Beautiful dollhouse that we got for my daughters 2nd birthday. Took almost 3 hours to assemble, you definitely need two people to build it.
Definitely more bang for the buck. Comes with furniture. 20 pages of picture instructions. No written instructions. A few flaws but overall great. Large enough for full size Barbies. Unlike other reviews I did not have any issues with the swimming pool holding water. A helping hand would be ideal. I put this dollhouse together by myself in approximately three days and working on it an 1-2 hours a day. My daughter freaked out on her birthday when she went into her playroom and saw a dollhouse taller than her.
Very nice looking dollhouse and we liked it very much. Material can be made little better, other than that it is great gift for kids.

First off let me start by saying it was definitely bigger than I had expected it to be . It’s for a 4 year old who can be rough at times . You can only imagine it being the cheapest wood possible it probably wont last . About two hours into building it ( horrible instructions can get confusing ) we noticed that one peice of the wood was already cracked . All the accessories it comes with can fit either a Barbie doll small or regular size and any other small little figures like peppa pig and so on . My daughter loves it . Another downside is unless you add your own lights it’s very dark it’s hard to see the rooms even with our lights on I would suggest adding some lights if you can . All the accessories are made well and beautiful . My only complaint about those is the toilet did flush for about 2 seconds and then it stopped flushing don’t really know what’s up with that . Some accessories don’t work at all with the sound . ( of course that’s frustrating because the house was expensive and added stuff like lights and sounds make dollhouses like this cost more money). Overall it is a very beautiful doll house but the cheap wood Guarantees it won’t last very long . One piece of wood is already bent and out of shape and we just took it out of the box. I do believe it should be 20 dollars cheaper . Buy at your own risk
It was definitely time consuming to put together, but the instructions were easy to follow. I love that it’s wood, and the furniture is good quality wood and strong plastic as well.
UnfortunatelyI was unable to put mine together because there were many items missing and some of the parts looked like someone already tried to put it together. However, I would recommend this though because my mom ended up buying one for my daughter and and she loves it! From the lights to the elevator it has many fun things for your child to doThe toilet flushes, and there is furnature taht goes with it , not to mention a pool. She has spent hours playing with it! it is a beautiful dollhouse for your kids to play barbies with and just because my item was missing the furniture and some pieces doesn’t mean all of them will. The dollhouse parts are sturdy and very easy to assemble. For this price, it’s defiently a must buy. Don’t let one bad box turn you away from this company. When my mom ordered it, there were no missing parts and everything was intact. So like I said, sometimes orders do get mixed up as we are only human so give this dollhouse a try. It’s over 3feet tall and tons of fun !

Ho trovato questo modello di Casa in superofferta e l’ho presa per regalarla a mia figlia per il suo compleanno. stata molto facile da montare. Per farlo ho scaricato l’applicazione Built in cui indicando il modello della Casa possibile seguire le istruzioni di montaggio step by step con l’immagine tridimensionale dei pezzi da assemblare e di quali viti servano.
Veramente fatta bene, molto resistente a prova di bambino non molto economica per la qualit si fa notare. La consiglio
3 ore di lavoro, con cacciavite a mano e da sola. Istruzioni molto semplici. Casa bellissima e accessori perfetti. Peccato manchi l armadio che per una bimba fondamentale. I pannelli del retro sono di cartone e il loro montaggio non ottimo come per il resto dei pannelli di legno. Svantaggio rispetto a una casa di plastica che se ci cade l acqua (giocando con le vasche della piscina o del bagno) si rischia di far danno al rivestimento in carta dei “pavimenti”

