I’ve had it less than a week and am using the vibrations to see if I can reduce my Parkinson’s medications. I use different programs while standing on it and watching tv. I also am in a Parkinson’s boxing program.
I purchased several of these body shakers as Christmas gifts for family members. The 3D is easy to learn and comfortable to use. The 4D will take some effort to learn the programming, and it shakes harder than the 3D. I felt the difference immediately. I chose these because the platforms are flat. Some of us have bad knees, and didn’t want curved platforms, which could worsen damaged knees. I kept the 4D for myself. I’m happy with both machines. But it’s too soon to report body affects. I placed mine next to the bed, to remind me to use it first thing in the morning. That works for me.
Whole family taking turns today on it. I like it. It’s a hit. Under my desk so I can be on meetings and use it. Look forward to getting stronger and not being so sedentary for my 12 hour shifts in front of the compute
It does help with my back pain. I like that I can do so many things with it. I am hopeful that I will show improved bone density by the time I get my next test. Being older makes it so important to keep our bodies up and running to the best of our ability.
If you live in an apartment you don’t have to be concerned about noise. This machine is soooo quiet! I had a question about the display and customer service got back to me within 24 hours….I responded to them that I had already figured it out and they even responded personally to my 2nd email.
I haven’t used this long enough to see results, I’ve only had it 10 days. I use it twice a day for 10 minutes each time. The time really goes by fast while watching TV. I can really feel it in my thigh muscles, but I’m so out of shape there I expected to be sore. I am. It overall seems to make me more energetic, too.
What I don’t like: When you try and register this device at their web site, which you have to do in so many days to get the lifetime warranty, they coerce you into writing a review during the registration process. I like to try things out for awhile before writing a review, but if I’d waited, I’d not gotten the lifetime warranty. So I filled in that area with blah, blah blah and got the warranty.

I called, it took 10 rings for lifePro to answer and I was sent immediately to voicemail. I was told that I would get a response within 24 hours. I called twice during the week with no response. I also went to the email address support at lifeprofitness.com and requested a replacement for the remote because it did not work and many of the features can only be accessed with the remote. After seven days of trying I decided to contact Amazon, and threw an approximately 30 minute process, I eventually arranged to receive a replacement product within two days. I received the new hover platform and the remote works. I really like the product, it is a very strong platform and provides oscillation routines that are beneficial for me. In spite of the customer support issues, I believe the product is a good value for its functionality and usefulness.
First, and most important, is that this machine is very easy to use. This is almost “plug and play” as it were. The machine has 8 pre-programmed exercises where you do nothing but stand on the machine, hit the Start Button (BLACK TRIANGLE) on the remote, and the SPEED and TIME is already set for you! The higher you go on the pre-programs the higher the set SPEED AND TIME. It’s that simple. If you don’t care for preprograms then you can customize your exercises. Read your instructions Manual.
Now for the health benefits. I’m undergoing Physical Therapy for a torn rotator cuff. I placed the machine on a counter top so I could place my hand/arm on the platform. I then customized a beginners (Read your Manual) routine with only the Oscillating Motor ON that has provided me with shoulder mobility beyond what I expected. This machine has two motors: an H (for Horizontal movement) and an (L) for lateral movement. You could you use both or one or the other. Your choice. The platform simulates “walking”, “jogging”, and “running” modes. All you have to do is stand and place your feet on predesignated spots on the platform. The modes are written or imprinted on the platform. When you do a 10 minute workout on any of these 3 modes you will have gotten a whole body workout. After doing this simple 10 minute routine everyday, I have noticed a significant decrease in stress levels, not to mention an increase in muscle tone!
I could go on and on praising this machine to the high heavens. But you have to try it to believe it. This machine is unique because it could be used for physical rehabilitation, beginners, and by professional athletes. Trust me it’s awesome. I recommend this purchase without any reservations. I had a heck of a time getting Amazon to deliver this machine to me. I ordered (and paid for) 3 seperate machines and though I am Amazon prime, 2 of 3 were Lost in the mail (USPS) on the very day they were supposed to be delivered. Very sketchy! I have shipping tracking numbers that still have no update on them over 3 months later on the two undelivered machines! The one that did arrive was used and sold by Amazon but it works GREAT and I love it. This was the only item that I’ve ever had delivery problems with from Amazon!
The product sent to me was defective, it made a lot of noise when running. I called the company and they immediately sent a replacement. It arrived today and this one is very quiet. So even though the first unit was defective the company made it right. The support team was very courteous and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question or an issue.
I am hoping for alternative benefits in addition to the ones above, such as better circulation, including improvements in brain function, and possible toning and weight loss. I also read some research that stated this type of therapy can help. We’ll see. I definitely recommend it if you are in your feet a lot.

