Easy to assemble and pack away again although the instruction booklet is not the clearest!). The 4 man spa is pretty large – we are a family of 5 and can all fit it no problem. Buy a chlorine floater and tablets as this is much easier than the loose granules and get a big pack of the testing strips. It only comes with one filter and we have found we need to change ours every 5-6 days so we had to buy 2 more as they have to be dry after cleaning before you replace them. I would also suggest getting the bladder for the top as it keeps the heat in. Love the fact that the motor unit is integral and not separate which takes up less space and looks neater. We have enjoyed ours all summer so altogether very pleased with it.
Treated myself and wasn’t disappointed, takes around 10mins to unbox and have inflated, longest bit is filling with water, do buy with a chlorine kit and do daily checks as the water can get dirty really quickly.
Superb for the price. Easy to put up and use. A bit electric hungry at 38 degC. But we turn it down to 30 after use and turn on the morning we need it. As all blow up spa’s it needs daily maintenance. Ours has been up for 2 months solid with no issues and the same water. We wash and re-use the filter and only on our second (the filter alarm can be reset, you don’t have to replace them every few days and can be bought on ebay cheap!) Nice thick floor and good quality materials elsewhere. Perfect for 2 adults, 3’s a squeeze. 4 is very cosy!
Had this Silver cloud for about 2 months now and it has exceeded my expectations. It was easy to set up, self inflates, built in inflation, heating and filter system and best of all…
Looks good.
It took about 22 to 24 hours to heat up from scratch to 40 degrees and has been an instant hit. I like the fact that this model has a cover with a zip that adds to the ease of use and we have bought the chemicals needed….chlorine and PH plus as well as testing strips. All essential. Lastly we needed a net to fish out the garden debris and fly’s as well as an inflatable insert for the lid to assist with the heat retention.
As long as it lasts……it has been a wonderful purchase.
I can only recommend!
Great hot tub. Well worth the money. Have been in it everyday – so easy to set up. Water is very warm and just right. The cover keeps the heat in.
It arrived much faster than the estimated delivery date and inflated at the touch of a button. Make sure the air valve is tightened or it will slowly deflate!
I am fussy about how things look and hate ugly plastic things. So was worried about that aspect! But this looks very smart – even I am happy with it.
We put down some thick matting underneath it – don’t put it directly on the ground, it needs protection and insulation. You’ll also want a chemical starter kit with chlorine, anti foam etc. So be sure to order these at the same time!
We also got the inflatable bladder that sits on top under the zipped cover. This keeps it more insulated and also domes the top so that rain runs off.
And you’ll need an outdoor socket so it can be plugged in at all times. We are still waiting for installation of this so are running the wires through a window in the meantime!!
Bear in mind it will take hours to warm from stone cold and it’s designed to stay plugged in and switched on rather than being started from cold each time.
We found the best approach was to start with cold from the hose, then add buckets of hot (not boiling) water to give it a start. Always start with cold though, to protect the seams. If you can get a hose adaptor from your indoor tap, so much the better. But still start with cold (or run it warm if it’s a mixer tap, not straight hot) as house taps can be surprisingly hot.
Best approach is to set up from scratch the evening before then leave it on overnight for warm water the next day.
Was super excited and impressed when we first turned the bubbles on!!! They seem to run an indeterminate amount of time – we guess perhaps to do with how fast it drops the temperature, as they ran for longer in the sunshine.
Once off they won’t go on for a while – it’s not broken, it just needs a break before you can reuse.
This tub is super spacious for a couple. Lots of folks in the reviews say they cannot fit 4 comfortably in this tub. But my 3 sisters are all quite slight in build (size 6 UK dress size) and we’d all fit no problem.
2 adults and 2 kids will also be fine (though in reality I find we leave the kids to it then get in later to enjoy the peace!).
On the other hand if you are larger or want to get 4 hefty rugby player types in, you’re going to struggle. At best it will be very very cosy.
Either way you’ll certainly want to know the other 3 people well! But I assume you’re not letting random strangers in your hot tub…
If you’re debating over size then bear in mind that if it’s bigger it will take up more space and will be much much slower to heat and more expensive to run. If there’s only going to be 2 of you or 2 plus a couple of kids most of the time, definitely go for this one.
