The LS0815FLN/2 cuts up to 305mm at 90 degrees and 215mm at 45 degrees, mitres 0 to 50 degrees left and 0 to 60 degrees right, with positive stops at 0, 15, 22.5, 31.6, 45 and 50 degrees left and right, plus 60 degrees right and the easily accessible dual rear handle bevel lock adjusts 0 to 48 degrees left and 0 to 5 degrees right, with positive stops at 0 and 45 degrees left.
LS0815FLN/2 has a carrying handle for easily transporting to the workshop or jobsite and can connect directly to a Makita vacuum cleaner.
The LS0815FLN/2 is equipped with laser guide.

Minimal setup needed straight out of the box. Used for boarding out a loft space and trimming Venetian blinds to size. Left nice clean cuts. Laser sight line and work light are very handy to have. Makita kit is usually very good quality and this saw does not disappoint.
Took it out of the box and measured for square which was perfect out of the box, laser was aligned correctly. Blade is nice and sharp, can’t complain with it at all. 219 is an absolute steal for this saw.
Excellent piece of equipment which is what I have become expect from Makita.
It is very accurate and easy to use, only problem is its not cordless, but there again its also great value, and about a 1/3 of price of the battery one! Arrived quickly very happy!
Great little compound mitre saw, will handle most general carpentry needs, would recommend this item, good value for your money
I used it for cutting skirting boards and architrave and it does a very nice cut and easy to use
Had been using a cheaper saw but always struggled to get perfect cuts, not an issue with this saw. Cuts clean and accurate, build quality is second to none.
I bought the Mikita saw after asking the question does the saw double bevel cut ?? The reply was yes so I purchased the product. Got the item unpacked to find it does not very disappointed
Loads better then my last saw, positive angle stops are bang on, can do trench cuts, comes with a decent blade
Solid, well made, versatile, accurate, light, delivered in a jiff. What is there not to like? Surpise, surprise, I can also use it to cut tennons and housing joints. Groovey Man.
