I have used Julius K9 products before ,having brought one at a dog show 6 years ago. That one wore out after extensive use . I was happy to buy one for my 6 year old Eurasier and one for my 2 year old Eurasier. I have tried other products but most of all I like the simplicity and durability of this harness . They slip on quickly and off we go .
Only used for a few walks & yet can confidently reassure other buyers you won’t be disappointed.
Our 6 month old labradoodle is going to be big & is strong already & yes she still pulls & jumps up in this harness but that’s our fault :/
We feel so much more confident with this harness on her as it’s so well made.
Was worried with colour being called petrol green that it’d look more green & wanted it to look as it does in pictures a more turquoise/teal & it does look exactly like the pictures 🙂

C’ poco da aggiungere. Robusta, confortevole e molto pratica, facile da indossare anche ai cani pi riluttanti. Inoltre la maniglia superiore comodissima quando c’ la necessit di avere il cane a corta distanza. Ne ho provate tante, ma non credo di tornare pi indietro.
Fr meinen Rden (Westsibirischer Laika) habe ich lange das richtige Geschirr gesucht. Irgendwie war keines 100%ig…entweder lockerte es sich beim Tragen…oder es scheuerte…oder das Anlegen war ein Graus.
Beim K9 ist nun alles, wie es sein soll…das Anlegen ein Kinderspiel, nichts scheuert, nichts lockert sich…Kopf durch, Bauchgurt festmachen und ab geht es.
Der Brustgurt ist wunderbar breit und der zustzliche Y-Gurt ist berhaupt nicht erforderlich.
Wenn ich gleich auf erfahrenere Hundebesitzer gehrt htte, dann wren mir teure Fehlkufe erspart geblieben.

I discovered Julius K9 harnesses approximately 5 years ago and I have sworn by them ever since. I’ve uses them on German Shepards, Jack Russell Terriers and currently on a Siberian Husky and an Alaskan Malamute. The dogs have always been comfortable wearing them in all types of weather. They are sturdy, strong and they are long lasting (I’ve only ever had to replace a harness due to the dog outgrowing it). My 3.5 year Siberian Husky has had his current one for 2.5 years and its still going strong (I bought a bigger size and put it to the smallest setting to allow my dog to grow into the harness). I have always owned the standard black harnesses but in future I would like to purchase difference colours just to make the dogs stand out a little more at the local dog park/dog meets. I recommend to everybody.

Je partais pour un long w.end lorsque deux heures avant le dpart Ma chienne mordilla son ancien harnais je fut stress je l’avoue Mais habitant en pleine campagne, pas d’animalerie ni de temps je fais une rparation sommaire et esprant que cela fera l’affaire pour le w.end et en mme temps me disant que non Donc au retour de la balade Vite je passe commende en esprant l’envoie en un jour et le recevoir l’adresse de ma destination.
Franchement je n’avais pas le temps de rechercher et comparais prix et qualit. Celui-ci se prsenta en dbut de liste et de par sa rputation, je le prix. Pour moi le plus important en cet instant , c’est qu’il arrive bien le lendemain(samedi l’adresse de mon ami).
Et il arriva comme prvu, Merci les livreurs. Et c’est une fois en main que j’observe de plus prs ce harnais. Simple , sobre ( j’ai enlev les scratches avec la marque) Robuste et lger. Je m’aperois que c’est un model spcial ville. Permettre d’duquer le chien ne pas tirer sur la laisse
Je me suis dite , et bien on va voir!! Car ma chienne est super active en ville (de plus ce fut un tout nouvel endroit pour elle) et tendance tirer un peut trop sur la laisse et se distraire de tout les bruits
Et bien je dois bien avouer d’avoir vu et ressentie une diffrence de confort et de ractivit bien plus immdiate de ma chienne lors de soit la ralentir lorsqu’elle tend la laisse. Soit de la mettre au pieds tout contre ma jambe J’en fut trs tonne de l’aisance sur la dure de toute la balade. Qu’avec son harnais prcdent Cela me demandais plus d’effort au niveau du bras et maintient en devant rpter l’indication un peut plus

This is well worth buying it is well made & is high quality.
They are expensive but you only get what you pay for I have had the cheaper ones & they are rubbish , they don’t fit correctly they move around when walking your dog always going to the side so constantly correcting it , with this harness you don’t do any of that .
It stays in place & it’s easy to put on & off your dog .

Qued excelente, solo hay que tener en cuenta el tamao del perro. Al principio un poco lioso para colocarlo pero en si el harns es muy resistente, reflecta en la oscuridad lo cual es perfecto para salir con tu mascota y hasta el dia de hoy el material est intacto. Mi perro no se queja al traerlo puesto y tampoco es pesado por lo que puede correr a su gusto y que tenga varios puntos para agarrar al perro es una gran ventaja.
Great harness for my growing puppy as it’s adjustable at the front and on the girth. Very strong and durable. Easy to wipe clean or hand wash. Very sturdy D ring on the back. Handle is also very useful, especially when pulling my dog out of a river he jumped into thinking it was only the depth of the steam he’s used to – it wasn’t. My dog much prefers this style to a previous harness that he constantly scratched at and didn’t want to put on. This one slips easily over his head when putting it on and off again, even when he gets back from walks and lies down refusing to move to let me take it off him. My only wish is that it had a front ring to clip a double ended lead onto now that my dog is bigger and pulls with a lot of strength into the harness. Otherwise a very good and reliable harness.
Easy to adjust, great fit, sturdy materials. Only negative point: length of the Velcro patches. I guess they are designed to overlap the metal strap loop on left side / strap on right side, but they bend/flap backwards as a result. Doesn’t look very nice, in my opinion.