Unsere Tochter bekam dieses Haus geschenkt, da sie in ihrem Alter derzeit viel mit Barbies spielt.
Das Haus wird in Einzelteilen geliefert, die aber alle nummeriert sind. Nachdem ich alle Teile (Bretter und Leisten und Mbel) sortiert hatte, begann der Aufbau. Die mitgelieferten Schrauben sind extra verpackt und ebenfalls nummeriert, sodass man nichts verkehrt machen kann. Man arbeitet Schritt fr Schritt und ffnet immer die Schrauben, die man bentigt.
Es braucht ein bisschen Zeit, bis das Haus aufgebaut ist, aber es ist wunderschn! Leider hakt der Aufzug ein bisschen – fr eine 4 jhrige ist das schwer zu bedienen. Und der Boden drckt sich an einigen Stellen nach unten, wenn man drauf spielt. Vielleicht ist es sinnvoll ber Einkerbungen an solchen Stellen nachzudenken oder etwas, wo man die Boden auflegen kann.
Ansonsten ist es ein tolles Haus, welches schn aussieht mit gut verarbeiteten Mbeln aus Holz. Wrden wir wieder kaufen. Preis Leistung ist super. Fr Barbies gro genug.
1h30 de montage (de la maison et1 personne) la main, mme si les produits kidkraft sont solide une fois mont, cela reste du petit matriel je vous dconseille fortement d’utiliser une perceuse, si vous le faites c’est vos risques et prils.
15-20 min pour monter les meubles en comptant le retrait du papier autour, donc cela est trs raisonnable, le tlescope est le seul article que je trouve pas terribles, les pieds ne tenais pas, j’ai donc rajout une point de colle bois.
Certains meubles s’claire ( lampe, frigo) et d’autres mettent un son ( toilette, piano), l’ascenseur est plutt facile monter et descendre, j’avais peur qu’il soit dure mais pas du tout
En bref c’est une super maison et dans des couleurs agrable ( ce rose partout est insupportable). Je recommande +++, a surveiller le prix car j’ai pu l’avoir pour moins de 80, sans a ma fille ne l’aurai jamais eu, alors ne vous prcipiter pas et surveiller le prix 😉
Easy to assemble but time consuming.. took my spouse and I 2 hours to assemble. We put on two pieces backwards that we had to fix. If you’re reading this face the shower panel outside and on the garage/bathroom piece the long side of the roof put on the side that does not connect to the house! Other than those two bumps the assemble was fairly easy.. pictures would have helped those issues! We did have to pull out the drill and drill bit for one hole so have that ready just in case! I cannot wait to see my child’s face tomorrow morning on her birthday! Gorgeous!
This has got to be one of my best purchases in a long time my daughter spends hours playing with the dollhouse. It took me three hours to assemble but worth every penny Fits full size Barbie dolls it’s just fantastic well made 10/10 from me

After much searching we gave her 3 Barbie Chelsea Club dolls to go with it – (Barbie’s little sister) they are a great size. One came with a pull out/ trundle bed for sleepovers and it fits perfectly either in the bedroom next to the larger bed, or in the office by the desk. All 3 can sit together on the large bed and “talk”. The accessories that come with this house are for up to a 12-inch (eg Barbie) doll. Chelsea Club dolls are 6-inches tall.
The pictures don’t do it justice! It is thoughtfully designed—looks upscale, spacious. I looked at so many dollhouses and the accessories – even the furniture is cool. Nothing incongruous or frumpy about this pad!
Pool is a nice proportionately appropriate size.
Some reviews are now dated. The batteries came installed with a plastic cover so no leaking.
There were no stickers to affix.
No guess work with the colored vs non colored screw tops.
Comments: Everything arrived intact. Product looks high quality and is sturdy. There was very minor damage to the front panel to the pool area – of all places. Then I ever so lightly over tightened —the front panel of the patio cracked ever so slightly. I will seek replacements.
The assembly pictures/ instructions were at times frustrating but adequate. I actually used a magnifying glass a couple times. These could be improved but probably not w out adding either more stickers (up down front back) or elaborate messy drawings in the manual. PRO TIP 😉 When assembling refer to a picture of the house, I used the one here on Amazon to determine orientation if panels.
There were a couple points where it would have been nice for a second person to hold pieces in place while I screwed.
You want to have a large high quality sturdy Philips head screwdriver to work fast.
I have (1) screw at the front right of the house that spins and wont tighten. It’s at a key part of the frame so I want to address that, but it’s not an emergency.
The floor to the office arrived a little warped. I tried to bend it flat but it is not flush with the surrounding paint/ baseboard.
To start, I placed each piece in order.
Allow enough space on a flat surface to assemble because it’s big!
Just 2 number stickers were missing, this caused some delays. I think the patio lamp was (2) and the sticker was missingtook me a while to figure that out since there are ~80 pieces.
Even with referring to an image I put on 2 parts in the wrong orientation, realized right away and fixed.
My main frustrations were the elevator and the patio. You think you re in the homestretch well the patio is quite elaborate.
Allow yourself enough time – it’s a lot of steps. For the furniture just look at a picture.
I was annoyed piano doesnt snap to stand but it has its advantage as a portable keyboard. It plays 1 note sequence.
The outdoor lights turns on but shuts off automatically.
Toilet can make a flushing sound. There is s toilet lid but no seat.
Our desk arrived with no drawers.
My daughter thinks the house is perfect. Played with it all day. I can tell it is going to provide lots of entertainment.
I was concerned buying such a grown up home for my toddler — but she thinks it’s beautiful and very “life-like” and “the girls” love it.
I was a bit upset there is a moped parked along the side. But there is also a beautiful water fountain along the terrace side.
My daughter also has a Kidcraft mini playground, sandbox cabana and corner kitchen so we are loyal to the brand. I jokingly say it always galls me to put their “logo” on the item I have been toiling over for hours. The swingset was actually really hard to put together with 2 of us but they make attractive, high quality products for children.
Buy it, you won’t regret it. What made me buy it too was all the ecstatic reviews by parents whose kids loved this house. It is suitable for a range of agesOur (Fisher Price) Little People have moved out of their little house and are also hanging out in the new dollhouse.

