The product so far seems pretty good my problem is Amazon. The product I received has a missing chair part, so far it seems impossible to speak to a customer service person about this problem and it is unfortunately making me look elsewhere, very poor help from Amazon.
Very easy to assemble. It looks sturdy and neat. Not cheap at all. Ideal for our small patio. I can’t wait for summer to start the BBQ season.
Very easy to put together. Great that there is no metal to rust! This set seems far more sturdy than previous rattans which haven’t lasted us long. Comes with seat and back cushions! Really impressed!
Good looking set and quite easy to assemble, instructions were found in the box containing the chairs, managed assembly on my own (70+ years old) would recommend having a rubber mallet handy to help ‘tap’ home some of the items and I found giving the metal table leg supports a quick squirt of WD40 to assist in the final location of items TL1,2,3 and 4.
Cheap doesn’t always mean rubbish. In this case it means sturdy, comfy and easy to assemble. Had the entire from boxed to usable in under 45 mins even with a hangover.
They look good too.
We purchased this as a ‘welcome to your new home’ gift for our daughter. Fantastic product. My husband put it together by himself. He was very impressed with how well it was made. Looks fantastic. The delivery people were excellent, they took it into the garden for me. Could have easily left it in the drive but they were so helpful and nice. I wonder if Amazon could acknowledge that I would have given the delivery people 5 stars but was unable to access the delivery email to do so. The delivery people were so careful and pleasant.
Great price as expected as I purchased items out of season. Assembly was straight forward. Looking forward to using much over the coming years (in warmer months).
Ordered this in the sale as wanted one for my caravan decking.
Delivered in 2 large boxes.
Instructions were easy to follow and took approx half hour to put it all together,
Would recommend having a electric screwdriver to speed it up.

I was concerned before buying these that it would be hard to assemble after reading previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The instructions were really clear, all the parts were there and numbered so you knew where they went. It took about an hour and a half for two of us to put together and looks great.
I was a bit concerned about the reviews that stated that it was difficult to install but manged to do this on my own with very clear instructions and nothing missing for me. Very sturdy and love the way that the chairs disappear under the table offering the space saving that I was after. Highly recommend.
I bought this having saw the price drop by 100 – shame it was the end of the summer :o( I thought it was very easy to build and the instructions were very clear, not sure why some people said it was difficult to build???

Although not super easy to put together (table panels took a bit of thinking) the set is good looking, sturdy and a really good fit for our space. Delighted and the delivery team were super helpful too.

Excellent product. Built quickly , comfy. Used loads over summer & easy to keep clean.
They claim Amazon should deal with me but it’s Kettering that supplied the furniture. Not getting anywhere.
