This is our dogs 4th harness after others were chewed or just fell to bits. It’s far more durable than previous ones and fits well. We have a husky who likes to pull on the lead and it’s standing up well. Will buy another soon I’d imagine so I have a spare when one is in the wash or soaked!
Love the fit but unfortunately the edges of the straps were very sharp,we only noticed after struggling to remove pup from the the harness a few times, on investigation we found the sharp corners of the straps, obviously our pup had been scratched by the sharp edges and was frightened of us removing it and causing her pain
I have since cut the sharp corners off and pup is now happy.
The harness is a great fit, sturdy and there is plenty strap length to expand as pup grows.
Will stick with this make of harness and purchase next size up when needed.
This is a great little harness, is been difficult to find a well fitting harness for my miniature pinscher but this one in “Baby 2” did the job perfectly. I did have to cut a piece off from the velcro strap at the front to make it a little shorter, but then I just ran a lighter over the edge to seal the seams and it’s perfect. My dog is a master escape artist and has got out of every other harness he has had which was really giving me no confidence with him by roads etc. But he’s never getting out of this. It’s nice and light and the velcro strap is perfect at the front allowing you to get the fit exact, making it sit above his shoulder blades so he doesn’t even seem to know he’s wearing this. Absolutely ideal. It even looks better than I expected it to. Best harness I’ve found by a long shot.
At first I wasn’t sure whether this particular harness will be any good for our dog .We have an American Akita which weights 44kg and can be very strong at times , especially when he sees a squirrel in the park or other dogs he then pulls like he is on steroids , so I didn’t know whether the front Velcro will be any good . Perhaps I would have liked something more sturdy than Velcro but I thought I would give it a go as I often see other dogs wearing this particular brand of harness .
So at first I had a medium to low expectations about this harness .However , last week during our walk Teddy pulled my partner so hard he ended down on the ground. The harness pass the test with a distinction mark ! It didn’t come undone ! It’s a sturdy , well made harness . I’m confident that my dog is secure when wearing this harness . Definitely recommend it !
Very sturdy, strong harness. Used as an ’emergency brake’ for a very large and powerful 45kg rehomed greyhound trained to course rather than race who is hyper reactive to any animal smaller than a labrador. Comfortable for him to wear and doesn’t rub his delicate skin. Very pleased with it.

Bought these harnesses after getting our second dog and I found the pulling from both a bit much to deal with. Wish I’d bought them sooner! Good quality, machine washable, easy to fit, adjustable and most importantly comfortable and safe for the dog. Would thoroughly recommend. Important to measure your dog first before ordering though, don’t just guess their size.

This is an amazing harness. I purchased it for my newly adopted dog who’s an 8 month old collie/GSD cross. He has had no leash training to date so walks are very hard work. This really helps as it provides you with much greater control. Highly recommended!

Getting the correct size is tricky ,even with a tape measure, I bought the size 1, which looked too big, then returned it at my COST of 3.99, CAVEAT EMPTOR that was not made obvious on the Amazon listing, which bumped it up to nearly the retail shop price, that said the product is EXCELLENT no more pulling, plenty of attatchment ponts, removable velco signs, which are of course an optional extra, available also on AMAZON.
There are cheap copies but past experience is buy cheap buy twice, this product is properly made and should last a lifetime if needed.
The two ‘FRIENDLY’ logos that can be attatched to the velcro pad instead of the Julius patches have already drawn a host of positive comments ‘what a good idea’ in just one day!
With no more pulling and choking your dog is easy to control, and mine has no problem whatever wearing the harness, as unlike a muzzle choke lead the harness does cause any discomfort around the eyes.
The product is not cheap, but is well made of durable materials and put into context cost wise it is a welcome investment.
When used with a pair of quality leads joined together, one being a bungee, which I put nearest the harness for a longer reach, when necessary dog walking is no chore at all.
Overall a five star purchase highly recommended.
This harness is good quality but doesn’t stop our malinois pulling. Think were got a size too big as the buckle can rub under her front leg. Was too late to return as she’d worn it. She can also get herself out of itso gonna have to buy a better one or one that fits correctly.
I have 2 of these , one for my blind Springer Spaniel and one for young Labrador, handle on back comes in handy for the blind dog , well made and good amount of adjustment. No hesitation in recommending here.

