Q: Does this light come with a plug?
A: Yes, it comes with a 3 pin uk plug.
Q: Are these ok to use inside as garage lights? Do they get hot?
A: Yes, they can use both indoor and outdoor, and the Heat Dissipation is great, doesn’t give out as much heat as halogen light and puts out quite a lot of light.
Q: Can these be rewired from a longer lead or is it a sealed unit that cannot be accessed. And, therefore, you would need to use an extension connector?
A: It’s sealed unit, Hence the IP66. If the cable it is fitted with is not long enough for your purpose you would need to use a connector at the plug side, and you need to cut off the plug to connect the cable by your side.
Q: Is it economical?
A: It’s LED so it’s certainly a lot more efficient than halogen for the same level of light. It’s clearly cheaper to run.
Q: What’s the voltage of the light?
A: The light can connect 220v-240v voltage.

It’s a very bright light without any motion detection. Would have been even better with a long wire.

Unsure about motion detection but cracking little light. Power cable could be longer but I disnt read description so my fault. Very bright for size and came.well packed.

I love this light only 2 problems: the lead is too short, so I need to use extension and there is no switch, which is bit odd as I have to plug it in downstairs and then with it shining so bright climb to the loft…

using this light as a quick fix in an art studio – pointing at the ceiling to diffuse it, gives a nice, natural, light.
With halogen and florescent tubes becoming obsolete . I decided to install these easily in my garage .very good lights
There’s a fault with my bedroom light so I just use a bedside lamp which is fine but doesn’t really light up the room. Spotted this on Amazon, think it was one of their deals, so after reading the reviews I thought I’d purchase it. It is a great little flood light and it’s nice having light in my room again in the evenings. It’s like I’ve got the main light on, definitely bright.
Depending on how to use, but a longer lead would be better.

Where to start.
I got this and cut the plug off instantly to be able to drill through the wall,insert the light and re plug it.
I mounted it using the simple and quick plugs and screws INCLUDED and it stays put.
I have a medium sized garden and it floods it all. Without a problem.
Its very bright and I am very impressed with the build quality and light production from this.
The only down I would say about this i would say is the length of the wire is only 1M,some people may like more .

It’s nice and bright, gets pretty hot so be sure to never cover it or it will overheat.
I bought this to use as additional light for decorating. It was excellent at that and I was able to stand it up on the floor, tables and workbenches really easily. I’ve now put it up as additional fixed lighting in my garage and if anything it’s even better at that. Really impressed with the quality for the price.

Brilliant light. Lights up my whole garage replacing my existing 2 strip lights, I’m hoping it will be cheaper to run as well.
I wondered how well this one small light would work but it really does.
As per other reviews the plug lead is very short but an extension cable soon resolved that. I would like to test the range of this light in an outdoor setting soon. Based on what I’ve seen so far, it should be pretty darn good.

Excellent light from this product. Would need a longer flex though as there is insufficient to enable light to be hung from rafters without trailing extension cord.

Note the light doesn’t come with a switch but got a local electrician to hook up a switch so I can turn on the socket like a light switch near the door. Alternatively just switch on and off at the mains socket.

It’s ridiculously bright lit up my kitchen during the day with the lights already on. I would have never expected it to be that bright.
Have only used it once so far but only time will tell how robust it really is.

My place has rooms that need more light – the modern LED bulbs are imo utterly awful compared to incandescent bulbs for fulfilling their primary purpose = dishing out light.
