How do I charge the battery?
The battery can be partially recharged, but it must be recharged before first use and after a long period of inactivity (more than 30 days). At temperatures below 0° and above 45° C the system will not allow charging.
What factors will influence the battery run-time?
The battery run-time may vary depending on factors such as the cutting speed, the density or height of the vegetation to be cut and if the vegetation is wet or damp.

Makes short work of a very tall mixed hedge and overhanging trees. Excellent product.
Hedgecutter very good angles & effective. Battery always lasted job. Read it’s manual before charging! Good extension but I’ve not got long enough arms for best balancing length
Great versatile tool. Good quality. As with any multi tool like this, it doesn’t have the control of a standard hedge trimmer. But I highly recommend this
Great does the job well. But we are nearly 70 In all fairness, and you become weaker as you age. So yes it feels heavy, all, we can say is it does a very good job, just aching limbs the day after.
only used it a couple of times, it does what it says, it does bend a bit when fully extended, but no compliants at presnt.
It has made trimming the hedges and shrubbery much easier with the long reach.

Both hedge cutting and pole saw work well
The shaft bends a bit when hedge cutting but this does give a warning of how much pressure you are exerting.

Trimmer cuts through good size branches. I would say upto the size of your middle finger.
Pruner will cut through most branches. Would not be up to cutting a tree down.
The only down side on the pruner/chainsaw is that it leaks oil.
Battery life is very good.
The principal idea is great especially combining the extended trimmer with a head that can be changed for a small chain saw. This is worthy of a 5 star rating. Unfortunately having changed from a cable system with a heavy motor I expected the battery one to be lighter and better balanced. If your arms and shoulders can stand the pressure yes it is easy to use but this old geezer had to keep stopping for a rest. The battery charged allowed me to complete a 22 mtr x 1.5 mtr hedge with a single charge.
I was also able to complete the task in half the normal time it took with the old cable machine.
