Never had a really good torch so did some research and decided on this one. It’s very powerful and you can change the beam, to see at a distance or illuminate the immediate area. Bought another for my daughter when she moved and she is also impressed.
Really good torch, very impressed. I avoided buying it for ages, opting instead for much cheaper but ultimately poorer quality alternatives. Glad I finally bought this one. My only criticism is that the torch should start at its lowest brightness level to save energy and a toggle on the wrist strap would be good. Small points in an otherwise brilliant little torch

I used these in the police and they took regular hits knocks and drops. Bobby proof! Very bright and battery lasts ages. Liked it so much i bought for my new job and it doesbt dissapoint. Quality product, worth the extra if you are going to use it regularly

This torch is amazing value for money and even though it says its 25 lumens in reality it seems seems as bright as a 80 or 90 lumen torch, 7 year guarantee all for 10 pound you can go wrong, perfect for your pocket, wouldn’t say big but definitely not small for you keys, the build quality is 10/10 aswell

I had high hope for this torch as it had been highly recommended by my colleagues and it’s safe to say I wasn’t disappointed! It far surpasses other brands I have used in the past. Its light compact and looks very well made, it also comes with a belt pouch which is a nice touch. Looking forward to many years of service from it. Definitely a worthwhile investme
It is a little smaller than expected but works perfectly. Best use is for emergencies and its very light to carry.

The torch works ok, but when adjust to full brightness, it has the tendency to turn itself off after a short while.
I’m not sure whether this is a fault or a battery saver due to high power drain. There doesn’t seem to be anything in the user instructions to indicate one or the other.
Pocket sized if you have big pockets or a bag. Very bright with a good throw and two position field. Almost too small for my big hands which makes the control button on the end difficult to use with one hand/thumb. I have not used it too much so the battery life is a guesstimate but like anything rechargeable the more you use it . . . Seems well built and should be durable.
The brightness on this thing is incredible!
I like how it is 4 replacement AAA batteries too so you can take a spare set wherever you go and know you will not be left in the dark , I do alot of hill walking at night and it’s always a concern, not any more!

No street lighting where I live so this torch gets a lot of use, especially for winter visits to the pub. The spot/flood focusing is very useful and works well.
The switch on the back is a bit tricky to use – a bit hit and miss when trying to alter the brightness.
Overall, it’s a great torch.
This is a very good torch. It is quite sturdy which makes it heavier than most. I also bought a universal bracket from amazon. The bracket allows me to attach this to my work vest.

This torch is ideal the brightness is equss as l to other torches that much higher lumens and the colour rendering although in the blue white spectrum does enable clear colours to be reflected.
I do suggest you buy NiMh rechargeable batteries at full brightness the batteries are exhausted quite briskly,
I think this hitch is ideal weight, outstanding build quality and the rugged carry case is top notch.
I recommend this as a great all rounder for walk camping work area working etc
The lumen of the torch I thought would have been brighter at 250 lumen.

I have always used led lender torches wether it’s sports or work related hence I have 5 different units .Always reliable and robust , not cheap but worth the investment.
Can’t rate the battery life as yet as I’ve only just received it, it took well over a week to arrive but it was over the Christmas period, well packaged, bought on Black Friday so got 10 off, yes it’s expensive but what a torch- it’s well worth the money, if you want quality and prepared to pay for it you won’t be disappointed, bought for front line ambulance duties
Really bright – blows other torches completely out of the water. Adjustable focus isn’t lockable (as some other reviewers highlight) but that isn’t a problem for anyone who just wants a good torch! It’s fairly heavy for its size but that’s to be expected – it’s a metal casing, so is very sturdy and feels well made. Red dots that illuminate around the torch head when it’s on are a nice touch that add to the impression of quality.
The most powerful torch ever! I was excited to have ordered this torch, and a little scared as it cost so much. But as an electricain who is more often than not working in the dark a good torch is essential. So when I came across this one, I just had to have it. The rechargeable battery was a big selling point, and it does last a long time. Its easy to charge, and the holster is made really well and can / will stand up to most things.