Abit awkward putting the front strap on. Especially on an excited husky but it is very well made and strong. Has reduced his pulling. The torch attachment is very handy for winter evening walks.
Best dog harness I’ve used for my two boys. Comfortable for them and easy to put on two excited boys I’ve struggled in the past with putting on them cheaper alternatives. Muy buena calidad, letras que brillan en la oscuridad y franja reflectante, se adapta muy bien salvo el frontal que para mi gusto es algo rgido y los primeros das molestaba un poco .

Achet pour une femelle borador de 2 ans, ce produit est idal pour un chien ayant besoin de travailler son rappel (N’obeit pas systmatiquement la commande ‘au pied’), cela vite de donner des coups sur les cervicales et la trache lorsque le chien est lanc pleine vitesse et ignore la commande de rappel. Une fois les sangles correctement rgles, le systme s’enfile et se clipse en quelques secondes, c’est top.
Des harnais il y en a tous les prix. Cette marque n’est pas donne mais sincrement c’est la meilleure !!
Le harnais est super solide, les finitions (coutures…) sont au top.
Facilement rglable la morphologie du chien.
On voit bien qu’avec ce harnais le chien n’est pas “comprim”, il est libre de tous ses mouvements, il est bien maintenu.
Plusieurs tailles et coloris proposes, j’en ai mme vu des personnalisables (la petite tiquette en scratch).
Et le ct fluorescent est trs pratique en cas de sortie nocturnes!!

Lo tengo desde hace un par de das pero an as me ha encantado. Muy buena calidad, robusto, fiable y lo ms importante seguro. Mi perro pesa unos 25kg y le queda perfecto, es cuestin de ajustarlo y ver como se debe colocar el arns correctamente para que no le haga dao (en la pgina de julius k9 viene un video)
El asa es muy prctica y el perro va muy comodo. Por el momento un 10 y adems es el original por eso lo compr.
This is a well made harness with a nice design for easy removal, comfort for the dog and easy to clip a lead on and off with its big metal loop. Not a miracle product when it comes to dogs that pull, however it does reduce the strain when paired with a decent lead. The handle is also a great addition for extra control, or a quick grab if your dog happens to like chasing things it shouldnt. Also really like how adjustable it is for growing pups.
My only issue is that due to the design our Lab is able to slip out of the harness if he pulls backwards, this might be partially due to the shape of the breed but worth noting for escape artist owners.
Great Harness. I measured my dog to the guidelines and the harness I received is too big. He will grow into it. As they are expensive we will have to make a do with this one until he grows into it.

I bought this harness for my Labrador/collie cross. She is a strong dog and the harness feels sturdy. It’s easy to put on and take off which is unlike other harnesses I have bought previously. The glow in the dark patches are a great feature. I have already recommended this to other dog owners in my family.

Mon chien est un amricain staff bull terrier de 30kg et vient d’avoir 1 an . J’ Pris la taille 1 , c’est parfait !!! Il me reste 15 cm de marge supplmentaire si des fois il devrait grossir un peu encore.
I really like this harness unfortunately our dog tends to walk behind us so the harness can pull off over his head if I’m not careful, but for a dog that pulls this harness is brilliant. You have to be careful not to damage the clip that secures the harness because if you bend it the thing keeps popping off.
I read all the reviews for different harnesses for a large Staffy cross Rottweiler. He is a strong boy who pulls and this came out tops for us! 3 months on and it’s still as good as ever. Fits him perfectly and gives the control I need. Walks are a lot more stress free now!
De scrach band was te lang maar afgeknipt op maat, heel stevig en aan te raden voor sterke honden, je trekt niet meer aan de nek. Dit is mijn 2de van hetzelfde merk.
Getting the correct size is tricky ,even with a tape measure, I bought the size 1, which looked too big, then returned it at my COST of 3.99, CAVEAT EMPTOR that was not made obvious on the Amazon listing, which bumped it up to nearly the retail shop price, that said the product is EXCELLENT no more pulling, plenty of attatchment ponts, removable velco signs, which are of course an optional extra, available also on AMAZON.
There are cheap copies but past experience is buy cheap buy twice, this product is properly made and should last a lifetime if needed.
The two ‘FRIENDLY’ logos that can be attatched to the velcro pad instead of the Julius patches have already drawn a host of positive comments ‘what a good idea’ in just one day!
With no more pulling and choking your dog is easy to control, and mine has no problem whatever wearing the harness, as unlike a muzzle choke lead the harness does cause any discomfort around the eyes.
The product is not cheap, but is well made of durable materials and put into context cost wise it is a welcome investment.
When used with a pair of quality leads joined together, one being a bungee, which I put nearest the harness for a longer reach, when necessary dog walking is no chore at all.
Overall a five star purchase highly recommended.

A Rider, amstaff di 28 kg ho preso tg 1 e gli va perfetta. Comprata in origine per la macchina dato che lui abituato al collare, e veloce da adattare e mettere e a lui piace molto . Quindi la stiamo usando anche in giro e secondo me nelle passeggiate lo rassicura perfino. Lui cresciuto in montagna ma ora viviamo in citt quindi stressato dal traffico , ma con questa gira tutto allegro .

