5m usb c cable with a cub c to usb 3.0 adapter. Seems as good as the oculus quest 2 cable and the value is not bad too! Overall reasonable quality, would recommend.
Does the job. Decent length of cable so you can still manoeuvre without hitting the PC it’s connected to.
Used this with my gaming laptop. Works perfectly and so much cheaper than the official Oculus link cable
Connection to the headset is good, 1.8gbps is more than enough USB Bandwidth for a solid connection.
Latency with this cable is low.
Price is much better compared to the official Oculus Link cable.
Excellent quality and value for money. Instantly connects to devices and holds signal/communication well. Seems well made and set to last.
I want to start this by saying I have owned the official cable, and it’s fantastic. Has an audible click every time you plug it into or out of the headset. That is not to say, however, that is is good value for money. It is not. 100 bucks for a 5m cable? I understand it has a fiber-optic core, but it would have to have a core made of diamonds to be worth 100 dollars.
This cable is fantastic value for money. Same length as the official cable, with comparable speeds, for a quarter of the price. I also like the included velcro band, which I use to remove strain on the connector.
My apologies, I ordered this cable by mistake as I had misunderstood its purpose and I don’t have a Quest 2, so I was unable to use it. However my grandson said he could use it, especially as his previous Oculus Quest 2 cable had broken after a couple of weeks. He reported this to be a well made, good quality 5M cable that works well.
The braided cable is flexible enough for him to move around feely without having to fight the cable and long enough to cover the range of movement he needs. The included USB C to USB A adaptor is also very useful. The cable also has another use as a long cable that enables other USB C devices to be used while charging. Multipurpose is always a plus.
Reliable, throughout a 3 month period of use, hadn’t frayed once or caused latency.
Durable, works perfectly.
Good quality cable with good flexibility. Right angled connector is good for managing the cable on the headset to stop it sagging as well as when using the included cable ties.
Setup did take a while but to no fault of the cable, just the Oculus software outputting using integrated graphics instead of dedicated. Once sorted, connection in games was stable with no drop outs.
I also used the cable to connect my phone to my computer and transfer a file which will be useful for the long length.
Overall good cable, though Air Link performed just as well so I will keep using that for ease.
The original Quest cable is very expensive.
This one seem to work just fine and it is considerably cheaper.
Both connectors feel robust, and it comes with a USB C to 3 adapter, which increases its versatility.
While adapters like that are cheap, I think it is nice they included one.
The cable in itself is pretty thick and feels robust.
The length, at 5 meters, is more than enough for most setups with no risk to pull it off the computer while playing.
All considered, it is pretty good.
I purchased the 4 metre version of this link cable after already having the 3 metre and being impressed with its durability and reliability. I’d purchased a much thicker link cable which often seemed to glitch and was unreliable so sent it back. This works perfectly with no problems at all. Highly recommended
This is a nicely braided 5m cable with usb-c charging head. I use my iPad in bed a lot and don’t have a socket nearby to plug my device into so I ordered this 5m cable so that I have plenty of spare cable for me to use my iPad in bed without being constricted to where the nearest plug socket is. To use this cable I plug it in to a usb standard plug which then goes into my wall socket. I find this cable also charges up my iPad a lot quicker than the cable I was using previously. This is a well made cable and feels nice and sturdy to use and I think this cable is going to last a long time due to its well made construction.
This is a good quality link cable for the Oculus headset, and the performance is good. The cable works without any flaws, doesn’t twist, and the length was perfect for taking full advantage of my Oculus Quest headset while I was sitting and gaming at my desk. The cable also works great for file transfer, and the speed was amazingly fast. Considering the quality, this cable gets 5 stars, but is a little bit pricey for a 2.5m
PACKAGING
The cable comes packed in a plastic bag with plastic covers on the USB ports. It comes with a strap and is supposed to come with a type C to type A convertor but this was notably missing from my package (hence the 4 star from a otherwise 5 star product), however, this was not an issue for me. If you require it, I’d recommend choosing another cable.
