Absolute must buy while on sale, check the Nespresso page as they often have promotions running to claim some extra bits (I got some pods and store credit).
Had it around a month with no problems so far.
Keep the top empty of pods so the needles don’t get contaminated and blocked up !
Great coffee, easy to use. Lots of variety from nespresso pods.
I’m a coffee lover… I’ve had lots of machines (most of which I still have.. In that back cupboard of the kitchen that we all have!)
I’ve been delonghi, ninja, tassimo… But.. I can’t believe the quality of the Nespresso… It is far superior to any I’ve had before… It’s awesome.
The service is great too… I had the machine on Wednesday this week, sent for the free 100 pods on the same day and received them on Friday… I seriously cannot fault
If you are thinking about this, just go for it. I have certainly not regretted having this wonderful coffee to drink. Where has it been all my life!!!!
I am fed up drinking watery instant coffee at work so we all decided at our last work meeting to get a Nespresso machine. We have one at home so are happy with the pods and quality. We have all been using the machine throughout the week since. It is simply and straightforward to use. Everyone is very happy with the machine and the tastes of the coffee pods. A tip is to warm up the milk if you have white coffee. A milk frother is an option but it is a bit of a hassle in the work environment.
Instructions could be clearer but worth the money & the free pods are excellent, website very helpful
Only downside is lack of compatible pods because of the baroda on the pods
The product is good apart from the container which catches the empty capsules the machine dosent drop them in most of the time. The BIGGEST MAJOR problem is the rudeness of nesspresso customer service and the crap delivery service. 3 cards left when people are in including myself and rhen they used another company which sent me a email saying my delivery would be yesterday between 9.30 and 1.30 and havent even bothered turning up. They use YODEL (CRAP) and UPS (CRAP) PLEASE AVOID AND GET A MACHINE YOU CAN BUY THE CAPSULES FROM IN A STORE I.E SAINSBURYS. TOTALY DISGUSTED.
If you fancy a good cappuccino or americano or even an espresso this is definitely the machine of choice. Easy to follow guide, hot and creamy coffee awaits you. Five star product all round. After giving my Aunty a coffee she was hooked and bought one for herself and her family.
The machine can’t be faulted for ease of use. And comes with a little box of samples of pods. My first cup was luke warm as I, uninitiated, just ran the machine and added cold milk.
2nd cup was piping hot. Used warm milk. Still very very easy.
Up until now, I’ve gone from cafetieres, to aeropress, to ninja coffee machine (stayed at friends for lockdown)
I have a very distinct favourite. Strong dark roast french blend.
Maybe because of this all of the ones in the box taste the same to me and no where near strong enough.
Still, I know that I will find a pod and regular one for me.
This machine is top quality, and although I may have to slightly change my method/habit ever so slightly I’m happy to do so.
Excelle
Overall I love this product and the welcome pack of coffee was great so I can choose my preferred blend. All really tasty and the product itself is so easy to use. Only downside is the coffee pods are almost impossible to buy via a supermarket so have been reduced to ordering from Nespresso direct. That’s in itself is easy but maybe waiting 4-5 days for delivery
Excellent coffee machine, lovely looking and great coffee, came with 12 pods and once registered with Nespresso I got 50 free mixed pods, 5 different varieties, very easy to register, in the box is a code stuck on the drip tray, I didn’t know why at first so threw it away but got it back to register, I think to get the 100 free pods you need to register for a pay monthly coffee account. Pods are so much cheaper direct from Nespresso rather than from Amazon for some reason, I installed the Nespresso App and ordered 60 pods, 6 varieties for 33 and could choose exactly what I wanted, seemed to be around 50 + From Amazon for similar quantity depending on what coffee you wanted.
Excellent machine, simple and the coffee tastes great. Took note of the poor reviews before buying but gave it a go anyway; I can wholeheartedly say my experience doesn’t correlate. I’ve had zero issues in three months and I’m thoroughly impressed with the taste it produces. It’s got a fantastically smooth finish and they taste very ‘posh’.