I was getting terrible, debilitating sciatica pain…bought this and have been using it everyday for 10 -20 minutes and the sciatica pain is gone…Now I use it for maintenance and for overall general health. It’s worth the investment and heavy duty….real deal. Sturdy well made machine.
ot so sure about this product yet been using it hopefully after a cpl months there will be some pain relief from my arthritis. it certainly does not give you a feeling of a workout like shown on reviews. it needs to be up on level 75 or higher to even feel anything worth the time on i
I purchased the Hovert 6/1/2022 and have been using it consistently each week. I have noticed that my circulation has improved – not by any noticeable visual changes, but how I feel. I notice a difference if I skip using it for more than a couple days in a row. I cannot say this is a magic solution for everything, BUT I can say if you are looking to improve how you feel, grab a plate from Lifepro so you can feel the difference, you won’t regret it!

I’ve had my Hovert 3D for a month now. It is truly incredible. I was skeptical about what a vibration platform and “passive exercise” could provide but have been astonished with my results. On top of that, LifePro provides excellent customer service and helpful advice. If you are thinking about a vibration platform, 3D or 4D is a MUST. A simple vibration only platform will not provide the results and total body therapy that a 3D or 4D machine can provide. I think that this is one of the best purchases that I have ever made, a true game changer!

I’ve been trying to find a way to jumpstart my exercise routine after being very very sedentary these last 2 years of Covid. As an older person I found that it wasn’t easy for me to start back again – my back hurt, my hips hurt my muscles were tight – just uncomfortable to even stretch. But at the same time I know my pain is here because I don’t exercise. So I started reading about the vibration machine and a lot of reviews said something similar is used in rehab centers. And I am so glad that I got this.
After only 10 minutes, I can feel the blood flow in my legs. Feels great. I also just stand on one leg to help with my balance and I can feel the muscles activating in my hips thighs and abdomen. After a couple of days vibrating only, I am now able to comfortably follow it up with 10 – 15 minutes on the treadmill. May not sound like a lot, but when you are starting a zero it’s a huge win. One day, to help my back pain I just sat on it. It really is helping so far. Who knew? Wish I had read about this at the start of the pandemic.
I had surgery on my knee eight months ago. I have been having a hard time bouncing back and have not even been able to walk around the block so I have been very sedatory.??? NotMoving around too much. This feels like it’s getting my blood flowing. And I am hoping I will feel of the other things I read and all the other excellent reviews it’s probably the first thing I have found on Amazon they only had one kind of negative review and it’s only because she got vertigo using it. I’m very excited to make this part of my healing process and hopefully weight loss with it.
I like the concept, it’s much bigger and heavier than I realized so it doesn’t store under my furniture like I wanted because it’s too tall, but I look forward to using it as a regular assistance for mobility
I just got the courage to unbox it 2 days ago. I still need to read the manual. I thought I was buying a new one but when it arrived it was dirty and the address sticker from the original owner was still on the outside of the box. However, the price was excellent and I get a lifetime guarantee so I decided to keep it. I think it may help with some issues I have with my knee replacement and arthritis. Fingers crossed.
So far we have used this for just over 1 week. It feels very solid and well made. It is easy to adjust settings and I loved the accessories that came with it. I have not started doing exercises on it just yet. Even just standing on it has loosened me after a good workout. More to follow but as of now, all is well. The only issue is the plug seems to disengage from vibration. It’s happened twice so we readjusted and it seems to be fine for now.
My experience with my Hovert Life Pro so far is very exciting. I was amazed at how quiet it is. It is very gentle for beginners but easily ramps up for an in depth performance. I may purchase another in the near future for my son who is healing from a leg injury. After doing my own product research, it was clear that LifePro is definitely the best choice for me. I would definitely buy it again.