Very well made and a good size for putting on you belt, three different beam settings is very impressive, and am very impressed with the distance that high beam reaches, delivery two days earlier than initially stated.
Yes, it may cost more that torches of a simular size, but as they say, you get what you pay for and I love the torch.
To get the max lumens you have to hold the button in. But you can not have it on permanently . I do not believe anyone would want this function, it really does not make sense. It only shows this in the promo video which most people would not watch.
I had been sceptical to go for Led Lenser as they are a little pricer than most. How wrong I was, you do get what you pay for and this is a nicely functional torch constructed extremely well
Good torch, very bright, and comes in nice box with carry case. Not overly light, which is just perfect for me, as it feels more sturdy and better quality.

Recommended by a colleague who uses it to find his horses at night in the fields! Lordy it’s bright! The two brightness settings great too. Battery life, time will tell. I spend a lot of time outdoors, both afloat and ashore, it’s unbelievably bright and got me out of a couple of situations already.

These torches are great, superbly built and very bright, this us my second one unfortunately I lost my last one which was given to me from my previous employer, u was gutted and decided to buy myself another, they are pricey fur a torch and would of like to get the upgraded one but its had to justify spending so much on a torch, but if you like stuff like this you will love it, comes with a great holde
Very good torch. Extremely bright over long distance and good focus.
It is really good but it’s very big and having to press to on/off button twice to switch fully off is a bit of a nuisance meaning I’ve left in on loads of time. Light levels are very good.
Unlike other LedLenser Torches it does not have the LenFocus capabilities, so the light is not as evenly distributed. However, the microprocessor controller and the option to switch colour makes the touch very useful in a number of situation. From reading maps, to lighting paths without disturbing animals at night.
The second P7 we’ve ordered, the first having been superb & unbreakable for years now despite some quite serious abuse.

Well-machined, incredibly bright, uses normal batteries that last ages, & makes you giggle with the perfect circle of light it can throw.
Yes, they’re not exactly cheap, but they are worth every single penny. You’re unlikely to need another torch (until you’re obliged to satisfy the other half’s ‘but I want a posh torch!’ comments…)
Nice torch powerful enough for any job best to buy rechargeable batteries I’m getting a few weeks of using mine at work all depends on how your using it I suppose well worth the money I paid for it tho.
My first impressions of this torch are that it is well made, super bright and easy to focus; more to follow as I use it more.
Lovely bright torch, my previous LED lenser had lasted 8 years and six months so i can’t complain about needing a replacement now. Comes with 4x Duracell AAA batteries, carry strap and belt pouch if you want those things.
The only thing I noticed with my torch was unscrewing the battery cap was very difficult, I understand the need for a nice tight seal but perhaps this was just put on a little too tight at the factory, who knows?
High powered and is really good at lighting up large areas.

excellent robust quality torch bought as a present for my grownup son who certainly has a history of testing quality and durability over time, I’m sure this torch will endure even his and my grandsons work and playtime abuse.
Quality is obvious. Would have been 5* if power button had been on side nThis is however only a personal preference
Best torch I have ever own, build quality is superb, it’s German hence not surprise. It’s the preferred torch for the police here in Ireland.

Really bright, excellent build quality and an excellent focussing mechanism. The only thing I find a bit annoying is that the switch goes from bright to boost then goes back to off rather than back to bright.
When using the boost feature it’s like holding a floodlight in your hands. Great bit of kit, solid build and well presented too.
I always buy Ledlenser products for tourches. This doesn’t dissapoint either. Extremely bright and easy focus beam control through the head. It’s extremely efficient on power. I’ve got it during one of the ‘Deals of the day’, good value.
I would recommend this torch to anyone who is looking for a replacement medium/large torch.
This was a good purchase, the torch was a very reasonable price & had great power with multiple light brightness settings. It’s easy to use in all modes & looks like a solid build, overall I’d say this is a great home torch for all your temporary lighting needs.
I love this torch except that when changing the light mode its very loose.
Also I find that when the torch is in the pouch is too tight to pull out and when you pull it out the light mode is always on focus. I prefer a rubber button to switch light mode instead. I have no problems with changing the batteries as some find hard to get into the battery compartment.