QUALITY
The cable feels great in hand. The lack of braiding is actually ideal in this case as it let’s the cable be flexible and hence comfortable for when you are using it in intensive VR games. Type-C ports look and feel study
PERFORMANCE
Been using this cable with the Quest 2 for over 2 weeks now and have no complaints whatsoever, the latency is so much better than wireless and I had no flickering at all. A thing to note is that the cable can’t actually be used as a thunderbolt 3 or 4 as it doesn’t meet the spec, thankfully this isn’t advertised either.
PRICE
The biggest upside of the cable is this. At 22 it’s nearly a 4th of the official Oculus Link cable and I honestly don’t see why anyone would go for it. This is a great bargain and has gained my recommendation.
A good quality cable that’s manufactured reasonably well and works fine, it’s quite robust and durable, it connects up to USB C with no loss of signal
It seems a bit expensive but saying that you get what you pay for
A good product that’s worth trying
5m is plenty of cable to use for oculus or even USB C smartphones(and any other USB C applications)
Cable looks and feels durable, doesn’t feel cheaply made. Also has an adapter to use USB-A on one end of the cable. I do believe you could get a USB-c to mini/micro usb and lightning connectors so the possibilities for this are quite broad.
As for the value for money, it’s quite average.
I would recommend this to those looking for an oculus quest cable or even someone looking for a long phone charging cable.
Great quality cable and working perfectly with my Quest 2 headset. The cable itself is nice and thick and the connectors are well made with good strain relief bits where the cable joins them so hopefully it should last a good long while even with some enthusiastic gameplay.
5m allows you to get far enough away from your PC without feeling tied to it.
Can’t really ask for more. Exellent.
So pleased with this high quality usb c gaming cable. Although tested for gaming at an after school club used in end for another job and it’s perfect. Arrived well packed the cable is tough, robust and at 5m very long. The right angle connector means can fit the connection to difficult angles.
Can use for any usb c connection device. Used at an after school club to connect a VR headset works well no data drop out. We have also used to power a standard CO2 monitor Very impressed. Pleased to recommend.
great long usb c right angle cable for use with the oculous quest 2 – comes with a usb3.0 adapter if your pc doesnt support usbc
Amazing cable, just very good one.
I haven’t used it for the Oculus VR glasses, but had the chance to test it in the similar situation and got some words to say.
First of all, this is a hell of a cable – thick and really strong.
The outter coating feels thick and very good material used here. Only fully bending it, some creases will appear otherwise it is really strong and trustworthy.
The data speed transfer is also very high, USB 3.0 standard speed.
Same about electric energy transfer rate – supporting fast changing for the most of mobile devices.
Really worth and good cable. Comes with an adapter USB C to USB A 3.0.
Now using this as a usb C to connect a canon camera to an external display. Works well.
This cable is of excellent construction and made with decent connectors.
Type C to C but supplied with a C to USB adapter for additional usage.
Used with a VR headset it is long enough to cope with movement and remains connected throughout gameplay.
No issues with quality when in use, no buffering or pixelated images just fast moving content without breakup.
Highly recommend.
Very nice flexible cable.
Well made.
Durable rubber.
Good quality connectors.
No lag. Fast charge.
Value for money 10 out of 10
This cable does everything it should. Good construction, reasonably flexible with good transmission characteristics.
It does not feel too heavy and a nice ‘grippy’ rubber type feel.
Good piece of equipment.
Size does matter! When it comes to the oculus link, you will quickly find out that the longer the cable you can get, it allows for much easier game play! This cable is a whopping 5m in Length and is a top quality thick build too! I can definitely rest assured that this able is going to last! It fits well and comes complete with a transformer too for if required. Arrived very well packaged and is set at a fair price for Amazon!