I truly love the LifePro Fitness vibration board – I suffer from hip and knee pain that makes it hard for to get up after sitting for 15 minutes. After just 24 days and 3 10 minutes sessions everyday this board takes away the pain. I like to use Program modes P6 and P7 the most. I also seem to have a little more energy. Overall a great purchase.
I am a senior citizen from the north-east of Ohio not far from the Lake Erie. Because of the lake effect our weather is constantly changing with strong winds and a lot of snow I cannot go outside for a walk. I bought it to get some exercise for my muscles, joints, improve balance and lymphatic drainage.
10 minutes 2 times a day and what a difference this platform has made in my life! I’ve been using my Hovert for about 3 weeks and have felt my muscles relax and strengthen. I had a lot of aching which has subsided greatly. All I have done so far is sit and stand on it. Sometimes I sit in a chair at night, place my feet on it and relax. Helps to relax before bed. Soon I will begin doing programs which they offer online. I like being to follow a trainer. They also explain how each movement/exercise helps what part of the body. I appreciate the lifetime guarantee and support has been right there with a few questions I’ve had. You can’t go wrong with this company or their vibration platforms!
My first unit developed a fault, due to the design and controls it was simple enough to diagnose which of the two motors had a fault contact Lifepro who then organised a replacement.
What I do like is that the support seems genuine enough either through Amazon or via Facebook.
I would recommend
+ using this for a mix of activities using the online youtube videos as a guide.
+ Use Alkaline batteries on the remote
I can say that I feel looser, and much of my morning stiffness has subsided.
However I do have a few concerns regarding durability.
After a couple weeks of daily use, there appears to be a squeaking noise coming while one of the motors is running.
The rubber mat on top also seems to be separating from the platform. Granted, I have no idea if it is supposed to only be glued down in the middle.
Overall I do think that this is a good value, but a bit surprised at the noises
he advert stated an exercise video library. what they actually have is some very bad youtube clips and not many of them either!
I bought the machine to increase my bone density. If it helps to lose weight that will be a plus. The machine appears to be well built. I have just started using it. I plan to use it everyday.

The Hovert vibration plate has quickly become my new FAVORITE piece of home gym equipment. My herbalist/dietician told me that having a vibration plate would be a great benefit to my new workout routine. I did my own research about vibration plates, read many reviews, and watched countless YouTube videos which outlined the pros and cons for this product. At the end of it all, Lifepro’s products stood out to be the best choice for me to reignite my efforts on returning to a healthy state of mind and physical being. In addition to great products, Lifepro also provides great beginners videos on their website to assist with becoming familiar with the products and how to effectively use them during workouts.
Now, the only negative thing to happen was the remote control included did not work and I had to reach out to customer service. We attempted to troubleshoot the issue first but when all attempts failed, the representative went ahead and ordered me a new one. Great customer service!

This was an excellent purchase for me. I ended up going with this model because it had 2 motors, the reviews were excellent, and it was still within my budget (ish).
I use it twice a day for 10 minutes each and it’s really helped with my fibromyalgia pain. On days I don’t use it (I also have chronic migraines, so when really nauseous I avoid the shaking), I can really notice a difference, my pain is worse and I’m more sluggish. Amazingly, it’s also improved my flexibility and circulation (legs don’t fall asleep as quickly anymore). I can’t speak to the weight loss claims, but I don’t even care.
It’s really easy to use and I like the preset programs. I started with 1 and worked my way to 8 over the course of 10 days. I’ve used the resistance arm bands and it’s a really great addition, you can feel the workout. I usually just stand on it and do some light stretching, and honestly it’s really been very beneficial for my chronic pain.
Overall, great purchase. I’m trying to encourage my sister to get one for her leg pain. She used mine for about 4 minutes and felt it loosen up.
One more note on sound: for as good as it shakes ya, it’s surprisingly quiet. I was afraid it was shaking the floor a bit, so I use it in my carpeted room in my apartment. No complaints so far.

I absolutely love this! It’s my first vibration plate and its exceeded my expectations. So far I’m only using the preprogrammed “workouts”, and I primarily hold yoga poses on the board, I don’t do the exercises in the workbook. Since using it for 10 min a day, I have been BOUNCING out of bed in the morning, where previously I would roll out achily. I brush my teeth and then TROT down the stairs to make coffee, instead of hobbling because my ankles aren’t working yet. I fly fish, and stability in the stream is a challenge, I’m excited with my newfound balance to get back out into the creeks and rivers and wade more confidently. I sadly took a break for the last 2 weeks and I am missing it. I was kicked by my horse and had a big bruise on my hip, then I had the J&J shot the day they pulled it from the market. With the contusion, and the blood clotting concern with the vaccine, I opted to pause use for 3 weeks. I can’t wait to get back on the board daily, I miss feeling great!
I have not been able to get the remote control to work, but it’s not something I feel I’d use much anyhow. I haven’t used the bands either. The handheld bands are pretty weak, they don’t offer much resistance.