I have number of ledlenser torches and have given a number as gifts. This is a basic torch with different light output settings. a good bright clear light with adjustable focus in a good solid well made package. i will buy ledlenser again.

I have a few LED Lenser products which are all excellent and this torch didn’t disappoint. Its very well made and very bright, leaves my LED Maglite in the shade so to speak. The fast focus from flood to spot is smooth to operate and easy to use, very handy if you are out and about and want to focus in on a particular spot. There is a bit of weight to the torch which in my opinion is a good thing, also comes with a belt pouch to stow it in when not in use. Uses 4 x AA batteries and I expect they will last a fair while due to LEDs being miserly on power use, easy to carry a spare set around though if you need them. All in all a great torch for the price I paid when it was on a lightening deal.

This is a great torch and comfortable to use. Since it takes AA batteries, I recommend you use Energizer Max batteries that won’t leak. Many forums argue that Led lenser are not of the same quality as Surefire or Fenix but I’ve always found them good torches for everyday normal use.
Great bit of kit well made has very solid feel Def tell it’s not a cheap eBay special. Great zoom ability and focusing. Bright power full . Comes with durcel batteries and strong nice fitting pouch fits on my belt well . I have this when down the fields at night . Also have p7 as every day carry when out with the dogs
Bright and easy to change focus. Sturdy and well made.
A very well made product. The most significant factor, apart from the strong light, is the method of recharging the torch. Rather than taking the battery out, you simply place the whole torch in a magnetic cradle and recharge using a usb connection. Moving from one light intensity to medium and low strength takes a bit of getting used to, but I only tend to use the torch a maximum power. All in all very good, but for me this is a one-off purchase as it is, for me, a lot of money to pay for a torch.
The torch comes in a nice gift box with a wrist strap, pouch for torch with Velcro and buttoned belt/vest loop, instructions and batteries.
It has a focusing beam to wide beam, this is adjusted by almost ‘pulling’ the front of the torch out or in. The button (pictured) has different settings. Press in for on. Again for a less intense light and hold in for the full brightest beam.
If you are debating wether to buy this torch. Stop. Get it. For any sort of job where it is required, when you need it, you won’t regret it!

Much more powerful than my little penlight i was using.
As a proffesional security officer i needed a good torch and this has not dissapointed with variable focus beam and plenty of power but good battery life its everything i need.
Also its all metal and well constructed so can take some abuse. A great torch.

Good torch for those looking for one that uses standard AA batteries. They don’t last long but good for traveling if you want a larger light. I’m not a fan of focusing lights but know many are.
Great torch, very bright and the beam goes a long way. Great for night shift. I do think it is slightly overpriced for what it is.

Fantastic torch. Very solid and well made, but not too heavy. Very clear beam of light which doesn’t have that dark spot in the middle, which you get with some other torches. I have the smaller version too which is also great. Ledlenser torches really are excellent.

This is a good torch. It is very large and the intensity is fine altough smaller ones I have give more light. The advantage of the P14 is the usage of highly available AA batteries and their long life.
Excellent visibility taking the dogs across the fields when I get home from work, nice and sturdy feel to it and a positive switch action on the base. Nice case to hang on a belt, and a classy looking presentation case if giving as a gift, it certainly looks expensive, but a bargain from amazo

Not as bright as I expected but perhaps that is why the battery lasts so long. Very solid and well built. Recommended.
The case is sturdy with Velcro and a press stud but be warned this is not a small torch as per my picture. The only problem becomes where to put this when you need it.
If you want a bright light that you could also club some one to death with then this is the led.lenser for you.
I just hope it lasts longer than the last one
