I didnt set a high hope because of the price. But, SRL! I didnt expect it to be this good. The video of my review was taken during a day time with unproper closed curtains!
So, I would say picture and sound quality exceed the price. However, please dont set yourself a high standard. Please kindly remind that this one is a budget-friendly projector
Btw, I use it with a fire tv stick. No problem setting up!
Setup is incredibly simple. Point the projector at your screen or wall, plug in the power, and connect to a video source. The lens has no optical zoom, so you have to move the projector to adjust image size, but because of its size and weight this is no problem at all. The auto-focus works well enough that you don’t have to fiddle with it and is simple and easy to focus and the brightness is great too. The audio is good and loud enough for most situations. The portability is a great plus point, I can easily set up presentations in next to no time. I highly recommend this projector and would not hesitate to purchase again.
Ive been using this projector off and on for about a year now, its been absolutely faultless, and really surprisingly good for the price. I use it in a back bedroom/office which has no TV, but this, with a Firestick plugged in as the video source has been excellent! Its not the brightest of projectors, but with a few tweaks of the settings you can get a perfectly watchable picture of a good size. The sound can be adjusted as well to give what is a reasonably loud (if mono) output, although you can also plug in additonal external speakers. I had to contact the supplier early on in my ownership, and their customer service was excellent too!
So far I used this projector with a NOW TV box, Amazon 4K Stick & a laptop. Nice sharp images on screen. Sound wise the internal speakers are reasonable but I route it thru an old surround sound system which was for a computer. Only issue I have is with the brightness. It is slightly “darker” than I expected on a “white screen” even after adjusting the “brightness/colour” settings. Other than that (for myself) it’s a pretty good projector all round. Decent price & fast delivery.
Bought his projector for my 10 years old son and placed it in his room for gaming sometimes.
Easy to install and not had for the quality and sound reflect from the price.
He has a Xbox which allowed him to play game, YouTube and Netflix without getting a extra TV stick. The only negative I would say, no matter how I posit the projector, it’s still does not look very straight when reflected on to the wall.
But my son seems happy with it and it’s not bad for 60.
This is a great little projector for the price, I used it in a small set up along with the simple projector screen (see separate review) to watch my old dvd’s where a bluray isn’t available – you can expand the image better than on a tv without losing definition. Firstly, i want to say, the price is really decent for a projector. I was looking for a budget projector and this fits my needs. It also came really well packaged which is something i was pleased with.
Its really quite compact and easy to carry and place anywhere which is convenient. The quality of the image is actually really decent and for the price i cant complain. The setup was also really quite simple, just plug in and play.
Other than that, i am yet to find any faults. So far 5/5 from me!