The pods aren’t cheap and they’re bespoke so make sure you understand what you’re signing up for when you purchase.
Great product the coffee is as good as you get from a coffee shop
I bought this for a prezzy for my son and he just loves it,the only thing is you can’t buy the pods in the shops, you have to send away for them.
This Nespresso coffee machine is really easy to use.
It delivers an awesome and tasty coffee for all lovers.
The price is really reasonable compared to other products.
I have had several original Nespresso machines and typically use 2 or 3 capsules to make a large coffee.
My only regret is that I didn’t spot the Vertuo earlier. It is really easy to use and the coffee choices are actually quite good. I am struggling to narrow down my favourite flavour. Don’t be put off by the fact you can’t buy discounted pods – the way I drink a larger coffee actually makes it more cost effective.
With the Nespresso subscription offer, it really is a no brainer!
Looks great,,so easy to use and the coffee tastes amazing for a pod….
Best coffee machine I have owned. Highly recommended, and the nespresso subscription is nice. It is great for having a nice coffee without spending any time making it. My only complaint is that the Alto line of pods are not very nice – I made it for a flask to take to office and it tasted like cheap instant coffee.
I used to spend a fortune a high Street coffee shops , not anymore, this machine looks great, easy to use and produces a great coffee.
Really happy with my new Virtuo Plus. Easy to
Use and the coffee is really hot. So much better than my previous, much more expensive coffee machine. Highly recommend.
Makes brilliant coffee very pleased with my purchase. Very easy to use .
With a degree in Physics and a lengthy career in telecoms technical sales, latterly at executive level, you’d think figuring out a coffee machine would be child’s play. Wrong! The machine itself is fine, I figured it out myself, didn’t get electrocuted and I’ve tasted my first coffee from it, it tastes good. But the instruction manual could literally be an object lesson in how NOT to write these things. First of all there are three manuals, the first about safety: don’t stick your fingers in the mains electricity socket, that sort of thing. The third is about how to buy capsules. Also fine. The second, however, is where the problems lie. Firstly, it is for three totally different machines: the Nespresso Vertuo, the Nespresso Vertuo Plus (my one) and the Vertuo Next. Pictures of how to operate the machine seem to vary randomly between all three and are completely unhelpful if you happen to own a different model: all have different features and different controls. And instead of the usual tedious and wasteful practice of giving you a really fat manual with an English, French, German section in, this manual has each individual step, sometimes across several pages, stated in 48 different languages, including such oddities as Russian, Arabic and who knows what else. Thankfully the English is first, otherwise you’d be pecking around so long to find Gujarati or whatever that you’d lose the will to live. There is no clear layout, with some sections just for one machine – for example the bluetooth setup, and others for all three in one common instruction set. And the approach to multiple languages means that the instructions are incredibly terse. Cleaning, for example, suggests pressing the only button on the thing three times within 2 seconds. Fair enough – it does some sort of cleaning cycle. But does it stop on its own? No idea. The manual doesn’t say. After filling three very large cups with grubby looking water I decided to call time on it and press the button again, which seemed to persuade it to call a halt after a little more whizzing noises. And of course, I discovered you are supposed to run this cycle BEFORE dispensing your first coffee – after I had drunk the first cup. I doubt a little manufacturing grease will kill me, but it would be nice to have been told that more clearly. And there is also a descaling programme, which involves more gesturing with buttons and levers to coax it into operation. In summary, a fine machine ruined by a desire to save 2.5p on logistics to different countries and a technical writer who can barely spell. Final thought: does the author understand that ‘BLINKING SUMMARY’ could be a cause for some hilarity in the UK? Apparently not, as it lays out the various blink codes that the machine uses to indicate various conditions such as an empty tank, self-destruct mode engaged, or could it be the arrival of Darth Vader? Nobody knows unless you have an R2D2 unit handy or commit this lengthy blinking guide to memory. This guide really is a work of the utmost stupidity: who would have guessed that ‘no light on’ means that the machine is switched off? Really???
