Got this for my mum when bed bound. I set it up fine but my parents would not have managed it. Works really well. Keep alarms downstairs, in garage, in my Dad’s bedroom (for night) & even in shed if out in garden! Mum can’t press button on round neck alarms, but small square alarms let you pass your finger over the black tab – they’re very sensitive to touch. Great! Gives mum security that she’ll be heard if needs us. Well worth the faff of setting it up.

I bought this for my son who is a wheelchair user. No matter where I am in the house I am able to hear the alarm if my son presses the call button. The sound is loud and clear, the only thing I don’t like is it sounds like a doorbell but I can live with it. I would recommend this product.

We got this for my late partner, to put in the bathroom and also for him to wear around his neck as he was sleeping downstairs whilst ill, with a receiver in the hallway and my bedroom, so he could call me when he needed help. It worked great and woke me up in the night to an emergency which needed an ambulance, just what it was for.
It does have a ridiculous amount of alarm tunes that you can scroll through and I found only a couple that I felt were appropriate for an alarm. I didn’t feel I wanted to woken to nighttime emergency to Flight of the Bumblebee

With two bell units installed on opposite sides of the house I know I will always hear her when she presses the button. Few false call with sensertive button getting caught in with over enthusiastic gardening!

This really works very well and is easy to install and to set up. The fact that you can increase or decrease the volume of the alarm is very helpful and the price makes this product excellent value for your money.

My 82 year old father has dementia & my 82 year old mother has just had a hip replacement and both have been staying with me through her recovery.
The peace of mind this gave me & my mother, so they could call each other & help each other out if needed once they went home is invaluable.
    So soooo easy
    I bought 4 recievers, (I only needed 3 & they have a large house!) 3 lanyards & 2 touch pads package.
    Just plug in the receivers
Turn up the volume, great if you’re deaf very loud at highest.
    The alarms are already connected.
Press them & all the receivers ring!
They can call from the bedrooms bathrooms, kitchen etc.
I even hung one on the stairlift.
    Perfect!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersEasy to set up and very effective in use.
Take care when ordering to chose the set with the number of receivers you require as these don’t
appear to be available individually so can be an expensive oversight.
    Would recommend.

    This is the perfect solution!
I’m disabled and live with my daughter in a large house. She can never hear me calling when I need assistance.
I purchased this product and we have the receivers all around the house.. I have the call buttons in all of my rooms, and the stick on one fixed on my kitchen cupboard. When I’ve prepared a meal or have made a drink, I touch the button and instantly someone comes to help.. even the grandchildren come running.
I have total peace of mind now.

So far so good. I tested it out and it seems loud, lots of alarms and tunes and feels pretty good quality. It’s not in live operation yet but I have every confidence.

We found this very useful and reassuring, I have one plugged indoors so that either myself or my husband is outside we would know that the other needed help
Also have one plugged into my daughters next door . Only used it once so far but that was by a mistake yet we know it works
    Can recommend

Very easy to set up and use. Never fails to alert. Even works when we use it one detached house door down from the transmitter. Very reassuring, faultless alerting system and such good value.

This has proved invaluable and has given great peace of mind as we care for an elderly relative who lives in a self-contained annexe, separate from our main house. The range and coverage of the devices is excellent, even though we have thick stone walls. The chimes from the receivers are very clear and as we have several positioned around the house are impossible to miss, should an emergency situation arise. The mix of push-button transmitters – wearable pendants and fixed wall mounted buttons – means that there’s always likely to be one near at hand in order to summon assistance. Initially I ordered the smallest pack but was so impressed that I decided to extend the network by purchasing another pack. The transmitters and receivers from separate packs can be combined into one network via a one-off ‘pairing’ process which is quick and easy to do. The seller was very helpful and swift to respond when I asked for help with adding the extra units. Full marks!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWe had a community alarm. The sort you pay for each week. We had it about 3 years. When 94 year old mil fell and was on the floor for 2 hours it did not work. Went of for no reason and she became to afraid to press it as it called somone else outside the house. She pressed it probably a handful of times in the last year even when she needed help and it became a source of frustration for her and us.

So we thought we would try a non bill in house alarm just for her to get our attention. I put the bell on the wall near the toilet.
One pendant on her bedside trolly tied to it and one she wears in the day. In the first week she used it 3 times. I call that an absolute success. She was showing the carers who come to help and has shown she is far more comfortable with this. No it won’t call if I am out but she is now never left alone for very long due to her needs. I wish I had got this years ago. I do wish I had a couple more plugs with this being a big house and mil living downstairs. However it’s still fabulous.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis gives me peace of mind that if my mother needs help there is a receiver in several places around the house so I can always hear it.
Down side is that the alarm button is little bit too bulky.

Would be better if you didn’t have to reprogram the volume and melody every time it was disconnected or switched off. A proper alarm tone would be useful too, there are no appropriate sounds for an SOS alarm.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThe set-up as a care alarm was simple and quick with no glitches. My only criticism is that the ringer volume could be higher (as I have poor hearing without hearing aids) and the reason for purchase is as a night-time call alarm. I solved the problem by picking two high pitch tones and placing two ringers in a double socket outlet beside my bed – certainly wakes me now when needed. It is a good and well made product and economically priced.
