Important Tips and Feature
- When connecting the handpiece, please align with the ” ↓ ” of the handpiece connector and the ” ↓ ” of the handpiece jack correctly, please pay attention the 3 spongs are not the same. Otherwise, the handpiece will not rotate although the lights on! Meanwhile, please make sure the handpiece must be locked before you turn the machine one, otherwise the light will on but no spinning and this will damage the machine!
- If you find the digital display jumps between 4 and 5, this is normal and this design is to protect the machine.
- Please don’t use the nail drill when charging which will help to keep a lasting battery life.
- When you change the rotation direction, please wait for more than ten seconds and this will more protect the machine and lasting a lone life for the rotation function.
- Please use the 3/32 Inch drill bits, otherwise it will get stuck in the handle piece. Meanwhile, please insert the nail drill bit a little deeper in order to reduce some noise of friction and vibration.
- When you change the rotation direction, please wait for more than ten seconds and this will more protect the machine and lasting a lone life for the rotation function.
- Please do not open the lock of nail drill handle piece while it’s working, otherwise it will burn the machine.
- Please do not drop the handle piece, otherwise it will easily cause damage to internal parts and make much noise.
- Please pay attention to whether the tail is loose after for a while use, if any, please tighten it. (This design is for us to check faults.) Or pinch the connecting cable to be tighter to see if there is any improvement.
- Please use the original adapter and hand piece, otherwise it may damage the nail drill machine.

This is the 2nd nail drill I’ve owned, this was a nice step up from my previous very cheap one. It easily removes gel and acrylic with the right nail drill bits!
I’ve only needed to use it up to speed 7/8, but it does go a lot higher as well. It has forward and reverse modes, and the battery life is clearly displayed on the screen. Love the fact this is a portable and rechargable too! One charge must have lasted me 2 months (I do only do my own nails however).
I did find I had a faulty wire on the handle piece after a couple of uses, but the Melody Suzie customer service team quickly responded to me and asked me to send a video of the drill error happening, to which they sent me a replacement drill.
Drill is fab. Lightweight and easy to use. Customer service is also amazing. I had a slight issue with my original purchase but it was replaced straight away without any issues and works perfectly.

Super little efile. Issue with first when it stopped working, but they swiftly replaced it, and I’ve not had a problem since. For the price, it is a little power horse! Love it.

So initially I left this e file a bad review because it wasn’t functioning as it should but after seeing my review the seller got in touch and rectified this , it seems my first one was faulty as the replacement is fine vibration is minimal and it doesn’t get hot and the hand piece is just the right weight …..I was really impressed with the customer service , not Amazon but the actual company that I purchased it from were fantastic

I ordered this item for my friend so don’t have personal use of it myself however my friend has used it on herself and several people and it seems to be working great. There was one slight technical issue but the customer service were great. They responded to me quickly and resolved the issue.

Really good home use e file. I bought it for use on myself to see if I was comfortable with an e file. It’s lightweight, and sturdy. Easy to use, attachments are not great. But easy to get others. Battery once charged last well.
I love this drill! It’s an amazing alternative for those expensive ones 150+. I’ve had my drill since December 19 and then it broke after 8 months (probably due to me shoving in the draw after each client) but I emailed melody susie and sent them a video of what the drill was doing and they sent a replacement to me with 3-4 days! Via amazon as well which was great, especially because I had clients that week. I’m so happy with the service & the customer service team were very fast at replying and fast in taking actio
I am a home visiting podiatrist and often work with very thick toenails. My patients are very pleased when I reduce their toenail thickness quickly and painlessly with a drill. This drill has been brilliant. It is very sleek and easy to use. It is small, but quite powerful, and looks nice. Podiatric drills are usually priced from 300 pounds up, so this is undoubtedly a good value for money. Unfortunately it stopped working after almost 6 months of use, luckily it was still under warranty. I got in contact with the manufacturer and they sent me a new one! There are attachments included, and I also bought some more separately from Melody Susie. This way, I can sterilise them often. I recommend extending the warranty to 12 months (just email the manufacturer), then it becomes a truly fantastic deal!

Fantastic little essential for my nail kit, just what I needed No need for acetone anymore just use the sand bands for removal of gel. Good price too considering an efile with the gel company I use is over 300. It was a bargain and I love it.

It has completely surprised me. It is an essential bit of my kit and is used daily. It’s so efficient and easy to use and does an excellent job.
Would recommend to this to anyone. Team it with a decent carbide safety drill bit and it is as good as some of the 200+ efiles out there.

