This punching bag gives my so so punching practice for his kickboxing. The bag is responsive and teaches him the importance of moving his head and body. We filled the base with water and with the suction pads it is very study and stable. No matter how hard you hit, there is absolutely no movement. Assembly is simple. The only time-consuming thing is filling the base with water. I would highly recommend you get a funnel for this.