ACTUALIZACIN
Lo compre en febrero y ahora en diciembre despues de usarlo durante meses puedo dar una opinin mas completa…CONTENTSIMA!!! si pudiera le pona 5 estrellas ms.. es muy comodo de poner y quitar y mi perro le encanta el arnes..le queda de pelicula y me va muy bien para subirlo y bajarlo del coche por la asa que lleva , ya que tengo un bulldog frances con problemas de espalda y el veterinario nos dijo que no le dejaramos saltar ni subir del coche. El material es muy resistentente y al pasas los meses sigue como nuevo y fcil de limpiar. Sin duda fue buena eleccin comprar este arnes.
Ho un Husky che quando esce a fare le passeggiate si sente come Balto e tira come se stesse tirando la slitta dei medicinali urgenti ad ogni passeggiata, non credevo che il passaggio da collare a pettorina fosse cos risolutivo e invece appena ha indossato questa ha smesso di tirare come un pazzo rendendo molto pi piacevoli le passeggiate. Io la trovo molto comoda anche se la prima regolarit delle cinghie un po’complicata dal fatto che la cinghia anteriore si chiude dall’interno e quindi regolarla addosso al cane complicato ed decisamente troppo lunga quando il cane al minimo della taglia perch ne avanza tanta e risulta fastidiosa ma in previsione della crescita del cane sconsigliato tagliarla. Ottimo il prezzo su Amazon che invece improponibile nei negozi specializzati.
Le pettorina Julius sono sempre ottime e pratiche,io consiglio di inserire e verificare bene le misure della pettorina per le taglie,personalmente ho dovuto verificare le taglie su un server esterno,infatti la taglia 1 da me acquistata era grande e ho dovuto acquistarne una taglia 0 dopo che la mia husky scappata un paio di volte…..consiglio…inserite descrizione delle taglie e come prendere le misure come descritto da Julius.
Costaud, esthtique (forme, et couleur noir dans mon cas), pratique (facile enfiler et rgler) et je dirais confortable pour mon chien. Seul regret, mais pas li au harnais en lui-mme : le modle de lampe qui se glisse dans l’emplacement prvu cet effet ne semble plus tre commercialis, et j’hsite pour une Orbiloc. Pour la taille, j’hsitais entre T1 et T2 ; j’ai pris T1 pour mon BA de 11 mois / 27 kg / 72 cm tour de poitrine sur les recos directes de Julius, et a va, il y a encore 10 cm de marge pour la poitrine (dessous), et le T2 aurait peut-tre t trop grand pour le poitrail (devant) car la lanire de devant en T1 est rgle quasi au plus grand. Le chien est tjrs trs content d’aller se promener et accepte trs bien le harnais, qui est rgl avec un peu de marge selon les prcos de Julius, et qui ne se dfait pas du tout quand j’ai besoin de tirer la laisse vers l’avant.
Me gusta bastante este arns para mi Border Collie. Mi perro pesa 20kg y he elegido la talla 1, le queda perfecto.
Lo que mas me ha gustado:
-La calidad de los materiales:Se le ve bastante resistente, adems la banda lateral que pone “Julius K9” es luminiscente y por la noche reluce.
-Se puede adaptar con unas correas y velcros a la forma de tu perro, de todas formas, hay que estar atentos a la hora del comprarlo a la talla de tu perro.
Lo que menos me ha gustado:
-Debera incorporar un enganche de metal para correas en la parte del pecho, ya que si el perro tiene el instinto de tirar, si se coloca la correa en la parte superior (Donde ahora mismo viene el enganche) incitar a que tire ms, por lo que un enganche en la zona inferior del pecho no estara de ms.
Decisamente ottima , veste molto bene, ho una labrador di 19 mesi , pesa kg. 24.5 ed ha un torace di cm 68 circa, ho comprato la taglia 1 ed perfetta, probabilmente sarebbe andata bene anche la taglia 0 ma considerando che deve ancora crescere ho preferito acquistare quella pi grande . Trovo che sia robusta e comoda, si aggancia lateralmente e quindi decisamente migliore rispetto a quelle che devono essere infilate dalle zampe ..E’ inoltre regolabile anche davanti , la fascia anteriore stretch e si pu allentare o stringere. E’ arrivata in anticipo di 2 giorni, che dire di pi ? Ho dato 5 perch per adesso non ho riscontrato difetti, se nel futuro si dovessero verificare, aggiorner la recensione.

Pettorina fantastica. Purtroppo le misure della mia cagnolina erano a cavallo tra due taglie e prendendo quella pi grande le va un po larga. Se qualcun’altro si trova nella mia stessa situazione consiglierei di prendere la taglia pi piccola
I bought this harness to replace a ‘figure 8’ harness as my dog wasn’t a fan of letting anyone other than me put the straps around his legs. This slips over the head, with the strap going under the belly. It’s important to ensure the strap is set well back on the belly, as it can sit right behind their front legs – could cause chaffing and obstruct gait.
Overall the harness is great. Simple to put on, thr neon green version is very bright for visibility, and it has some great features. Theres a handle on top (take note, this may catch if a dog goes into brambles or tight spaces. The booklet states the handle is removable but I can’t see how), there’s an elasticated loop to slide a torch in for night time walks (dog headlight!), and the dog seems pretty happy in it.
Slight criticism is that the harness is made for the dog to walk in front (or by side) – the support for the harness are in the straps and over the top of the shoulders, so if the dog pulls backwards there’s nothing to hold the harness in place and it will bunch around the neck (though it doesn’t slips off!). That’s not really an issue if you’re walking one dog, but when walking two dogs who are doing their own thing it can look a little uncomfortable for the dog if it falls behind. But it’s no big issue and only a transient problem.

Mi perra es una bxer de unos 25 kgs de peso. Con los collares normales tiraba de vez en cuando y se ahogaba. Con este arns no hay ningn problema si se asusta o se pone nerviosa y tire de la correa.

