This is the first machine of this type I have purchased.
I found it easy to set up and change the tools, when necessary.
For a novice using this type of tool I found it very heavy and difficult to manoeuvre.
It works well and when I did get it in a comfortable position did everything I expected.
Only been used so far for hedge trimming in various lengths using extension sections but performance is great. Easy start, runs relatively quietly for petrol engine unit and with double sided cutting head gets the job done quickly.
Not used chain saw head or Strummer attachments yet but expect them to work as well.
Only problem to date was fuel mixture wasn’t right resulting in engine dying when opening throttle, minor adjustment on fuel/air mix into carburettor screw and balanced again, running like a dream. This might be a challenge for others to adjust.
Great does the job well. But we are nearly 70 In all fairness, and you become weaker as you age. So yes it feels heavy, all, we can say is it does a very good job, just aching limbs the day after.
Trimmer cuts through good size branches. I would say upto the size of your middle finger.
Pruner will cut through most branches. Would not be up to cutting a tree down.
The only down side on the pruner/chainsaw is that it leaks oil.
Battery life is very good.
Well considering all the doubters from the reviews i decided to go for this strimmer / long reach hedge trimmer.
Overall im impresed with this machine its not to heavy the engine can handle the work and the fuel lasts about an hour from non stop Strimming.
Points to note, it does smell a bit for the first couple of days as all the heat is curing the hifh temp paint, the strap that comes with it is ok but ive a full body harness so cant really comment on the strap. All in all a good machine thats perfectly balanced without vibration either.

The principal idea is great especially combining the extended trimmer with a head that can be changed for a small chain saw. This is worthy of a 5 star rating. Unfortunately having changed from a cable system with a heavy motor I expected the battery one to be lighter and better balanced. If your arms and shoulders can stand the pressure yes it is easy to use but this old geezer had to keep stopping for a rest. The battery charged allowed me to complete a 22 mtr x 1.5 mtr hedge with a single charge.
I was also able to complete the task in half the normal time it took with the old cable machine.
That definitely was not a new product. Was very well cleaned , but I have photos proving it’s been use(lightly) before, or just been assembled elsewhere with light use on some parts. Not all of them. Box looked opened and I had the right to return it , but need it so badly so decided to give it a chance.
Any way works fine for now even though I used it just once for 3 weeks time :).

Its so powerful that I was cutting thicker and thicker branches — don’t do it, the limit is around 1cm or you’ll damage the blade, mine bent so I had to hammer it flat again. Think I may now need a new blade as it doesn’t seem to cut as well.
Always wear descent wellies and jeans etc.and also googles – stuff flies everywhere. Not sure how great the hedge trimmer is, as it doesn’t seem to cut through much very easily. The strimmer attachment is great and slices through everything.

Excellent for the money, done alot of work so far without any faults. Strimmer wire not very durable advise getting square wire
