Excellent quality. You can use it with one handle as it’s so strong and grips fitting without slipping. A bit difficult to use in one hand as it’s so large and I’ve got large hands.
Prodotto eccezionale per qualit, efficacia e praticit. Da sola sostituisce una serie di chiavi e la chiusura parallela dei becchi permette di afferrare saldamente i bulloni e di svitare senza correre il rischio che la pinza scivoli e rovini gli angoli come qualche volta accade con le chiavi fisse.

Pinze spettacolari, non graffiano e non perdono la regolazione come accade a volte con le classiche pinze a pappagallo. Magari un Po pi laboriose per via della regolazione a pulsante…ma essenziali nella cassetta da lavoro. Consigliate forte
Top Werkzeug mit vielen Einsatzmglichkeiten. Nicht billig in dem Fall aber absolut gerechtfertigter Preis. Fr den Einsatz im Hausgebrauch ist wohl die 250mm Gre die beste Wahl.
Avevo visto un video su internet di un manutentore che utilizzava una strana pinza a pappagallo, pi che la procedura di intervento idraulico che mostrava mi ha incantato la chiave che utilizzava, sono riuscito a risalire al modello, fortunatamente non ce ne sono di simili in giro e ancora pi fortunatamente era in vendita su Amazon, dove praticamente io compro quasi tutto ad esclusione degli alimentari, salvo qualche eccezione tipo il caff per esempio.
Una volta in mio possesso avrei voluto smontare tutti gli impianti idraulici per provarla, poi ho resistito fino a quando ho sostituito una valvola di un termosifone che perdeva, stata una gioia non dovere cercare la chiave fissa esatta o usare chiave inglese o altro, tra l’altro non ha i denti tra le morse e quindi non graffia il metallo, si adatta praticamente a quasi tutte le misure tra la regolazione a pulsante e ammorsamento manuale, davvero viene voglia di buttare tutti gli altri arnesi, la qualit buona, le guaine di plastica le avrei preferite pi spesse ed antiscivolo, insomma pi ergonomiche, sul materiale metallico non mi pronuncio si tratta di un grande ed affidabile brand e sono certo che sia ottimo.
L’idea, credo, unica, non ho visto online altro attrezzo simile, ovviamente posso sbagliarmi, davvero eccezionale, non credo che con il tempo si possa usurare facilmente, se l’usava il tipo per fare il video che era un professionista, credo che sia durevole, il prezzo pu sembrare elevato, infatti ci ho pensato un poco prima di acquistarla, un poco meno di cinquanta euro, ma poi mi sono deciso pensando alla comodit e al risparmio di acquistare delle chiavi fisse (che tra l’altro gi ho, avevo comprate da poco un set (sempre qui su Amazon), eppure manca sempre una misura, con questa siamo coperti fino alla 52 (praticamente 2″ abbondanti) partendo da zero se non sbaglio anche se c’ segnato 12 sulla scanalatura, un grazie al tecnico del video che credo sia straniero ma lavori in Italia, lo farei direttamente se potessi.

Perfekt um Verschraubungen zu lsen, ohne dass Beschdigungen entstehen – besonders bei verchromten Oberflchen.
Die Zange ist Qualitativ einfach Spitze, und in der Anwendung sehr bequem. Besonders gefllt mir das diese Zange eine sehr groe Klemmkraft aufbringt, was ein Rollgabelschlssel nicht kann. Dadurch ist ein abrutschen von einer Mutter nahezu unmglich.
They are a little pricey, and the mechanism takes a bit of getting used to,so I may have been a little harsh with the stars, because they are brilliant overall. Love how you can use the leverage they give to “parallel” grip things or crush them together. Nice ratchet style action and overall usability. They were a special treat to myself and worth it 🙂
The product met expectations, the fast adjust button provides a positive lock for jaw openings from 0-52 mm the button may require an easily developed technique for operation. The smooth jaws coupled with the cam action provides considerable force and holding power. It can also be used to press parts together or even compress or form metal parts. The red plastic handle provide adequate and comfortable grip and the cam action coupled with the adjust adjustable jaws means the handles never have to be wider apart than can be held in one hand. The image show a repetitive closing of the jaws using the cam action can flatten the copper pipe.
Diese Zange hat mich schon aus vielen Situationen gerettet, wo ich mit anderem Werkzeug nicht zurecht gekommen bin. Dabei sieht sie nach oftmaligem Gebrauch fast noch aus wie am ersten Tag. Wrde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
Un nome che una garanzia; chiave molto robusta e ben rifinita, versatile e facile da usare. Forse l’ho pagata un p troppo.