UPDATE: I’ve now downloaded the United States version of this manual, which is in a more rational 3 languages: English, Spanish and French, and consequently has a lot more space to actually tell you how to use this specific product, the Vertuo Plus. To my astonishment, an entire feature is described which is missing entirely from the UK, Europe and Middle East manual: you can programme each cup size. Simply put in a capsule of the required cup size, espresso, double espresso, etc, then hold down the button until your cup is to the right fill. It will then remember the new setting for every capsule that size in future, until a factory reset is performed (also described). Any size fill for any nominal capsule size, from 10ml to 500ml is permitted. So you can dilute your espresso capsule into a large mug, if you really want to, and at the same time programme your ‘Alto’ (v. large) capsules into an espresso cup. More rationally, if you have 75ml cups, you can re-programme your double espresso setting (80ml by default) to fit. I checked the UK manual – this whole feature is simply absent. And as for the cleaning cycle, that is described fully. It takes 5 minutes, requires a 0.8L cup under it, and will complete on its own.
Love it! The smell of coffee and the convenience of placing a pod and hey presto, lovely coffee. Only criticism is the price of pod aren’t super cheap but I suspect they will come down in price and no “water only” mode, but some might say there is no point as you’ll contaminate you tea. So far Mexico vertuo coffee pods are my favourite! Lastly the newer version to this is in my opinion a downgrade, heck it doesn’t even have a automated lift!
Absolutely love my coffee maker! Was worried it would be high tech and faffy- but it’s idiot proof very easy to use – highly recommend
Love the fact it makes a big mug of coffee as I love to drink a lot. A great variety as well love it.
Amazing! Easy to use and the blending power is excellent. Highly recommend.
I had resisted the urge to get a nespresso maker for a few years. I was always interested in a bean to cup maker but could never bring myself to spending the 400 gbp plus for one. Took the plunge with this model. For 70 gbp, I couldn’t go too far wrong. Up to this point, I drank instant coffees, e.g. kenco, millicano, nescafe Americano etc. And thought it was fine. Post the first taste of the nespresso, the former instant coffee wasn’t fine, it was poor, low grade coffee. The nespresso machine makes you realise this. Yes, instant is OK but it’s not great. It’s only when you have something better do you realise what you had was poor.
OK, so the financials. 70gbp gets you the maker and a included is c. 20 pods which have a retail value of c.15 gbp. Then when you register, you get a welcome pack of 50 capsules which have a value of c. 30 gbp. Then you get 25gbp off your first and 6th order. It has paid for itself already!
Yes, you’re on the hook and it’s a subscription service but it’s far superior coffee with lots of different flavours and styles. Handy app to manage the orders and free delivery on orders of 100 capsules or more. Free collection of your recycled capsules too.
This is the first coffee machine of this style that I have owned so I cannot compare with other models/makes. Having said that, I am really impressed with the machine itself and the quality of the coffee that it produces. It is very simple to operate; it produces a good mug of coffee very quickly; it is reasonably quiet; and the actual coffee is far better than any instant coffee that I have ever found (although, to be fair, it is also more expensive than instant coffee). I am glad that I finally decided to buy this machine.
So fed up with those tiny cups of coffee? Here can you can go from tiny expresso to massive mugs. Lovely and frothy, the flavours are fabulous. Use with a double glass cup/mug and it actually is a work of art. Tastes like you are in a coffee shop.
Coffee addic
bought for sister really elegant looking machine easy to work great buy at half the price
First one ordered was faulty but Amazon were amazing in getting a replacement sent to me the very next day. Amazing product and you get some cheeky free pods too!
The best thing I have bought all year. Love it.
Really easy to use and a great cream yet to find my favourite blend too many to choose
This coffee machine is amazing! I love it! I did a bit of research before buying it as I didn’t want a machine I had to stand with and hold a cup under or keep my finger on a button to work it – I wanted to press and go! This is a fully automatic machine that’s easy to use, you just put your capsule in then off it goes, to the point it reads the barcode of the capsule, selects the correct temperature depending on which coffee you choose and knows how much water to add eg espresso, latte etc When finished you press again and the capsule is automatically ejected. This is a clean machine – there’s no coffee spilling and missing the cup, no filters to clean and no coffee grounds making a mess! A complimentary pack of capsules comes with the machine. It has a range of flavours and coffee types to choose from which is great as you can try before you buy! The only one issue with this Nespresso is the capsules aren’t readily available in supermarkets they need to be ordered online or via Nespresso which can work out expensive, but I should add that the cup of coffee you get from this machine is worth every penny. It’s barista quality at home. I looked at a lot of different coffee machines before buying this, and am I glad I did buy this one! It’s an amazing machine.
