About product use:
If the target cannot be detected, the factors may appear:
- The target is too small or too deep. To detect deeply buried targets, the sensitivity of the product needs to be increased.
- The target object is too large. Need a certain distance between the coil and the target.
- The search coil move so fast. You may miss the goal.
- Do not sweep the search coil like a pendulum. During or at the end of detection,raising the search coil will result in erroneous readings.
If the gold detector does not stop beeping:
- Interference with micro elements in highly mineralized ground areas. You can reduce the sensitivity.
- In areas with more metal debris, you can use the DISC Mode to select the target you want.
- Keep electronic products or metal products away from the search coil. It will interfere with the metal detector.
If the metal detector cannot identify the target: Sometimes, oxidized metals can cause the target to shift. Arrows and tones reduce sensitivity to eliminate detection of deep targets.
Note :
- If you are not going to use the device for a week or more, remove the battery. Chemicals can escape from the battery and destroy electronic parts.
- To use this product, you need to purchase 2 9V dry batteries by yourself.

I got it as a gift. It’s easy to assemble and to navigate. It’s suitable for beginners and there are no unnecessary settings and parts. Keep in mind that you need to buy the batteries separately(they are offered with prime so just get them together).
I am happy with the sensitivity of this detector. It works well straight from the box. It is well constructed and solid built. I found it easy and lightweight to use even for a few hours at a time. Just need to find our Pictish hoard so I can retire now.
This is so compact and easy to assemble, ideal for storing in my campervan where space is essential.
The unit is light andadjustable for adult or child. I tested it and it eirks fine, simple instructions nothing complicated.
Great value for the money, a great way of tasting if metal detecting is for you.
The small spade is sturdy and compact too. Looking forward to trying this out.

Original unit did not work but customer services were very helpful and sent a replacement. Easy to assemble and use. Not the most accurate detector but ideal for my 7 year old to explore with. I would recommend for youngsters interested in metal detecting.
For the price, I didn’t particularly have high expectations however don’t let the price deceive you, this is a solid piece of kit and it’s suitable for both adults and children.
We took it out to our local beach and found all sorts of junk — although probably worthless we had a lot of fun seeing what we could find. Looking forward to taking it out again and seeing what we can find!