I use knipex tools at work, they are quality tools so when I bought this for myself my expectations were high. It did not disappoint, it is to the same high standard.
Extremely easy to use, no slip in adjustment like other adjustable spanners, really nice to use. I haven’t used my old fixed spanners since I bought this!
These aren’t cheap but they are worth every penny, great value for exceptional quality.
Update – Still going strong! You might as well bin your other spanners, these things are ace.

You can perform close to a ratcheting action to tighten those radiator tails and compression nuts by loosening your grip and allowing the jaws to slip over the nuts edge to the next flat surface and squeeze again.
It’s easy to overtighten compression joints with this tool so some care is needed.
May not get under all boilers to loosen flow and return nuts but if it does fit it fits well without rounding off the nuts slipping and banging your knuckles or even worse cutting them. They are my go-to spanners now but I still use my Bahcos for access to some places I’m just more careful of smashing my knuckles.
It’s great for Jobbing, maintenance and installation work.
I don’t normally do reviews but I had to say something for my fellow engineers. I always look for a plumbers review when buying tools. You know what, I’m in a good mood now I may write some more reviews about other products, just the good stuff though lol.
La pinza fatta bene ,e in certe situazioni la s pu usare al posto della chiave inglese, quando si lavora con del materiale cromato o simile,ma gli manca la praticit, soprattutto quando si lavora nello stretto….per chi la usa per lavoro direi che un aiuto ,ma non sostituisce la pinza tradizionale…

Besitze aktuell die Lngen 150, 250 und 400 mm. Jede erfllt fr Ihre Gre jeweils den gedachten Zweck hervorragend. Wer sehen mchte, was die Zange alles leisten kann, mchte ich zum “Werkstatt TV” von Knipex weiterverweisen.
La consiglio se cercate una chiave universale con tutte le misure pi usate e non volete rovinare il pezzo da svitare oppure da tenere saldo. Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo. Seguiranno aggiornamenti in caso di malfunzionamenti o imprevisti.
Really good quality, but a bit fiddly to use as getting the sizeing right is a pain. Works a treat on Chrome fittings as doesn’t mark them and gives great grip on other ones where it doesn’t matter due to the extra force it puts on due to its design.
I don’t think Id use it for all fixings but it’s a handy tool to have, especially for Chrome fittings

The cost of these may well put you off, but they are worth every penny. As the picture shows, I’ve still got pliers too, as well as adjustable wrenches, but other than needlenose work, these will replace the lot if needed. Strong – in fact a much stronger grip than I was expecting – precise and solid quality. I use them around the house and for servicing mountain bikes – they’re fantastic when stripping down suspension forks, where cheaper tools risk rounding bolts that are expensive to replace.

Very well engineered tool if it was so pricy I would of brought the whole set .. can easily replqce the need for adjustable spanners and wrench’s ..doesn’t scratch chrome fitting( so far) would recommend this to anyone

Very nicely made pliers that look like they will last a lifetime. The only downside is they are slightly pricey but you get what you pay for and I imagine for someone in the trade they will be invaluable.

Der Zangenschlssel ist neben der Wasserpumpenzange das Tool im Werkzeugkoffer. Durch die glatten Backen der Zange, ist diese ideal fr Chromamaturen im Badezimmer. Dadurch wird die empfindliche Chromschicht nicht beschdigt. Kraft kann man mit der Zang sehr viel aufwenden. Bis M8 hab ich Schrauben aus Edelstahl schon Problemlos abgerissen.
zur Qualitt kann ich nur sagen, eben typisch Knipex!
Ein Werkzeug, auf dass man im Bereich der Wasser- und Heizungsinstallation nicht verzichten sollte, es sei denn dem geneigten Schrauber ist das Aussehen und der Zustand von Rohrverschraubungen und berwurfmuttern leidlich egal.
Ein fantastisches Werkzeug, auf das ich nicht mehr verzichten mchte – auch wenn es sehr teuer ist.

The only size I was short of was the 250mm-but after delivery I realised the tool delivered was substantially different to the one in the picture-it was the new model-they had shaved a lot of metal from the tool for lightness which gave a much less substantial feel in the hand.
For some reason they have moved the rubber up the handle on one of the legs-so when you grip the tool quite often you are gripping the steel-which is obviously not as comfortable.
The tool is well made but as I haven’t used it that much-time will tell if it is as robust as the old design.