Perfect coffee machine. The best one I have had yet.
Good coffee machine, so easy to use. Comes with a few pods to try.. some of the coffees are quite strong so it’s worth trying a few different pods with different strengths to find one that suits your taste. It’s worth buying a milk frother too or adding hot milk to your coffee if you are not a fan of strong coffees.
Only downside is you cannot buy these new vertuo pods in supermarkets at the moment, can only be purchased from nespresso online or at one of their boutiques.
This is a very stylish & very easy to use coffee maker. It’s also great value at the moment & worth every penny..I’ve opted for Nespresso’s decafenated coffee,so I was a little concerned about the taste. However,I’m glad to report I can’t really tell the difference. In fact it’s quite delicious!
The operation of the coffee maker is clever too with the electronic pop up & down of the lid.automatically disposing of the capsule into a separate container when you’re done,so you don’t have to keep reaching for it every time you make a brew.
Plus there is a self cleaning facility when you press the on switch three times. And finally the water tank is see through & separate from the unit so it is visible at all times & very easy to fill.
I would definitely recommend the Nespresso coffee maker. The only thing better, probalbly, would be freshly ground coffee beans with a very expensive professional unit & frankly I feel there’s no need!
I have had several next machines all that broke or leaked within weeks. I tried this one by magimix and it is brilliant. Not a leak in sight, easy to use and clean, brilliant coffee machine really happy
Top quality coffee with easy to use machine. Delighted with purchase. Only downside is that pods cannot be bought in supermarkets. But the quality of coffee and speedy online delivery make this tolerable.
I had to retire my VertuoLine machine after being with me for 3 years, and saw this machine going on Amazon for a lot more cheaper than with Nespresso directly.
Similar experience, though this machine is considerably quieter, and the coffee comes out hot! Have been a user of Nespresso since 2018 and have not looked back.
It’s a special version, and it’s a little louder than the regular version when it extracts the coffee. But the price is very friendly.
Great coffee is just like a coffee shop only cheaper!!
Absolutely love this. REALLY easy to use/clean. Barista standard coffee every time. The various pod sizes are brilliant…. as were the free samples.
We’ve used this for about 2 weeks now. Really enjoying the coffee selection. Stormio blend my favourite so far.
Cute little coffee gift box was included.
Loved it so much got its little brother too and get to use all the aftermarket pods as well.
Lovely!! Make sure you sign up for your 100 FREE capsules
Coffee pods appear expensive but a real bargain compared to high street coffee shops, and a great variety if tastes and styles
Having had my previous Nespresso Machine – for original coffee pods – for over 10 years, it was starting to show its age and I believe the pump was on the way out. Having been very happy with the delivery service and coffee from Nespresso and not having the room or budget for a standalone espresso machine I decided to stick with Nespresso again.
Researched several options and landed on this one and 1 month in I have not looked back. With the original Nespresso you were limited to 3 coffee sizes, 25ml, 40ml and 110ml – which meant if you wanted a mug or larger travel mug size you used several pods. With that in mind I liked the fact that with the new Vertuo line you had more options from 40ml all the way up to over 400ml of coffee from one pod, allowing me to have the option of either an espresso or large tall coffee.
The machine works slightly differently to the original – in that it does not pump water at pressure through the pod, rather this spins the pods at high speed to extract the coffee – so a slightly different finish but not noticeable to be fair. I opted for this machine rather than the Vertuo Next as this model mechanically door closure as opposed to a manual found on the Vertuo Next, if you watch the Next being used closing the lid is a two handed operation, whereas with this model it is simply a button press and the machine does the rest – making life a little easier! One thing just make sure of before you buy, especially if you are sitting this on the kitchen counter under some overhead cupboards and that is to make sure you have the clearance for the door to open – allow approximately 43cm height.