Me encanta el arns. Muy fuerte y resistente conb multitud de funcionalidades y extras a aadir. Julius no defrauda. 100% recomendable. Como nico aviso, ojo si tu perro es de tirar mucho, porque este arns le facilita tirar y no le incomoda para nada. Eso s, no se va a romper. De 10!
So far we have had two K9 harnesses as she’s grown up.
We have gone through various other brands that didn’t live up to the hyper nor the marketing for an active dog, as they have either broken or been too hard to clean/maintain.
The K9 is a good harness – but it’s not the best harness out there. If you are looking for a harness to stop your dog pulling or to make it easier to control; then this is probably not the harness you are looking for.
Things I like;

-Super quick and easy to get on and off.. put the dogs head through the big opening and do the clip up underneath… takes seconds. Not like the other harnesses where the dog has to ‘step into it’ or anything like this. You could even do this one handed.
– The grab handle at the top; super useful to get hold of the dog to control them (i.e. near a road junction, with other dogs etc.) Re-assuring to know that it’s there. It also functions as a great point to attach other items (such as lights during winter)
– Build quality; really well made and put together. Easy to clean. Our dog has worn this through snow, mud, gone swimming in the sea and rivers with it and comes up great each time.
The negatives;

– This won’t stop your dog pulling; for us it’s made no difference. The harness does sit lower on their back which should discourage it, but we’ve yet to see that. We have ended up purchasing the optional ‘Y’ strap for the Julius K9 which gives us a dual attachment (one front and one back) to try and discourage pulling.
-As this is a front fitting harness; your dog can back-out of it if you are not careful when you are walking them. This has not happened to us, however you just be conscious of this when walking the dog.
– The small clip on the top to button down the handle made no difference as was pretty fiddly to do.
– We’ve gone through two sizes since she was born (one puppy size and one adult size) neither are a the best fit out there for us.. I’m sure we could find better with other brands.
Also ich habe mir mal ein gnstiges Hundegeschirr gekauft. Hat leider nicht so gehalten wie es sollte. Dann habe ich mir des Geschirr von Julius-K9 gekauft. DAS HLT, DAS SITZT, DAS IST PERFEKT. Unser Hund (25 kg) kann mit vollem Tempo ins Geschirr laufen, es hlt und die Metallse auf dem Rcken reit nicht (was mir bei einem gnstigeren Geschirr mal passiert ist). Weiterhin ist die Sicherheit hoch geschrieben. Vorne am Brustkorb ist ein Reflektorstreifen wie bei Warnwesten und der Schriftzug “Julius-K9” ist nachleuchtend, wenn man ihn mit der Taschenlampe bestrahlt.
Super Qualitt die ihren Preis wert ist. Wrde ich immer wieder kaufen.
Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wre: Statt dem Plastik-Schnappverschluss einen Metallverschluss in dem Geschirr zu verbauen.
Compre este primero que quedo un poco justo para mi boxer pero va perfecto para mi galgo que es muy grande … Es un arns muy cmodo de poner y que facilita mucho el control del animal ademas de no molestarlo para nada a la hora de correr y jugar.

This harnass arrived as shown. This is a heavy duty harnass, super easy to put on my dog. I love the handle and the metal ring on the top. I feel very confident when my dog wears this to the dog park
First class harness and well made. Have bought a couple other harnesses I rate this as one of the best if not the best?. Easy to set up having adjusted the chest strap first this enabled me to get the under body strap (rib cage) to the correct position then I adjusted the strap to the correct tension and then all I had to do is clip in the secure buckle. Having set it up it is so easy slip it over the dogs head and clip in one buckle it’s fitted in seconds. Some people say the dog can slip the harness I have not had this problem I have a 3 year old beagle (he is a solid dog), I think if you adjust the straps correctly I do not think you will have a problem. Another good thing is the handle strap on top of the harness perfect for restraining or lifting the dog in the back of the car.This a serious bit of kit I would certainly recommend to any dog owner.

I wanted a strong, sturdy harness for my Labrador Retriever and something which also looked good, and that is exactly what I got when I purchased the Julius K9 IDC Powerharness. It is very well made and the control handle on the top makes it so much easier to restrain a large dog when he decides that he wants to chase a cat! The angle of the front strap sits away from the dogs neck so that any pressure is on the chest. It is so easy to fit and my dog doesn’t seem to mind wearing it, unlike other harnesses we have tried. I would thoroughly recommend this harness to anyone.

This one of the best harness I have bought! Everyone that sees it wants one too for their dog. I should get commission for the amount of sales I must have made for these lol. The handle is great to grab him quickly when jumping at other dogs. I would totally buy this again and again!
Second one we have purchased due to dog growing out of it and not through it wearing out or anything. Doesn’t stop my bruiser of a dog pulling totally but does give me more control. Make sure you measure correctly when buying.
The size 1 fits my one year old English Bulldog perfectly with plenty of room to grow. Well made and it is a breeze to slip over my dogs neck and then attached the chest harness. Glow in the dark strips and labels for additional safety
Just love these harnesses, had one before but my dog quickly out grew it. Cheap and speedy delivery and a very nice looking harness. Totally improved my dogs bad habit of pulling when on a normal collar plus it doesn’t put as much strain on the neck either. Love it!!
Best harness all around. Little pricey but for great quality and sturdy. Fits comfortable on my huskies, just bought a second one. And let me say the handle is amazing..my girls love sniffing everything and when they wanna stop and not listen I walk up grab the handle pick them up and face them in the direction they’re going. Dieses Geschirr ist sehr stabil und bestens geeignet fr starke Hunde, die sehr fest ziehen. Super ist auch die Leuchtkraft der Schriften, wo es auch tolle Schriftzge zum Auswechseln gibt.
Nach nunmehr 2 Monaten mit dem Brustgeschirr und ausgiebigen Tests bin ich weiterhin rundum zufrieden mit dem Geschirr.
Rezessionen die einen schlechten Sitz anmerken, kann ich nicht besttigen. Allerdings habe ich mich vorher auch ber die richtige Gre und vor allem das richtige Anpassen informiert. Hierfr gibt es Tabellen im Netz fr die Auswahl der richtigen Gre und Videos zum exakten anpassen.
Sowohl vergessen Verschluss als auch das Klettband vorne halten bombenfest und zuverlssig.
Mittlerweile haben Linus und ich so ziemlich alle Witterungen und Medien durch. Sowohl Schnee und Klte, schwimmen im Meer, Matsch und Dreck wie auch Sand und es sind keine Ermdungserscheinungen zu erkennen. Das Material ist nach wie vor hervorragend stabil.
Wrde ich heute vor der Entscheidung stehen, ich wrde wieder das K9 Geschirr kaufen.