I bought these along with KNIPEX 125mm pliers. Very good quality. Feels strong and well made. Not cheap but good tools cost and will be value for money in the end.
Aprs plus de 2 ans d’utilisation en tant que particulier je confirme que c’est un des outils avoir dans sa boite outils.
Bonne fabrication, dommage que notre fabricant francais ne fasse pas ce type d’outil trs polyvalent et lger.
Da ich die Zange leider in der Arbeit nicht bekomme habe ich sie mir selber gekauft, jetzt geht die Arbeit gleich leichter von der Hand wenn ich nicht immer den richtigen Schlssel suchen muss. Die Arbeitskollegen sind richtig neidisch und mein Obermonteur wollte sie sich auch schon ausborgen. Aber Werkzeug wird nicht hergebort soll er sich eine kaufen wenn er sie will 🙂

La plage de rglage est importante, mais la zone de serrage est elle rduite consquence du principe de fonctionnement.
Der erste Eindruck ist: Nanu, das hat ja berall ein bisschen Spiel, und das von Knipex? Aber wenn sie dann zupackt ist jeder Zweifel vergessen: kein Spiel, kein Wackeln, die Backen passen perfekt zu einander. Die Zange hlt was sie in den Fngen hat, rutscht nicht ab und hinterlsst keine Spuren. Bereits mit moderater Handkraft sehr ordentlich, bei Bedarf knnen problemlos Bleche und Winkel gebogen werden. Dazu gibt es die Zange von Klein, wie fr Kinderhand, bis richtig gro. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Strumento davvero interessante, non versatile come la sorellina minore ma comunque impressionante e direi… indispensabile anche questa per professionisti (me l’ hanno fatta conoscere) ma anche per bricolage pesante.
je recommande, trs utile, mais je recommande la 180 au lieu de la 250 pour du petit et moyen bricolage, la 250 est un chouille trop grande, lourde, et la pince un petit trop paisse ne va pas partout, plus rserv pour les gros crous.
Natrlich etwas umstndlicher als ein normaler Maulschlssel, aber gut geeignet um verchromte Teile zu montieren (zB im Bad). Und auch gut als Ergnzung des normalen Schlsselsatzes, die bei 19 aufhren.
diese Zange ist Hammer;) Wenn der Preis nicht so hoch wre, wrde ich von dieser Firma mehr Produkte kaufen,) man kann sie auf beliebige Gre einstellen und das Gute daran ist, das sie in der Gre , die man einstellt, auch beim arbeiten bleibt und nicht wie viele Anderer sich selbstndig einstellen,wie sie wollen 🙂

Worth every penny! Whilst they are expensive they are ingenious and are much better than the typical slip joint pliers or adjustable pliers. They are much simpler to use and make any job quicker and easier. Fantastic build quality, these will last a lifetime!
Come tutti i prodotti knipex anche questa pinza a mio avviso risulta qualitativamente valida per diversi fattori quali materiali di costruzione ecc. ecc. . Comprata per “tirare ” i dadi dei termosifoni nel mio caso , ma valida per tutti i casi dove non si vuole lasciare la “dentatura” delle classiche pinze da idraulico . Utile l’impugnatura antiscivolo sui manici come valida risulta la forza moltiplicata dal meccanismo studiato dalla ditta specialista nella progettazione e fabbricazione di attrezzi per uso professionale . Ottima anche l’apertura che nello specifico arriva fino a 46 mm di diametro (se non erro) . Cosa aggiungere del prodotto , se non consigliarne l’acquisto . Per Amazon come sempre (o quasi , non per colpe sue ma dei corrieri a cui si affida , purtroppo …. ) vanno tutte e cinque le stelle della recensione .
Ich bentigte einen Schraubenschlssel 46mm zur Sanitrmontage. Einzelne Schlssel sind kaum zu finden oder sehr teuer. Die blichen Wasserpumpenzangen sind wegen der geriffelten Innenseiten der Backen nicht immer verwendbar. Dieser Zangenschlssel ist die perfekte Alternative. Er hat eine gute Lnge, um auch z.b. bei 46er Muttern gengent Hebelkraft mglich zu machen. Preis- Leistungsverhltnis ist top. Sehr gute Verarbeitung. Absolute Empfehlung
The handles are covered with a standard thin rubbery-plastic which still feels comfortable to hold and easy to use the tool. I prefer thin handles like these that are easy to operate with or without gloves and are easier to get into tight spaces.
Although these spanner-wrenches are expensive, I think they are worth the investment as they can adapt from 0-46mm, very versatile and easy to use. As the literature advertises; you really can stop carrying around a bundle of loose spanners in all different sizes, and simple carry two of these (slghtly different sizes would be ideal).
Wenn man keinen Schraubenschlssel zur Hand hat ist die Zange genial. Man kann sie als Ergnzung nehmen zum kontern der Mutter, oder aber auch um Armaturen zu montieren.

