It was for a Birthday present and was pleased with my purchase.
Nice, plain gold chain with chunky links. The plastic packaging is a bit of a pain to get off, but once done – it’s fine – and it’s there to protect the jewellery. A good, heavy feel that will be suited to a man, typically – but your style is your choice. No nonsense and with the weight of it, this has a strong look and feel.
Arrived the next day which was great. Gold chain fitted perfectly. All round, good job.

Absolutely lovely necklace and hubby was well chuffed with it.
This is a very nice, reasonably-priced chain. My only gripe was that it took me over 20 minutes to unwrap the attached cling film, during which time I was worried about damaging the chain. Surely it is possible to find a plastic bag into which it could be secured before placing into the box. Just trying to be constructive.

There is a sealed packing on the gift box. The chain comes wrapped in a plastic film inside the velvet pouch. It is well protected from getting scratched.
The base material is 316L stainless steel with 18K Gold Electroplating for long lasting shine. KRKC&CO brand also offers a one-year standard warranty and an additional 3-5 years of colour fading guarantee.

I’ve got 12mm White Gold plated with an 18 inch length chain.
The price of 66.99 is quite high but it is a well-made necklace chain.
Ok, so when I ordered this item, I genuinely underestimated just how thick a 14mm chain would be. On arrival I unpacked the chain that arrived in a snap shut jewellery box containing a neat little bag inside that holds this huge chain.
The cain is then wrapped in a scratch resistant plastic coating to ensure the the necklace arrives unscratched. When I finally managed to navigate the anti scratch plastic I was amazed at just how heavy the necklace was. The manufacturer claims that the links contain more gold than the average chain, but it is impossible to know if that is the case or not.
The corners of the links drew my attention as I wondered if the gold had been thinned at this part of the chain, but again it is impossible to know for sure.
The chain when worn is certainly huge and really needs to be worn on the outside really. For me, it was just a little thick and gaudy. But if you like gaudy, then this is for you.
Well crafted chain in a luxurious gift box and travel pouch. The chain has a protective wrap so it wont get scratched in transit. I particularly like how the clasp is very robust with a simple push in to clip shut and press either side to release. Worth the money
The chain arrives very smartly packaged. There is an outer black cardboard slip box and inside is a black-velvet lined, black jewellery box. The chain is completely encased in a removeable transparent plastic film to guard against scratching, and is inside a black velvet pouch with KRKC&Co in gold letttering.
Inside the box is a warranty card and lifetime guarantee, with recommendations to keep from sea water, sweat, not to wear at night, and care instructions. No fading is guaranteed for 3-5 years.
The chain is 18K gold on stainless steel. Pure gold is softer and more liable to be scratched, so gold plating is preferable for pieces worn on a daily basis.

I have the 14mm version of this chain, and the stainless steel with white gold plate — on a 26-inch chain — means that there is a real solid weight to the chain. The chain is nicely thick and the Cuban link seems a solid type of link generally but on this thickness I’d say it’s a guarantee.
The chain comes both in a jewellery box and has a velvet bag inside and, on arrival, the chain was plastic coated, which was a slight pain to remove but that pain is worth it for the transit protection it offered.
The best thing about the chain is the safety clasp which is a slot in and push lever release design. Its an easy close, a solid hold and a simple release — brilliant.