Das erste ist einer Langeweile Attacke zum Opfer gefallen.
Aufgrund dessen das wir aber vollends zufrieden gewesen sind haben wir es nochmals gekauft.
Es passt gut, lsst sich sehr leicht einstellen und anlegen. Sie trgt es gern und es ist sehr robust was bei ihr dringend notwendig ist.
Damit Sie im Dunkeln oder im Wald gut zu sehen ist habe zwei Taschenlampen am Geschirr befestigt.
Habe den Eindruck das es ihr auch gefllt 🙂

Ich kann das Produkt nur wrmstens empfehlen. Wir haben einen Sibirian Husky und Grsse 1 bestellt. Es passt und sitzt wie angegossen und reibt nicht unter den Armen. Durch den stabilen Griff oben auf dem Geschirr lsst sich der Hund auch gut festhalten und hndeln. Es rutscht am Hund auch nicht zur Seite weg, wie bei so vielen anderen Produkten. Darum die vollen 5 Punkte.
Gute Qualitt, sehr stabil und zweckmig. Schnelles an und ausziehen.
Halterungen fr eine Taschenlampe (bei Hunden mit kurzem Fell) praktisch
zu dieser Jahreszeit. Man wird schneller gesehen und der Hund leuchtet
einem zustzlich den Weg. Praktisch finde ich auch, dass man zu dem Geschirr
noch Zubehr bekommen kann, wie z.B. einen Sicherheitsgurt fr das Auto.
Werde mir wohl noch ein Polster bestellen, denn fr Hunde mit kurzem Fell,
ist es wahrscheinlich dann noch bequemer zu tragen. Super Trainigsgeschirr.
Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

I have used Julius K9 products before ,having brought one at a dog show 6 years ago. That one wore out after extensive use . I was happy to buy one for my 6 year old Eurasier and one for my 2 year old Eurasier. I have tried other products but most of all I like the simplicity and durability of this harness . They slip on quickly and off we go .
Only used for a few walks & yet can confidently reassure other buyers you won’t be disappointed.
Our 6 month old labradoodle is going to be big & is strong already & yes she still pulls & jumps up in this harness but that’s our fault :/
We feel so much more confident with this harness on her as it’s so well made.

C’ poco da aggiungere. Robusta, confortevole e molto pratica, facile da indossare anche ai cani pi riluttanti. Inoltre la maniglia superiore comodissima quando c’ la necessit di avere il cane a corta distanza. Ne ho provate tante, ma non credo di tornare pi indietro.

Fr meinen Rden (Westsibirischer Laika) habe ich lange das richtige Geschirr gesucht. Irgendwie war keines 100%ig…entweder lockerte es sich beim Tragen…oder es scheuerte…oder das Anlegen war ein Graus.
Beim K9 ist nun alles, wie es sein soll…das Anlegen ein Kinderspiel, nichts scheuert, nichts lockert sich…Kopf durch, Bauchgurt festmachen und ab geht es.
Der Brustgurt ist wunderbar breit und der zustzliche Y-Gurt ist berhaupt nicht erforderlich.
Wenn ich gleich auf erfahrenere Hundebesitzer gehrt htte, dann wren mir teure Fehlkufe erspart geblieben.

I discovered Julius K9 harnesses approximately 5 years ago and I have sworn by them ever since. I’ve uses them on German Shepards, Jack Russell Terriers and currently on a Siberian Husky and an Alaskan Malamute. The dogs have always been comfortable wearing them in all types of weather. They are sturdy, strong and they are long lasting (I’ve only ever had to replace a harness due to the dog outgrowing it). My 3.5 year Siberian Husky has had his current one for 2.5 years and its still going strong (I bought a bigger size and put it to the smallest setting to allow my dog to grow into the harness). I have always owned the standard black harnesses but in future I would like to purchase difference colours just to make the dogs stand out a little more at the local dog park/dog meets. I recommend to everybody.

