You’d be hard pressed to find a job you can’t complete with these at your disposal. Get yourself a breaker bar in addition and you’re golden.
Only complaint I have, is the screwdriver handle is of poor quality – the metal bar inside just doesn’t grip the handle properly and loses grip on anything above a couple of Newton’s of force.
Excellent bit of kit this. Eradicates the need for different tools everywhere, in a compact, heaving/strong and handy (Lockable) carrycase. Problem with mismanifacture but the seller was quick to resend and replace item (wrong item sent but it didn’t end up being a problem in the first place). Also came days earlier than the stated delivery date as a whole which is great. One of the best purchases I’ve made don’t know why i didnt get one sooner! No idea why people are sayings its fake either as Makita are known for quality products.. either delusional or have exceptionally bad luck (:
Bought this on recommendation and I’m glad I did. It’s fantastic quality and very comprehensive for the money, the ratchets fine toothed, well built and smooth. Seriously the best thing I’ve bought off Amazon is a very long time.
Really practical set, good quality for value. One tool broke but I sent a photo and they replaced the tool with no charge the next day, super helpful customer service! I’ve used it loads already and it’s brilliant!
I dont have the chance to test all of the tools in this set as yet but it looks comprehensive. Only use the few I always use.

I bought this kit to go in the car really, but I was amazed how big it was…..this will be a nice addition to my tools as it covers about everything, engineering wise, all in one box and being Makita you know it’s going to be good quality! Let’s hope it’s longevity outways my oldest set of sockets, nothing special….just Draper, but you know I have that Draper set for the last 40 years and it’s still going strong. Although the Draper kit is basic and lightweight in comparison, this set has everything all in one case. The case is well built and the actual tools are of seemingly excellent quality, which is what I would expect of such a brand as Makita. Saves me a long walk to the shed! This just sits in the boot as it is slim and not cumbersome. Upvto know 5 stars!! And definatly value for money.

There may be better tool sets (if you have Snap-on pockets!) but, for ‘your ordinary person’ these are fine. Incredible presentation of the set in an exceptionally attractive and robust case – far better than the usual plastic socket set housing. You get a real sense of purpose when you heft this collection and walk to the garage.

Awesome set of tools, all really good quality and the price was pretty reasonable. Have been used plenty and so far all still going strong, I’m sure for commerical use some of the pieces would maybe start to wear out. But for a diy’er they’ll last for years and you can just replace the individual parts as needed. As a starter kit it’s amazing.

When it arrived I thought it was a little too large, extensive and heavy for a home repair kit but have used it many times. Covers all requirements with quality tools and case housing. Great product!

I want to love this setup everything works brilliantly except the screw driver never stays in its holder and falls out everytime you open the box.

In my opinion not suitable for daily use. Also doesn’t feel like premium brand tools.
Cardboard box was a bit damaged but box its self is ok. One key lock is not working but no planning to lock it. All bits as is suppose to be inside.

Insanely good set. I was sick and tired of buying all the components in this set individually only to loose bits and have things break. This set has excellent quality and very easy to store.
Excellent looking kit has just about everything although it doesnt seem 2 have many flat head pieces compared 2 all the phillips head bits in the kit. All said its still a nice selection of stuff. Very pleased its a tool box 4 the home because it sure is a DAM heavy case !!