Le he comprado este arns ya que veo que es muy popular entre los dueos de perros y tambin porque mi pequea jaloneaba mucho cuando le tenia solo el collar, ahora con el arns puedo manejarla mejor y tengo que decir que ya llevo mes y medio con l y no ha logrado escaparse y ni romper la sujecin del arns (como usualmente logra hacer). Lo recomiendo muchsimo!

Mi perro es un labrador retriever de 30kg le coji la talla 2 y le queda como un guante osea ser perfectamente , es un arns super bueno y resistente merece mucho la pena gastar un poco mas y tener algo de calidad lo recomiendo.

LA pettorina risulta molto robusta in tutte le sue rifiniture, dalla fibbia alle cuciture bello robusto l’anello dove attaccare il guinzaglio

Arrived today and been out on one walk so far. My dog is a labrador weighing in at 30kg. Size 2 fits her well. She is not all that keen but it does stop her from pulling and looks good quality and hard wearing. Time will tell. There is cheaper alternatives on the market so fingers crossed this will last the test of time

Amazing harness would suggest buying the chest belt though as your dog can slip out harness without it. Apart from that it’s sturdy and comfy on dog excellent for adding training extras. Highly recommend

i have a 2 year old labrador and i seen these harness’ on the supervet and i thought i would try them out , normally with any other harness my dog takes me for a walk but these julius k9 harness’ are brilliant the fitment was just perfect and i am no longer being dragged about by my dog , great tough harness and puts yourself in full control , the quality of the product is just fabulous.
Hatte bei den anderen Geschirr immer das Problem das man es nicht so anpassen konnte das es berall passt,weil mein halbwchsiger Am Staff doch schon einen grossen Brustkorb hat war es bei dem grsseren Geschirr vorne nicht so klein einzustellen das Er nicht raus schlpft und das kleinere war vorne zu kurz auf grsster einstellung daher scheuerte es unter den achseln und der Hund sah aus wie ein Rollbraten.
In Zukunft also nur mehr K9 dann sind Halter und Hund zufrieden!

Harness superb, as expected, as I was already familiar with them. Looks amazing on my GSD pup – the handle is very useful at close quarters and to assist a young (or old) dog in and out of a car or over obstacles, and one of the harness’s really good points is how easy it is to put on. Once adjusted to fit it just slips over the head and secures with one clip – invaluable with a wildly excited 40kg German Shepherd puppy!

Brilliant harness for my staffie who tentes to pull. I do use it with a double ended lead, one end attached to his collar and one to the harness.

Pettorina bella e resistente. Facile da collocare e regolabili. Acquistato per il mio pastore tedesco. La cintura che passa sotto il toracce strofina per le “ascelle” delle zampe anteriori.

Mi perro es un labrador retriever de 30kg le coji la talla 2 y le queda como un guante osea ser perfectamente , es un arns super bueno y resistente merece mucho la pena gastar un poco mas y tener algo de calidad lo recomiendo.

Io ho un cucciolo di 45 kg e trovo molto comoda la maniglia sopra la pettorina per poterlo bloccare pi facilmente in caso di necessit! Il mio cane la trova comoda e riesce a fare tutti i suoi movimenti comodamente. Io ho anche fatto fare le scritte personalizzate
LA pettorina risulta molto robusta in tutte le sue rifiniture, dalla fibbia alle cuciture bello robusto l’anello dove attaccare il guinzaglio

Amazing harness would suggest buying the chest belt though as your dog can slip out harness without it. Apart from that it’s sturdy and comfy on dog excellent for adding training extras. Highly recommend

Hatte bei den anderen Geschirr immer das Problem das man es nicht so anpassen konnte das es berall passt,weil mein halbwchsiger Am Staff doch schon einen grossen Brustkorb hat war es bei dem grsseren Geschirr vorne nicht so klein einzustellen das Er nicht raus schlpft und das kleinere war vorne zu kurz auf grsster einstellung daher scheuerte es unter den achseln und der Hund sah aus wie ein Rollbraten.
In Zukunft also nur mehr K9 dann sind Halter und Hund zufrieden!

Harness superb, as expected, as I was already familiar with them. Looks amazing on my GSD pup – the handle is very useful at close quarters and to assist a young (or old) dog in and out of a car or over obstacles, and one of the harness’s really good points is how easy it is to put on. Once adjusted to fit it just slips over the head and secures with one clip – invaluable with a wildly excited 40kg German Shepherd puppy!
