Love this bag. Purchased a few years ago now and still going very strong!
Ordered this for a family picnics. Was a lovely size for large bottles and a mixture of food. Food stayed cool all day even in the 38 degree heat.
This cooler bag has lots of space inside and several useful pockets too. It seems to be sturdy and folds down when not in use. It kept the contents cool in 30 degrees with an ice pack inside. Good value for money for such a well-made bag.
This is a great cooler rucksack and we have used it a few times now for days out. It does a good job at keeping stuff inside cool for long periods. It also has many compartment which is good for keeping your paperwork or phone separate from your food or drink.
My only complaint is the way it sits on your back. It sits high up on your back unless you leave the straps very loose, either way it’s uncomfortable if you have any weight in it like drinks. It pulls on your shoulders and feels like its trying to pull you over and puts pressure on your upper back and shoulders.
It would be more comfortable if the bag itself was deeper and spread across your back top to bottom just above your waist.
It stops mid way down your back which made it uncomfortable for me or my partner to keep on for long periods.
In every other way I like the backpack it looks nice, seems well made and does its job.
Just what was needed for a picnic at the zoo food was cold did what it should 10 out of 10

Kept my Stella ice cold with four I’ve blocks for the whole day! Well until I’d drank my supply and had to resort to the bar!
Even has a handy bottle opener attached to the strap, though a little tricky to use after 10 pints!
So if you want cold Stella for the whole day then buy this

First off – my partner and I are those people that had it drilled into us by our families to stuff bags of Aldi sweets up our shirts when we went to the Odeon in the 90s, so now in our respectable adulthood we’ll bring our own food on a day out. No exceptions.
We have a smaller Lifewit bag that has served its purpose for a few years so I plugged the brand into Amazon to look for a bigger model, and came across this. Very glad that we did, because this is an excellent bag – not huge and cumbersome, but will fit a family picnic and its freezer packs with ease. It’s got backstraps, so definitely easier than carry-handles and looks fairly stylish as well – just like a regular backpack. It’s got some pockets on it too – useful for things like keeping tickets handy or even just squirrelling rubbish away until you can get near a bin.
As for preservation – our foody bits survived a full day at a very warm Cosford Air Show, including the 3-hour wait in the car to leave the base. No complaints here!
Shouldn’t need to purchase again for us, but it’d make a great practical gift for a family during the summer holidays.

We’ve only used this once and for a cool bag it works perfectly well. We were out for about 6 hours in 80 degree heat and put 2 small bags of ice in it and yes it did keep our beers nice and cold. But.. when we were packing up we did notice that a lot of the water had seeped through and the bottom of the bag was soaking wet. I’m guessing if we had used ice packs this may not have happened. Having said that I am very pleased with it and hopefully will use again and again.
Keeps things cool for an extremly long time. I have loaded ice into it in the baking sun and its still been frozen 9 hours later I was able to put the ice back in the freezer when done. Would 10000% recommend to others
I like the colour and the size of this bag. It fit a bottle and food easily, for cutlery, it has another compartment to fit it all in.
Managed to keep food frozen for 3 days in this little beauty, in a tent during a heatwave. Great little bag, did see some damage at the top of the interior waterproof lining when was lifted by the handle when full, it pulled away from the seams. If it was a little more sturdy I would give it 5 stars.
Great value for money, just move it using the straps rather than the handle when full to avoid damage.
Lightweight high quality cool bag. We already had ice packs so used them and everything stayed cold with the ice packs hardly melting and the left over food and drink stayed cold right until we came home, a total of 9.5 hours and could easily have gone longer. The bag is roomy enough for a good assortment of food items, we’ve only used it for cooling items so don’t know if it is suitable for hot foods. Easy to use as a back pack, so light or as carrier by hand. Quality item with quick despatch and delivery. Would recommend for a couple or small family.
We bought expressly and used it every day for watching a week’s tennis at Eastbourne, where it fits under the seat (essential). Agree with previous comment re lower back discomfort, one day it was horrendous as I walked along & I had to carry it in front instead, but when I padded that edge next day with a tea towel or two, and adjusted the straps, it was a lot better. Everything – beer, iced coffee, wine, water – kept cold with 3 freezy blocks (still icy after 8 hours under seat but in boiling sunshine). Yes, it folds up and of course is much easier to carry, which is a good feature compared with a solid eskibox. It is quite deep front to back. I definitely recommend this product to anyone that needs an easily transportable cool box/bag.
Brilliant. I bought it for Glastonbury festival. I put between 6 and 8x 330ml cans of beer in it , plus 4 G&Ts (cans), two ice blocks, and it kept them freezing cold all day and night long!
It would take many many more cans – like around 30 at least I guess, but I didn’t need that many and didn’t want the weight.
You are left with oodles of space for other stuff, so I put my evening festival knitted poncho (big and heavy) , a rain coat, socks etc all above the beers, then crisps and cheese and stuff on the top section. The external side pockets were perfect for empty cans and our plastic cups.
Plenty comfortable enough for wandering round and sitting down here and there.
Saved me a fortune in bar bills, plus all the queuing etc. Well worth the 22 odd I paid. Paid for itself in one use.