I like the preset programs that are very user friendly. It gives 10 minutes of good exercises each time and I normally use 3 times a day.
My vehicle was hit by a deer crossing the highway on 10/27/20. I have moderate to severe stenosis and the accident caused back strain and muscle weakness in my lower back and legs. I have been in PT and using a cane for balance since then. I was approaching the point of maxing out my insurance coverage for PT. I was looking on Amazon for home products that might help with recovery once PT coverage ends and came across the LifePro vibration platforms. After researching and finding research-based information about the benefits of whole-body vibration and healing, I went for it. I am happy to say that within 2 days of starting use of my machine, I decreased use of the cane by more than 50% and my lower back and leg pain is significantly reduced. My legs don’t tire out as easily which is why I no longer need the cane when walking shorter distances. I have already told 2 friends about my experience.
I had a traumatic Lt ankle fx in 2017 (plate w/9 screws & medial tendon reattached). I may not know exactly what it’s doing, but it’s doing something. After the 5th time on it, my arch was very tender- somewhere in the joint- between the medial cuneiform and the navicular bones area. Instead of standing, today I sat for the first time, and the pain went away. I was so happy. (I’m trying to break away from the “more is better” mindset. It’s a challenge.) So, it must be working on the stuck fascia.
After watching (more) Amber vids, I see that I can’t spread my toes open on my Rt foot. And on my Lt foot, I have toes too far apart. GAH. But the Hovert has a plan for that!
I’ve had opposing scars (back surgery and ovarian cyst surgery) for 20 yrs, which has locked up my pelvis pretty well. Add to that horribly weak abdominal/core and it’s cascading from low back pain into hip pain. And with my ankle issues, it’s going up into my knees. Add to that a herniated disc in my neck from a car accident 25 yrs ago, and 21 yrs as a massage therapist dealing with upper back, wrist and shoulder issues, I’m a head to toe MESS.
So, I’m really looking forward to seeing what my Hovert can do with rehab of my body and weightloss too. I started doing some of the yoga moves on it and just started doing some workout moves with it as well. Looking forward to more victories.
Love this machine BUT start slow!!! I was so eager to use it that I unpacked it, plugged it in and hopped on – it was so exciting and felt good however after the preprogrammed 10 minutes I felt nauseated and a bit dizzy. The next day I went online to register my product and found the welcome videos that literally break down exactly how to start using the machine – SLOWLY!! Though it was so hard because I wanted to just jump in at high speed, I started off slow and have been working my way up from there. It’s too soon to notice any major changes but it has definitely helped with lymphatic drainage which is one of the big reason I bought this platform. Looking forward to see what else it can do!
I love my Hovert 3D Turbo and just from talking about it with my friends, I had 2 friends buy one without them even using it! I use it loosen my muscles after shoveling snow, after walking, when I sit too long while working from home, etc. It just makes my body feel so good and loosens everything right up! I also have IBS-C and slow digestion and found that using my 3D Turbo twice a day has made such an improvement and I feel normal again! I heard about the LifePro company first from Gin Stephen’s podcasts, The Intermittent Fasting Podcast and also on The Life Lessons Podcast with Gin and Sheri, when they interviewed Joel. I just wish I had bought it sooner. I also think that my legs and mid section look smoother and more toned! I chose to buy my vibration plate from the LifePro company because they stand behind their vibration plates and offer a lifetime warranty. Very simple to set up and comes with a remote control and you can use it manually or use the preprogrammed workout modes.
It is a great and versatile machine, but it can’t do nothing if you don’t use it. Now, it is easy to use. Very easy to use.
I’ve used the ones at the gym’s that you can barely feel and my old one that would nearly launch you.
I did my research and decided between bluefin, Reviber or stretch to a Hovert. Looking at the images i noticed most were using the same form factor for the base. I decided on the Reviber because of reviews and a couldn’t stretch to the Hovert. Mistake. Sat on it a trapped my finger tips under the little grab recessed sides. Had a look and realised there is a serious design fault on it. There should be no way anyone should be able to get their fingers trapped but there it was. Sent it back.
Decided on the Hovert which has the same form factor base but they have redesigned the seat so no grab areas can trap your fingers. A big plus. Now down to business.
The HOVERT.
After using home and gym plates this is excellent. It’s extremely quite, it has excellent programs and you can use it it manual also. Good little book explaining how it works and brilliant online support. It’s not as violent as my old one which i thought was too rough and may cause problems with joints. Lots of research on vibration plates on line and even NASA use them. They’re not just about loosing weight. There’s a lot more to them than that. The science behind them is solid and now proven and this plate works brilliantly. The booklet has exercises to follow and explains the programmes well. Excellent for a multitude of muscular skeletal problems, great for toning muscle when engaged or great for a quick massage. Great for improving circulation especially for diabetics, helps drain excess lymphatic fluids and breaking down cellulite. If you suffer from allergies like myself this plate helps use up histamine, bonus. Sometimes i just stand on it while watch tv. Stresses just sink away.
Only one negative from me and thats the position and size of the control panel. A minor inconvenience you get used to and avoid.
This is an honest review for a great plate and it’s well worth the extra price tag.

