La casetta arrivata con alcuni giorni d’anticipo rispetto alla data di previsione, si presenta molto bene, robusta, molto ben fatta, rispetta a pieno la descrizione.
Il montaggio un po lungo, circa 2 ore, ma con queste dimensioni non si pu chiedere di pi, la descrizione del montaggio molto semplice e facilitata da un kit ben organizzato (tutte le parti sono numerate).
Piccolissimi difetti nei pannelli in legno, uno hanno provato a nasconderlo con un adesivo della numerazione della parte, per il resto perfetta!
Sicuramente mia figlia sar contenta.

Unico neo l’ascensore, difficile da muovere per un bambino perch non scorre in modo fluido e non ha alcun sistema per sollevarla.
Occorrono quasi tre ore per montarla (preferibilmente in due). Le istruzioni riproducono solo i contorni dei vari pezzi (in bianco e nero, senza alcun dettaglio) e non agevolano il riconoscimento e l’assemblaggio dei vari pezzi.

The instructions are relatively simple to follow, although we did spend 30 mins hunting for parts 67 to build the lift. Spoiler alert…they are in the furniture box inside the bathtub. Built this on my own in 2 and a half hours, although some parts were a bit fiddly and would be much easier and quicker with a second pair of hands (the lift in particular was a pain).
Its a good quality wooden dolls house and when you compare it to the cost of the plastic Barbie Dreamhouse or cardboard looking LOL doll house, it is excellent value for money.

Very nice doll house, seems pretty sturdy. Only issues was with assembly – the screws are not clearly labelled and the instructions are at times vague. There seemed to have not enough of 1 colour of screw/bolt and too many of other colours, and 1 type of assembly bolt was the wrong dimension depth, so we had to shim the holes to make that bolt fit. But enough of each type of screw was included so the house could be assembled. It is best done by 2 people, and took about 1.5 hours to assemble. Very big – close to 5 feet tall. Our daughter really likes it.

Our daughter was delighted with this for her 4th birthday- it is very big though & did take a long time to build
Oh, gosh, how my grandniece loves her house! She has a place for all the drama between 11 Barbies, a Doc McStuffin, and a Ken who stays in the bathroom or the garage which has become his man-cave. It took my daughter and me about 3 days to put it together but we only worked on it for a few hours each night. If we had the day, we could have probably completed it in 2 days. It was fun to put together but the pictures should show which side of each piece–like the wals– have print on them. Still it was not that difficult. The pieces are very solid. My grandniece has a friend who has the Barbie house and she said, “My house is bigger and cuter than her house!…” It was quite a bit less expensive, too. I read that the other house needed WiFi and has automated features. Not needed as much for using one’s own imagination in a house full of Barbies and one Ken in the garage. My grandniece is 5-1/2 and the top floor is about as tall as she is. Oh, I also like that it comes with furniture–30 pieces of cute stuff! A few pieces needed minor assembly but your child does not need to wait to furnish her new place. Also, if you want to get other Barbie/Ken stuff later, they will fit. We saw a car for 12-inch dolls that fits in the garage if Ken ever decides to live upstairs.

Pero como todo, perfecto al 100% no es, pero lo bueno tapa lo malo.
LO MALO:
– Las instrucciones, aunque vienen bien, podran ser ms claras porque el montaje que, en funcin de manitas que seas y si tienes ayuda puedes ir de las 4 horas (muy hbil) a las 10h (patoso). Eso si, si no eres hbil mejor tener ayuda para montarlo y hacerlo seguro y despacio porque hay que tener en cuenta que hablamos de madera de pino y no se puede estar apretando y aflojando tornillos porque esta madera es blanda y se estropea si metemos y sacamos tornillos varias veces.
– Aunque tiene muchos detalles, los cantos que se ven por fuera en madera podan haber ido pintados. Adems, aunque va lijado, no es difcil que se astille y se claven alguna astilla los nios.
– La caja en la que viene la vi algo endeble. Hablamos de mucho peso y volumen y podra yr mejor empaquetado de lo que va.
– Se podra aclarar mejor el montaje si en las instrucciones se viese el dibujo donde va o llevasen las piezas un sistema de pegatinas que aclarasen ms.
El ascensor poda haber subido hasta la buhardilla o la escalera de caracol. Ya me pregunt mi hija como suba la mueca arriba y me tuve que inventar un acceso imaginario.
– Si el precio sube de 180 con todo lo veo excesivo.
LO BUENO:
-Queda IMPRESIONANTE una vez montada. Muy bonita.
– Las habitaciones son grandes, lo que la hace ms cmoda para jugar. Si hubiesen dividido para sacar ms habitaciones la haran ms incomoda.
– Gran numero de accesorios muy bien detallados. La lmpara con luz y el piano con msica le encantan
– El que los accesorios no vayan fijos a una zona hace que sea muy flexible jugar con ellos y desarrollan la imaginacin al jugar con ellos.
– Es el primer accesorio de montaje (incluyo muebles) donde todos los tornillos vienen plastificados en una lamina A4 con el nombre de cada uno, lo que facilita mucho en el montaje.
– Una vez montada te olvidas de lo costoso que ha sido su montaje, pero repito, asegurarse de que van bien las piezas antes de atornillar.
– Trae un sistema de anclaje con un tornillo a la pared para evitar cadas.
– Por 125 que la pille no veo mejores opciones.