All in all I am really pleased with the machine and in the years I have been using Nespresso pods the quality of the coffee they supply – it does cost more, but I am the only coffee drinker in the house and cannot justify the cost of a more substantial machine. IF you order your coffee direct with Nespresso they offer Next Day delivery and I also utilise their coffee pod recycling service as well which is free when you order coffee from them.
Great coffee machine. Small but perfect. Takes up very little space in kitchen. Wish we bought it ages ago. Perfect coffee every time
When I make coffee, the water is pouring from the espresso machine until it runs out in the container. Has anyone had such a problem?Or it turns on by itself and pours the water.
Brilliant value for a first time coffee machine. Does what it says on the tin, easy to use, smart looking, doesn’t take up too much room in the kitchen and makes very little noise. Will definitely be purchasing a milk frother to make the perfect latte!
Had been using Nescafe machine for last few years which was good, but have a friend who always recommended Nespresso.
Gave it a go as was good deal & glad I did.
The machine looks very sophisticated but is very easy to use. Makes the coffee within 2-3 mins.
Came with selection of samples which was great way to try to some nice new coffee, from espresso to Alto.
I really like that because the Vertuo pods have a barcode, the machine automatically stops pouring when the coffee is made. This means you don’t have to judge the pour time yourself & end up watering down the coffee.
Most importantly, the coffee tastes great & come out at the ideal temperature, so you can enjoy it straight away.
I like the way it disposes the used pods too with no mess & it comes with recycling bag which is nice touch.
This is my first nespresso machine…on opening the box it was easy to unpack, run clean hot water through and get my first mug sized coffee. I particularly bought this machine for the bigger pods/bigger drink size coffee. You cannot buy these pods from supermarkets as far as I know..so ordered from nespresso. If you buy the any nespresso by the end of January you get 100 pods free from nespresso ! My only problem is with the colour…it’s not a ice white. I would say it’s slightly on the cream side of white. So if you have a stunning white kitchen…be warned !
My Nespresso Vertuo machine arrived last Sunday and I’ve used it constantly since. As you can see in the video, it’s so easy to use – just pop up the lid, pop the pod in, close the lid and let the machine do the rest. For those who like milk with their coffee, I’d urge you to get a milk frother. The coffee comes out the Nespresso machine at a temperature ready to drink straight away so putting cold milk in the mug is going to take away from the flavour and experience. Also, if you’re going to order the barista creations – vanilla custard pie etc, you’ll also need a milk frother. They don’t taste very nice without milk. As you can see in the photos, it was so easy for me to get the 100 free pods January 2021 offer from Nespresso. I sent my serial number in on Sunday 10th January and my 100 coffees arrived Wednesday 13th January.
Not really one for leaving reviews but felt i needed to due to great service from amazon fantastic addition to the normal machine i have a normal one and a dolce gusto one thought with 100 free capsules ill give a go great tasting coffee with a lot of choice for bigger mugs . I was disappointed at first due to the button not working correctly but what fantastic service by amazon new machine delivered next day faulty picked up by courier next day just thought i would leave by feedback as you always hear about the bad stuff and not the good thank you again amazon.
Blows away Tassimo and gusto crap. great price from amazon cannot fault it.
Flavour and everything is great but it is too cold for my liking. Would heat up some milk to top it off but even then it’s drinkable but not ideal
Bought as a gift at Christmas
But well appreciated and gone down well and well used
I replaced this machine from a Dolce Gusto and I’m glad I did. Very easy to use and makes a beautiful blended coffee. Bought the Barista milk frother which compliments the overall experience in the coffee. Wonderful selection of coffee pods, only problem is I like them all. Experienced has been better by trying them all out.
