Works perfectly, slightly longer drying time but seems far more efficient than our old one. Noisier than a normal tumble dryer but that doesn’t bother me as it’s in the garage
Fantastic appliance, very roomy, quiet, efficient and economical to run. Needed a stand by for the British weather that did not break the bank to buy or run. Completely satisfied with my purchase and delivery.
This is a great dryer for the price. It dries clothes quickly and they’re still quite fresh-smelling when they come out. It seems to be very economical to run too.
My only slight negative is, that it’s slightly loud but it’s not like a jet taking off.
Really pleased with our tumble dryer, it’s excellent for its price and almost except for minor differences in logo and instructions on dials exactly the same as other more expensive better known brands I know this as other family member’s purchased theirs at the same time both different brands to ours all do the same things, not sure about customer service with the others compared to mine should I ever need to use them I will update my review.
I purchased this heat pump dryer to replace my vented dryer . It drys clothes fairly quickly much better than my old one and don’t need to have window open to use it. Highly recommended this product , quick delivery too.
Only had this a couple of months, but it seems to do the job! Cheaper than other brands, but works just as well and the light on opening the door is a great touch.
Fast delivery. Early days, but so far looks very nice. The light inside the drum is very useful. I can tell already it is more energy efficient than our old dryer. I had been looking for a few months for a dryer and they can cost hundreds! I have never seen this brand, but based on the reviews – I decided to go with it. For the drum size, cost of a pump dryer – this is by far a purchase I am very satisfied with. Added bonus of free delivery in 2 days (mine had broke) everywhere else I looked was minimum 25 delivery with waiting more than a week.
I like the look also cheaper to run due to heat pump still getting used to I did shrink some t shirts used synthetic cycle must have been too hot I have dried more since on just a warm cycle these were okay light in drum which is helpful nothing left behind normal load takes about an hour to dry.
The people that delivered were very very helpful and were going to bring it all the way into the house. I said not possible yet and advised they will need to leave it in the porch. The girl sat on the box to get through and I thought possible risk. I thought she would just squeeze through. Sure enough the top was cracked. I am not bothered, I took a picture and it will not affect the machine functionally. TBH I do not want the issue of repackaging and returning, I won’t see that crack.
Again I am grateful for that assistance I am used to people just leaving things on the door step in Britain, no matter how heavy.
But, . . . . these things have coolants etc and you aren’t meant to tip over 30 Degrees. I am not filled with confidence that these people have been trained on these aspects. I don’t know for sure if it was tipped on it’s side. Somebody from the high street chains would possibly have that training. It should be fine if left for several hours.
It seems good value for money and should save us a fair amount on electricity with it being a heat pump. Our dryer is in a shed which gets quite cold. The old dryer was a vented system contantly drawing in cold air during winter. This is a closed system.
I am so glad I purchased this dryer, just plug in and use. It sits nicely in a cupboard, and after using, just empty water reservoir and clean filter regulary. A good variety of programs, especially the wool setting to dry jumpers. No shrinkage.
I am really happy with my heat pump dryer as there was no way to fit a condenser dryer into my home.
Amongst all the heat pump dryers, this is perhaps the cheapest. I took a risk and bought it. To my surprise it works well. Has some sensor, so if it dries faster, it stops irrespective of the time set. But the drying is about 90%. For more comprehensive drying change the intensity or run another cycle. No need of plumbing. Makes life easy. Doesn’t wrinkle clothes much. It’s in acceptable limits. With a good iron, the problem is sorted.
I’m really pleased with this tumble dryer for a busy family of 4 (who tumbles most of our laundry) The programs work well for different types of laundry and can be customized to some extent. The clothes come out dry but not crispy or overly static. I feel like the energy usage is good (although I’ve not calculated it). I’ve successfully dried shoes using the internal drying rack. Emptying the water container is very simple. I bought this tumble drier with Midea washing machine which is very good as well.
Bought as a reolacemnt for our old tumbler. Wouldn’t normally pay this much for one but given energy costs we wanted an efficient product. It’s very cheap to run and easy to operate. Find that it sometimes doesn’t dry the clothes as well as they are still slightly damp, but that’s usually if you mix things up which it’s designed that you shouldn’t really do, so don’t put heavier items in with light. Easy to empty the water tray and clean the filter. Overall really pleased as it’s much cheaper to run than my old one.
Got this since the lady in Curry’s raved about these pump one’s.. It does the job. Pretty loud in my opinion.. Personally think a cheaper older one would do the same job. But that’s just me.
I purchased this over six months ago…I needed time to see how it worked. I’m pleased with it. I don’t have a large household but I appreciate the convenience of a tumble dryer. This one works well. It drys at lower temperatures ( which I prefer), so shrinkage is limited, if at all. Cost-wise, it’s proved a good buy. I haven’t noticed a massive dent in costs when it’s in use. It’s not too loud. It’s located in a room in which I often do online meetings, and it hasn’t proved to be a problem. The 369 I paid feels like a good price for the quality.
