Bought as a present for my partner who loves the gym. Had no idea how much he’d love it, even when he’s not working out. It’s not too heavy but it’s powerful and battery life is good.

Initially found this a bit harsh on the body until I got accustomed to the controls and learn how to move the machine over an area. I use a thick cloth over my clothes if I want to treat a bony area and am careful to keep to the recommended times. Am happy to recommend.

I was a bit worried this might not work as well as some of the other more expensive brands however did not have the higher budget.
This has been working a treat on my lower back pain, I’m able to massage myself easily, the speed variations are handy to have when certain areas are more tender.
I think this does the job and I’m happy I went with this modal.

I have multiple joint pain along with tight muscles. I was looking for a massage gun that’s lightweight enough so it doesn’t irritate my wrists but powerful enough for my tight muscles. This one is perfect for my delicate arms. I never had to go beyond level 2 in terms of power. I use it every day and battery lift seem to last me a few days.
This has been an excellent product. However, unexpectedly the massage gun ceased to turn on, even when fully charged. We contacted the Customer Service team at “Bob and Brad” and after requesting/ reviewing some additional information, had no quibbles about replacing the item. Everything was resolved and the item replaced within 3 working days. I couldn’t complain about that! Excellent customer service – thank you so much!!!

Very easy to use and certainly effective for muscle recovery and tightness. Noisier than I expected but it just appears to be a vibration from the battery in the housing, certainly doesn’t stop me using it.

Die erste Stufe reicht jedoch meines Erachtens schon fr alle Bereiche aus. (Fr manche sogar schon etas zu stark). Die restlichen Stufen sind somit eigentlich berflssig. Seis drum, so spart man wenigsten Akku.

The massage gun is powerful and works very well. Just remember to use the cable that came with the product to charge. I learned that detail from Bob and Brad's great customer service people when I used the wrong cable. Great product and great after sales service. I'm a happy customer.

This is my second massager, The first one the Battery Died and that was it. I don't know how long this one will last as I just got it. I am going for the 3 year warranty. However this an excellent massager and I use it everyday. I like how it fits in my large hand and the weight and balance is very comfortable. I totally recommend this puppy....

This is a Life Saver.
I just got it last week. This has been a miracle for me. I have really bad knees.
After using this gun on my lower thighs only 2 times, I felt such relief.
It seemed to loosen up the tightness, and made it much
easier to walk.
It costs a little more, but it is higher quality, and worth it

After watching a few instruction videos (RECOMMENDED) I’ve been using this correctly for almost a week.
I suffer from a herniated disk which in turn causes temporary back spasms. I also play a lot of golf so am always concerned about back and leg muscle injuries. Ive been considering buying one of these for a year.
A latest back muscle injury forced my hand and I made the decision to buy this gun- largely based upon current Amazon recommendations.
It’s been fantastic in helping muscles come out of spasm. And (I read) should be helping blood flow to damaged inner muscle fibres.
Two downsides (and one isn’t the manufacturers issue- the user has to be careful not to aggravate nerve pathways)
The second issue: I read the battery has a 5 hours life span. This isn’t the case!
However, I love this product and I hope once I’m back muscle injury free, I’ll continue to use this as part as a golf warm up/cool down tool

his is by far a great massager. i have had few but this beats them all, the battery last a long time, leave it over night for charge and you can use it almost over few hours over time. not saying you should use it in 1 go. material is high standard. comes in a beautiful case for easy storage or travelling. BUT there is 1 big problem. the arm is short so it can only be used for arms and legs or even sides or your body. if you have any pain between your shoulder blades as i do, you can forget it or get some body do it for you, but the whole point of having a massager is to not bother any one else. i also have the RENPHO so i have a long reach for my shoulder blades and this for my reachable places.

I have several health issues and I use this massager every day and use it hard so when it stopped working 11 months into owning it, I contacted the seller. Without hesitation, they replaced it and were very pleasant to talk to on the phone and via email. I am very satisfied with the product as well as the company who offers it.

We really appreciate this massager and are both surprised and disappointed by the poor design. The hand grip constantly moves up or down depending on the angle you might use it. For this reason, we used athletic tape to replace the grip. For the price that we paid, I am shocked at this oversight of the design. We would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for this.

