They issued me with direct links to ensure i could print and they helped solve my problem. My printer works great and i can easily print off shipping labels from both eBay and Tiktok Shop. I contacted munbyn about an issue I had with my power supply, user error nothing to do with the company. I emailed Munbyn and I had a response back in less than 10 minutes, they have sorted my power supply for me. Really can’t recommend this company enough. It does not let you print labels via ebay for international orders though, which is a real shame. You can print international labels and customs forms if you purchase labels via royal mail, but this is not as quick/easy as buying labels though ebay. I will continue to use this for UK orders, it’s also good for printing labels around the home. I’ve even experimented with printing photos and drawings. If you are a business you can register on royal mail website to get free rolls of thermal labels from them. I got the Munbyn label holder to hold the rolled labels and the folded labels.
