Fairly easy to assemble but allow an hour. Everything was included as well as some spare screws. A few stickers stuck on a bit wonky but overall very pleased. Bought when marked down. Probably would only give 4 stars is paid full price though. Daughter loves it.
I bought this for my great granddaughter, aged three and a half, for Christmas. She loved it from the moment she set eyes on it and had played with it almost daily since Christmas. Bonus is that it is the right size for her Barbie dolls Highly recommend Comes flat packed with very clear instructions for erecting

Ma fille voulait la maison de barbie, on lui a pourtant command celle-ci pour Noel (beaucoup plus abordable !) et on est pas du, et notre fille non plus !!! elle est vraiment sympa, les accessoires sont de qualit, et ma fille peut y passer des heures. Je recommande a fond !
Very happy with this house. Took a little while to build. I think the screws could of done with being longer to make it more steady. My girls are 6 and 9 so know to be careful. I’m not too sure it would withstand a toddler though.
Came with great accessories. My girls use it as a house for their omg and lol dolls
We got this for our daughters age 6,3 & 1 for Christmas as a joint present and they all love it. It’s taller than my younger children and perfect size for my 6yo. They can use their Barbies & LOL dolls in it perfectly. Has replaced our old much smaller dolls house. The only reason for 4 stars in some bits came not perfect and a bit tatty round the edges. I think I read this in other reviews so had expected it however easily coverable or fixable with some glue. Hours of fun to be had and looks great in their bedroom.

Have a colour picture of this to hand when assembling! The elevator was stiff to move, so needed a lubricant spray. Otherwise a beautiful house.

This is a fantastic item and my grandaughter loved it. It is very large and suitable for third party accessories such as Barbie Dolls. The only downsides were one of the bolts holding the wooden railing would not fit into the slot as it was not cut deep enough however simply adding a little glue held it in place. The other is not really an issue just a design flaw. The background images do not match on the corners – for example in the kitchen area as the image goes from the back to side you would expect the design to carry on but it cuts off into a new design. My Grandaughter (age 9) noticed this immediately.
This doll house is super sturdy. A great Price. Very Pretty. It will be very loved. My only issue, is multiple pieces have arrived with bits of the design peeling off, or already visibly torn or damaged. It’s all cosmetic, but it’s a little irritating to buy some “NEW” and to feel like you have been sent an item that was returned or faulty quality. Maybe KidKraft isn’t doing quality checks on there products anymore.
The kids will love it either way and over time it’s going to get plenty of wear, unfortunately it will happen faster since lifted edges are like glitter to magpie for a child.

Bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter and she loves it
It’s a good size and very sturdy and there’s plenty of spaces to add more furniture which she has done

This is for a present for my granddaughter for Christmas, haven’t yet put together, but reading and looking at it, it does look fabulous

Overall this dolls house is brilliant.
I would not pay full price but I got it at 88 on Amazon warehouse and I feel this is an acceptable price for it.
It’s not a hulking sturdy piece of furniture but as kids toys go it’s almost all wooden abs I have no worries about it being broken by boisterous play.
Assembly took an hour. I used a electric screwdriver. Instructions are simple but note than enough to get you through. We put the lift in upside down in picture on purpose as our daughter felt it wasn’t fair for her little lol figures to jump over the barrier etc. She’s five and brilliant at debating.
We didn’t have any missing bits and everything was intact and in new condition.
It fits omg dolls perfectly and the little lady it is for is thrilled. I can see this being used for years and hopefully being passed on to her younger cousin in the future.

Great product, value for money , could be bit better quality of finish but still is okay.
Lovely product well made. However, two of the pre made items were damaged. Can these 2 be replaced please? Otherwise, great home for my 4-year old daughter and would highly recommend. Contents all present (and spares) and instructions really clear.

Brilliant. My daughter is 5 this was an upgrade from her small dolls house. Really sturdy and had so much playtime since Christmas already!

A very small amount of peeling paper on the roof but easily resolved with a dab of glue.
We built and wrapped this for Xmas and it made our 7ft tree look tiny, very happy.

Once completed we realised we had one missing part. Trim for roof. There is no way to contact the seller. Tried calling number called out. Luckily the house is okay but still needs that missing part for roof for extra sturdiness. Definitely check you have every last piece before building. We did but but missed this small essential part.