Je partais pour un long w.end lorsque deux heures avant le dpart Ma chienne mordilla son ancien harnais je fut stress je l’avoue Mais habitant en pleine campagne, pas d’animalerie ni de temps je fais une rparation sommaire et esprant que cela fera l’affaire pour le w.end et en mme temps me disant que non Donc au retour de la balade Vite je passe commende en esprant l’envoie en un jour et le recevoir l’adresse de ma destination.
Franchement je n’avais pas le temps de rechercher et comparais prix et qualit. Celui-ci se prsenta en dbut de liste et de par sa rputation, je le prix. Pour moi le plus important en cet instant , c’est qu’il arrive bien le lendemain(samedi l’adresse de mon ami).
Et il arriva comme prvu, Merci les livreurs. Et c’est une fois en main que j’observe de plus prs ce harnais. Simple , sobre ( j’ai enlev les scratches avec la marque) Robuste et lger. Je m’aperois que c’est un model spcial ville. Permettre d’duquer le chien ne pas tirer sur la laisse
Je me suis dite , et bien on va voir!! Car ma chienne est super active en ville (de plus ce fut un tout nouvel endroit pour elle) et tendance tirer un peut trop sur la laisse et se distraire de tout les bruits
Et bien je dois bien avouer d’avoir vu et ressentie une diffrence de confort et de ractivit bien plus immdiate de ma chienne lors de soit la ralentir lorsqu’elle tend la laisse. Soit de la mettre au pieds tout contre ma jambe J’en fut trs tonne de l’aisance sur la dure de toute la balade. Qu’avec son harnais prcdent Cela me demandais plus d’effort au niveau du bras et maintient en devant rpter l’indication un peut plus
Vraiment parfait. Je recommande. Ce fut une bonne surprise car tais lgrement septique.
Je repasserais aprs qq semaines et/mois d’utilisation. (Car cela ne fait que le deuxime jour).

They are expensive but you only get what you pay for I have had the cheaper ones & they are rubbish , they don’t fit correctly they move around when walking your dog always going to the side so constantly correcting it , with this harness you don’t do any of that .
It stays in place & it’s easy to put on & off your dog .

Qued excelente, solo hay que tener en cuenta el tamao del perro. Al principio un poco lioso para colocarlo pero en si el harns es muy resistente, reflecta en la oscuridad lo cual es perfecto para salir con tu mascota y hasta el dia de hoy el material est intacto. Mi perro no se queja al traerlo puesto y tampoco es pesado por lo que puede correr a su gusto y que tenga varios puntos para agarrar al perro es una gran ventaja.
Great harness for my growing puppy as it’s adjustable at the front and on the girth. Very strong and durable. Easy to wipe clean or hand wash. Very sturdy D ring on the back. Handle is also very useful, especially when pulling my dog out of a river he jumped into thinking it was only the depth of the steam he’s used to – it wasn’t. My dog much prefers this style to a previous harness that he constantly scratched at and didn’t want to put on. This one slips easily over his head when putting it on and off again, even when he gets back from walks and lies down refusing to move to let me take it off him. My only wish is that it had a front ring to clip a double ended lead onto now that my dog is bigger and pulls with a lot of strength into the harness. Otherwise a very good and reliable harness.
Easy to adjust, great fit, sturdy materials. Only negative point: length of the Velcro patches. I guess they are designed to overlap the metal strap loop on left side / strap on right side, but they bend/flap backwards as a result. Doesn’t look very nice, in my opinion.

Abit awkward putting the front strap on. Especially on an excited husky but it is very well made and strong. Has reduced his pulling. The torch attachment is very handy for winter evening walks.

Achet pour une femelle borador de 2 ans, ce produit est idal pour un chien ayant besoin de travailler son rappel (N’obeit pas systmatiquement la commande ‘au pied’), cela vite de donner des coups sur les cervicales et la trache lorsque le chien est lanc pleine vitesse et ignore la commande de rappel. Une fois les sangles correctement rgles, le systme s’enfile et se clipse en quelques secondes, c’est top.
Des harnais il y en a tous les prix. Cette marque n’est pas donne mais sincrement c’est la meilleure !!
Le harnais est super solide, les finitions (coutures…) sont au top.
Facilement rglable la morphologie du chien.
On voit bien qu’avec ce harnais le chien n’est pas “comprim”, il est libre de tous ses mouvements, il est bien maintenu.
Plusieurs tailles et coloris proposes, j’en ai mme vu des personnalisables (la petite tiquette en scratch).
Et le ct fluorescent est trs pratique en cas de sortie nocturnes!!

Lo tengo desde hace un par de das pero an as me ha encantado. Muy buena calidad, robusto, fiable y lo ms importante seguro. Mi perro pesa unos 25kg y le queda perfecto, es cuestin de ajustarlo y ver como se debe colocar el arns correctamente para que no le haga dao (en la pgina de julius k9 viene un video)
El asa es muy prctica y el perro va muy comodo. Por el momento un 10 y adems es el original por eso lo compr.
This is a well made harness with a nice design for easy removal, comfort for the dog and easy to clip a lead on and off with its big metal loop. Not a miracle product when it comes to dogs that pull, however it does reduce the strain when paired with a decent lead. The handle is also a great addition for extra control, or a quick grab if your dog happens to like chasing things it shouldnt. Also really like how adjustable it is for growing pups.
My only issue is that due to the design our Lab is able to slip out of the harness if he pulls backwards, this might be partially due to the shape of the breed but worth noting for escape artist owners.
Great Harness. I measured my dog to the guidelines and the harness I received is too big. He will grow into it. As they are expensive we will have to make a do with this one until he grows into it.

I bought this harness for my Labrador/collie cross. She is a strong dog and the harness feels sturdy. It’s easy to put on and take off which is unlike other harnesses I have bought previously. The glow in the dark patches are a great feature. I have already recommended this to other dog owners in my family.

Mon chien est un amricain staff bull terrier de 30kg et vient d’avoir 1 an . J’ Pris la taille 1 , c’est parfait !!! Il me reste 15 cm de marge supplmentaire si des fois il devrait grossir un peu encore.