A well-built and sturdy cable that connects my oculus with other devices easily and efficiently. Its 16-feet long, strong, lightweight, flexible, and durable. The connectors connect well with my devices and do not come off easily. Furthermore, the data is transferred at a lightening fast speed and that too with minimal signal loss and low latency. A useful product. recommended.
Good quality product. Reinforced and durable, proper C2C male to male meters long USB cable. Spot on quality. Recommend 100%.
Excellent quality cable and well built to last. Very generous length of cable and need to be tbh. For 21.99 is a good price for what you get. Well made and usb 3.0 type c to c . There isn’t really much to write as it’s a cable for Oculus. I definitely would recommend as it good
So, if you’re like me and spent hours looking for an oculus link cable that is comparable to the original, you’re probably pretty stressed out right now. Let me help you!
I needed the cable to fit the following criteria, in order of importance to me:
1. Same-day shipping
2. Works to connect my Quest 2 to oculus Link for PC VR Games (SteamVR specifically)
3. USB C to USB C for maximum speed
4. Build Quality and Price
This checks all the boxes, thankfully.
This is a strong cable abd the ends all seem well fixed. Quite often on a side charger the top comes out and can’t be replaced. Very happy with the quality and it’s definite high speed. Ideal to turn your Quest into a rift and play extra games.
A very good value cord well made and does the job!
Perfect length for using with the oculus. The cable is strong with quality connections plus has a rubber grippy finish.
Kuject Link Cable for Oculus Quest 2, 5M Virtual Reality Headset Cable, USB 3.0 Type C to C
There you go, I don’t need to write much as my title says it all, it works as advertised, very well made, good connection between headset and PC, can utilise PD charging up to 60W, super long at 5m and is priced accordingly at 21.99, job done, happy to recommend.
However, as I have some time on my hands I’ll talk a bit more about the cable, grab yourself a tea or coffee, some cake, maybe a biscuit or two, I’d opt for a biscuit as you won’t be reading for that long….
Packaging and delivery
This cable comes supplied in a plastic zip-lock bag, cable is coiled and held together with a metal cable tie.
Package contents
1 x 5m cable
1 x Velcro cable tie
1 x USB-C to USB-A convertor plug
Function and quality
This is actually a very good cable, I prefer my Oculus cables to have some flexibility which this cable has due to the TPU outer sheath, otherwise none as Thermoplastic Polyurethane, lets call it plastic. This is a thick sheath which will protect the structural integrity of the inner finer cables, even though this plastic covering offers more flexibility when compared to the nylon braided cables, the slight downside is that it can get damaged more too easily.
The plugs at both ends have an aluminium alloy casing, they seem strong and offer 0.8cm of cable support as this cable enters the plugs, this is via a moulded in hard plastic casing.
Connection to both headset and PC is firm and solid, I suppose those two words mean the same but you get what I mean. I’ve had no issues with signal loss or data connection and the plugs have remained in the sockets even with a lot of movement.
The cable comes with an adapter plug for USB-C to USB-A, very useful and opens up options on port deprived PC’s and laptops.
This cable can also perform as a PD fast charging cable capable of handling up to 60W due to its 3A capacity. Data transfer rates are USB 3.0 standard at a possible 5Gbps.
Conclusion
A nice cable which works very well and also has others uses. At 21.99, I’d be happy to pay that, I’ve actually paid more for less quality before!
I hope you enjoyed your cup of tea and biscuit, or did you push the boat out and go for the slice of cake?

This is a well made and quite robust 5M nylon-braided cable from Kuject. The cable itself is thick, yet still flexible, and where it joins the housing there is a perforated sleeve that extends part way down onto it. This allows the cable to flex, without putting undo strain on the wires inside. Particularly important when using the headset.
Both the USB-A and USB-C connectors looked to be well finished and has a smart looking gunmetal coloured housing.
Data transfer speeds were good, but I was only able to get up to 1Gbps. Obviously, I cannot match the test conditions under which the 2Gbps was achieved.
Price wise, it does seem to be inline with similar quality cables.
I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.