Mainly purchased this bag for packing picnic when on day trips, but have found it so useful when shopping frozen foods too. Lightweight, so think it can also be great for hand luggage when flying. Well pleased with all the different pockets. Great all round bag easy to carry on your back.
Bought this to go camping and it’s brilliant. Holds the Cold really well, put 1 cold block and it kept for 2 days. Used it since then for picnics and days out with my niece, all the extra pockets are just brilliant.

We bought this for a day trip out. It keeps food really cold for hours.it has large padded straps for comfort. We now put it in the boot and put any cold shopping items in it.

Used it twice now and it’s been great at keeping things cold and frozen. Does exactly what it says it should and not disappointing at all. There have been some reviews from people saying the straps ripped and such but I think they where being too aggressive with the bag perhaps?

This is lightweight and can fit so many items in this. My kids are older now so I didn’t need a big changing bag but always need snacks. I can still fit a change of clothes in the bag when needed and plenty of food. It’s comfortable to wear too. Definitely recommend.

This is as comfy as a normal backpack to carry. I have used this for several days out, the size is perfect for food and drinks for 3 of us for the day, plus fitting in the usual things we usually have to take a second bag for.
Definitely the coolest lunch backpack of all the dads. Lots of envious looks carrying this round legoland. Fits everything in for a day out for family of four and even a handy loop on front pocket to hang your hands gel. Side and top pockets are also very handy for wipes, tissues etc

Great size, easy to clean and light enough to carry round easily. Although it fits a lot of cabs etc I wouldn’t fill it with cans as it has a lot of capacity and gets heavy

Bought this for an outdoor take your own food/booze concert. It swallowed up an immense amount. Really impressed. All contents stayed fresh and cold for hours.

We got this as we go on a lot of days out & with having 2 kids & a dog, we needed a backpack picnic bag to save hands!
It’s fantastic. Big enough for a picnic for a family of 4 & everything stays lovely & cold.
Plenty of pockets to add other items & secret pockets for things like keys, purse, phone etc.
We use the bottle opener to clip the dogs bottle on to too!
It is a little heavy once it’s full but that’s to be expected once there’s food, drinks, ice packs etc in but over all its absolutely perfect!
The product overall works well. It’s a good size, keeps food cold and warm over long periods, and has multiple pockets for storage which is hard to find on a large cooler bag. However, the handle on the bag broke after two days of light use when not even at half capacity, so I can’t give the full five stars. This isn’t a huge problem for me, but if you plan on hanging the bag by its loop while camping for example, this isn’t the bag for you.

Cooler bag is great – just the right size for a family picnic. The numerous pockets are a great feature for those items you don’t need to cool and the top area is separate for your crisps and other snacks . Love it, very useful to carry on your back when your hands are full going onto the beach.
A great bag, took to Longleat for the day and it held more than enough food for the family, was lightweight and super comfortable to wear.
I bought ice packs to go in, but even once they had melted nothing got too hot.
With suitable ice-packs it does keep things cool / cold for quite a few hours. It also has a few pockets / compartments that means this can actually be used to carry other non-cooler bits and pieces so we used this as a walkabout backpack on its own.
It’s never mean to be a replacement for your freezer so for the cost a good purchase

Ice remained frozen for hours and hours. Even used it as an outdoor fridge on a recent holiday. Only criticism is its big enough to put so much in, the person carrying has a huge load to carry!!!