I have the 150, just got the 250, saving for the 180, my favourite tool, so beautifully engineered, you just hardly need your spanners and sockets any more, no messing about, that one is to big, that one is too small, it just grips. Buy it, you won’t regret, it even though it might seem a little expensive.

Wolte ich schon immer haben (Zangenschluessel),kam aber irgendwie nicht dazu.
Jetzt,wo wier aber das Baad neu einrichten,wahr es aber “unumgaenglich”,das ich sie mir zulege.
Und wen schon-den schon,kaufte ich die 250 und die 180 wariante,und sparte so auch beim Versand.
Ueber die zange brauche ich nichts anderes zu schreiben alz QUALITAET zum “niederkniehen”!!!!

Habe auch anderes von Knipex (Aligator-250er und Cobra 250er),und ebenfals Qualtaet die begeistert.
Pinza ottima , arriva con il meccanismo oleato e perfettamente funzionante in un’involucro cartaceo – decisamente dall’aspetto economico- ma che che fa il suo dovere.
Le ganasce chiudono esattamente in piano e parallele fra loro. L’ho presa principalmente perch dovevo costruirmi di tubi in treccia aeronautici con raccordi dash-10 in finitura nero lucido , estremamente delicata. Con queste pinze non ho fatto un solo graffio sui raccordi e stringono con abbondante forza.

I purchased these because I had lost my original pair. They are an excellent tool, well made and reliable, I can’t do without them, hence I had to replace them. I have subsequently purchased a second pair as well in a different size. wonderful
I love these Pliers. What i like most about them is that they come with smooth jaws instead of teeth, This means that you can tighten or remove things without chewing them up. Another great feature is that to adjust the wrench you have to press a spring loaded button in and then adjust it. The price also was excellent a local tool supplier was selling this at more than double the cost of Amazon. Mich hat immer nur der Preis abgeschreckt. Deshalb wurden Armaturen auch immer mit einer normalen Wasserpumpenzange montiert. Um Kratzer zu vermeiden, habe ich mit den wildesten “Schutzbacken” aus Putzlappen, Pappe, Alublech, Schrumpfschlauch, … hantiert.
Jetzt habe ich mir einen Zangenschlssel geleistet. Ehrlich, bin total begeistert. Verarbeitung gut, Handhabung und Funktion sehr gut. Ein stufenlos verstellbarer Gabelschssel – geniale Erfindung.
Da quando ho iniziato ad usare le pinze knipex, non ne ho pi acquistate altre. Forse un po’ care, ma certamente di qualit superiore a quelle normalmente sul mercato. Questa in particolare, come qualcuno ha gi recensito, sostituisce la vecchia pinza a rullino, ma molto pi precisa e affidabile. La misura, 250 cm, quella ideale per la maggioranza dei lavori domestici e anche oltre. Amazon, veloce come sempre.

Pinza perfetta Made in Germany che giustifica il prezzo elevato.Sostituisce tranquillamente un set di chiavi .Per essere pignoli la rifinitura della fusionedel corpo pinza potrebbe essere migliore o forse questo “difetto” dovuto dal materiale del corpo pinza. Comunque ci non pregiudica il funzionamento.
Like all Knipex tools the quality is excellent, but it comes at a price.
As these have a parallel action jaws they can also be used for tightening nuts, or just gripping things.
They are really for professional use, where the quality is needed and justifies the higher cost. For normal DIY work, some 4 slip-joint pliers, which I also have, are likely to be good enough.
This was a present based on my having the pump pliers and loving them. No feedback yet from the recipient but I expect it to be good when he actually uses the tool. So 4 stars based on expectation of excellence but not solid knowledge
Knipex garanzia di qualit da sempre chi le usa per lavoro lo s, questa particolare pinza pu stringere ghiere cromate senza danneggiarle
quindi utile per il montaggio di rubinetterie.