I was looking for a good doll house for daughters 3rd birthday. After a long search I got this and it’s is so much better what I expected. All the barbie dolls fit well. A barbie dream hose tends to be expensive and made of plastic. This is less than half the price, wood and great furniture. We could not be happier as its such a great product for the price.
J’avais peur d’un ventuel soucis au vu de certaines volutions mais non, tout est parfait, mme agrablement surprise par la taille de la maison qui est trs grande! Ma fille a 8ans, et elle accde peine au dernier tage, elle n’est pourtant pas petite 🙂

Enorme e robusta! Stanze grandi e arredi molto carini. Non c’ minimamente paragone con la casa di Barbie, vale assolutamente l’importo speso. Alle mie bimbe piaciuta un sacco.

Picture really doesn’t do it justice! Excellent house for Barbie sized dolls. Solid wood frame. I haven’t made the pool bit yet. Flat pack and instructions are not exactly clear but not so hard to figure out if you’re a visual thinker although it did take a good few hours to build! Nonetheless, an awesome dollhouse!
My daughter loves this house. Its colourful and sturdy and was in perfect condition when it arrived. It took an experienced flat pack builder 3 hours plus to build it , its not easy but worth it. Its very large and would not suit a small bedroom. The lift is a little stiff to move but nothing a touch or grease wouldn’t fix. The little light, musical piano and toilet sounds are fun. There’s lots of furniture included which is good you don’t need much to top its up to doll heaven! We will add some lights and a wardrobe to ours this Xmas. We have had ours for two months and can’t be happier with it .

Ok le montage est un peu long vu le nombre de pices et il faut bien regarder le plan, mais dans l’ensemble cela se monte facilement, parfois il faut desserrer un peu les vis prcdentes pour ajuster la pice suivante puis resserrer le tout.
Attention quelques pices de la maison sont caches dans baignoires de mmoire !!!
La maison finie est superbe, plutt solide, pleins de petit accessoires pour habills les diffrentes pices.
Elle est gante 122 cm je crois facile monter tout es clair dans la notice tout est mis en place pour qu’il n’y ai pas d’erreur au montage couleur avc couleur ect… Franchement top prend beaucoup de place mais les enfants sont ravie

Big enough for barbies, but my little one is more into the smaller toys (LOL sized figures) she can fit a lot of her figures in each room. The only real complaint I have is the elevator. It gets stuck at the bottom of the rail that attaches the elevator to the house. An adult has to move the elevator to get it to the very bottom and then again to move it back up past the part on the rail that hangs. Even after you get it past that part it is still very difficult for a smaller child (age: 5) to move. The elevator is my child’s favorite part so it’s disappointing for her that she can’t do that herself. Even with the elevator issue it is still a very enjoyable toy and I have no regrets in getting it for her.
The furniture that is included is a great size and sturdy. The size is more consistent for Barbie sized dolls but works for the smaller dolls as well.
Assembly took about 2 1/2 hours with 2 people. Much easier if you have 2 people. The directions are not extremely clear. We had to get online and look at an assembled house to figure some things out. The instructions do not tell you which side (of the wall) should face which way. It made the first few steps confusing, but the online image helped to clear that up.
Another thing to watch for is the hardware. I’ll try to explain… All pieces are coded by a letter or number. The hardware is coded by letters, so the instructions say use hardware “X”for (wall) 36. But the hardware “X” (even though the hardware is all the same size and shape) actually has different colors on the head to match the outside of the house (some heads are pink, some purple, some yellow, some silver, etc) All of the hardware “X” are coded as “X” in the instructions, even though the heads are different colors. It’s up to you to match pink head to where the house is pink, purple head to purple spots on the house, and so forth. I hope that isn’t too confusing to read. It’s easy to figure out just keep in mind some of the heads are different colors when you first start. So you don’t have to redo it later on.
Our box was well packaged. There was damage to a corner of the box, but the pieces were all in perfect condition. No scratches or breaks in any piece.

Comes with all working furniture a fantastic gift for a child
The only problem I had with the house was parts being concealed in the furniture , and also some parts being damaged
La maison est trs haute mais pas trop profonde ce qui permet un gain de place, assez imposante tout de mme, mais quel espace pour jouer avec ses poupes ! Elle utilise aussi bien ses barbies que ses playmobils. Le style est moderne, matriaux de qualit, et surprise la lumire s’allume et le piano fait une petite musique.