And if you’re wondering if it’s worth it…ours arrived just in time for a couple of days of warm sunny weather and it has been amazing!! We were in and out of it for hours and it transformed our garden. Felt like we were on holiday!
Yes there’s running costs to consider, but frankly it’s not as expensive as taking a family of 4 to the local swimming pool once a week. It’s equivalent to a spa membership…but unless you live next door to the spa then this wins for convenience and access.
And when it’s in your own garden, you always get the tub to yourself and you can drink margaritas while sat in it!
This is our third hot tub, we love them. Last one was lazyspa and had ongoing pump problems so decided to purchase this one after reading the mostly positive reviews. We are two weeks into owning our tub and we are very happy! This was super easy to inflate! It took a full 24 hours to heat up to 40 degrees. It’s never dropped below 40 degrees unless we’ve had bubbles on for a long time and even then it only drops to 38. It’s ideal for 2 adults. Of course larger groups could enjoy it, 4 maximum but that would be a tight squeeze. We love the zip lid, much easier than the clip on ones. We purchased the blow up accessory (can’t remember the proper name) that helps retain the heat and helps rain water not to pool. We have this placed under the zip lid. The bubbles are great, we personally don’t think too noisy and not as “splashy” as other hot tubs when my hair ends up soaking. Haven’t got anything bad to say. Have used it every day since purchasing
Awesome fun for the whole family. Easy to maintain and good quality.
Simple to use and to assemble, cover not brilliant and zip not very good at all!!
Very satisfied except for the zip!
Amazing value for money, spacious and really warm up to 44 degrees centigrade, ideal Winter dip.
Bigger than we pictured it would be. Easy to inflate, looks great. Fits 4 adults easy. Buy an inflatable bladder to keep the running costs down! Not as expensive as we thought to keep it running at this time of year. Delivery on time. Instructions easy to follow.
Firstly, we’re loving tub life! Sunset spa time is the best and I recommend buying a 13LED light to stick to your filter. It is easy to inflate. Takes about an hour to fill with water. The remote control aspect is good and simple to use and the tub looks great in our garden compared to some other brands. We can’t compare the jets with anything but we think they’re sufficient. We’ve had a couple of months use out of it so far and no issues. We’ve mastered the chemicals and it honestly isn’t that bad once you get the hang of it. Pretty much one teaspoon of chlorine granules after each use and adjust the PH when necessary. 40ml of foam reducer each week.
Would I buy this one again?
Only issues I have are..
The black tub exterior heats up in the sun quickly and they say to protect inflatable tubs from deforming in the sun. I didn’t think of this when buying it and have resorted to stretching fitted white bedsheets over it on hot days rather than constantly rotating a parasol around the garden or buying a gazebo which brings a whole set of other issues.
The zip on cover has a lip around the edge which collects rain water inside so I do have to release the water regularly to stop the risk of it freezing in cold weather. Not a big issue as you do need to maintain the tub daily anyway if it is in use.
We bought the inflatable donut to stop rain collecting in the lid and to help with insulation. We have had to use an additional rubber ring to lift it high enough! Sure it must help with insulation though.
Our new smart meter is constantly in the red so I think its time we reduced our usage to weekends only but we have thoroughly enjoyed sitting out under the stars so its been worth every penny through 2020!
TIP – buy a net to get the its out and some rubber matting to store it o
Fantastic spa… prefer this to a permanent hot tub. Looks great and the mechanism is totally concealed with the wall. Great piece of engineering. Very quick and easy to set up. Very hot. Takes a good 12 hrs + to heat up from cold
Spa & wine Best Buy in lockdown
Cover collects rain water causing it to sag requires bailing prior to unzipping.
Love my spa it is very relaxing and helps with aches and pains
If I were to buy a spa again I think I would look for one with a variable bubble capability, as I find that the standard setting produces so much aeration that my hair gets really wet and I then get a cold head. My daughters also broke off the lugs on the filter spigot which means I have to buy a replacement, which is annoying. A flush fitting strainer could take the place of the filter when the spa is in use (as opposed to just filtering) to avoid this issue and provide more space in the tub.
Easy to assemble, instructions on the side
Of the mspa are easy to follow. Great we love
I
Was out the box and inflated within 4 minutes! Was really impressed with how easy it was to do. It’s really strong and holds its shape well.