I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter, she’s really happy with it, it’s really quiet and easy to use
Definitely recommend
Not noisy, keeps the room warm whilst in use, good value for money and easy setting modes
Didnt like that the light doesn’t work
Everything else ok does what its supposed to
Lovely tumbledryer, easy to maintain and keep clean. Dries quickly and pretty quiet.
I have had a few tumble dryers on and off over the years. Some bad some good.
This is a good one. Drys quickly. And I mean bone dry!
I love having a tumble dryer back in the house.
My work cloths dry in about 45 mins. Makes my job so much easier, I had forgotten.
I rate this tumble dryer. And at such a good price too.
Well worth it. And very easy to use.
Great product and value for money. It’s been working excellently and easy to use. At first, I was skeptical as I previously used a Beko dryer but this has proven to me that Midea also makes good quality products with great value for money.
So far all good and dries clothes quick and easy to use and clean…..
We make heavy use of a tumble dryer, which with our old dryer was getting to be quite expensive. This one dries the same amount of clothes in less time with vastly less energy, with the only drawback being the noise during operation – it’s basically like a loud fridge when the compressor is running. It’s not offensive or any louder than a normal tumble dryer, it’s just a bit more of an annoying noise, but using 1 instead of 5 or 6 KWH per load this is saving us a fortune. The sensor drying works fine although I’d recommend dialling up the intensity setting just to get things really dry, but it will quite happily get a load of washing dry a good hour faster than our old machine. The multi-layer lint filter also does a much better job of catching fluff, making it much less likely to be a fire risk. We’ve probably done around fifty loads with it so far, no problems whatsoever.
Great tumble dryer, like the way u can use preset or set your own time. I’ve noticed since my last dryer this one has cut drying time by almost half. Great option is it heats at 60deg to stop shrinking but u can increase this to 90 or 120deg if doing towels or items that won’t shrink. No probs and very happy with this dryer.
What can I say but brilliant? The machine was delivered very efficiently by the drivers and I was able to easily track delivery. All packaging taken away was paid for, of course, 3.00 was not much to pay. I also paid 12 to have my old machine uplifted, excellent value compared to some other companies. I decided to move away from the old condenser machine, it was 9 years old and making a lot of noise. I was definitely hoping for a money-saving machine as promised by these heat pump models. I have not been disappointed.
I did 3 lots of clothing in the one day for less than a pound. I was ecstatic. Towels 32p, baker’s whites 35p, and a mixed load 28p. As I am disabled the tumble dryer is somewhat of a necessity. I honestly do not mind putting the tumble dryer on now. Also, the machine looks good and the price I paid was excellent for a heat pump dryer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dryer. I’d never heard of the company before but I did read a bit about them, they are the biggest appliance maker in the world.
You’ve sometimes just got to take a chance on a new name, I’m so glad I did. Not to put anyone off, they sponsor Manchester City. I only mention that in case like me you had never heard of them before. Just try it, you won’t be disappointed.
Never had a tumble dryer before, but thought about getting one. We recently started potty training to my 3 years old. Every day I have to change his trousers several times. There are never enough trousers for him. In the meantime, the condensation literally damaged the walls of the room where we normally dry clothes. Some parts of the wall have become moldy. Although we’ve got a dehumidifier in the house, it is not enough when we dry clothes indoors in the winter.
We already have a Midea washing machine and really like it. And thought that it would be great if we also get a Midea dryer. Here we found this heat pump one.
It was delivered quickly and the delivery men Terry and Val were really nice and helpful. Our front door was too small for the package. They unpacked the machine for us in front of our house and brought it all the way to our first floor.
It is easy to operate. What I really like about this dryer is just to plug it into the power socket and I can start using it.No a drain hose or pipe is needed. We have to put it in a corner of our living room for the time being while we are renovating our garage and kitchen. There are 16 options to choose from for each cycle. There are 2 functions that come in handy: one is My Cycle, meaning I can preset my preferred cycles and save them. Another function is Child Lock. When you have a 3-year-old in the house, you never know what he may do even when you just turn your back for 1 minute.
In general, this is a good tumble dryer and energy efficient. Very useful for families with younger kids. Highly recommended. Summer is coming, but I really look forward to using the dryer a lot more on those rainy days in the UK, esp in winter.
After our old tumble dryer broke we were looking for a product that will fit our budget without compromising the quality.
We purchased Midea tumble dryer after much research and I am very pleased with the product. The main feature that we loved are low running noise and easy to use programmes. The clothes came out feeling fresh and soft (especially the towels and bed linen).
The other great feature is child lock. As our son has got a habit of playing with buttons on any machine, the child lock feature brings peace of mind to us.
The lint collecter unit is easy to remove, and the LED light on the drum makes it very easy to locate small clothes especially socks.
I would highly recommend this product.