This nail drill has made doing my nails so easy.
I absolutely love it and would recommend this to anyone that is doing their own nails at home. So easy to use.
Best speed to use it on is 6-11.
The only thing which is a bit down side maybe is that during filing the speed changes on the display but cannot feel it would slow down during filing so don’t think it’s really an issue.
So so far I’m very happy I purchased this product and let’s hope it will last for long!

The best nail drill I’ve had in the 13 years I’ve been in the industry. Customer service is so helpful aswell which is amazing! Honestly can’t recommend enough. Their carbide still bits that can be bought separately are also great.

I wish I had bought this when I first started doing nails. I opted for a cheaper one in the very beginning but buying this was the best decision I’ve made! It’s so quiet and the speed adjusts really well. So compact and neat it will be easy to transport to my nail appointments.

I started using this yesterday for the first time. It was simple to set up and has a nice clear digital readout and the speed is easy to control. The unit is light and compact, but also looks and feels robust. I have every expectation that it will be reliable. It’s also very portable. I’m very pleased to recommend this product.
Due to my nail salon being closed because of COVID-19 I’m having to learn how to do my own acrylic infills & gel nail polish
I’ve purchased Acrylic Powder, Monomer liquid, Kolinsky sable brushes, gel polish, this MelodySusie nail file as well as an UV/LED lamp
To go along with this MelodySusie nail file I also got the MelodySusie Carbide Drill Bits as the ones you get included are really only suitable for natural nails
I watched loads of videos how to do infills then had a go at it
I didn’t do too bad for a first go and my nails look pretty good
This MelodySusie nail file is just fantastic. It’s super easy to use and I found it essential to know what speed you are using by the LCD display. I can’t imagine using an electric nail file without the display
To remove the old gel nail polish as well as some of the old acrylic underneath I found using 10-11,000 rpm seemed about perfect using a carbide drill bit. It’s also great having a reverse switch so using my left hand to do my right hand
After the carbide drill bit I used a sanding belt (180 grit) to smooth out the old acrylic and then applied the powder/monomer and once that was hardened used the carbide bit again followed by the sanding belt. I also used a Crystal File to shape the nail and used a sanding block all over the nail to smooth it before applying gel colour
I used OPI Gel colour, cured under the Crenova UV/LED 72w Nail Lamp, then applied clear OPI top coat and cured again
Ok they don’t look quite as good as the salon would do but I’m pretty pleased with them
Definitely could not have done it without the MelodySusie nail drill. It looks and operates just like the ones the salon uses.. I can’t fault it and being so small and portable, with a long lead for the handset, was a godsend

A fantastic little drill at a competitive price. My original drill developed a fault but the seller replaced the item without any difficulty. The seller showed me the best customer service I’ve seen in years.
I decided to purchase this model after some research on Youtube, I primarily use it for personal use – removing callous from the soles of my feet and some manicure work every week. The battery lasts a long time after a full charge. The tips that come with the set are Okish and does the job – The pen does get warm after a while – ideal for small hands (I wear Small size Marigolds) light and easy to hold, and I can change the tips easily.

What a fab machine! It seems to run forever on one charge. No loss of power. Comfortable to hold with zero vibration. I took off a full set of nails in around 10 minutes with it (followed by a 5 minute soak in acetone). I highly recommend this little gem!
I bought this in June, I used it for pedicures only. In September the handle drill became faulty. I contacted the seller and he kindly supplied a new handle which works great.

I was on the look out for a new nail e-file. The previous one I was recommended lasted a year before rattling. I was a little nervous as this one is much much cheaper than that one but it feels really good. A bit lighter than the last one but feel sturdy. Much quieter, I used it at 15krpm. I also Love the holder for it. Will make it much easier for work as I can just keep it on me. Really pleased I decided to have. A look at this. I also got some of the carbide bits and they are amazing too 🙂
Time will always tell how well its made but I’m confident it should be fine!

I’m am very impressed with this. My previous efile was way more expensive so I was a bit dubious about a cheap one. I’m very pleasantly surprised! I’ve used it to remove the bulk of acrylic and it powered on. Hand piece is comfortable to hold. Unit is very compact so perfect for a mobile tech. Digital display is great. As you can see, this efile is small,
lightweight, easy handle, power enough but no vibration! There is even a clip on the back!
I like the digital screen, that tell me how much power I have left, it also tell me the rpms. I really love how I can adjust and fine-the speed to my comfort and still get really good professional results.
Have definately recommended to fellow nail techs for a smart affordable drill.