My daughter and I mostly stand on it at least 10 minutes a day, if I have time 10 minutes twice or work on shoulder pain by putting my arms on the board. Just started about a week ago.
I suffer from Piriformis. I have a very physical job where I am on my feet for 8-10 hours and for almost two years straight, I have been coming home to a regiment of Tylenol and a heating pad. Because of my injury, I have slowly fallen into this habit of a sedentary lifestyle and I just can’t find the relief/energy/motivation to get back to some semblance of a normal active life. I had gone to physical therapy right after my injury a couple of yrs ago and I remember someone talking about this sort of vibration therapy for pain and strengthening but that it was ridiculously expensive and mostly used for pro athletes. When I saw this product while I was actually shopping for a tens unit. I have to say that it was very well packaged, all information was straightforward and accessories, remote, resistance bands and resistance chords which you can attach to the board itself, was a nice added feature. I have only used this board three times since I recieved it less than a week ago and it works! It actually helps to alieviate that “ghost pain” in my lower back/hip/groin area that traditional stretches do next to nothing to address and I have to be honest, I couldn’t believe it! After only 10 minutes on a low setting, I felt that dull ache start to disapate. The added bonus of my abs and leg muscles feeling like they were a little fatigued, like they had gotten a workout was nice too! The company had already reached out to me to check and see if the product and all its literature was recieved and in good order, which I thought was reassuring as well. I very highly recommend this product if you suffer from sciatic or lower back pain and are like me, looking to reclaim your mobility and motivation!
I love this new little machine…stand, sit, and rest my feet on….it got more use the first week than any other exercise machines….very disappointed that work has made it impossible to spend time with it this week….looking forward to seeing long term benefits…has helped a little so far with my feet due to pain of standing all day at work….love that this model has a larger base….I can sit on it with my legs crossed and work more parts which most similar models have too small of base and would make that impossible….it is nice to work out my bottom, thighs, and calves at same time which would be impossible on others….it does take up more room but for me, it is worth it….can’t beat a lifetime warranty and the fact that they offer video routines…although haven’t done any video routines because I am still experimenting.
I can do it despite balance issues and occasional vertigo which I was concerned about. I haven’t fallen, though we did taken precautions at first. I handle it well, and I seem to be getting better even as I slowly move up in intensity. I do feel tired when finished, so I hope it is doing something. My joints do feel better and have less pain especially when I walk. It also seems to be helping with lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic drainage and arthritic joints along with strength for better balance were the main reasons I bought it. I started using it 1 x the first day, 2 x a day the next two days, and since, it has been enjoyable enough that I have done it 3 x a day and using hand weights now. I can’t say I love it, yet, because I don’t know if I will get any real results, especially long-lasting. I certainly hope I do, though.
I find it very relaxing and exhilirating at the same time. I have yet to see if it will increase muscle but I hope it does. I also got it to try to slow/stop bone loss (or even rebuild, I hope), to lose weight, to increase flexibility in joints, help circulation, and improve balance. I am very excited by this product and it is quite quiet and I like all of the options. The downsides are is it really HEAVY and it seems pretty complicated because it has so many options, so I haven’t figured out how to do anything more complicated than press the program level and start so far. Registration was easy and simple, don’t forget to do so quickly after receival. The company *seems* attentive and service-oriented, but I will update that if anything changes. They responded withing minutes of my reaching out via facebook. The machine is surprisingly quiet while in operation. The box includes a small set of looped resistance bands, in addition to two handled resistance bands which attach to the sides/bottom. I have enjoyed each 10 minute session immensely. The gentlest setting feels nearly like a massage, and the most intense setting will make your stabilizing muscles in your legs & core work to keep a center of balance. The highest intensity may feel jarring at first, so start slow. Try to remember to bend your knees a little–it will be more therapeutic in terms of recovery as well as easier on your joints. Also, try to change the intensity often–our bodies tend to adapt quickly, and keeping things fresh is an essential part of promoting our fitness.
This is the first platform I have used, so don’t have any other experience or product to compare it to. I like the remote control. I wish, and maybe there is a way, of it to remember custom programs; although I am far from that level. I use it daily, sometimes before showering and sometimes after. Haven’t determined which order gives me the most benefit.
I have always had horrible balance and can now stand with my feet together with my eyes closed and hands at my side and remain solid as a rock. I can even do this on my Hovert. It is obviously working at different muscles. The direction I place my feet makes a huge difference. I’m not sure how much good this is doing to loosen/stretch muscles such as the leg, thigh and waist muscles.
The noise level is good and doesn’t interfere with anybody else’s activities such as watching TV (We keep it in the living room). The rubber pad is comfortable on bare feet. As far as mechanics go, it appears to be a quality machine.
I can’t write much on results. That will come. I went two weeks on the P1 setting and have just recently moved up to the P2 setting. Time will tell.
They give you 14 days after purchase to register the warranty. However it took 14 days after purchase before it gets delivered. So I have no idea if I’m covered or not. Other then that it seems to be good. When I went to go out to dinner with the family sitting in a booth or table for 45 minutes or an hour I would stiffen up so bad it brings me to tears getting up my back would hurt so bad. I used the machine for two days. Family wanted to go to dinner Ireluctantlyagreed I was amazed my back did not hurt getting up. My knees still kill me tho. I’m just not happy about the warranty they claimto offer by the time it gets to you so the window to qualify for coverage closes.
I also emailed them for something and they responded in like 2 minutes flat! Amazing. The support and all of the training info and videos are worth every penny.
standing on it feels great. really feels like it’s loosening up the joints. try other positions like sitting on it or push up position where only both hands are on it. or the tricep extension. really feels good vibration on the joints. give it a try. i love my machine! especially with the lifetime warranty. makes me feel at easy to purchase.
Now that I have it and read the box and the book their are a multitude of health benefits. This is a SOLID piece of equipment. Im looking forward to seeing more health and physical benefits as I continue to use it daily.