I really like this harness unfortunately our dog tends to walk behind us so the harness can pull off over his head if I’m not careful, but for a dog that pulls this harness is brilliant. You have to be careful not to damage the clip that secures the harness because if you bend it the thing keeps popping off.
De scrach band was te lang maar afgeknipt op maat, heel stevig en aan te raden voor sterke honden, je trekt niet meer aan de nek. Dit is mijn 2de van hetzelfde merk.
There are cheap copies but past experience is buy cheap buy twice, this product is properly made and should last a lifetime if needed.
The two ‘FRIENDLY’ logos that can be attatched to the velcro pad instead of the Julius patches have already drawn a host of positive comments ‘what a good idea’ in just one day!
With no more pulling and choking your dog is easy to control, and mine has no problem whatever wearing the harness, as unlike a muzzle choke lead the harness does cause any discomfort around the eyes.
The product is not cheap, but is well made of durable materials and put into context cost wise it is a welcome investment.
When used with a pair of quality leads joined together, one being a bungee, which I put nearest the harness for a longer reach, when necessary dog walking is no chore at all.
Overall a five star purchase highly recommended.

ACTUALIZACIN
Lo compre en febrero y ahora en diciembre despues de usarlo durante meses puedo dar una opinin mas completa…CONTENTSIMA!!! si pudiera le pona 5 estrellas ms.. es muy comodo de poner y quitar y mi perro le encanta el arnes..le queda de pelicula y me va muy bien para subirlo y bajarlo del coche por la asa que lleva , ya que tengo un bulldog frances con problemas de espalda y el veterinario nos dijo que no le dejaramos saltar ni subir del coche. El material es muy resistentente y al pasas los meses sigue como nuevo y fcil de limpiar. Sin duda fue buena eleccin comprar este arnes.
Le pettorina Julius sono sempre ottime e pratiche,io consiglio di inserire e verificare bene le misure della pettorina per le taglie,personalmente ho dovuto verificare le taglie su un server esterno,infatti la taglia 1 da me acquistata era grande e ho dovuto acquistarne una taglia 0 dopo che la mia husky scappata un paio di volte…..consiglio…inserite descrizione delle taglie e come prendere le misure come descritto da Julius.
Have tiempo que compro esta marca y todos sus productos son de gran calidad
Costaud, esthtique (forme, et couleur noir dans mon cas), pratique (facile enfiler et rgler) et je dirais confortable pour mon chien. Seul regret, mais pas li au harnais en lui-mme : le modle de lampe qui se glisse dans l’emplacement prvu cet effet ne semble plus tre commercialis, et j’hsite pour une Orbiloc. Pour la taille, j’hsitais entre T1 et T2 ; j’ai pris T1 pour mon BA de 11 mois / 27 kg / 72 cm tour de poitrine sur les recos directes de Julius, et a va, il y a encore 10 cm de marge pour la poitrine (dessous), et le T2 aurait peut-tre t trop grand pour le poitrail (devant) car la lanire de devant en T1 est rgle quasi au plus grand. Le chien est tjrs trs content d’aller se promener et accepte trs bien le harnais, qui est rgl avec un peu de marge selon les prcos de Julius, et qui ne se dfait pas du tout quand j’ai besoin de tirer la laisse vers l’avant.
Lo que mas me ha gustado:
-La calidad de los materiales:Se le ve bastante resistente, adems la banda lateral que pone “Julius K9” es luminiscente y por la noche reluce.
-Se puede adaptar con unas correas y velcros a la forma de tu perro, de todas formas, hay que estar atentos a la hora del comprarlo a la talla de tu perro.
Lo que menos me ha gustado:
-Debera incorporar un enganche de metal para correas en la parte del pecho, ya que si el perro tiene el instinto de tirar, si se coloca la correa en la parte superior (Donde ahora mismo viene el enganche) incitar a que tire ms, por lo que un enganche en la zona inferior del pecho no estara de ms.
Resumen: Un buen arns a muy buen precio.

Decisamente ottima , veste molto bene, ho una labrador di 19 mesi , pesa kg. 24.5 ed ha un torace di cm 68 circa, ho comprato la taglia 1 ed perfetta, probabilmente sarebbe andata bene anche la taglia 0 ma considerando che deve ancora crescere ho preferito acquistare quella pi grande . Trovo che sia robusta e comoda, si aggancia lateralmente e quindi decisamente migliore rispetto a quelle che devono essere infilate dalle zampe ..E’ inoltre regolabile anche davanti , la fascia anteriore stretch e si pu allentare o stringere. E’ arrivata in anticipo di 2 giorni, che dire di pi ? Ho dato 5 perch per adesso non ho riscontrato difetti, se nel futuro si dovessero verificare, aggiorner la recensione.
Bellissima, per ora mi trovo benissimo e reggo benissimo il mio Pitbull di oltre 31 kg grazie alla maniglia che molto resistente.

Pettorina fantastica. Purtroppo le misure della mia cagnolina erano a cavallo tra due taglie e prendendo quella pi grande le va un po larga. Se qualcun’altro si trova nella mia stessa situazione consiglierei di prendere la taglia pi piccola

Overall the harness is great. Simple to put on, thr neon green version is very bright for visibility, and it has some great features. Theres a handle on top (take note, this may catch if a dog goes into brambles or tight spaces. The booklet states the handle is removable but I can’t see how), there’s an elasticated loop to slide a torch in for night time walks (dog headlight!), and the dog seems pretty happy in it.
Slight criticism is that the harness is made for the dog to walk in front (or by side) – the support for the harness are in the straps and over the top of the shoulders, so if the dog pulls backwards there’s nothing to hold the harness in place and it will bunch around the neck (though it doesn’t slips off!). That’s not really an issue if you’re walking one dog, but when walking two dogs who are doing their own thing it can look a little uncomfortable for the dog if it falls behind. But it’s no big issue and only a transient problem.