This massage gun has a lot of power, great battery life and charges quickly. I love the different attachments and case to keep everything together. It’s at a great price point for everything that comes with it. I’ve had it for a year and it still works as well as it did the day I got it. I’ve used it for tight or sore muscles in my back, legs, shoulders and even my feet. It’s been a big help as I work through my over-use injuries from working and exercising.
It takes some getting used to. (this was my first percussion massager) But it does a GREAT job! Very powerful, and I love all the different heads!

I have owned this massage gun for about a year and it has been great! I began to have issues with it recently and contacted the customer service department. I was absolutely pleased with the care and attention I was given to resolve the issue. They were so quick to respond and resolve the issue. They immediately sent a replacement. From the time I contacted them to the time I received a new massage gun was less than a week. It was so refreshing to have a company respond so quickly. Absolutely TOP customer service! Thank you.

It has made quite a difference to my husband’s mobility issues. He’d sustained knee injuries a few months ago after kneeling on concrete floor whilst doing some diy. Lesson to all over 70s, please protect your knees when kneeling on a hard floor. He’s had physiotherapy but still the pain won’t go away and has been walking with a limp using a walking stick. The massage gun arrived late Saturday evening, (7th January) and he stared using it immediately after it’s been charged up. I m so please to say that his walking has improved since then and I don’t hear him screaming with pain every time he stands up. So a massive thank you to Bob and Brad for producing such an effective massage gun and at a very reasonable price too. Also thank you Amazon for the quick delivery. You’ve been a life saver.

It’s so powerful that I mostly use it on low and the percussion really knocks out my trigger points/knots. Also has great battery life, I don’t remember the last time I charged it! I only wish there was an attachment so I could hit the parts of my back that I can’t reach.

It's quiet enough that if you're in a separate room you will barely hear it. The sound is higher pitched than other massage guns i've seen, so that might contribute to that. However, the higher pitched noise is quite audible if you're in the same room.

For the price point this is a very good massager. My girlfriend and I have found great use in it, particularly post workout. It even works well to help warm up prior to exercise.

The QL/DMS.C2-D massage gun has a solid build and a satisfying deep tissue massage. I have issues with my legs. I fractured my tibia and had surgery to repair it, but was left with a very stiff knee. This massage gun has helped to loosen the stiffness around the knee which has greatly improved my range of motion. I have neuropathy in my other leg and foot drop, and find great relief by using the massager on that leg and foot as well. I mainly use the the ball head and the lowest speed.
After about 10 months of use it began malfunctioning and running sporadically. I finally got around to contacting their customer support a few weeks before the warranty expired and spoke with Ava, who was very courteous and professional. She requested a short video showing how the massager was running and a photo of the lot number. A new massager was shipped out promptly.
This massage gun is very effective at relieving aching and stiff muscles; you can apply a lot of pressure to get a deeper massage. And if you have any issues with it, do not hesitate to contact their awesome customer service. Thanks Ava, and Bob and Brad, too.

I did a lot of reading and checking out other products before purchasing the Bob and Brad model. I couldn’t be happier with this unit. It’s quiet and smooth but most importantly high quality. No matter how much pressure you use, you cannot stop the motion. That’s hard to find in even some of the very expensive models out there. As always, watch the Bob and Brad video on Youtube on how to properly use it and what areas to avoid. Great product.

We bought this machine and used it regularly until a move put it on the shelf. It completely discharged and we had misplaced the charge cord. I tried to charge (unsuccessfully) with 2 USB-A to USB-C cables I had. I contacted customer service assuming it was a battery problem. They shipped me a charging cord-no charge-and successfully charged our wonderful massage gun! Why did we ever shelved it? Great for under the scapula region; all those knots. So grateful to have it back. We purchased this 1.5 years ago and the Bob and Brad team responded instantly and followed up!
Having been so pleased with my Massage gun, I purchased one for each of my sons as Christmas gifts! I use my gun almost daily on aching joints and muscles, it really helps. After about a year of daily use, mine started to not hold a charge, then stopped working completely. I contacted the seller and immediately received a response. They were in contact with me every step and assured me they would replace the product. Within about a week I had a brand new Massage gun! It works great.
