Love these light switches look good with no screw holes to bother cleaning around.

Already have an existing ‘WITH screws’ blanking plate in place and not sure if fitting this SCREWLESS PLATE is therefore simple, or not.. the part came in a labelled poly bag but no instructions. YouTube led me to try prying off the clear inner plate, but it won’t detach completely. Advice appreciated. Have I bungled it already?
Looks nice without having screws on the front. You will see the edge of the plastic/metal that is behind the plate when looking from the side.
Only minus is the plastic box that houses dimmer electronics (in purple), which is the full length of the back plate. I used it in an old metal housing with 4 screw positions and had to remove two screw positions to get enough space.
Also, do not tighten the nut too much that holds the dimmer switch to the plate as then the button will no longer pop back out.
I am using it with “Amazon Basics Professional LED GU10 Spotlight Bulb, 35W equivalent, Warm White, Dimmable – Pack of 6” 929001870424. By setting the minimum dimmer setting lower I can dim the these 3.2W LED lights very low.

Wanted a slim profile sleek design that didnt protrude like some of the boxy ones out there. Seems good quality. Very nice design.
The clip on plastic fascia means there are no unsightly screw heads.
Unlike some, the fuse holder comes out smoothly and replacing fuses is pain-free.
The device is pretty low-profile, leaving plenty of room for wires behind.
Having had a new boiler installed we bought this to cover an old (and now defunct) switch in the airing cupboard. This is perfect for the job.

Make sure you have deep (35mm) back boxes as these are flush fitting so sockets are quite deep
Love this even though it’s a standard bit of kit. I bought an American toothbrush charger, 100v over our 230v. Checked if the toothbrush would accept this etc.. and it works like a charm.
Finally can use both sockets in the bathroom, need to get around to testing if both can be used at the same time.
Good price point, looks good inside a vanity cabinet, 5 star for doing everything I would expect and wanted.
We have just had our kitchen refurbished, opting for Matt units with Matt worktops so it followed suit the sockets had to match in well. I found these on Amazon and they are absolutely lovely and fit in well with my new kitchen. I ordered this fused spur to go with 4 double sockets and as all are screwless they look very discrete and minimalistic. Being white I might find them hard to keep clean but time will tell but so far I am highly delighted. I arrived damaged and Amazon’s faulty return process is extremely good with package less returns and labels printed at the drop off shop. I am highly delighted with the product and the service
I bought these to complement some expensive ones. These were meant to be for the places where the sockets would be less visible. They’re definitely nice enough to have completely replaced the ones I paid a horrible amount for! Nothing like the plastic white onesmuch much nicer! Metal fronts add a real quality, as does the flush fit. Nice rocker switches.
Easy straight replacement looks mech better than raised plastic switch.
Actually bought it to cover a redundant cable brush plate – but it didn’t work with that! Managed to swap another screwed blanking plate though for this job and it worked OK on the redundant socket.

This plug socket looked lovely, really has a nice white matt finish. The only reason I have given it 4stars, is it had to be sent back, as it seemed to have been used.
