DTR180ZJ Battery Reinforcement Connector 18 V
The 18 V drive of the battery reinforcement connector protects the environment, but provides full power. Binding wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm can be processed, the mounting iron can be max. 13 mm thick.
At a maximum weight of 2.6 kg with the BL1860B, the head nailer is 304 x 93 x 318 mm.
Versatile and compact
The DTR180ZJ is used for automatic connection of reinforcement mats, also known as roboggans. The practical one-handed operation allows precise positioning of the binding wire on the mounting iron mat with the other hand. The battery reinforcement connector can be adjusted to continuous operation with a lockable switch, and the strength of the knurling can be done in 6 levels. The Xtreme Protect Technology serves as optimal protection against dust and splashes of water, even in harsh conditions. The DTR180ZJ is equipped with a brushless motor. The brushless motor reduces power consumption and at the same time achieves a more compact design of the machine.
Powerful and durable.
The DTR180ZJ is powered by a 18 volt battery. Batteries with 1.5 (only BL1815N) up to 6.0 Ah can be used: the higher the amp hours (Ah), the longer the battery reinforcement connector can be used with a battery charge.

Amazing product, I’ve bought it for a construction job I’m currently on so only done about a dozen testers as I’ve not started the steel tying yet but on the tests it’s amazing, only about a second per tie, so super quick. It jammed once but only because I pulled the trigger without anything in the jaws to tie onto, so advice is obviously don’t do what I did, otherwise it was amazing.