Perfect size for a group upto five or six. Enough space for an 8 pack of cans 6 bottles of water and plenty of snacks! Also has a hidden bottle opener that I didn’t know about before buying it! Extra pockets on most sides too!
I work on building sites and was sick of eating warm salads for my dinner out of my old bag, throw a few ice packs in this bag with my food and drinks for the day and they’re still ice cold when I go into it at dinner time.

Really like this bag had always had to carry a cool bag around on days out but this backpack was something I should have bought much earlier. It’s big, reasonably comfortable even when full and does what should! Ie keep things cool. Lots of pockets and looks nice too!
Excellent cool bag, fits all my meals and water bottles for work and has enough pockets for other items such as note pads, wallet headphones and other smalls, definitely recommend, much cheaper than meal prep bags which are triple the price.
This is my new favourite thing. Used it on holiday taking food to the beach. Keeps things really cool for ages with only 2 ice blocks. So many handy pockets and zips for other items. Much easier to carry than a hard coolbox, nicely padded so comfortable on your back even when heavy. Enough space for all day food, snacks and drinks for a family of 4. Highly recommended

I used this bag for a few days out over a weeks holiday. It was in the mid 20’s and I put a couple of freezer packs on the bag and it kept everything cold all day.
I was so impressed with how cool it kept everything. It’s comfortable to wear just as a normal back pack. I carried this when going on all the rides at pleasure beach with no issue.
It has so much room for food and drink and then it has a a couple of pockets. I loved the pocket on top as was so much easier for access to card and money etc.
On top of this the bag is actually quite stylish which i was pleasantly surprised by. I would definitely recommend this.
It’s a quality product at a very good price. What makes it stand out is when you have to carry it loaded over any distance. It’s so much easier with a comfortable backpack than a cooler that pulls your arm out of its socket. And it’s compact to store..

It really is water tight, we filled it with water to check and no leaks. Handy to carry and has a built in bottle opener. We took it out for 8 hours on august 8th and some stuff was still frozen when we got back (it wasn’t a really hot day though). Fits loads of stuff. Very satisfied with this product.

Love this product. Fits so much in and my ice blocks stayed almost fully iced all day on my first trip out with it. Great that you can carry it on your back too, straps are very comfy on the shoulders!! Would definitely recommend this for days trips!

I loved everything about it. I have only used it once so far for a day trip to the beach. It was more spacious than I imagined, light weighted but strong . The design is excellent allowing to store other accessories. Unused foods and drinks were still cool when we returned at the end of our day. It was easy to carry allowing free hands and when emptied was easy to clean.

Mine had its first outing for a family picnic last weekend. We fit loads in it, and all the pockets and compartments were really useful. It got quite heavy so using it as a rucksack was handy. It kept everything cool when used with freezer packs, and was easy to wipe clean once we returned home. I also liked that its sturdy, square shape meant I could store containers flat inside without having to tip things up. I’m sure ours will be getting lots of use!

I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law who are expecting their first baby. It was very well received and will make a wonderful picnic back pack, which also has room for plenty of baby paraphernalia so that they can carry on hiking and picnicking when their little one arrives.

Great for carrying bottles shopping picnics etc . Lots of extra pockets for plates? Comfortable to wear straps can be altered. Other pockets for Valuables , it even has a bottle opener. The only down side I would say is the bottom is material ?
Well made, we are a large family that love our days out, this suit our needs, we purchase two type of lifewit bag they work great for us, we came home after 7 hours in the park with ice still in our cooler bag!

It’s a bit bigger than I thought but honestly, that’s a good thing. The only disappointment was the bottle opener, but useless as it’s so short makes it very hard to use. The rest is perfect – it has many pockets, easy to clean, easy to use!
Large capacity and stylish. Does a reasonably good job of keeping food chilled. I’m not sure why some reviewers claim the bag will keep items ice cold all day… anyone that’s ever owned a cool bag knows that’s pretty much impossible. What this bag will do though, is keep your food chilled (not frozen) for a good 6-8 hours… which is probably more than most people would need.