We have gone through various other brands that didn’t live up to the hyper nor the marketing for an active dog, as they have either broken or been too hard to clean/maintain.
The K9 is a good harness – but it’s not the best harness out there. If you are looking for a harness to stop your dog pulling or to make it easier to control; then this is probably not the harness you are looking for.
Things I like;

-Super quick and easy to get on and off.. put the dogs head through the big opening and do the clip up underneath… takes seconds. Not like the other harnesses where the dog has to ‘step into it’ or anything like this. You could even do this one handed.
– The grab handle at the top; super useful to get hold of the dog to control them (i.e. near a road junction, with other dogs etc.) Re-assuring to know that it’s there. It also functions as a great point to attach other items (such as lights during winter)
– Build quality; really well made and put together. Easy to clean. Our dog has worn this through snow, mud, gone swimming in the sea and rivers with it and comes up great each time.
The negatives;

– This won’t stop your dog pulling; for us it’s made no difference. The harness does sit lower on their back which should discourage it, but we’ve yet to see that. We have ended up purchasing the optional ‘Y’ strap for the Julius K9 which gives us a dual attachment (one front and one back) to try and discourage pulling.
-As this is a front fitting harness; your dog can back-out of it if you are not careful when you are walking them. This has not happened to us, however you just be conscious of this when walking the dog.
– The small clip on the top to button down the handle made no difference as was pretty fiddly to do.
– We’ve gone through two sizes since she was born (one puppy size and one adult size) neither are a the best fit out there for us.. I’m sure we could find better with other brands.
Strong, well made harness. Size 1 perfect for my large labradoodle. Easy to slip over dog’s head. Useful, strong handle.

Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wre: Statt dem Plastik-Schnappverschluss einen Metallverschluss in dem Geschirr zu verbauen.

die Qualitt ist TOP. Fr unseren Labrador die ideale Ergnzung. Ist ein durchdachtes System, welches einen wertigen Eindruck macht. Die Befestigungslaschen am Brustkorb knnten etwas dezenter ausfallen, da sie teilweise etwas reiben.

Second one we have purchased due to dog growing out of it and not through it wearing out or anything. Doesn’t stop my bruiser of a dog pulling totally but does give me more control. Make sure you measure correctly when buying.
The size 1 fits my one year old English Bulldog perfectly with plenty of room to grow. Well made and it is a breeze to slip over my dogs neck and then attached the chest harness. Glow in the dark strips and labels for additional safety
Best harness all around. Little pricey but for great quality and sturdy. Fits comfortable on my huskies, just bought a second one. And let me say the handle is amazing..my girls love sniffing everything and when they wanna stop and not listen I walk up grab the handle pick them up and face them in the direction they’re going. Dieses Geschirr ist sehr stabil und bestens geeignet fr starke Hunde, die sehr fest ziehen. Super ist auch die Leuchtkraft der Schriften, wo es auch tolle Schriftzge zum Auswechseln gibt.
Nach nunmehr 2 Monaten mit dem Brustgeschirr und ausgiebigen Tests bin ich weiterhin rundum zufrieden mit dem Geschirr.
Rezessionen die einen schlechten Sitz anmerken, kann ich nicht besttigen. Allerdings habe ich mich vorher auch ber die richtige Gre und vor allem das richtige Anpassen informiert. Hierfr gibt es Tabellen im Netz fr die Auswahl der richtigen Gre und Videos zum exakten anpassen.
Sowohl vergessen Verschluss als auch das Klettband vorne halten bombenfest und zuverlssig.
Mittlerweile haben Linus und ich so ziemlich alle Witterungen und Medien durch. Sowohl Schnee und Klte, schwimmen im Meer, Matsch und Dreck wie auch Sand und es sind keine Ermdungserscheinungen zu erkennen. Das Material ist nach wie vor hervorragend stabil.
Wrde ich heute vor der Entscheidung stehen, ich wrde wieder das K9 Geschirr kaufen.
The BEST harness ever! It looks awesome when you put it on your dog and will only receive compliments from it. My english bulldog is strong so I can use the handle to stop him from going too wild. You could even purchase new name tags for the side so that it doesn’t read Julius K-9
Geschirr Nr.2 fr unsere Boxer Hndin.
Das erste ist einer Langeweile Attacke zum Opfer gefallen.
Aufgrund dessen das wir aber vollends zufrieden gewesen sind haben wir es nochmals gekauft.
Es passt gut, lsst sich sehr leicht einstellen und anlegen. Sie trgt es gern und es ist sehr robust was bei ihr dringend notwendig ist.
Damit Sie im Dunkeln oder im Wald gut zu sehen ist habe zwei Taschenlampen am Geschirr befestigt.
Habe den Eindruck das es ihr auch gefllt 🙂
Gute Qualitt, sehr stabil und zweckmig. Schnelles an und ausziehen.
Halterungen fr eine Taschenlampe (bei Hunden mit kurzem Fell) praktisch
zu dieser Jahreszeit. Man wird schneller gesehen und der Hund leuchtet
einem zustzlich den Weg. Praktisch finde ich auch, dass man zu dem Geschirr
noch Zubehr bekommen kann, wie z.B. einen Sicherheitsgurt fr das Auto.
Werde mir wohl noch ein Polster bestellen, denn fr Hunde mit kurzem Fell,
ist es wahrscheinlich dann noch bequemer zu tragen. Super Trainigsgeschirr.
Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
