched” the Blue/red ones for these.
Great to have a 2nd set of controllers
These were out of stock for ages so we shared the controllers the switch came with. I find it much easier to play with a controller in each hand. Nice colours
I give these 5 stars as they are new and working, but I have had to order these due to my existing ones coming down with the drifting issue. Disappointed that Nintendo has not done anything to fix this issue from happening so minus one star.
Official joycons, so you get what you expect.
All features packed in, nothing omitted (as happens on some third party options, like NFC, HD rumble etc).
Only issue, if you play and use these alot, they will eventually drift (i.e. Your directional sticks will wear, and make your character move on screen when you’re not touching the controller). But 90% of people won’t use their joycons enough to see it.
bought for my daughters switch which had started to”drift”, I was going to dismantle her old one as I had seen kits to repair the issue but didn’t want the faff, it works fine but as with all this kind of thing , they know how to charge for it…
Little one was desperate for some new ones as hers had broken

These Nintendo Joy-cons are the real deal. They work. But are too expensive for an item that wears out far too quickly. Shame on you Nintendo !
Don’t buy the Non-Nintendo copies. They are a waste of time.

Thank goodness for buying these separately! My sons Switch controllers had stopped working properly and I was worried I’d either have to replace the whole thing or pay for it to be repaired. Replacing these solved the problem instantly.
Expensive consumables
This is our second set of replacement joy cons that we’ve had to buy for our switch.
The drift issue is real, it’s annoying and it feels like Nintendo treat these controllers as consumable items because they can be detached from the console and easily replaced… at least, at a cost.
It’s cheaper to buy the extended warranty at check out when offered, I feel we’ll eventually need to get a replacement set again.

These were bought as a gift, a bit pricey and they don’t come with a controller dock (can buy these elsewhere/argos/amazon etc.

No more drifting
Ok so bought a DIY kit that lasted 4 weeks, bought a different brand to the real version which started drifting after 4 months and calibration didn’t work, so now bought the proper branded product and works a treat and is just better quality, should have spent the extra in 1st place

I love the colours of these and they are brilliant controllers in general.
The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that I feel there is a small design flaw in that the buttons are not soft touch. For the hefty price of these little devices (and any of the Nintendo branded joycon) I would expect those little extras that make the user experience a little nicer, such as soft touch buttons that don’t make a load of clicky noises when using.

I am a decades-long Playstation fan. Yet the family is gradually adopting the Switch because of its more kids-oriented games. Increasingly I am invited to compete in Mariokart, which admittedly is good fun. In particular if you play it with more than two party members.
So while I found this quite an investment at 60, for a set of extra controllers, it will get you much more value out for you Switch system. Moreover it keeps a group of young games relatively quiet for quite some time, well not quiet but at least occupied. We have the odd-coloured Animal crossing Switch machine, so this pair of purple /orange controllers is a welcome addition to the awful colour mix. Although expensive, I must say that the quality of the Joy-con’s is good – although light and smallish, they are sturdy and durable.

We had the original joycons for about 3 years before they started to wear down, replaced them with these and they’re perfect and work absolutely fine. Gorgeous colours too!

The only bad thing from this was the fact that they advertised it wrong, I bought the item and with the controllers there was sopose to be a charging grip but instead they gave a normal grip which are completly 2 different products. I was a little bummed when I got them but the main items the controllers are fantastic, nice condition and work perfectly. The delivery came very fast and when I got speaking to customer service via email they where very pleasant and dealt with my inquiry.