It looks really big and luxury for my 5 years old girl, she loves it. Yes the instruction was very clear but still took 3 hours for both parents to put together. It is pretty strong and stable. A couple of problems: the elevator is very tight to move up and down; and the lamp does not light up even after change batteries.

It’s gorgeous! Read other reviews so I was worried about the furniture but it was in perfect condition. It’s a very big dollhouse. Lots of furniture included. Built very good! My daughter is so happy with it!
I have a 7 year old and 4 year old and they are all in at this very moment. Thank you. 5 Star. Great quality. Elevator is a little stiff tough, I think partly because the that particular wall is a tad warped. But I can live with that, still 5 stars. They love all the pieces that come with. Furniture is very sturdy, thick blocky pieces, but still adorable at the same time. Came in a single heavy box.
TIP: Have location mapped out where you would like to assemble.
TIP: If its going to be a surprise and you want to assemble in a garage or something, have a board ready to slide it onto. You will need two people to move very carefully
TIP: Get a drill, it’ll speed it up just a tad bit, set the drill to a low torque setting though.
TIP: Elevator pieces are in the tub that will be wrapped
TIP: Have some music and a drink when you assemble it is a chore
TIP: The screws can be color coordinated to the walls they go into. Pick the correct colors.
TIP: Record the memory with a video camera when showing the girls
But for having seen it in the reviews, I would have been FURIOUS when on step 2 or so I tried to assemble the elevator had I not known to go find the elevator slide pieces in the bathtub in the furnishings.

So first the bad: The freezer door was busted in such a way that it clearly was broken when put in the box, not a shipping issue. A dowel as missing to make the table. The screws are color coded, but once you flip the screw pack over to take screws out, you can’t see the color coding. There are also these nuts that have to be put in in such a way as to defy gravity if you follow the instructions. And there is no instruction for putting on one of the roofs, you just have to wing it. The elevator slide attachment things are VERY easily to accidentally strip when assembling, some super glue came into play.
The good: So much. This thing is HUGE. The assembly, aside from the literally backwards directions, was super straight forward. Everything lined up and popped together. Took about an hour and a half, minimal trouble for one person to assemble. The details like the elevator and the furniture really make it a complete package, ready to be moved into. I have included a picture to try to illustrate this house next to a 6’1 guy. If things get rough with the wife, I may just move in here. It’s a sweet pad.
The petty: One of the hex wrenches didn’t fit the hexes on one side, bizarelly, so the couple of bolts that required two hexes were difficult. There are no pictures, so but for the Amazon picture as reference, the furnishings can be quite confusing. And the rooms all have pictures of things you also physically put in them. Like I said, this is the petty section.
TL;DR: This house is EXACTLY what my daughter described to Santa. I think her Christmas will be infinitely more magical for it, and her monster high dolls can move off of the streets.
This is an amazing Barbie house. It’s big enough to be used by many other similar-height dolls, too. I have to say, it was extremely easy to put together. Every piece has a number sticker. The instructions are good, too, only once did I have something backwards. All the nuts and bolts are very clearly marked – they come in a plastic container (hidden between several pieces of the house), and each different type is in its own separate section, so you open just the one you need, one at a time – very, very easy and headache-eliminating. There are also several sets of the same screw, but their tips are color-coded, so that you can use the right one to match the design – so the blue screw will blend into the blue siding of the house, and so on (that part takes some planning, so we didn’t worry about matching). Assembly does take up to 3 hours, maximum, but it’s not difficult – the numbered pieces really reduce arguments, lol. It’s huger than I expected – it’s very tall, and will be over a 6YO head. Contrary to other reviews, I think the house is very sturdy and the wood is much thicker than I expected. It’s a very strong board, vs the actual Barbie house, which is like cardboard. That there are several floors actually makes the entire thing more stable – it’s put together with several interlocking bolts. Even the furniture pieces are made of a very thick wood. Even if it’s particleboard, doesn’t matter – it’s very durable and sturdy.
Few notes: Take all the pieces out first and put them in numerical order so you can work faster, and keep in mind a few of the smaller construction pieces are hiding in the tub and other furniture. The piano and lamp come with 3 batteries each already installed – you just need to take out that plastic tab. Although one toy was missing one battery, so we bought just one. Our house had all the screw holes in the right places – I think in manufacturing tons of these, there will be a few duds, but you can probably assume yours will be fine.
all in all, it’s such a better deal than that teeny Dream House, which costs 3X the price, and is 3X smaller. Also, this being bigger, means many kids can play with it at once. Just make sure you have room for it – it’s roughly 5 feet tall by 4 feet wide and over 1 foot deep.

