Surprised how effective this item is, very pleased with the result. Instructions quite clear.
It works slowly with the patience, but it is painful. You need a numb cream.
Not a too bad piece of kit. Level 9 works the best. I can’t find any replacement needles so this might be a problem.

Its a mole remover pen, removes skin tags with 9 strength levels. It comes with 30 replaceable needles and rechargable . Works for verruca, freckle, necus and age spots. My mum is very happily taking of all warts on face. Just need antibacterial wipes as bleeds a bit so can clean or use plaster if its a bigger one. Completely satisfied with the product safety as mum has used it and me as well.
If you can stand a short sharp shock, then this will work for you. I have been very happy with the device. It really works very well. I only used the 3rd setting, god only knows what the 9th is for. Highly recommended
It does work, settings are useful to handle level of zap you need for the type of thing you need to get rid off. Easy to hold and store away. Good for the price, would recommend!
I had an unsightly brown skin mark on the end of my nose from sun damage. This pen removed it after three applications. It does sting a bit in use and expect a small scab to appear because you are virtually burning off the top layer of skin. Leave it to come off on its own and you are lafy with lovely clear skin where the mark was. After years of trying to cover the brown nose tip it is now clear. No more ‘funny’ ?brown nose jokes which were quite upsetting. Well worth every penny.

I judged the box by its cover, I thought it was a nice colour but probably didn’t function too well, I assumed wrong !! This is a laser !!! Literally fired off my small freckles and moles, I decided to remove every one on my body several small scattered here and there and ouch, bad idea, I bought an anti Celtic numbing gel on amazing for 2 worked a charm dont try this machine without a numbing gel especially if you have larger moles to remove, white bump over each mole, will write another review in a week or so great machine fantastic value for money !
So easy to use. Feels like a small static shock so not painful at all. Really works got rid of 5 small skin tags on first use!!! Deffo a good gadget to have!
Well, I first tested it on the back of my hand to see how it felt so as not to be surprised before putting it anywhere near my eyes. I won’t lie – it stings a little and can burn a bit BUT it is not overly painful and is worth some mild discomfort for the end result.
Once used to the feeling of it, I CAREFULLY zapped the one skin tag on my eye lid (fairly easy to do) then the more tricky one amongst the lashes of my lower eye lid (bit of a brown trouser moment). It only took 2 or 3 touches of the needle on both tags to do what it needed to do. The tags went black and within about 2 days, had vanished!!!
Next, I set to work on the multitude of thread veins that covered my nose and about 2 inches either side of my nose on my cheeks. Now be warned, this isn’t for the feint hearted! Firstly, do it when you know you have 3 or 4 days where you don’t need to leave the house (if you’re doing your face) because you will be left with red spots and little scabs. COVID has actually been a godsend for me because I’ve worn a facemask to cover the damage and nobody has been any the wiser!!!
Secondly, some thread veins disappear with one or two zaps, but others bleed before they disappear. I have pets and always have styptic powder to hand to stop bleeding if you mistakenly cut a quick on their claws. I used it on my face, which worked a treat to stop bleeding. But you could equally cover your face with tissue paper, much like a 15 year old boy using a razor for the first time. Don’t misunderstand me – my face wasn’t gushing blood, but some veins did bleed a little, so you need to be prepared.
If you can get past the scabby face for a few days and some little bits of bleeding, then the end result is NO THREAD VEINS!!!! I had a lot so did a few each Friday night for 4 weekends running. I don’t work on Mondays and Tuesdays so, for me, by the time I went back to work each Wednesday, all blotchiness and scabs had vanished. The skin on my face hasn’t looked as good for years.

Have a few skin tags and I could have saved myself a small fortune if I had discovered this sooner. It literally burns the things off. Sounds painful but it’s really just mild discomfort. I was more concerned about the sparks flying at first and the slight burning smell. It’s fine though and am really looking forward to getting rid of them. Don’t waste your money on lotions or freeze sprays that take longer to work and leave the unsightly black tag for ages before it falls off. This bad boy will get rid much quicker cos you can feel and see that it’s actually doing something
Well packaged, plenty of disposable needle tips as well as two non-disposable ones.
Used on Strength 3 (out of a possible 9) it gradually burnt the surface of some under-arm skin tags. The instructions tell you whether to use the disposable needles or the non-disposable points, depending on what you’re treating and what strength you’ll be using.
I’m not sure about burning off moles. I think I’d want to check with a GP first, but the device certainly works on skin tags.
Some tags are more sensitive when you touch them but on strength 3 it was a strong tingle not actually painful.
The device does allow you to treat your tags or moles gradually and you can decide to increase the strength or frequency as you wish. It’s also more convenient than the liquids that I’ve used in the past – you don’t have to walk round pretending to be an aeroplane whilst the liquid dries for one thing!
The only downside is that sometimes the skin you’re burning off doesn’t smell very nice!
Easy to use and comes with instructions that are easy to follow. Tells you what setting and needle u need depending on your needs. Doesn’t hurt more uncomfortable then anything. Only tried it yesterday so still waiting on results.

Do not often leave reviews but wanted to assure everyone that this item is fantastic! Used to remove skin tags (one particularly large). It did it with ease! I was apprehensive about using it as I expected it to hurt so ordered numbing cream; I did not need it as the pain was nothing! Would highly recommend!
This little gadget works really well. I strongly suggest for moles and skin tags you start on a 2 setting. Trust me it’s not painless. But it is definitely bearable. And it’s worth a little pain to get rid of ugly blemishes.
As I haven’t got my numbing cream, I’ve only tried on a tiny mole on my finger with the fine needle head.
It is really easy to use, and the pain is bearable. The mole crusted instantly and gone in a few days. Thumbs up to this!
Not that easy to use, expect some pain and smell when it kills tag but it does work very well

I used this for skin tags,it’s mildly uncomfortable but easily endurable. There is a spark at the end of large needle when you stroke it back and forth from the front of the tag or mole essentially melting it and therefore removing it gradually to your skin level.
I was so impressed with this product. I’m gradually getting more and more moles and my son has skin tags, so I bought it to try on both and it works! I was nervous but it’s not painful. You’re aware of it but it’s tolerable and the larger moles/tags take a few goes to come away after scabbing over. Great price point. Beats seeing the doctor especially when we are trying to avoid trips to the GP

This product is great. Used it to remove an area of discolouration on my face. Looked like a nasty graze for a day or 2 but once the scab stuffed off no brown mark. No one even noticed it under my mask though so an ideal time to do any facial cosmetics.
As the first go went si well I decided to try it on a raised mole on my chin. So far it’s looking good but still healing.

I was extremely worried about trying this on my face for my threaded/spider veins because I couldn’t see it mentioned in the reviews, so I only did a few little spots on them here and there, but I’m actually astounded how much difference it has made already.

This seems to be working on my warts have tried everything and would not go as I’m immune suppressed but after a few uses it’s starting to work