This machine is the very best if you truely enoy your coffee
easy to use, just as well had hundred trial pack to try as bewildering choice of sizes and flavours
Excellent, great to be able to make different volumes of coffee
Just love it! The coffee is so good, wouldn’t be without it! This new machine is replacing the one I bought 11 years ago! So these machines are of quality
This machine looks pretty good and is easy to use. Great for the office if you don’t want to train your staff on how to use a more traditional machine. It does not have a milk frother, but you can buy an electric milk frothing jug, which works great. Buying the pods from Nespresso’s own site is currently much cheaper than buying here. My complaint is that I could not find any tea or hot chocolate capsules for this.
Nice looking.. Very easy to use.. Only sampled a couple of coffees. At the time of writing all fine though
So pleased we decided upon this machine after spending so long researching and looking at reviews. We now have delicious HOT coffee at the touch of a button. The machine is very quick and looks stylish in our kitchen.
I love coffee and drink it daily. This is the latest of several coffee machine I have purchased and it produces by far the best coffee I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. It comes with 12 trial pods so you can get started straight away. It’s minimal design means it takes up very little space, its quiet (wish) and provides a lovely creamy brew in no time. The first thing I noticed is that its nice and hot. More so than with past machines but it’s the clean, fresh and distinctive flavour of the coffee that makes this such a good buy. The coffee is just first class. The difference has to be the pod design I suppose. They’re not cheap to buy BUT with the current deal, you get 100 free by redemption, plus two more free months if you subscribe (another 100 minimum) and if you set up a regular monthly credit plan, you currently get 5 off plus a free glass and syrups. That costs 21 after credit and can be used to pay for the subscription! Effectively, you get the machine for nothing and at the current machine price, some free coffee too! Lastly, another reason I went for a Virtuo machine is that if a user wants to, they can reuse the pods purchasing a pack of new seals and refilling with your chosen coffee. I highly recommend this machine at the current discounted price
A very nice machine the coffee blends are nice it comes with an assortment of capsules that are very easy to use. Beware of the offer on at present though of 100 free capsules you have to go to the nespresso site to get it and they ask for proof of purchase in the form of a receipt which you don’t get with Amazon. The capsules however on this machine are new therefore a lot more expensive than the older machines it works out over a pound a cup, which I think is expensive for home use. There are alternatives though which I’m exploring at the moment such as refilling the pods with my own ground coffee, I will update my review when I have had time to experiment with it. One final observation if you like lattes this machine doesn’t do them it’s designed for cold milk or black coffee use, it would have been a nice touch for nespesso to have added the milk pods as in earlier machines. The machine itself I recomend, but not the expensive pods that come with it, hope this review has helped.
Loving this, super easy to use and makes
a great coffee.
Be aware that you can’t get these pods in the supermarket like you can for other machines but it was easy enough to get them from their websites and they make a far superior coffee.
Good deal on the machine and it is very nice. However, there is no sign of the free 100 capsules as advertised. Need to sort this out as it is fraudulent advertising!
The machine is great but i would recomend checking how much the pods cost . 35 for 30 cups of coffee . No other pods from other makers seem to fi
Very easy to use! And it heats up the water real quick! My only problem is I don’t know how to switch it off so I just wait because it automatically switches off after maybe 8-10minutes idle. Can anyone help me if anyone knows how to switch it off? Haha!
Present for my daughter and she loves it…. she loves choosing the flavours….perfect gif
Absolutely stonking value purchase during Amazon day promotion- given it as a gift and the recipient is delighted- looks good, great range of sizes of coffee and great flavour from Vertuo pods- 10 out of 10!
Great functionality and very easy to use. Unbeatable price so couldn’t say no
So pleased I bought this machine, used to have a tassimo however it didn’t produce the quality of coffee the nespresso does, I enjoy every mouthful, I personally drink the decaf which is absolutely gorgeous
It is a top coffee maker, much better than the previous version.
Purchased for my Partner, as the smaller machine we had did small cups of coffee. This however depends on the strength, one pod can do a 230ml cup another can hold 414ml, but until the coffee starts coming through you are not quite sure, the last of the tester pods that came with the machine produced a 240ml mug plus a small measuring jug of coffee, good job we tend to watch it or it could have been quite messy.