Pour la plupart des travaux qui ncessitent une cl , cette pince cl se comporte mieux. On peut rgler facilement l’ouverture puis travailler plus vite qu’avec une cl fixe, grce la facilit pour changer de prise.
Le seul dfaut selon moi est l’encombrement de la pince, il faut quand mme avoir un peu d’espace pour pouvoir utiliser cet outil.
A part a c’est vraiment un excellent outil, qui remplace pratiquement un jeu complet de cls. Et la mchoire permet une plus grande ouverture que sur une cl molette de taille quivalente.
Bin Servicemonteur im Heizungs-und Sanitrbereich. Unter Monteuren ist die Marke Knipex schon lnger der Mercedes unter den Zangen. Wohl nicht preiswert, aber qualitativ auf hohem Niveau.
Habe seit Jahren 3 Stck unterschiedlicher Gren in meinem Servicekoffer und zusammen mit einem guten schwedischen Rollgabelschlssel, bin ich vor keiner Verschraubung bange.
Absolutes Plus: Die przise Maulgreneinstellung.

They seem to come in three sizes, with jaws that span 25mm, 40mm and 60mm. I don’t have the 60mm version, but I’m looking forward to having an excuse to buy them.
Every job that involves these will be more pleasurable.
One thing to be aware of: The jaws are smooth, so less useful if you’re trying to grip round stuff, like pipework.

I have seen the tool at my friend and immediately ordered one for me. Very good final quality, very good feeling in hands.
There are 15 or 16 positions of moving part (step is slightly below 3 mm). Almost each key size opening can be achieved in three positions of the moving part.
I do not use it very much and I believe it will last for many years.

Been able to use these items in Oz and do have more grip than normal adjustable spanners rather than trying to round the edges of nuts etc…
Will see how these goes, but all good currently.

Die zange ersetzt sicher keine Gabelschlssel,aber ist gerade fr den tglichen Gebrauch super geeignet. Ich habe die kleinere Variante seit Jahren in meiner Arbeitsjacke und lse damit alle mglichen Probleme des tglichen Arbeitsalltages. Fr zu hause hab ich mir jetzt die etwas grere Ausfhrung bestellt und auch die ist von sehr guter Qualitt. Ich nutze sie als Beispiel fr die monatliche Demontage der Mischdsen am Wasserhahn welches durch enorme Wasserhrte notwendig ist. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
In allen Baumrkten kostet die Zange wie in allen Fachgeschfte auch 60.
Gleiches Prudukt, gleiche Qualitt, gleicher Hersteller, anderer Preis 🙂 (wie im Fachhandel).
Man bekommt also die Zange fast fr die hlfte. Die Knipexzange kann man fr berall hernehmen…
Allerdings sollte man aufpassen das die Oberflche der Zange nicht verkratzt wird, den ansosnten verkratzt man auch
die verschraubung. Das passiert aber hchstens wenn man sehr rabiat vorgeht.
Da ist man als Praktiker und Fachmann selbstverstndlich auch privat einigermaen sehr gut mit Werkzeugen ausgerstet – “homo faber” eben …
Ein Artikel in der FAS erst brachte mich auf dieses absolut geniale Werkzeug – ich habe es sofort bestellt.
Das ist was wirklich Handfestes, kein billiger Schund, damit kann man richtig “hinlangen”!
Nicht ganz billig vielleicht, aber eben doch im Wortsinn “preiswert”, also seinen Preis unbedingt wert!

Ich habe mir diese WaPuZa gekauft weil ich es nicht leiden konnte, dass die Zangenbacken immer verrutschten wenn man den Druck vernachlssigt hat. (Ich hatte vorher auch nur die sehr gnstigen Varianten, zum Teil auch Fundgut)
Diese WaPuZa verrutscht nicht, denn sie arritiert sich nachdem der Nutzer den dafr vorgesehenen Knopf loslsst und danach bleibt sie in diesem Backenabstand. Sie fsst sich gut an und ist, so der bisherige Stand, wartungsarm. Sie bentigt daher keine Fette, le oder irgendwas um geschmeidig zu funktionieren.
Da es sich um ein Markenprodukt handelt ist das oben genannte selbstverstndlich, die Erwartung an den Namen “Knipex” ist erfllt und der einzige Haken ist vielleicht offensichtlich: der Preis. (Aber ich persnlich habe da kein Hindernis gesehen.)