I actually received my sonic massager today and have it charging up now. I cant wait to use that too. I hope my video uploads so you can hear how quiet it is. You will see my shaking/vibrating while on it.
I had a very minor issue with one of the included straps, made an inquiry and it was quickly resolved. I was actually surprised at how fast the response was (MINUTES, not hours). I haven’t used it much, but I can tell that it is helping to strengthen my legs and muscles, which have been weak. My walking has been unsteady at times with arthritis pain and knees or feet giving out unexpectedly, so I feel better about staying stationery. Until I get stronger, I just stand on it for a bit a couple of times a day. I feel good about it working my lymphatic system too. I also have a grandson with sensory processing disorder, and this is good for him to put his feet on and experience. The other grandchildren also like standing on it. I had been looking at vibrating platforms for over 6 years, and found out my chiropractor had one. While I hadn’t used it, I kept reading the benefits and finally decided to purchase one to try to get my legs stronger and less painful and also to move my lymphatic system, which is so important. I decided I had to do something without it causing me more pain. This unit appeared sturdy and had multiple functions, programs and directional moves. First things first, not only do I use it but my hubby and boys do too. The resistance bands that come with are a huge added bonus and will give your upper body the workout you want and need without having to do a bunch of extra work. It feels a little weird at first but once you get used to it then you start feeling the changes and see them too.
I’m so glad that we made the investment in this machine and the fact that you get tips from trainers and it comes with a lifetime warranty is a definite plus in my book. The time was taken to really make a quality product for the home user and it shows in everything on this product.