The lid is incredibly easy to zip up and is much simpler than some of the ones you need to clip on.
Setting it up – opened the box, slid it out. Took it out of the bag and placed it on the floor. Once it was all plugged in, followed the clear picture instructions on the side of the tub and off it goes. Inflated nice and firm and easily told me when it was ready.
Next came filling with water – as it holds almost 700lts it did take a little while to do. But, once it was filled up, heated to a toasty 40 degrees within about 8 hours.
Comfortable for 4 adults, if you’re all good friends could fit 5/6 people in – assuming you don’t mind getting cosy and legs touching!!
Finally managed to get a hot tub and the Mspa is perfect. Very easy to inflate and easy to use. You need to keep all the filters clean or you get an E1 error but easy to rectify. Bubbles are lovely but a bit loud.
Delivered really quickly and at least a week before expectation. Really easy to assemble and then inflate. Ggiven the recent hot weather, this will be a fantastic way to keep cool but warm as well – just love it!
Love this product. Really pleased with it. Brought as a birthday present. The kids love it. Make sure you purchase a spa kit. Took 2 mins to inflate. Instructions are easy.
Super value for money. Quick and easy to clean and set up.
Sturdy top cover with a zip .
Probably best one we’ve seen , so glad we bought one.
We’ve had this hot tub a week today and it’s the best thing we’ve ever bought it’s used at least 6 hours a day, it’s brilliant I would highly recommend it. It’s expensive on electric but really worth the experience ….. If your thinking about buying it just do it you won’t regret it…… I’m not getting commission for this review lol
Very good quality, great that the motor is built in so no need for extra space required, easy to use remote, family absolutely love it.
Better than a lazy spa. Had issues with lazy spa. The filters are more expensive, but I have a filter brush which can be ordered so I don’t use many so far since march,I am on 2and filter. The pump is a lot lighter and is in built. I am converted to m spa
We love this and have used it several times this year already. Hoping for a continued hot summer!
The only thing is that it does cost quite a bit to heat up (around 7-10 hours electric) so watch those chilly evenings.
Get trapped in your own bubbles! If you want a hot tub to get you through the current covid19 crisis then this is top notch. So easy to set up, you’ll be up to your neck in it within 24 hours! I’ve already recommended this to friends…it’s a real well of wellbeingness!
Well worth the money great item better than I was expecting it to be and much bigger than I thought jets are powerful and not long to set up would recommend to others
We were so pleased with the Mspa, I couldn’t believe how quick the delivery was and how easy it was to assemble. Would definitely recommend to anyone. So pleased with our purchase. Good quality and sturdy jacuzzi. Great value for money.
For the price this hot tub is superb, it’s our first hot tub. We can fit two adults and a teenager comfortably. The bubble setting is perfect not too powerful. It’s so easy to assemble all built in. We are very happy with our purchase.
good product, but when something goes wrong it is difficult to contact supplier,so this needs to be addressed in the future
I have mine under my gazebo outside on my patio. It`s fully enclosed by side panels. The hot tub`s brilliant as all the piping for air and circulation are enclosed in the tub it`self.
I suppose most blow up hot tubs have this problem with lids.
Overall I’m really pleased with my purchase and the price is very reasonable. I’m using it regular and my arthiritis isn’t as bad after use.
I have a place in Spain and thought I would try a spa best thing I ever done it’s absolutely brilliant would recommend this product very compact and sturdy five stars from me
Used it twice so far. Powerful jets. A good long 5m cable with rcd built into cable. Great sturdy tub.
Takes some while while to heat up to temperature from scratch cost a couple of pound a day to keep warm .
Big enough for three people but luckily there’s only two of us ..we bought additional floor tiles for insulation and comfort .
So simple to erect.
And easy to control
A very good size for an adult couple but could easily accommodate a few kids as well.
Gets very warm and the bubbles are surprisingly strong.
I wish I had gone for a 4-6 person rather than up to 4 as 2 adults an a 12 year old is a bit of a squeeze and
There are no instructions where to put the filter, its obvious when you figure it out (on the inside grey plastic fitting but I could not find it any where in the manual and the one that heats the pool looks exactly the same….)
Looks great on my decking and mates have been begging to come over and test it out. Great way to chill after a busy day at work — looking forward to the summer!
