Dogs are aware of it, have not yet needed to use it in anger. Don’t drop on concrete! We did and cracked the case so had to replace it with identical.
What a great tool for training our dogs to stop barking at everything and nothing, indoor and out! Reading the reviews, I had my doubts it was any good, but can’t believe how effective it was from the very first time it was used. It certainly worked for our 2 jack russells so if you are at the end of your tether from constant barking then give it a go! Peace at last!

Constant barking by my dig when anyone came to the door was driving me crazy! Even barked at theRing doorbell ad on TV! This device has trained her in a few days to not respond so vocally as before! Highly recommended!
I wouldn’t get it wet, but it works, my older dogs hate it, soon as I reach for it they stop and look at me with their ears down, value for money
Bought this item to stop my dog going for other dogs when out walking him. Great device. Within a week of using dog started behaving and now I don’t even have to use it. Just let on it’s in my pocket and he knows to behave.
She may look sweet but usually when she’s with her two brothers they bark like crazy. This device has really worked and the barking is much much less
Really pleased with this, if you press the button for a long period of time the batteries wont last for very long, but short periods of around 3 secs every time the animal barks, works great and the animal will respond and soon learn.