We purchased this for our granddaughter’s 3rd birthday and had it delivered to her home. Delivery was within the expected shipping date, and the box was well packed and organized, with all of the parts clearly marked. Setup time took under three hours, with my son-in-law and I working together. The dollhouse is well constructed with quality materials, and we expect that it will last for a long time. It is tall, but fits into her bedroom without taking up too much room. The furniture is well made, and one of the lamps even lights up. Our granddaughter loves it and has spent many hours playing with it.

Great product. Arrived as advised. All in tact – took a long time to put together as it is a very large doll’s house and I put it together on my own. Would help if 2 people worked together on this. Grand child has played with it everyday since Christmas day. Only advice for improvement I would give is that the instructions show colour picture’s of mansion as current black and white form made it difficult to distinguish which way to attach side walls to structure.

That’s a cute and functional BIG dollhouse! I’m trying to write now a decent review for you but let me apologize for my English just in case some lines doesn’t make sense. I’m originally from Germany but will try my best.
My 4 1/2 years old daughter getting really creative while playing with this dollhouse. For example arranging the bathroom into the living room or the kitchen to the bed room, there are so many ways to get constructive 😀 Even her Barbie’s fit in there just perfect. Also the beach car which is available at any Barbie car dealer has enough space in the attached garage ;> The piano plays one short melody (about 3 sec.) by pressing the key section. It sounds like a mix out of an old Wurlitzer and Synthesizer. The sound is acceptable. The one floor lamp really lights up and switches off automatically after some seconds. Though the elevator is going a bit tight up and down but I could help loosen it by pushing it up and down really fast several times, now it works smoother.
The quality of the house is good. I would give it an 8 on a scale from 1-10. I had to fix some minor things. Some parts came with a sort of glued on layer which provide the textures/colors, so some edges peal up a little. But some super crazy glue can fix that. No problem.
Also on the hinges to the garage doors were some screws missing and when I assembled the elevator, the wood were kind of breaking off while putting the screws in because the Plexiglas is under some serious tension. I recommend bending it first really good before assembling the elevator, maybe with help of warming it up with a hair dryer (but honestly I don’t know if this really would make a difference, I’m not a Plexiglas expert). I was a bit disappointment at first that this happened BUT no problem, all you have to do is writing a short email to the support and they reacted right away very friendly and send a replacement for the missing/broken parts immediately! Excellent!
One last thing I want to mention, maybe it helps you to save some time. I did a little mistake in the beginning when assembling the house. Maybe I didn’t read the introduction carefully enough or I just was too excited to put it together but whatever, there are some screws in the set with the same number and size but different colors on the head for the different levels on the house. I notice it too late, so I had to fix it in the end to match the right screw colors with the colors of the house. Maybe this problem could be simply bypassed by the manufacturer by calling them (for example) “8a, 8b, 8c, etc…”
I think this was a good little investment, I’m sure my daughter will have fun with this dollhouse for a long time, I’m guessing till she 9 or 10 and I wish all her toys would/could last that long.

Now for the drawbacks. Thankfully I received the dollhouse a few weeks before the holiday because NINE of the pieces were damaged and one was missing. Seven of the pieces had major flaws in the printed stickers. It looked like they had been stacked together before completely dry or at least got moist and the printing was pulled off. One chair was broken and the sofa had big paint drips on it. KidKraft makes it very easy to order replacement parts and despite the fact I ordered 10 pieces they sent them all, individually packaged, without as much as a questioning email. The replacement sofa looked even worse than the original with touch up paint on it that was several shades off from the rest in several places. I didn’t have time for another reorder so they have two messed up sofas which they don’t even notice.
It took me four hours of actual working time to assemble the house by myself. The directions were very simple, the parts were clearly marked and the hardware was nicely packaged. The only assembly snag came when putting the clear plexiglass panels on the balcony. The panels were 1/4″ too tall to fit so my husband cut them down and then it was fine. Another problem is the stickers used to mark the pieces do not easily come off, this is a big problem when they are on printed pieces. I used some of the damaged pieces to try different products to remove them but all damaged the print. Scrapping also damages the print so many of my pieces still have sticker pieces and residue until I figure something out. The third floor is a little saggy and may need to be braced in the middle after more play. The fourth floor print doesn’t line up perfectly, about 1/2″ of the print from the ceiling of the third floor is visible at the floor line of the fourth floor. The elevator is very stiff to operate but I think a very small amount of oil will help.
Despite these problems and annoyances I think most little girls would love this house and parents will be happy to have a sturdy “wood” house for the Barbies rather than the plastic pieces of junk that tips and breaks.