That said, this machine is so much quieter, and looks and feels more substantial than the other one, and he likes a nice cup of coffee when he can, so it is worth the money, However, I do feel that the pods are quite a bit more expensive, I know they are larger, but when you go to the Nespresso store the smaller pods are around 2.50 a box, these run from 60p each which is around 6.00 for 10 not 10.00 for 10. Might need to shop around for your pods.
Love the red colour, but it was a bit brighter on the internet than the one that came, but still looks nice on the worktop and my Partner is happy with it.
Love this Nespresso machine got it on special offer, even bette
This is a cracking product. I’ve had machines before but this is the first proper pod one. Coffee tastes great and lovely texture/crema and, if you compare unit cost with standard cappuccino etc prices (but see below) there is no comparison. 80 quid for the white model on offer clearly also a great deal. I knock a star off for pod availability and unit cost which for me makes this a machine for treats rather than an everyday coffee, for which I’ll continue to use azera.
Absolutely love it ..beautiful design . It has to be switched on to open . Which great . Pods are cheaper direct from them as this is a new machine out . Not many pods available on here
After years of nearly pulling the trigger I finally did. Wish I did it years ago. Easy to use and the Coffee is great. You get a dozen or so Coffee pods with the machine and then they are 0.55p each from Nespresso.com. You have to order a minimum of 50 pods at a time. This works for me as I drink a lot of Coffee and will now spend less on buying Coffee from Coffee shops.
Just brilliant. Tasty coffee and easy easy to use.
Great selection of pods in the welcome pack, Plus the free 50 pods offer with Nespresso was valid and such a large variety if free pods arrived within days 🙂
I love my original Nespresso machine but spending a small fortune to get a decent sized coffee so forked our for a new machine. Only had it a few days but I love it already. Dead easy to use, quieter and the traditional machines and like the bigger water container. If you don’t mind the colour you could save yourself 10!
Having tried both Vertuo and Original coffees over the years (family members have machines) and with the pandemic causing me to work from home I decided to take the plunge and order a Nespresso machine. If your here looking for advice about what brand of machine to get you already know Nespresso are the best pod / capsule machines.
The machine itself is rather tall especially when opened so bear this in mind if you want to tuck it in a corner with a wall unit above. With only two buttons you can’t go wrong, one for loading and one to brew. The choice of pods allows you to select an intensity, flavour and size of coffee which is great, although trying them all will make you wired!
Great machine WHITE but ISNT WHITE it’s CREAM which is slightly disappointing in my white silestone kitchen!
bought this machine and thought it be just like the others however i was surprised at the taste, ease of use and actually stylish look. Would highly recommend and compare the coffee to the ones out of proper bean machines.
Makes larger mugs of coffee than the standard Nespresso machines. The pods are only available directly from Nespresso: either via their website or their boutique shops
Pros The best coffe ever…
Cons you will spend a lot more money in coffee as there are multiple coffee capsules you would like to try
not even a few month and it has started leaking in the base of the water tank, ashame.
i dont know if return the product or deal with this.
I know the machines dont last long as my parents had already 3 of them diferent brands (all from nespresso)
I have also another one at work. all of them develop leaks or stop working for multiple reasons.
Bought for hubby and he loves it easy to use and makes a good coffee
Makes perfect coffee. You can’t mess it up. You don’t need to know anything more.
Best and most used electric product in my house. Nespresso also have great customer service and you get a nice free welcome pack when register your product with them.
Service at the Nespresso boutique in Westfield was disappointing.
Premium product should have premium service to complete the experience.
I bought it as a present for a friend and she says it’s brilliant!! As a coffee lover she knows bes
Great product, easy to use and the free 100 capsules on purchase were easy to order.
It’s a nice machine easy to use … it’s all about the pods you use
A lovely product but it is taking time to choose our favourite capsule from the huge selection.
Have a standard machine never makes enough this does large cups
Great coffee machine, easy to set up and use, highly recommend this machine.
It’s good, but I only found out that the capsules used are different only when I started to use it.
